The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced educational approaches, particularly in Islamic education for digital native generations. This study analyzes the concept of Islamic education in the digital era based on the book Tarbiyah fi Zaman al-Fitan by Sheikh Dr. Ali bin Yahya al-Haddadi and explores its influence on digital native generations. Using a qualitative approach with library research methodology, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the primary source supplemented by relevant secondary literature including books, scientific journals, and previous research findings. The research integrates Digital Native theory, Social Cognitive theory, and Connectivism to understand the educational challenges faced by digital natives. The findings reveal four main pillars of Islamic education according to al-Haddadi: parental education, gradual education from early age (tarbiyah tadrijiyyah), creed education (aqidah), and social etiquette education (adab). These pillars effectively serve as protective measures against two main fitnah (trials) in the digital era: syahwat (lust) and syubhat (doctrinal confusion). The study demonstrates that classical Islamic educational concepts remain highly relevant for addressing contemporary digital challenges, providing internal firewall mechanisms, strengthening parental role modeling, and promoting adaptive collaborative learning. This research contributes to the development of Islamic educational frameworks that integrate classical spiritual values with modern digital literacy requirements.

This study explores the integral relationship between aqidah (faith) and sharia (Islamic law) in Islam as a unified system that governs a Muslim's way of life. Aqidah serves as the foundation of belief, while sharia represents the practical implementation of that faith across all aspects of life. The disintegration between these two elements has led to various negative social phenomena, including hypocrisy, secularism, and moral decline. Using a qualitative approach and library research method, this study deeply examines primary Islamic sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, classical texts, and contemporary Islamic thought. The findings reveal that integrating aqidah and sharia education is an urgent necessity within Islamic educational systems, aiming to shape a generation of Muslims who possess a comprehensive understanding of faith and consistently practice Islamic teachings. This integrated educational model is essential for developing individuals with strong character, rooted in faith, and capable of facing contemporary challenges while adhering to divine values.

The moral crisis and rampant corruption among Christian leaders pose serious challenges that erode the credibility and integrity of religious institutions. This phenomenon not only tarnishes the image of Christianity institutionally but also weakens the foundation of ethics and spiritual values that should guide the lives of the congregation. This issue becomes even more pressing when it occurs in the realm of Christian education, a place where future leaders should be formed. This study aims to analyze Jonathan Lamb's concept of integrity as a strategic framework for addressing this crisis, especially in the context of Christian educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this study highlights Lamb's holistic view of integrity, which encompasses three main dimensions: wholeness of the person (wholeness), consistency between beliefs and actions (consistency), and full accountability to God (accountability to God). Lamb's concept of integrity is highly relevant amidst the increasing need for leaders who are not only competent but also possess proven character. The findings of this study indicate that to effectively implement the concept of integrity, Christian educational institutions need to take a two-pronged approach: first, comprehensively reform the curriculum so that integrity values are not only a separate subject, but are integrated into all disciplines and learning activities; Second, building an institutional culture that emphasizes moral exemplarity from leaders, lecturers, and educational staff. Furthermore, a sustainable character development system, transparent accountability evaluation, and open ethical discussion are needed. Education is not only about knowledge transfer, but also about character transformation. Therefore, integrity must be seen as the core of Christian education, not an add-on. This study concludes that Lamb's concept of integrity can be a transformative model that encourages the formation of future leaders with strong character, prevents moral failure, and restores public trust in Christian institutions

This research aims to analyze optimal educational strategies for cadets of the Indonesian Navy Academy's Technical Corps Generation Z, considering their unique learning characteristics without compromising military values. Using a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design, the research involved 180 cadets as quantitative respondents and 26 participants for the qualitative phase (15 cadets, 8 instructors, 3 AAL leaders). Data were collected through structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and participatory observations. Quantitative analysis used descriptive statistics, comparative tests, and multiple regression, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically. The results show that Generation Z cadets have a preference for visual learning (68%), interactive technology-based learning (M=4.1), and require instant feedback. Blended learning proved to be the most effective with an GPA of 3.45 and an engagement rate of 85%, compared to traditional learning (GPA=3.18, engagement=61%). Predictor factors of learning effectiveness include interactivity (β=0.412), technology use (β=0.298), periodic feedback (β=0.267), and content relevance (β=0.231). The research produced the "ADAPTIVE" learning model, which integrates modern technology with traditional military values. This model can enhance educational effectiveness while maintaining the essence of military training, providing both theoretical and practical contributions to the transformation of military education in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze how Islamic education, especially through institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and madrasas, integrates sustainability values into curricula and daily practices. The method employed is qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical approach, examining various Islamic educational practices that align with the principles of the SDGs. The results show that Islamic values such as maslahah 'ammah (public benefit), justice, and the role of humans as khalifah (stewards) strongly support the foundations of sustainable development. Islamic educational institutions have been actively engaged in social, economic, and environmental activities, including skills training, Islamic entrepreneurship, reforestation programs, and waste management. Although challenges remain—such as limited resources and teacher training—Islamic education holds great potential to foster self-reliant and environmentally conscious communities. Through curriculum strengthening, continuous teacher development, and cross-sector collaboration, Islamic education can serve as a powerful driver of change toward a more just and sustainable future.

Buddhist education in the millennial era faces various internal and external challenges, especially in adapting to the character of the younger generation who are highly dependent on information technology but weak in filtering moral values. Buddhist educational institutions also still face structural problems such as limited human resources, lack of contextual strengthening of Dhamma values, and an institutional image that is not yet strong in society. This study uses a library research method with content analysis and hermeneutics techniques to explore the relevance of Buddhist teachings to the dynamics of modern education. In the context of the Merdeka Belajar policy, Buddhist education has a great opportunity to transform through a flexible learning approach, strengthening student character, integrating spiritual values, and improving education management. In addition, the implementation of Buddhist leadership principles such as the Dasa Raja Dhamma and meditation practices can be a distinctive force that distinguishes Buddhist schools from other institutions. This transformation requires the active role of teachers, principals, foundations, and Buddhist organizations to synergize in building meaningful and competitive education in the digital era.
