The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Rumah Kreasi Grafika is a clothing business that was established in 2020. This clothing business is located at Jalan Grafika Raya, Gedawang, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java. This company still has shortcomings, especially in the field of design, so that marketing is not very successful. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the value of design in a company.The thing that is most prioritized in the design of making this stationery set is to meet the graduation requirements for the final project course and provide a new perspective in utilizing stationery sets as a means of supporting the company's progress. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

The times have demanded new innovations, including in the fields of culture and art. In accordance with this research, the process of making batik with motif inspiration from the form of the Covid-19 virus with natural dyes from dragon fruit skin and spinach is expected to be a new innovation in the art of batik. This study aims to determine how the process of making the covid-19 virus motif batik with natural dyes that have been determined. The method used in this research is the R&D method or in Indonesian it is called the research and development method. This experiment was carried out starting from December 1, 2020 at the AKS Ibu Kartini Batik laboratory, Semarang, which is located at Jl. Kawi  No. 40 Kos Mas Gilang, Semarang city. In the experiment, the skin of dragon fruit was used as much as 500 gr and 300 ml of water, while spinach was 800 gr and 700 ml of water but the total for the dragon fruit was 7 kg and 4 liters of water & 2 kg of parrot with 1 liter of water, and the first and second immersion was carried out through several locks. The result of this research indicate that the design motifs designed are very suitable for tall thin people, the pink color produced from the dragon fruit skin and the brownish green color of the spinach are very suitable for prismatic cloth. While the locking which is suitable for the coloring of dragon fruit peel is locking alum and the dye from spinach is suitable for locking the gazebo.

Penerapan sistem Tanggung Renteng dalam kelembagaan keuangan familiar dikalangan masyarakat menengah kebawah. Tanggung renteng adalah pelimpahan tanggung jawab atas suatu pembayaran yang terhutang secara renteng (beruntun) sesuai dengan urutan, dan tanggung jawab renteng dapat terjadi ketika ada dua pihak atau lebih yang terkait dengan pembayaran terutang. Implementasi sistem Tanggung Renteng ini termasuk penerapan produk pinjaman dalam lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah yang ada di KSPPS. BMT NU Jawa Timur Kabupaten Situbondo dengan produk Layanan Berbasis Jamaah (Lasisma), dalam realisasi pinjamannya tidak ada agunan atau jaminan yang mengikat yang harus diserahkan kepada pihak lembaga keuangan. Sedangkan dalam prosesnya masih banyak diantara kelompok nasabah yang melakukan penyimpangan terhadap jalannya sistem tanggung renteng tersebut, sehingga dalam hal ini dari kedua pihak mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan) yang proses penelitiannya sebagian besar dilakukan langsung di situasi sosial yang dapat ditemui di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap secara objektif hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian secara terang-terangan dan apa adanya.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

Fieldwork Practices were carried out at Pati National Vocational High School, from January 25, 2021 to February 20, 2021. In this Fieldwork Practice, the authors created an efficient application and management system for student data, especially for new students in a computerized manner. By using this web-based programming system, it can simplify data collection, automatic ranking based on National Exam scores, reduce paper usage, reduce cheating and are expected to overcome the obstacles experienced by both the committee for admission of new students and the parents of the students themselves. . This research produces a system that can handle the admission process of new students with the hope that it is more efficient and effective than the previous method.

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

Based on the survey conducted by the author at PT. Prima Multi Selular Semarang, the author tries to develop a system by utilizing an existing server in accordance with the required requirements, namely with a web-based ordering data system program with WAP-based ordering, using the ASP programming language: Active Server Pages. This change aims to make it easier for customers to order goods and increase the company's sales volume. In designing this new application, it also carries out several stages of making DFD, ERD and Normalization diagrams to describe data storage and relationships between data, determine tables to create programs and design input outputs. This stage is carried out as a tool to create a WAP-based ordering application program. WAP-based program is expected to be able to help problems related to PT. Prima Multi Selular. The program that is made, of course, still has several weaknesses and shortcomings, this is possible that the author's experience and knowledge in WAP programming problems is still possible. Suggestions and criticisms are very helpful for writers to develop knowledge in this field.

The use of computer technology in various business fields has become a necessity, especially in the current era of globalization, where information around the world can be obtained quickly. The increasing need for information, especially for medical devices, not all areas exist, even if most of them are in big cities, getting customer remote information takes a long time and customers want to do work quickly so that all work can be completed in the least possible time. The use of computer technology is more likely to meet the information needs of customers. Medical device information system at PT. MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA Semarang based on the web is expected to be useful, because with the information via the web like this, customers can place orders remotely and know the amount of stock available so they do not have to come directly to PT. MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA which can take a long time, and by using the web makes it easier for customers to place orders quickly by minimizing the risk of errors in writing item codes.

This study aims to design and develop an effective learning media and become a media to assist in studying Physics in depth at SMK Mataram Semarang, especially in the Impulse and Momentum material. Physics becomes a boring subject for students, because many students think that Physics is a lesson that is difficult to understand, less interesting and feels monotonous. This has an impact on decreasing students' interest and value in studying Physics.The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with six stages, namely Research and Information Collecting (Research and Information Gathering), Planning (planning), Develop Premliminary Form of Product (Product Design Making), Premliminary Field Testing (Product Design Validation) , Main Product Revision (Design Revision), Main Field Testing (Product Testing of Products in the Field by Prospective Users). Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on design validation by experts and product trials to students using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The development of multimedia-based learning devices can develop devices that have been used so far, from conventional devices to become more interesting learning media. The application of multimedia-based learning media can help support the teaching and learning process to make it easier to explain or deliver material to students. In addition, it can help students to understand more deeply so that students' scores can be increased more than without using learning media.

The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that realizes that apart from being equipped with religious knowledge, students need to be provided with various activities that can equip and make them competitive in the economic field. By looking at the potential of the students and the background of each student, Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo implemented an independent student training program. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the independent student training program at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo so that it can identify problems that arise. arose in the implementation of the independent student training program at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. This research is qualitative research. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data verification and presentation as well as drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School implements an independent student training program well. The implementation of the independent student provision program at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School refers to empowering human resources. The benefit of having an independent student training program at the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School is to train and equip students in the field of economics, but on the other hand there are obstacles to the personal character of each student and time constraints regarding the implementation of this program because they have to adjust to study time. them. In order for the independent student training program to run well, it is hoped that there will be time discipline and consistency from all parties involved. It is hoped that the Islamic boarding school will carry out monitoring and evaluation during the course of this program as well as determining the next process for the independent santri training program at the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School. 

This study aims to examine and evaluate the results of the implementation of an android-based labor payroll system. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the system, application implementation, problems, and solutions on android-based payroll at Mitra Indo Agro. The results of the study obtained are used to evaluate the factors and parts of the payroll system for this android-based application that needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique where the research subjects as many as 4 employees who are directly related to the android-based payroll process. Data collection techniques are through field studies consisting of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction steps, data exposure, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. The data presentation technique uses a program flow (flowchart) and fishbone diagrams (fish bones). The results of the research have shown that the Android-based GajiQ system helps provide large databases with the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) method , automate reports such as attendance recap, salary calculations, payroll history reports and make it easier to find labor data. The implementation of the Android-based GajiQ application can be a new medium of choice for companies to manage payroll in real time, quickly, and accurately that does not involve many parties in making payroll, payments, and payroll procedures. Problems found by the system are still bugs or crashes, error messages such as app force close appear. 

This study aims to explain the views of Islamic economic law on the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Kopontre Al Mubarok, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in the Al Mubarok Kopontren, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. While the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling with fluctuations in consumer prices first made transactions between the kopontren managers and consumers for the goods being traded and the payment was using DP. In terms of sharia economic law, the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Al Mubarok Kopontren Pringgondani Village is permissible (legal), because according to the theory of compilation of sharia economic law (KHES) the pillars and conditions in articles 56-57 are fulfilled.    

Dampak Covid 19 melanda dunia global dimana semua lini kehidupan manusia tidak terkecuali termasuk gereja. Berkenaan dengan judul ini maka Probelimatika yang muncul adalah apa itu manajemen gereja, bagaimana efektifitas manajemen gereja terhadap perekonomian jemaat pada masa covid-19, menyikapinya serta apa yang harus gereja lakukan pada masa covid-19, dan terutama jawaban Alkitab dibalik Covid 19. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah menjelaskan tentang manajemen gereja.dan ke efektifan manajemen gereja yang baik terhadap perekonomian jemaat. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini, yaitu library research (penelitian perpustakaan) dan field research (penelitian lapangan). Terbukti bahwa jika gereja melaksanakan manajemen gereja secara efektif dan tepat dalam implementasinya, maka perekonomian jemaat akan lebih baik lagi dan berkembang dari yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menjadi rekomendasi bagi para peneliti yang sedang dan akan melakukan peneletian yang berkaitan dengan judul dan efektifitas manajemen gereja ditengah krisis yang dialami jemaat.

The primary obstacles include finding a clear definition for digital economic enterprises, enacting legislation governing digital transactions that are compliant with international standards, and allocating resources in a way that optimizes the advantages of digital economic transactions. By creating electronic platforms like DJP-online, the Indonesian government hopes to improve the ease and openness of the tax filing procedure. In an effort to maximize tax revenue in the digital age, tax advisors play a crucial role, and society must change to embrace technology. To ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the digital tax system, the Indonesian government must constantly update rules, enhance public education efforts, and improve online services. This community engagement activity discussed the material through online webinars, providing an accessible platform for all participants to gain insights into the digital taxation landscape and aiding the government in socializing regulations in the field of digital taxation

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari bauran promosi yang meliputi variabel periklanan (X1), penjualan tatap muka (X2), promosi penjualan (X3), dan publisitas (X4) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field work research), penelitian ini meliputi konsumen yang membeli pada toko Indosamajaya Utama Tanah Grogot. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental maksudnya yakni teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan ditemui dan cocok sebagai sumber data. Berdasarkan analisis di peroleh  nilai koefisien korelasi (R) 0,707, yang artinya terdapat keeratan hubungan yang kuat antara variabel periklanan, penjualan tatap muka promosi penjualan dan Publisitas terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko Indosamajaya Utama Tanah Grogot. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,500 atau 50%, artinya bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel periklanan, penjualan tatap muka, promosi penjualan, dan publisitas sebesar 50% sedangkan sisanya 50%  adalah pengaruh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian ini. Pengujian secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel periklanan (X1) memberikan pengaruh dominan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai thitung  terbesar dibandingkan dengan variabel bebas lainnya, sesuai dengan hasil SPSS pada tabel 14 yaitu 7,159. Dan t hitung  >  t tabel  yakni 7,159 > 1,6669, dan di dukung oleh tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta standardizerd coefficient beta yaitu 0,638.

Village development will not be separated from community participation because it is the primary beneficiary of development and becomes a development actor. This study examines exploring planning to participatory evaluation involving rural communities in evaluating village development programs. This makes it possible to provide feedback, monitor progress, and identify changes needed to implement development programs. The study used a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and relevant secondary data. The results of community research are included in village development planning through Musrembang. In the implementation stage of community development, they are also involved even though not all communities participate in the village development process. Participatory management in development in Liunggunung Village is in the infrastructure development approach and other fields such as health. The community is involved and contributes to infrastructure development and other fields. Community participation can lead to empowering rural communities, increasing their decision-making capacity, and strengthening social networks in communities. Communities involved in the decision-making and implementation of village development projects tend to have a higher sense of ownership of the project. The active participation of the community in village development has a positive impact on the sustainability of the program and the improvement of the community's quality of life. Community participation in village development is essential for sustainable development, community empowerment, and improved quality of life locally.

This is a problem for village government officials, especially Kalisemo village, by making it one permanent income for the village head and village apparatus under one roof of the budget line, namely the allocation of village funds, so to be able to enjoy the salary, the village apparatus must wait for the ADD Budget disbursement first so that it cannot enjoy a quarter of a month's salary and even a month will only be a luxury and impossible. The purpose of this study was to determine ADD in Kalisemo Village, determine the suitability of the percentage of VillageHeads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency to ADD, to know the implementation / application of ADD in Kalisemo Village About SILTAP Village Heads and Village Officials and to know Evaluation ADD regarding SILTAP of Village Heads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village.In this research, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources are primary data, secondary data, information and analogical situations. The data source sampling technique used is social citation. The type of data collection used is observation, interviews / interviews, literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data copy and drawing conclusions or verification. In data validation research or testing the validity of data is an important factor in research. This study uses a percentage technique with a formula. The data presentation technique uses descriptions and is qualitatively explained, analyzed through descriptive explanations. Meanwhile, the analyzed data will be presented in the form of tables and attachmentsVillage Fund Allocation in Kalisemo village, Loano sub-district is paid twice a year. In addition, the application of ADD regarding SILTAP for VillageHeads and Village Officials is set at a maximum limit of 60% of the total ADD. SILTAP of Village Heads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village, Loano District, Purworejo Regency towards ADD according to the percentage of provisions that have been set, which is 60%. Implementation / application of ADD regarding SILTAP for Village Heads and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village that SILTAP in Kalisemo Village has met the maximum limit of 60% and implementation of ADD spending on SILTAP expenditure for Village Heads and Village Officials is implemented according to existing rules, namely the current SILTAP regulations so the one with ADD. Evaluation of the Accountability Report for the SILTAP report of the Village Head and Village Officials in Kalisemo Village is still lacking in completeness of the files.
