This approach is based on the teaching and wisdom found in Proverbs 22:1-16 in the Bible. In this chapter of Proverbs, the author emphasises the importance of values such as wisdom, work ethics, and wise financial management. By practising these values, young people can build a strong foundation for their future, preventing them from being trapped in the cycle of poverty. Education is identified as one of the key aspects in preparing young people to face the challenges of poverty. A quality education provides the knowledge, skills and awareness needed to solve problems, improve well-being and achieve success in life. In addition, this article highlights the importance of helping young people develop a positive attitude towards work and enterprise. Wise financial management is also an important factor in preventing the negative impacts of poverty. Young people need to learn about budget management, smart investments, and the importance of saving. By having a good understanding of finance, they can avoid excessive debt and build a stable future. In order to realise effective education and development of young people, there needs to be cooperation between families, educational institutions and communities. Families should prioritise values that support their children's growth and success. Educational institutions should provide inclusive and relevant learning environments, while communities should provide support and opportunities for young people. By adopting this approach, we can anticipate and mitigate the negative impact of poverty on young people. Quality education, a strong work ethic and wise financial management can open the door to a better and more sustainable life for future generations.

MSMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the factors for the Indonesian economy to survive and develop until now. By increasing the use and shopping of domestic products, it can help increase the growth of MSMEs, as well as the welfare of the community. In building MSMEs, branding needs to be done to build and elevate the identity of a brand, including trade names, logos, characters, and consumer responses. In branding a product can be seen directly by consumers, namely through logos and packaging that has special characteristics, so that consumers can recognize these products. Packaging becomes a direct view by consumers to the product, so that attractive packaging can attract attention. On the packaging can be listed such as trade names, logos, nutritional values, and various important information in the product so that it can build trust.

Islam teaches its people to have morals or generosity with the aim of having a sense of gratitude for God's blessings, realizing high social sensitivity, and realizing a helpful society. Generosity is a character or character that is rarely found in a person, not everyone has a generous nature. Therefore, this generosity attitude needs to be grown and developed for students in the school environment. So that students will be able to apply it in everyday life. Some ways that schools or educators can do in cultivating this attitude are by giving alms or giving alms. Because, the learning material only explains in a descriptive way the attitude of generosity. However, it is necessary to have actions and intended practices so that these attitudes can grow in students.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant role for the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The long-term goal of this research is to build a management model that can be practically applied by MSMEs to support productivity and business development. In general, MSMEs business management (marketing, production, HR and finance) can be implemented by providing training to MSMEs actors. In its journey, MSMEs need to be monitored intensively, to always monitor the management they are doing. SWOT analysis is the right option to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and project changes in the business environment. SWOT analysis can evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses which include internal factors in MSMEs, Opportunities and Threats which include external factors or competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, a strategy was obtained to provide training in all aspects, given the lack of knowledge possessed by SMEs. From this study, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products to strengthen competitiveness, establish product characteristics, and aggressively carry out promotions and sales by utilizing technological developments with online sales. In the W-O strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to market and consumer desires, determine market targets, and improve the quality of human resources. S-T strategy, MSMEs should make a prominent feature of the product and innovate in product promotion. In the W-T strategy, MSMEs players need to determine their target market, where and who is the target for their sales and pay attention to the wishes of the market and consumers to adapt their products.

In the era of globalization, packaging plays a very important role, apart from showing a good appearance the packaging certainly supports the product image, but in fact the labels on the packaging are often ignored by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSME actors prioritize the product packaging strategy and ignore other supporting factors, namely labeling. Labels are writing, pictures, or a combination of both that are inserted into, affixed or printed on and form part of the package to provide comprehensive and complete information about the contents of the package. The product packaging strategy uses labeling, namely by placing a combination of writing or images, then placing it as a supporting part in the product packaging to increase interest in a product, it can also make it easier to recognize because the information from the product is placed in an easily visible part. Labeling the product contains information of the product or the brand, it also can be the composition or the certificate of legality. As well as taxes contained in small and medium businesses that can help determine the selling price of an item to be marketed.
