Kota semarang merupakan daerah yang dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah kota semarang secara mandiri. Salah satu aset yang dikelola adalah aset berupa tanah dan bangunan milik pemerintah serta fasilitas umum yang ada di kota semarang. Aset tanah dan bangunan milik pemerintah kota semarang yang saat ini tercatat dalam Kartu Identitas Barang A terdapat sejumlah 3.092 bidang. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah, bahwa masih ada aset aset milik pemerintah yang tidak diketaui lokasi nya, tidak jelas status penanggung jawabnya dan belum jelas status kepemilikannya. Selain itu petugas yang silih berganti personel, sehingga pengenalan dan pelacakan aset milik pemerintah kota semarang menjadi sulit. Pengelolaan aset tanah oleh pemerintah kota semarang, saat ini dirasa kurang maksimal. Untuk itu perlu dibagun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi geografi lokasi dan manajemen aset pemerintah kota semarang. Pengkoneksian Application Programming Interface (API) Google Maps pada website BPKAD pemerintah kota semarang akan memberikan informasimengenai lokasi aset tanah dan bangunan milik pemerintah kota semarang pada website googlemap. Website BPKAD yang terhubung ke googlemap memberikan kemudahan bagi operator untuk mengenali lokasi aset tanah dan bangunan milik pemerintah kota semarang. Keuntungan lain yang didapat yaitu meminimalkan kekeliruan dalam pengelolaan aset tanah dan bangunan.

This study aims to investigate the influence of Problem-Based Learning/PBL) to increase student’s softskills in Accounting Department at Ambon City and then simultaneously generate accounting learning model that can be used by universities to improve the quality of learning both personal qualities and scientific quality through analytical skills, creativity, and open to innovation and new findings. The population in this study were students from the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics, Pattimura University in Darussalam Ambon. Samples were students from the Department of Accounting that would  taken courses in Management Accounting at Department of Accounting - FE Pattimura University, and Darussalam University in Ambon City. In every department, sampling of 30 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Methods of data collection begins with the class treatments (to make small groups, giving the case/problem, advice by the facilitator, discussion in small group, resume small group, and facilitators make conclusions on the problems discussed), then a questionnaire distributed to respondents for answering that how perception’s respondent of PBL influence to  increase in student’s softskills. The results of hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis showed that problem-based learning (PBL) to have significant effect on the increase student’s softskill in university of state and university of private at Ambon City.   Key Words: Problem-Based Learning, Softskills

Financial literacy is one of the needs for everyone in order to manage their personal finance.Person's ability to read, analyze, manage financial condition in making financial decisions can be made ​​to avoid financial problems. This study aims to determine whether factors such as gender, faculty, and grade point average (GPA) effect on student financial literacy. This research surveys 333 college students of Economics and Business Faculty also Science and Mathematics Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) to examine their personal financial literacy based on gender, faculty and Grade Point Average (GPA).Binary logistic used to analyze the data.Results of this study indicate that financial literacy is influenced by faculty, whereas gender and GPA does not affect financial literacy. This study is expected to support the science of personal finance is still relatively rare compared to research in the field of corporate finance and capital markets.. Online trust is one of the main determinants of the success of e-retailers and much research has dealt with website features triggeringconsumer trust to them. Another stream of research focuses on thepsychological antecedents to online trust; i.e., what ‘‘happens’’ in theconsumer’s mind before or while a person decides to trust an e-retailer?So far, each effort has focused on only a few selected aspects of this trustformation process. Only few studies have attempted to identify majorpersonality based psychological antecedents of trust. This work identifiedthe relative importance of the personality based psychological antecedentsof trust in technology adoption and e-retailing. The model incorporatesthe personality traits (Extraversion, and Openness to experience), the mostwidely accepted framework for personality research in psychology, as wellas determinants of trust in our model.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and competence on the quality of audit results at Representatives BPKP of Central Java. Job experience was measured by indicators the length of works as an auditor and the number of inspection tasks are performed. Independence was measured by indicators of independence in programming, in the execution of work, and independence in reporting.Objectivity was measured by indicator, free from conflict of interest and disclosure of factual conditions. Integrity was measured by indicator honesty, courege, prudence, and responsibility that auditors have. Competency was measured by indicator personal quality, general knowledge, and specialized expertise. While quality of audit results was measured by indicator of compliance with auditing standard and quality of examination report. The population of this study is civil servants whose work at Representatives BPKP of Central Java with sample is the civil servants has been following education and training as functional auditor. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression model. Test result showed that job experience, independence, and objectivity has no effect on quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. While the integrity and competence have influence to quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. Introduction of the iris database features Matching method by distance classifier based on the results of segmentation, edge detection, semi-polarization and the quantization able to detect the level of cholesterol in the human body ranges up to 80% of the 90 samples. ABSTRACT The last will (wasiat) of deceased person is a part of law regulation that conducted by society. This regulation gene rally has been introduced by Islamic law and other system of law in Indonesia. The will according to fight is only one side’s action and it becomes charity agreement, meanwhile according to            Al-Qur’an and prophet tradition, the position of the will constitutes integrative position in term of Islamic inheritance law. Abstract: The phenomenon in empirical domain of saving and credit cooperation is believed to have destroyed the ideal concept of cooperation. However, the norms can not protect the concept. Saving and credits are often used by the managerial, mostly businessmen to offer saving and draw credits from the society. The unbalance of of the contributed capital and the authority of drawing credit risks in the security of the creditors. The lack of the rules in cooperation Rules about if unmet of formal requirements causes the managerial to take the responsibility personally gives a lot of advantages to the managerial. Abstract: A non well-managed cooperation has disadvantaged the creditor. It is caused by the difficulties to draw the fund from the debtors. But when the creditors ask to the court with the bad achievement reasons, the court refuse to conduct because the committee is not the party in the agreement. Therefore, it is necessary to construct fiduciary duty so that the committee who do not work properly can be put personal responsibility for this agreement. Abstract Vice president is a government officer one level below president. Vice president is stated by a constitution of a state to accompany the president when he is on his official duty in other country or when the president returns his position either for a widrawal or permanent reason such as a death. The article 4, clause (2) of Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 states that president in his duties is assisted by a vice president in the Republic of Indonesia state structure system. The duties and authority of vice president  in the state structure system of Republic Indonesia is not rigidly stated in the constitution, in spite of the previous amandment of the constitution. Therefore, the account of justify of vice president is not clear. Vice president is still regarded as the second person. Key words : Vice president

AbstractsElection becomes a means of the process of democratization that must be conducted directly, publicly, freely, undisclosely, reliable and fairness. Based on the above norms, especially for the local election, it is hoped that a responsible and potential capable local leader/chief and/or vice local leader/chief will emerge. Yet, there are many disappointed incidents that need to be concerned during and after the election complete, such as the fight between supporters’ candidates, the unfair ballot counting, money politics and other dirty tricks. Those proved that the rules of law are still neglected during the local election. Considering that negligence, it is necessary (a) to recover the article 581 UU Number 32/2004 (b) to compromise between the law assurance, justice and benefits, and (c) to educate people about the culture of law, especially for the culture of personal law to be the open culture of law. Banyak jumlah surat yang dibuat dan diterima dibagian administrasi tata usaha, sehingga pencarian dataakan menjadi tidak efisien dalam hal waktu dan tenaga dengan menggunakan sistem manual. Sehinggapada saat ini diperlukan suatu sistem administrasi manajemen surat yang lebih terstruktur agar dapatmempercepat pencarian data yang ada dan pembuatan laporan. Aplikasi kearsipan ini mempunyaikemampuan sebagai berikutb: aplikasi kearsipan ini dijalankan pada jaringan personal komputer padabagian ruang tata usaha, petugas tata usaha dapat mengakses aplikasi kearsipan ini dengan memasukkanlogin user yang benar, dapat melakukan menambah, mengedit, membatalkan, menghapus dan menyimpansurat masuk dan keluar, dapat melakukan pencarian surat masuk dan surat keluar berdasarkan pengirim danperihal, hasil pencarian dapat dilakukan pengurutan berdasar id surat atau tanggal surat, dapat mencetaklaporan berdasarkan hasil pencarian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan id surat atau tanggal surat.

Cryptography is a science which studying about safety of messages, so it makes themessages cannot be read by unauthorized persons. Cryptography have two kinds of algorithmfirst is encryption algorithm, that is algorithm altering plaintext become the ciphertext, and thesecond is decryption algorithm that is algorithm altering ciphertext become the plaintext,  thatconducive of message can only be made and read by authorized persons. Plaintext represent themessage able to be read,  while ciphertext is message which have pass by the encryption process,so that order the ciphertext difficult to be translated or read. And method of substitution andtranspotition method are some of conventional technique able to be used to protect the picturesfiles, so that produce the pictures files which do not easy to to be read. The conventionaltechnique basically use a same key to do the encryption  and decryption process.

Perangkat hardware dan software yang semakin mahal apalagi di saat krisis ini membuat  kitamencari  sumber  daya  yang  murah  dan  baik  untuk  menghadapi  era teknologi informasi yang pesat.Oleh karena itu kebutuhan akan hardware yang murah namun dapat digunakan secara optimal menjadikebutuhan utama para user tak terkecuali para pelaku IT. Dalam penelitian dapat diangkat rumusanmasalahnya adalah bagaimana caranya merancang dan membuat antena wifi dengan memanfaatkan wajan,agar dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mendukung RT RW net. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmendapatkan hasil yang optimal dari pembuatan antena wajan sebagai bahan utama pembuatan wajanbolik, dan dapat dibuat dengan mudah serta murah, serta diharapkan pengguna antena wajan bolik ini dapatmemanfaatkannya sebagai antena jaringan RT RW net. Perangkat hardware dan software yang semakinmahal apalagi di saat krisis ini membuat  kita  mencari  sumber  daya  yang  murah  dan  baik  untukmenghadapi  era tekhnologi informasi yang pesat. Oleh karena itu kebutuhan akan hardware yang murahnamun dapat digunakan secara optimal menjadi kebutuhan utama para user tak terkecuali para pelaku IT.Perkembangan ini menuntut pula para pengusaha dan para pnyedia jasa untuk mencari solusi alternatifdalam menghadapinya, yang mau tidak mau harus dihadapinya, ataupun para peneliti utukmengembangkan peralatan yang siap di pakai untuk masyarakat. Lagi-lagi untuk mencapai tujuan itudiperlukan kajian yang mendalam dan berkelanjutan untuk menentukan spesifikasi yang terbaij dantermurah. Sehingga tidak menguras dompet pemakai apalagi di saat krisis moneter yang melanda negerikita. Sejak masa perkembangan tekhnologi komputer, teknologi Wiifi sudah semakin marak dalampenggunaan sehari-hari, baik komunikasi antar perkantoran maupun untuk komunikasi personal. Di dalamperkantoran digunakan untuk membuat jaringan antar gedung. Sedangkan untuk kebutuhan personalbiasanya digunakan untuk menghubungkan antara BTS suatu penyedia internet dengan komputer personalyang ada di rumahnya. Semakin berkembangnya kebutuhan akses internet di masyarakat maka muncul danmaraknya akses internet murah yang biasa di sebut “RT RW net”. Dari permasalahan di atas maka perludikembangkan suatu perancangan dan pembuatan antene wifi yang dapat dengan mudah dibuat,mempunyai fungsionalitas tinggi serta murah dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat perlu dikembangkan.

Komputer hanyalah sebuah mesin yang dapat mengalami kegagalan dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Komputer tidak “burn-out” tetapi “wear-out” baik oleh cara penggunaan manusia yang salah ataupun oleh ketahanan komponen yang memang hanya memiliki kemampuan yang terbatas. Masalah yang ditimbulkan oleh komputer kadangkala merupakan masalah kecil yang tidak memerlukan tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi mengenai komputer. Untuk menyelesaikan hal itu, mungkin bisa diselesaikan olehseorang yang mempunyai pengetahuan sangat dasar tentang komputer. Tetapi kadangkala masalah-masalah tersebut juga membutuhkan tingkat kemampuan yang tinggi tentang komputer dan komponen-komponen sehingga memerlukan seorang teknisi khusus untuk perbaikannya. Program ini akan membantu dalammenyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan troubleshooting atau penyelesaian masalah perangkat keras (hardware) komputer secara cepat.

Merancang dan memelihara aplikasi Web merupakan salah satu tantangan utama dalam industri perangkat lunak dari tahun 2000. Web Modeling Language (WebML), suatu pemodelan untuk menetapkan website yang kompleks ditingkatan konseptual. WebML memungkinkan uraian tingkat tinggi tentang  website di bawah dimensi orthogonal yang terpisah: isi datanya (structur model), halaman penyusunnya (compotition model), topologi dari relasi antar halaman (navigation model), tata letak dan persyaratan grafis untuk halaman yang dibuat (presentation model), dan pemilihan fitur untuk masing-masing isi (personalitation model). Semua konsep dari WebML dihubungkan dengan notasi grafis dan sintaksis XML. Spesifikasi WebML tidak terikat pada bahasa yang digunakan pada sisi-klien dalam mengirimkan aplikasi ke para pemakai, dan juga  platform yang digunakan pada sisi-server dalam memasukkan data ke site, tetapi dapat secara efektif digunakan untuk hasil implementasi halaman dalam pengaturan spesifikasi teknologi. WebML menjamin pendekatan model-driven pada pengembangan website, merupakan kunci utama dalam menggambarkan generasi CASE tool dalam membangun site yang kompleks, mendukung fitur tingkat lanjut seperti akses multi-device, personalisasi, dan manajemen evolusi.  

This article discuss research progress and future opportunities for modeling consumer choice on the Internet using clickstream data and also to compare the nature of Internet choice (as captured by clickstream data) with supermarket choice (as captured by UPC scanner panel data). Though the application of choice models to clickstream data is relatively new, and review existing early work and provide a two-by-two categorization of the applications studied to date (delineating search versus purchase on the one hand and within-site versus across-site choices on the other). The article discusses additional opportunities afforded by clickstream information, including personalization, data mining, automation, and customer valuation and also offers directions for further research in these areas. Notwithstanding the numerous challenges associated with clickstream data research.

Kemaiuan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat cepat, dan berpengaruh pada semua aspek kehidupan haik aspek yang menguntungkan maupun aspek yang merugikan. Perubahan yang sangat cepat itu tentunya tidak berjalan dengan sendirinya, tetapi berkat niat dan keinginan untuk memanfaatksn adanya perubahan tersebut. Dalam penggunaan komputer seseorang selalu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keahliannya, faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah personality yang meliputi kecemasan dan sikap dalam menggunakan komputer. Kecernasan dan sikap itu akan berpengaruh pada keahlian seseorang dalam penggunaan komputer. Kecemasan ini dipengaruhi oleh sejauh mana teknologi informasi membantu tugas kita sehari-hari. Sikap adalah pernyataan evaluatif baik yang menguntungkan atau yang tak menguntungkan mengenai objek orang atau peristiwa. Sikap mencerminkan bagairnarra seseorang merasakan sesuatu. Sikap tidak sama dengan nilai, tapi keduanya dapat dihubungkan. Kesuksesan suatu teknologi informasi berkaitan erat dengan keahlian dari pemakai. Kecemasan terhadap penggunaan komputer berkorelasi negatif terhadap keahlian dalam penggunaan komputer. Semakin cemas seseorang terhadap penggunaan komputer maka semakin kurang keahliannya. Hal ini merupakan kebalikan dengan sikap, apabila seseorang bersikap menerima penggunaan komputer, maka akan mempertinggi keahliannnya dalam menggunakan komputer. Dalam penelitian ini ternyata sikap tidak mempengaruhi keahlian, hal ini tidak konsisten dengan hasil penelitian yang telah banyak dilakukan diluar negeri, ketidak konsistenan ini kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya, dimana orang Indonesia tidak suka berterus terang akan keahlian yang dimiliki.
