This study discusses the management audit on the function of procurement of goods and services. Management audit is a tool for management audit is a tool that can be used by companies to measure the economy, effectiveness, and efficiency or evaluation of management activity programs. This study aims to assess the economization, efficiency, and effectiveness of the function of the procurement of goods and services at PT PLN ULP Ruteng. The scope of the procurement function includes the procurement organization, the procurement process which consists of: procurement planning, procurement implementation, payment and reporting. In this study, it is more specifically discussed about the audit of goods and services procurement organizations. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 states that the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, hereinafter referred to as LKPP, is an institution tasked with developing and formulating policies for the Government's procurement of goods/services. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on the procurement function in the organization of procurement of goods and services PT PLN ULP Ruteng it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

This study aims to increase teachers' knowledge about the Application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model in learning mathematics so that it can support teachers' skills in preparing PjBL learning tools that motivate student learning. In this PKM activity, training and mentoring are collected in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The instruments used are observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and training modules. Data analysis of this activity is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that training and mentoring activities for the implementation of the PjBL Model make a good contribution to increasing mastery of the material and increasing the ability of teachers to design PjBL learning tools that motivate student learning.

Furthermore, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, although they need to be optimized. (4) Top Management Involvement Dimension, the head of service has conducted evaluation and supervision in the implementation of strategies and services provided. (5) Multi-field dimension, employees carry out procedures and are responsible for providing provincial library services.

Raja Haji Fisabililah International Airport is an airport located in the city of Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. One of the work units that support the smoothness and safety of flights at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport is the Apron Movement Control (AMC). This research was conducted to find out how the regularity of the implementation of the tasks of the Apron Movement Control unit in the midst of limited personnel. This research uses qualitative research methods and was conducted from August to September 2022 at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly through observation and interviews while secondary data is data obtained through documents based on triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the discovery of problems in the form of no personnel who carry out supervision/controlling on a permanent basis on the air side during aircraft arrivals and there are no AMC personnel who have marshalling certification/guiding aircraft parking on the apron, because according to the applicable SOP, one of the AMC personnel at each branch office is required to have marshalling certification. Therefore, AMC personnel provide the results of the performance evaluation of each personnel and the weekly work draft periodically to PT Angkasa Pura II, that with the condition of limited personnel, the AMC unit gets a solution from the facilitator of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport, namely PT Angkasa Pura II.

Bed rest is a condition when a person cannot move freely due to conditions that interfere with movement (activity). Pressure sores are one of the biggest impacts of bed rest. One of the interventions to prevent pressure sores is giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through massage. Aims; Knowing the results of the implementation of giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through Massage on the prevention of pressure sores on bed rest patients in the ICU Room of PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. Method; This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is the nursing care approach: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Respondents in this study amounted to two patients with a risk of pressure sores. The instrument uses an observation sheet and a Braden scale measurement questionnaire. Results; The results of the implementation showed that the Braden scale rose for both respondents for the first respondent, the Braden scale became 11, and for the second respondent, it became 15. Conclusion; There are differences in the Braden Scale in patients at risk of pressure sores after giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through Massage at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital.

This study aims to look at the implementation of ongoing business processes and see how far the results of the evaluation can identify opportunities for improvement and recommendations for improving ABC Shop's business processes. The research method uses descriptive qualitative through interviews with informants and observations of online and offline ordering services at ABC Stores. The results of the study show that there are deficiencies in the online ordering process, such as online ordering data that is entered manually and recapitulated so that the queue process and order completion take a long time and the queues can even be swapped. Opportunities for improvement and recommendations for improvement, in this case, are being able to improve existing business processes and providing an information system for ordering souvenirs that is more flexible than social media Instagram and according to the needs of Toko ABC..

A company engaged in selling various herbal products, various health products and herbal cosmetics. The purpose of this research is to determine efforts to increase sales through current and future marketing strategies to be more effective and achieve maximum profits. This research is field research with qualitative descriptive methods, data and information collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The factor causing the decline in sales and not achieving the desired target is an ineffective marketing strategy. So far the marketing strategy implemented has been quite good, namely by implementing advertising, sales promotions and personal selling. However, in practice these three elements do not work according to what the company expects due to a lack of evaluation of each element, so that the results achieved are not optimal. Therefore, you should add promotional activities that are relatively cheaper and more effective, namely through advertising with larger signage media and an annual calendar as well as carrying out a more in-depth evaluation of the marketing strategy being implemented, so that a goal can be achieved, namely increasing sales.

Tofu is a characteristic of Indonesian food, so it is not uncommon for this tofu food to be found in Padang. Suryanto (in Hartaty, 1994) states that what is meant by tofu is solid food printed from soymilk (Glycinespp) by a protein deposition process at its isoelectric point, without or with the addition of other permitted substances. The production process of tofu starts from washing, grinding, and pressing which are carried out by humans as well as machines. The purpose of this study is to obtain alternative production strategies that can be applied in Tofu Factory Industry SMEs. The background of this research is the not yet optimal work culture in the Ciamis Regional Secretariat and how the role of the Regional Secretariat Organizational Section has in improving work culture in the Government environment. The purposes of this research are: 1) To find out and analyze the role of the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Ciamis Regency Government 2) To find out and analyze the work culture at the Regional Secretariat of Ciamis Regency, 2) To find out the role of the Organizational Section in improving work culture within the Regional Secretariat Ciamis Regency Government. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This study attempts to describe the role of the Regional Secretariat Organizational Section in improving work culture within the Ciamis District Government Regional Secretariat. The approach that researchers use is a qualitative naturalistic approach. In this approach will be more concerned with the process than the results. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Organizational Section, the head of the work team 1, the head of the work team 2, the executor 1, the executor 2, and the implementer 3 of the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ciamis Regency. bResults of the study show that 1) The role of the Organizational Section at the Regional Secretariat of Ciamis Regency is to always develop various techniques to open opportunities for success in achieving work program objectives as well as agency plans and targets, one of which is to optimize coordination with the OPD within the Ciamis Regency Government to always coordinate and carry out consultation with the Provincial Government of West Java and the Central Government, 2) The work culture in the Regional Secretariat of Ciamis is ACTIVITY. In terms of attitude, there are still skills and attitudes that are lacking from some employees, it is already seen that they have enthusiasm, work hard, are honest and are not lazy. In the behavior of employees who have shown a serious attitude at work, but there are also some employees who are not innovative and work discipline is good, it can be seen from the employees who are never late and comply with the rules that apply in the agency. But the collaboration has not been maximized between cooperation with other OPDs in making SOPs. 3) The Role of the Organizational Section for Improving Work Culture in the Regional Secretariat of the Ciamis Regency Government is that every year it has a monitoring and evaluation team for the continuity of work cultural values that exist in each regional apparatus organization (OPD) and every year there is always a process socialization and internalization from the Organizational Section to each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD). The form of efforts made to overcome these problems is by involving employees in formal education and training, providing direction or coaching to each personal according to their respective duties, involving employees in technical training, providing direction and coaching to employees who do not understand organizational goals in stages and stages, increasing employee competence and improving internal control comprehensively.

This research is motivated by students' lack of interest in educational media during learning. Students feel bored and less motivated because the media used is only conventional, such as lecturing, relying on textbooks and modules, which result in low student knowledge. Powtoon learning videos, with their modern approach and visual-audio presentation, offer a solution. These videos feature animated cartoons, which address students' complaints about conventional learning methods. This research aims to understand the overview of the learning process, identify student needs, determine the steps for media development, assess the validity of the developed media, and examine the influence of the media on students' knowledge. The researcher employed the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, tests, interviews, observations, and data analysis. The study was conducted at SMPN 2 Kademangan, with eighth-grade classes D (control group) and E (experimental group) as research subjects. Data analysis was performed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The validation results from media experts, subject matter experts, and social studies teachers regarding the Powtoon media showed that it was suitable for use with minor revisions and had a significant impact on learning outcomes. The Sig value (2-tailed) was found to be 0.003, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Therefore, H1 is accepted, indicating that there is a difference in learning outcomes between the control group (class D) and the experimental group (class E), with an average post-test score of 82.68% for class D and 93.28% for class E. This shows a difference of 10.6%, indicating that Powtoon media is effective for learning purposes.

One of the recognized stages in addressing population growth is the Family Planning Program. In essence, the results of the Family Planning Program are beneficial for the growth and development of Indonesian society. Community participation is very influential in the family planning program, especially in improving the quality of life of the community at the village level or equivalent to the family planning program and other development programs that have been adjusted by each region. The evaluation of the family planning program in Kampung Bulang sub-district aims to obtain comprehensive information on the implementation and implementation of family planning programs in increasing family resilience and welfare. In this study, researchers used descriptive research using a qualitative approach, with primary and secondary data sources. This study uses the Program Evaluation Theory according to Wirawan, where in this theory there are five indicators consisting of (1) Input Evaluation, which aims to assess the adequacy of the Quantity and Quality of the Family Planning Program. (2) Process Evaluation, which aims to see or monitor how far the activities have been carried out. (3) Output Evaluation, which aims to see whether the Family Planning Program is running well or vice versa. (4) Outcome Evaluation which aims to see the results of whether the community understands the importance of the Family Planning Program. (5) Impact Evaluation, which aims to assess changes that occur in society. The conclusion of the program researchers is that it is running well, but it must continue to raise public awareness for the family planning program. The government also needs to reaffirm family planning not only in certain circumstances but for national needs.

Process scheduling algorithms play an important role in determining the performance of operating systems, particularly in managing CPU utilization and process execution efficiency. Ineffective scheduling mechanisms can lead to increased waiting time and reduced system performance. This study aims to model and simulate several process scheduling algorithms using MATLAB in order to evaluate their performance characteristics. The research method involves developing simulation models for selected scheduling algorithms, including First Come First Serve, Shortest Job First, and Round Robin. Performance evaluation is conducted based on key parameters such as average waiting time, turnaround time, and processor throughput. The simulation results demonstrate that each scheduling algorithm exhibits different performance behaviors depending on the workload characteristics. Shortest Job First produces the lowest average waiting time, while Round Robin offers better response time fairness for time-sharing systems. The findings indicate that simulation-based analysis using MATLAB provides an effective approach to understanding the behavior and performance trade-offs of process scheduling algorithms. This research contributes as a reference for selecting appropriate scheduling algorithms in operating system design and as a learning model for process scheduling analysis.

This article presents the results of research regarding facilitation to commemorate National Santri Day in Wonosobo Regency. The mentoring stage is carried out through three steps, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. The activities take the form of field research with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, then descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that accompanying the commemoration of National Santri Day in Wonosobo Regency to the santri can raise awareness of heroic values in everyday life. This also provides an understanding of the importance of commemorating National Santri Day, by loving ulama, and being ready to fight in various fields to advance the nation.

Friday sermons are a method of da'wah among Muslims which is always carried out in various places. The position of the preacher is very vital considering that it is related to the validity of worship. The aim of this service is to find out how to facilitate the guidance and training of young cadres of imams and preachers in Sapuran & Kepil District, Wonosobo Regency. The service stages go through three steps: coordination, implementation and evaluation. Qualitative research setting by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this activity show that facilitating guidance and training for young cadres of imams and preachers is very useful in that it can improve the quality of preachers and imams in carrying out Friday prayers. This contributes to understanding the importance of the content and strategy of the preacher in carrying out his duties, avoiding apathy which allows the congregation to become bored and not focus on listening to the sermon so that Friday prayers become dry of meaning. The conclusion specifies the essence that is meaningful for the reader, and how the research gaps are filled so that they contain elements of novelty and contribution to the wider area of da'wah.

Parengan Village is one of the leading villages located in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. Parengan village has a lot of good potential. There are 16 MSMEs that are the source of life for the people of Parengan Village with various types of businesses consisting of woven crafts, woven sarongs, handicrafts, cosmetic businesses, food businesses, livestock businesses, agriculture to service providers. This service involved 16 MSME partners who were in Parengan Village. The problem faced by MSME partners in Parengan Village is a lack of understanding of digital literacy, so that in running their business most of them still use conventional methods. To help solve the problems faced by MSME partners, socialization was carried out regarding digital literacy and assistance in implementing digital MSMEs. The stages carried out in this service consist of 4 stages, starting from the coordination stage, the socialization stage, the mentoring stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the socialization activities that have been carried out show that knowledge and insight regarding digital literacy has increased, this is supported by a desire to learn from MSME partners in digitizing their businesses. Then from the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it shows that MSME partners have started to be able to implement their business promotions through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WA Business as well as make sales through e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Tokopedia or Lazada

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is one of the retro viruses that infects white blood cells which has an impact on a weakened immune system, damage to the function of cluster of differentiation 4 positive (CD4+) cells as well as other immune cells. CD4 count below 200, opportunistic infections and not taking treatment can exacerbate chronic conditions throughout life. The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing care for Mr. B with Stage 1 HIV at the Seroja Polyclinic, Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. The research design used was a descriptive case study including assessment, data analysis, nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. This research was conducted in the seroja room of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Based on the results obtained, based on the assessment data, two nursing problems emerged, namely hyperthermia, related to the disease process marked by fever and secondly the risk of opportunistic infections associated with decreased immune system which was marked with a CD4 value close to 200. Actions taken were monitoring body temperature and collaborating on drug administration with doctors, providing health education about HIV, adherence to taking medication and advising regular eating patterns and adequate rest. It is recommended that health workers provide education about HIV/AIDS care and also provide medication taking assistance to prevent non-adherence in taking medication, social and spiritual.

 Accidents and emergency conditions can occur anywhere, at any time and attack anyone, including at school. Mistakes or delays in initial treatment can result in a further worsening of the victim's condition which can result in disability or other complications, so it is necessary to pay attention to management and management functions, namely aspects of implementation/movement or action as an effort to optimize and foster UKS. However, the problem is that the knowledge of teachers and school principals is still lacking, there is a lack of funds, and the infrastructure is inadequate for implementing UKS. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge of UKS officers and make them truly ready to handle emergency conditions in the school environment and its surroundings. In implementing the provision of UKS services at Bawakaraeng High School, UKS collaborates with teachers. With implementation methods, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that the service activity process went smoothly and there was an increase in knowledge with a pre-test score in the good knowledge category, namely 10 people (33.33%) and less than 20 people (66.67%), then the post test results with good knowledge, namely 28 people (93.33%) and less than 2 people (6.67%)

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and sales stability on business survival in companies experiencing financial crisis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several companies facing financial crises in different industries. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with company executives, analysis of financial statements, and evaluation of implemented management strategies. The research was conducted over a three-month period, starting from January to March 2023. The results show that effective financial management is essential to deal with the financial crisis and affects business survival. Companies that are able to manage financial resources well, restructure debt, and optimize the use of capital will have a greater chance of surviving a crisis. In addition, sales stability is also a crucial factor in the survival of the company. Product diversification, market expansion, and efforts to maintain market share help companies to cope with demand fluctuations and reduce the negative impact of the economic crisis. While this research provides valuable insights, there are limitations in the number of case studies and the focus on qualitative data. The implication of this study is that it is important for companies to strengthen financial management and improve sales stability in an effort to overcome the financial crisis and maintain business viability.    

From pre-research at Public Elementary Schools in the Sumowono District, Semarang Regency, there are problems in learning Mathematics, namely the lack of activeness and understanding of students mathematically, The teacher gives questions and emphasizes the correctness of answers without emphasizing other aspects possessed by students, The applied learning is oriented on the development of analytical thinking with monotonous and incomplete problems and teachers are still not able to improve students' numeracy literacy skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the validity and applicability as well as to analyze the effectiveness of domino card media with an active learning approach and to describe students' numeracy literacy abilities after using domino card media with an active learning approach. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is the ADDIE model developed by Branch which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The population of this study were all students of class VI at SDN Kemawi, Sumowono District, Semarang Regency, with a total of 24 students. Data collection techniques used are tests and non-tests. Data analysis techniques using product data analysis, initial data analysis and final data analysis through T and N-Gain tests. The results of the study show that the development of domino card media with an active learning approach is very feasible to use with a presentation feasibility percentage of two media experts with an average yield of 91.99% and content feasibility by material experts of 98%. This media is also used effectively as evidenced by the results of the average difference test using the t test obtained a value of 38.75 and 2.063 so that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest learning outcomes. There was an increase in students' numeracy literacy skills through the acquisition of an average pretest and posttest through the N-Gain test of 0.82 with high criteria. In conclusion, domino card learning media with an active learning approach is very appropriate and effective for learning Mathematics on broad material and circle shapes for class VI SDN Kemawi, Semarang Regency. 

Pumpkin seeds contain flavonoid, steroid and carotenoid metabolite compounds so they have antioxidant activity. The current development of cosmetics is more towards herbal cosmetics with the use of natural ingredients. This study aims to evaluate the characteristics of pumpkin seed oil as a cosmetic body scrub. This study used pumpkin seed oil obtained by the soxletation method. MBLK concentration in body scrub is 10g and 15g. The physical characteristics of the body scrub were evaluated for organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, stickiness, spreadability at the start and after the cycling test. To obtain a safe and non-irritating body scrub, an in vivo irritation test was carried out. The physical properties and irritation test data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of the physical properties evaluation showed that the pumpkin seed oil body scrub has a semi-solid form, is white in color, homogeneous, and has an apple scent. At room temperature storage the body scrub has a pH range of 6.31-7.47, an adhesion range of 1.2-1.3 seconds, a spreading power range of 2.52-2.74 cm. After the cycling test was carried out, it had a pH range of 6.31-6.79, an adhesive power of 1.2 seconds, a spreading power range of 2.52-2.71cm. There was a decrease in the physical characteristics of the body scrub but not significantly different during room temperature storage and after the cycling test (p>0.05). The results of observations of irritation tests using rabbits for 14 days, found no erythema and edema on the rabbit's skin. The pumpkin seed oil body scrub formula remains stable during storage at room temperature or extreme temperatures and does not cause an irritating response to the skin
