The purpose of this study is to determine the application of company resource management and supply chain management at the Grand Pet Shop. In conducting an analysis of business partners, researchers used qualitative methods in the form of direct interview techniques with the owner of the Grand Pet Shop. The results found through analysis, Grand Pet Shop has implemented a supply chain process including planning, processing, storage, shipping and returns of goods then partners have also involved 4 functional areas, namely marketing and sales, supply chain management (SCM), accounting and finance, and human resources in running their business as well as analyzing the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is still not recommended at this time because there has not been found a suitability for Grand Pet Shop use due to the high cost and the Enterprise Resource Planning system is too complicated for Grand Pet Shops which are still SMEs, but do not rule out the possibility in the future.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pressing fish waste flour in the Christmas II market on protein, fat, and energy content. The research method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD), which consisted of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The following were performed: P0: Fish waste flour from poultry; P1: Fish waste flour is dried under the sun; P2: Fish waste flour is pressed and dried in the sun; P3: Fish waste flour is pressed in the oven with a temperature of 400C. The research parameters are the content of crude protein, crude fat, and gross energy. The results of this study showed that the effect of pressing fish waste flour on the II Natal market showed that the highest crude protein content was in the P0 treatment (fish waste flour from poultry); Crude fat and gross energy were highest in treatment P1 (fish waste flour dried under the sun). The results of analysis of crude protein in samples of fish meal treatment, it was found that the one with the highest crude protein content was treatment P0 (fish waste flour from poultry) which was 53.07% then treatment P2 (pressed fish waste flour dried under the sun) with an average 43.31% and P3 (pressed fish waste flour in the oven with a temperature of 400C) of 42.66% and the one with the lowest crude protein content was 41.81%, namely treatment P1 (waste fish flour dried under the sun). The lowest percentage of crude fat content was found in treatment P0 (fish waste flour from poultry) which was 0.16% and the highest was in treatment P1 (dried fish waste flour in the sun) which was 2.93% and the highest gross energy was 2,852.46 cal /100g in treatment P1 (fish waste flour drying under the sun), and the lowest was 2,252.63 cal/100g in treatment P0 (fish waste flour from poultry). The results of the analysis of variance for the content of crude protein, crude fat, and gross energy content showed very significant differences (P<0.01) in this study. The results of the test of variance which were very significantly different were then tested further using the honest significant difference (BNJ) follow-up test according to the respective coefficient of diversity.

This study aims to find out how the behavior of traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City in the perspective of Islamic marketing ethics and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in applying it to traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study it is known that Islamic marketing ethics have not been fully implemented by traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City. Of the 5 indicators of Islamic business ethics 2 that are applied in trading activities at Pasar 46 Jambi City, the responsibility is Ihsan (benevolence). Supporting factors in applying Islamic business ethics to traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City are the factors of responsibility (responsibility) and factors of Ihsan (benevolence). While the factors that become obstacles in applying Islamic business ethics are the monotheism factor (unity), the balance/justice factor (equilibrium), and free will.

This journal discusses efforts to increase knowledge about the importance of halal certification as a strategy to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarnegara Regency. Halal certification is a key factor in expanding market access and increasing consumer confidence. The aim of this research is to increase the understanding of the MSME group in Banjarnegara Regency regarding the basic concept of halal certification, its significance in the context of business competitiveness, and its positive impact on local economic growth. The method of increasing knowledge involves outreach activities and workshops directly to MSME groups. The results are expected to have a positive impact on increasing awareness and implementation of halal certification among MSMEs, which in turn will contribute to increasing competitiveness and economic growth in Banjarnegara Regency.

This journal discusses efforts to improve digital marketing skills in the context of empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) groups in Banjarnegera Regency through the application of product rebranding methods. The main objective of this research is to increase the digital presence and competitiveness of MSME products in the online market. The research method involves collaboration between researchers and a selected group of MSMEs. The product rebranding process is carried out with a focus on developing brand identity, online layout, and digital marketing strategies. Special training is provided to members of the MSME group to increase their understanding of the use of digital platforms, social media, and other online marketing techniques. The research results show that the application of the product rebranding method significantly improves the digital marketing skills of the MSME group. We saw an increase in the number of website visitors, engagement on social media, and an increase in overall sales. In addition, members of the MSME group also reported an increase in their confidence and understanding of digital marketing strategies.

The target of this IbM program is the Partner Group in Gowa Regency (Pesantren Wihdatul Ulum Borisallo Gowa). The IbM program to be developed is the Making of Moringa Leaf Sticks using moringa leaves as raw materials along with other additional ingredients. The advantages of these Moringa Leaf Sticks are as a tasty and nutritious snack containing various vitamins and antioxidants. Moringa Leaf Sticks use raw materials such as wheat flour and moringa leaves, which are readily available. Moringa leaves are easy to cultivate, making them readily accessible. In addition, Moringa Leaf Sticks can be made with simple technology and basic equipment, making it easy to be developed by the Partner Group in Gowa Regency, turning it into a new entrepreneurial venture that can increase income and improve the community's economy. These Moringa Leaf Sticks have the potential to be marketed in stores as they are generally liked by the public and can contribute to improving public health

This research aims to learn more about "the impact of Tokopedia online store and Facebook marketplace on digital buying and selling media", answering the main problem at hand, namely how the impact of Tokopedia online store and Facebook marketplace on digital buying and selling media. The main idea of this research is how technological advances can be utilized to increase the profitability of MSMEs. The purpose of this research is to find out how the impact of Tokopedia e-commerce and Facebook marketplace on the sales of products owned by MSME players will increase. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method that aims to determine the relationship between different variables. At the same time, this research should be supported by questionnaires and documentary studies. The basic population of this research is Tokopedia and Facebook Marketplace users. The least number of samples was taken from the SEM analysis, so the technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The conclusion of this study is how the use of Tokopedia and Facebook Marketplace affects the level of product sales.

This article discusses the results and discussion of the digital marketing socialization program applied to MSME Promo Fostle and Barbershop Do'a Ibu in Sleman Regency. Results from the program include increased online presence, increased sales, and changes in the way these businesses utilize digital strategies. A discussion of implications and recommendations will also be discussed. The results achieved show that digital marketing has a significant positive impact on MSMEs. This success can be attributed to training, ongoing support and strong collaboration. Although MSMEs face challenges such as limited resources and adapting to change, these efforts provide valuable guidance for other MSMEs looking to utilize digital marketing. With a commitment to innovation and continued digital marketing practices, MSMEs can compete and develop in an increasingly digitally connected business world. The success of Promo Fostle and Barbershop Do'a Ibu MSMEs is an inspiring example for other MSMEs to pursue a similar journey towards more effective digital marketing and sustainable business growth

The implementation of this community service involves this Partner Village located in Randutatah Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. This group has various businesses, processed seafood. Technology development in the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in business and marketing. E-commerce is one form of technology utilization that is growing rapidly, providing new opportunities for business actors, including farmers and fishermen in Randutatah Paiton Village. However, obstacles such as limited internet access, lack of e-commerce knowledge, low marketing networks, and intense competition on e-commerce platforms are the main challenges.To overcome these obstacles, a training program on e-commerce utilization was conducted.  This training program involves business owners and workers, with an implementation method that includes planning, implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of the implementation of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various MSME products in Randutatah Village with the intention of introducing and increasing their sales turnover, while the method used is to use participatory methods, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are that with the help of training and e-commerce applications, it can reduce the sales turnover of MSME products in Randutatah Village.

Marketing management strategy is a process that allows an organization or company to explore large market opportunities, increase sales, and achieve the desired level of profit. The importance of marketing management strategy also lies in its role as a vital tool in securing the company's position in business competition. The main goal of marketing is to carry out transactions, provide services, fulfill needs, and accommodate customer desires to ensure their satisfaction. The marketing function primarily involves product development. If there is a decline in the acceptance of products in circulation, additional steps in product development are needed to suit the dynamics of business development. In the context of the problems faced, the author focuses on two main problems: 1) how marketing management strategies can increase sales at the Sate Madura Cak Budi stall on Jalan Imam Bonjol and Cak Umar on Jalan Soekarno Hatta, 2) what factors support or hampering marketing management strategies in increasing sales at the two stalls. This research adopts qualitative research methods using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The main objective is to provide a detailed and structured explanation about the implementation of sharia marketing management strategies to increase sales at the Sate Madura stalls Cak Budi and Cak Umar. These two stalls apply a sharia marketing approach using the 4P marketing mix concept (product, price, promotion, place). The main supporting factors for this strategy are strategic locations that are easily accessible to consumers and communication strategies aimed at attracting customers from outside the Metro City area. However, the main obstacle for the Sate Cak Budi and Cak Umar stalls is the fairly tight competitive situation in the Metro City area.

Digitalization carried out by companies has an impact on marketing parties to carry out the ordering   process   online.   Meanwhile,   marketing parties need time to adapt to technology. The purpose of  implementing the  dedication  to  PT  Atmi Duta Engineering is to increase knowledge and insight so that the marketing division sales can use Zoho Form sales for online forms. Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

This community service activity shows that the Puskad business incubator as part of the community can remain closely connected with the community that gave birth to it. For example, the problem of poverty which continues to haunt social life must continue to be eradicated. This can be alleviated, for example, by entrepreneurship or business development. Meanwhile, business development continued to develop over time, resulting in the rise of social media. With this service, we can see that people must share knowledge and experience with each other so that we can develop together. Therefore, answers from academics to problems and society can be displayed here. Using the participatory action research method, it was found that the way to increase the younger generation's understanding and knowledge of social media is to start with interaction. The differences that arise from social media training can be seen through the accuracy of conveying information to the appropriate target audience, equipment and communication facilities between creative actors, and budget conditions to meet the training and creativity needs of the community. The results of content creator training for entrepreneurs are: 1) Improved Communication Skills; 2) Increased Brand Awareness; 3) Increase interaction with customers; 4) Increase Conversions and Sales; 5) Marketing Cost Savings

This activity aims to resolve existing problems with partners, in order to support poverty alleviation efforts for NTT specialty weaving craftsmen "Kasih Bunda" Lapoem Village, West Insana District. This activity aims to improve the welfare of weaving craftsmen, whose daily work as weaving craftsmen is untouched by entrepreneurial skills. Priority problems: 1) Currently, the production produced is less varied, the combination of motifs is still simple; 2) Do not yet have entrepreneurial skills that produce economic value and are in demand by the market; 3) Do not yet have: entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial managerial, Internet of Things (IoT) based marketing skills; 4) Do not have business capital including equipment and materials needed for weaving activities. The solution and method in this PKM program is to provide skills training to the Lapeom Village "Kasih Bunda" weaving craftsmen, so that partners will be able to produce superior products that have economic value and are needed by the market. To produce products that have sales value, skills training is directed at weaving quality. Therefore, the training provided will also cover technical production, weaving design and Internet of Things (IoT) based marketing which is very suitable for product promotion in the New Normal Era. This entrepreneurship training has social goals and is based on social activities. Therefore, partners will also be given training in entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial managerial skills, which also includes production management, financial management, simple accounting and marketing management. Apart from that, assistance is provided to partners, so that efforts to develop micro business activities among weaving craftsmen can be realized and run well. The outputs that are expected to be realized from this activity are: (1) The formation of partner micro-businesses that are able to provide additional income to the partner members' families, and (2) The creation of partner-produced goods that are marketable. 3) Have an online-based shop such as: Tokopedia, etc

Banjarwaru Village known as bamboo crafts village. Originally it was just a household product, it began to develop into a product that has aesthetic value. Sales of handicraft products are also starting to grow, they are starting to spread to other areas. Then the problem arises, namely inconsistent sales levels. To overcome this problem, the Cilacap State Polytechnic carried out Community Service activities by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities by inviting resource persons from business actors to discuss with Banjarwaru village craftsmen. The aim of this activity is that Banjarwaru village craftsmen can find solutions to increase the level of sales of their craft products. From the results of the FGD, it was found that steps that can be taken to increase sales levels are carrying out business legality, building networks with the government, consumers, and fellow business actors, and increasing promotions through digital platforms.

Business is an activity of the economy, where business activities take place in the market. Where the market is a meeting place for traders and buyers. One of them is the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market with traders who are predominantly Muslim. Competition is an organization or individual vying to get what they want. This study uses a type of qualitative research and the object of this research is the traditional market traders of Muara Sabak Ulu. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, the techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation. The determination of the pricing mechanism at the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market is found in the selling price and the interest of the buyer where the trader will raise the price of the goods above the price given by the distributor. The factor for the occurrence of violations of business ethics in the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market is because the opportunity to cheat will encourage people to do so. The intention to cheat will increase if the trader is under pressure to achieve a goal that he feels is very important. There are traders in the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market who comply with the ethics of trading and the principles of Islamic business ethics and there are also those who are not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics.

This research aims to examine the Factors That Influence The Development Of Market Share At Bank Bukopin Syariah For The 2018-2022 Period. The method in this research is quantitative. The data used in this research is time series data for the period 2018 to 2022. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of Return on Assets (ROA) on Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. There is a positive and significant influence of the Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) on the Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. There is a positive and significant influence of Financing To Ratio (FDR) on Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) and Financing To Ratio (FDR), on the Market Share at Bank Bukopin Syariah. Based on the research results, it is best to use a sample of companies operating in industries other than manufacturing and increase the research period so that the sample size is larger so that the research results can be compared and not only limited to the manufacturing industry.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari strategi marketing digital melalui program Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli pelajar pada jurusan Sistem Informasi di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Marketing digital telah menjadi aspek integral dalam era e-commerce yang berkembang pesat, dan program afiliasi Shopee merupakan salah satu metode yang menonjol dalam mencapai audiens target. Minat beli mahasiswa, sebagai variabel kunci, menjadi fokus utama dalam pemahaman perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear untuk mengukur sejauh mana dampak dari pemasaran digital Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa marketing Shopee Affiliate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  sebesar 31,7% terhadap minat beli mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Penambahan nilai dalam marketing Shopee Affiliate akan meningkatkan minat beli secara statistik signifikan, yakni 0,257 satuan.

This research is motivated by the role of the Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) as a student laboratory for learning about investment. Based on the data, the number of investors in the Islamic Investment Gallery from the inception of GIS from 2016 to 2021 is unstable every year and is still relatively low. Even though the FEBI Faculty has good potential in attracting investors because there are so many enthusiasts in the FEBI departments. Low interest and motivation in investing in Indonesia is due to low knowledge and understanding of the capital market. GIS is expected to help foster student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Gis, both the constraints and solutions faced by Gis in fostering students' interest in investing in the capital market. This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The method used in this research is to collect data through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.

Fruit is one of the foods that many enjoy adequately because of their good taste and have many health benefits, such as rich in vitamins and other nutrients. The fruit market flourished because so many communities were attracted to the fruit. Fruit sellers competed closely with one another in the market as the fruit trade flourished. Each fruit merchant has a different business plan to boost sales in his or her store in the face of this tough competition. Companies that produce goods or services can gain a competitive advantage that is sustained by applying marketing strategies. One of the pillars underlying a comprehensive business plan is the marketing plan. Because of the mostly fierce competition umkm faces, these businesses need to have a marketing plan to fight the competition. The purpose of this study is to know and evaluate marketing strategies and to improve competitiveness. The research was done on the ayu sulastri and amri's fruit shop. A technique used for data collection with observation, interviews, and documentation. In the sulastri stores each year increases, in the last year up 21%. Whereas at the amri store, income increases by 2023 from 2020 to 2023 begins to increase little by little and by 2023 gets an increase by 11%. The food and beverage business in Indonesia, especially the snack business, has developed very rapidly, players in this sector are not only dominated by old players who have great reputations in the Indonesian food and beverage industry, but are also surrounded by new players, imported products. , even now snacks produced by home industries or what are known as small and medium unit products (SMEs), have been distributed to the modern market, which is making this sector increasingly busy and congested. One of the traditional snacks available and consumed by Indonesian people is Rengginang. Rengginang is a snack usually made from sticky rice. Rengginang Udang is one of the processed snack products in Rw 06, Yosodadi Village, East Metro District, which was founded in 2020. Marketing management really needs to be understood by companies, so that they can take advantage of market opportunities by applying production concepts, product concepts, sales concepts, marketing concept, and social-oriented marketing concept. What needs to be done is to carry out a marketing strategy analysis which can be done through appropriate digital marketing to overcome these problems using various stages and analytical tools in the marketing strategy. It is hoped that the results of this marketing strategy analysis will be able to determine the right marketing strategy for entrepreneurs so that they can continue to survive and develop an appropriate competitive strategy to face all possible changes that occur in the business environment.
