Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is used as an important issue for both developed and developing countries. The purpose of this UHC is to protect the health budget for the community so that their needs and welfare can be met. UHC is given to all people, whether they are able or not economically able. One of the reasons why Indonesia's health quality is still not good is the cost of health services which are considered expensive. Therefore, the UHC program in Indonesia is quite important to deal with this problem. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing UHC in improving health services in Indonesia. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar and Pubmed to search for previous related articles. The criteria for related articles used are those published from 2019-2023 and a total of 6 journals have been collected. Based on the six related journals, the results show that UHC appears to be effective in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. Universal Health Coverage System (UHC) Plan The UHC system has been modified by the government to meet the conditions and goals of a professional, efficient, effective and long-term National Health Coverage. the embodiment of UHC goals carried out by Indonesia, namely the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) which is a concrete step embodiment of the National Social Security System (SJSN).

This journal explains how to improve language comprehension through literacy education in SD or what is often called the School Literacy Movement (GLS). The School Literacy Program is designed using the Read-Summary-Tell-Share method. The subjects of this study were all students including low grades (1, 2 and 3) and high grades (grades 4, 5 and 6), educators (teachers), education staff, principals and librarians. This research was carried out according to the stages of student development based on their characteristics; 1) implemented in a balanced manner; 2) use a variety of texts and pay attention to the needs of students; takes place in an integrated and holistic manner in all areas of the curriculum; 3) carried out on an ongoing basis; 4) involving oral communication skills; 5) considering the diversity and condition of schools. The results of this study students understand the language properly and correctly.                                                                                                                                 

One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need assistance from professional staff. Elderly people are an age group that is vulnerable to falls. The aim of implementing this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance with balance exercises as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to an unintentional loss of balance which results in failure of postural stability, or an unexpected and sudden change which results in the position landing on the floor . Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, weak or active state), existing diseases (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, strength muscle, visual disturbances, etc.). The output targets to be achieved include publication of accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued by providing balance training, so that elderly people who are at risk of falling can be identified as early as possible so that providing balance training can maintain and improve the elderly's body balance.

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a Land Registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all Land Registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/kelurahan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Sukorejo, Tunjungan District and to find out the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The method in this research is a juridical method. The normative juridical method is based on the main legal materials to conduct research on relevant theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations. The specification in this research is descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study The implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has been going well in terms of standards and targets. PTSL officers have followed the instructions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and have been understood by the parties involved in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Tunjungan District, Blora Regency. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program at the Blora District Land Office are internal factors.

A living lab is an open innovation ecosystem in a real-life environment that uses an iterative feedback process across innovation lifecycle approaches to create sustainable impact. Living lab is an area that is projected to become a field laboratory and workshop center that accommodates all study programs at UNPAB. This area is also planned to become Ecoedutourism. This analysis resulted in the design of supporting buildings in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) farm area. The results of this design are expected to be a direction for the development of supporting buildings in the Farm area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab).

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of culture shock experienced by Merdeka Student Exchange Program students from North Sumatra who take part in study programs in Java. Culture shock is a psychological and emotional symptom that a person experiences when experiencing significant cultural changes. This study uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results of this study show that students from North Sumatra experience various stages of culture shock, including the crisis stage, adjustment stage, and acculturation stage. In addition, this study also identified factors that influence the experience of culture shock, such as differences in language, food, customs, and value systems. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the experiences of students from North Sumatra in dealing with culture shock in Java and provide guidance for relevant parties in improving support and cultural understanding for students in independent student exchange programs.

Analysis of the Impact of Micro Credit on the Development of Micro Enterprises in Central Tapanuli Regency (Case Study of Customers of Ksp CU Pardomuan Pakkat Barus Branch) . Thesis : Corporate Management Study Program STIE Al Washliyah Sibolga Central Tapanuli. This study aims to determine the impact of micro-credit on the development of micro-enterprises in Central Tapanuli Regency (Case Study of Customers of Ksp CU Pardomuan Pakkat Barus Branch). The population and sample of this research are Ksp CU customers having their address in Barus sub-district as many as 30 people. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale while the test used is Data Analysis Test. The results showed that the impact of Micro credit (X) on Micro Business Development (Y) was tcount 3,768 > ttable 2,059, it means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and it can be concluded that microcredit (X) partially has a positive effect on development. micro enterprise (Y). With the regression equation Y = 20.309 - 0.543 X, this means that there is an influence on the dependent variable (Development of micro-enterprises) determined by the independent variable (micro-credit), with a coefficient of determination of 0.336, practically it can be said that the contribution of micro-credit (X) on the development of micro-enterprises (Y) is 33.6%, the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The era of rapidly developing scientific and technological progress has opened up opportunities for international communication through English. The study was conducted to analyze the potential of elementary school students in English skills in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. Realizing this reality, the "Bengkel Inggris" program is offered to be one of the solutions. The program further investigates the causes of their difficulties in English. In addition, the " Bengkel Inggris " program is not only a place to learn English but also a place for consultation about English. As a result, there was an increase in both classes as seen from the scores on the pre-test, cycle 1 test and cycle 2 test. In the basic English class, the scores are 65, 73.5 and 89.5 while in the intermediate English class the scores are 65.83, 73 and 88.75. Therefore, it was concluded that English Workshop is a program to improve the English learning achievement of elementary school children in Klambir Lima Kebun.

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

Assistance in learning English using the discussion method carried out by KKN Students of the English Language Education Study Program FKIP, University of Subang which was carried out at SDN Kotasari, Pusakanagara aims to foster interest and attractiveness of participants in learning English and to find out the significant effect of the discussion on students' vocabulary skills. For this study, 20 participants participated in 3 experimental groups. A total of 20 participants were tested using the direct discussion method. The data collection used in this activity was that students were asked to write down lists of words that had been determined and then discussed to measure the amount of participant vocabulary mastery and field notes, carried out by documenting the English learning process and photos of activities during the teaching and learning process both before and when the action was carried out. . Based on the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there was a change in the attitude of the participants from those who were less active, not enthusiastic and less involved to become more active, enthusiastic and willing to interact collaboratively during the mentoring activities the students became more active and enthusiastic about learning English with the method discussion and have a positive impact on vocabulary skills.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of CAR and NPL on the profitability of conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that are intervened by LDR. This study uses a type of quantitative research. All conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021 as a study population are 37 banks. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, so that 13 companies were determined as samples. This study uses the PLS data analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio had a negative and insignificant effect on the company's Loan To Deposit Ratio. Non Performing Loans have a negative and significant effect on the company's Loan To Deposit Ratio. Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Loans have a positive and not significant effect on company profitability. Loan To Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loan have no significant negative effect on Profitability through Loan To Deposit Ratio conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  

Speaking is one of the important skills that must be learned by anyone who wants to master English. In mastering speaking skills, it is necessary to use several strategies. Researchers compiled this thesis with the aim of knowing how the strategies used by tutors in teaching speaking , and students' responses to the strategies used by tutors helped them improve students' speaking skills at Fajar English Course, Pare, Kediri. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers obtained data by observing one speaking class program, namely Mentari class. The researcher also interviewed three tutors in Mentari class and two students in Mentari class. Finally, the researcher collected the documentation obtained from the observations in class. The data were analyzed by organizing the data obtained by the researcher. The findings of this study indicate that the strategies applied by tutors are conversation, story telling, presentation, debate, breaking news, and speech.The reason the tutor uses this strategy is because the strategy is considered a fun strategy, gives students confidence to dare to speak in public, motivates students not to be afraid of making mistakes when speaking, and from speaking practice students also gain new knowledge. For students who have difficulty in learning speaking, the tutor encourages and motivates them to practice more speaking both inside and outside the classroom. Because every difficulty in the process of learning speaking is considered to be easy to overcome with a lot of practice.

Currently, SMEs are the main pillar of the economy in Indonesia, but the large number of SMEs in Indonesia cannot be separated from existing difficulties, including accounting fraud. This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with accounting rules, suitability of compensation to the tendency of accounting fraud by using a population of 25 Culinary SMEs in Surakarta City with 125 employees as respondents. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was chosen as a data collection technique. This study uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test using the IBM SPSS version 19 assistance program. has a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, while the suitability of compensation has a no effect on the tendency of accounting fraud

In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. Indonesia is one of the countries with a high stunting rate. In Indonesia, the strategy to accelerate the reduction of stunting is carried out by involving various figures from the government, academia, the private sector, the community, philanthropy and the mass media, and is coordinated by the Vice President. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation strategy for reducing stunting in Kosambironyok Village, Anyar District, Serang Regency in 2022. The type of research used is a qualitative method. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. The informants who played a role in this study consisted of 2 groups, namely the group of informants and the group of key informants. The results of this study indicate that health workers at the Puskesmas, District officials and village officials understand their respective roles in working together to accelerate the reduction of stunting. It is hoped that all health workers will take an active role with the government in implementing the program to reduce stunting rates in toddlers. The stunting reduction program can be carried out by conducting socialization regarding the process of preventing stunting from an early age and how to overcome it.    

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.
