MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. Especially in the upstream part of the river which is always used as a place for laying the results of river backfill every year. Another problem is the narrow area due to the dense population of the area. Narrow land occurs everywhere, not familiar with urban areas or semi-urban villages. In carrying out community service activities, the service team uses the following activity methods: 1. Observation 2. Project planning 3. Evaluation and sharing. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

To be successful in the financial world, you must know how the public disclosure of business information affects stock prices. Specifically for Pakistan, this research will help us better understand the relationship between corporate governance, disclosure quality, and equity cost The Sys-GMM model has been employed by 167 non-financial enterprises listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since 2017. (PSX). Research shows it was in use between 2018 and 2020. The Sys-GMM technique for estimating may be used to account for endogeneity in corporate governance problems. We discovered that GMM projections failed to account for endogeneity, resulting in inaccurate conclusions, using pooled OLS and fixed-effect estimates. According to the research, the cost of equality and financial transparency are mutually incompatible. All of these factors contribute to the PSE's stock price decline, including board size, concentrated ownership, and CEO duality. The research es-tablishes a relationship between independent audit committees and high-quality audits and reduced equity expenses. Independent directors and competent auditors command a premium on the PSX. The duration of the approval process for financial statements has no bearing on the board's independence. Due to the scarcity of information disclosed in annual reports, investors anticipate a higher rate of return. The conclu-sions of the research may be beneficial to Pakistan's corporate govern-ance authorities and investors.

Mental disorders are one of the public health problems in Indonesia. In general, mental disorders are caused by psychological pressure both from outside the individual and from within the individual. Some of the things that cause this is the ignorance of the family and society about this mental disorder (Hawari, 2007). According to WHO or the World Health Organization (2002) states that the prevalence of mental health problems is currently quite high, 25% of the world's population has suffered from mental health problems, 1% of which are severe mental disorders. The potential for a person to be susceptible to mental disorders is indeed high, every time 450 million people around the world are affected by mental, nervous, and behavioral problems. One form of mental disorder that is found throughout the world is a severe mental disorder, namely Schizophrenia (Hawari, 2007). Schizophrenia comes from two words, namely schizo which means cracked or broken and phrenia which means soul. Thus, people who suffer from schizophrenic mental disorders are people who experience mental fractures or personality cracks. Schizophrenia can arise because of the integration between biological, psychosocial and environmental factors (Sinaga, 2007). In schizophrenic patients there is personal disintegration and personal division. Emotional and intellectual behavior becomes ambiguous (compound), and has serious disorders and has regression or total dementia. Schizophrenic patients escape from the reality of life and remain silent in their fantasy world (Kartono, 2010).

This activity aims to provide solutions for partners in dealing with Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) problems in tourist villages. Jembrak Village is a village in the Pabelan sub-district, Semarang, Central Java. The characteristics of this village are advanced and the beautiful environment is still there. Jembrak Village is about management and marketing. The management itself is how to manage Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) themselves in terms of the lack of community interest, ignorance of finance, management systems, and marketing. The remarketing is online marketing, where most of the owners of Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) find it difficult to use applications and online marketplaces, methods of proper promotion, and to administrative issues related to the use of social media to market their products. For this reason, the PKK Community Service team carried out activities including: 1) Observing Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) targets, 2) Conducting outreach about the Product Management and Marketing, 3) Provide a direct training on Product Management and Marketing, 4) Monitor and evaluate UMKM Pioneers in Jembrak Tourism Village. The implementation of this community service activity has gone well. Thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things that were noted after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed ongoing assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to manage UMKM.
