Drug abuse in adolescents is a serious problem that requires a holistic approach to addressing it. Community education, early detection, and brief counseling are the three main activities that can help prevent and overcome drug abuse in adolescents. Community outreach activities aim to increase youth's understanding of the dangers and negative consequences associated with drug abuse. Community service activities were carried out at one of the high schools (SMA) in Duri Kosambi which included 178 teenagers. Based on the results of the Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST) questionnaire, it was found that 166 (93.3%) respondents had a scale of 1-5 points. All participants underwent brief counseling and it was found that there were no teenagers with indications of drug abuse. Overall, community outreach activities, early detection, and brief counseling are a comprehensive approach in preventing and overcoming drug abuse in adolescents. Through this approach, it is hoped that adolescents can gain a better understanding of the dangers of drugs, as well as get the necessary support and assistance to overcome these problems. Collaborative efforts between schools, families and medical personnel are key in achieving positive results in dealing with the challenges of drug abuse in adolescents.personnel are key in achieving positive results in dealing with the challenges of drug abuse in adolescents.

This research aims to examine the problems that occur in the crime of murder and premeditated murder in the charges that will be filed against the perpetrators of these crimes. At the beginning, the background will be about how a criminal law in Indonesia develops and in carrying out its function as a legal rule that contains provisions, prohibitions, and criminal threats for those who commit a criminal case. This research will emphasize the problems that occur with the obstacles experienced by law enforcement in identifying a legal event that occurs in the case of murder with premeditated murder in finding an element of fulfillment, especially against the elements of the offense of premeditated murder. Then after that, the research will continue on legal reconstruction and legal discovery at the court hearing which aims to facilitate the disclosure of a legal event that occurs in order to find the material truth so that the judge can determine the sentence for the perpetrator.

The Mangongkal Holi tradition which is carried out at each event makes the writer interested in researching it because in its implementation there are symbols and behaviors/activities that are interconnected and have their own meaning. What is the importance of the Mangongkal Holi tradition for the Toba Batak people so that this tradition must be carried out. This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative research, which emphasizes the perspectives, ways of life, tastes or expressions of emotions and beliefs from the people studied regarding the problems studied which are also data. In this study the authors used a descriptive research method with a qualitative method. Therefore, the research subjects were traditional leaders, families who carry out the Mangongkal Holi ceremony, and local residents in North Sumatra. And the object of this research is the symbolic meaning of the Mangongkal Holi ceremony for the Toba Batak people in North Sumatra. Purposive sampling technique used to take informants.

AUTO2000 Basuki Rahmat is one of the branches dealer Toyota, which is located in the city of Surabaya, is engaged in services such as sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts whose management is fully handled by the Astra Group. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. Therefore, an effective assistance effort is needed for them. The research findings show that young people, who are in a period of searching for identity, tend to get bored easily and are quickly satisfied. In this context, catechesis as a form of faith formation is an effective choice and responsive to the lifestyle of today's youth. Through catechesis, young people can gain a deeper understanding of the teachings of the faith, strengthen their relationship with God and develop a strong Christian identity. Digital catechesis, which combines technology with messages of faith, can be a relevant and attractive medium for young people. In conclusion, digital catechesis has a significant role in developing the faith of young Christians. In facing the challenges of modern times, the Church needs to use catechesis as an effective strategy to assist young people in strengthening their faith. By utilizing technology and adapting the right content, digital catechism can be an effective tool in forming a young generation who are firm in their faith and ready to face the changing times.

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. The development of communication media has led to the presence of applications to order online motorcycle taxi transportation services. The application can be easily downloaded via PlayStore or similar applications. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to find out how business competition is between conventional ojek and online ojek business actors. In Indonesia there are several online motorcycle taxi service providers such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The services provided are not only in the form of online motorcycle taxi services, but also in the form of food delivery services (grabfood), online shopping services (grabmart), package delivery (grabexpress) and other services. It is known that there are problems between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis that have occurred, such as the beating by a conventional motorcycle taxi driver against a Gojek driver in Bojongsoang, Bandung. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. The research approach used by the author in this journal is included in the type of statutory approach and the Case Approach.

Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB C Santa Lucia Pematang Siantar. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.

Anemia is a health problem throughout the world, especially in developing countries where an estimated 30% of the world's population suffers from anemia. In Indonesia, one of the problems faced by adolescents is the problem of micronutrient nutrition, namely around 12% of male adolescents and 23% of female adolescents experience anemia, which is mostly due to iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemia. Anemia in adolescents specifically experienced by female adolescents will have a more serious impact, considering they are prospective mothers who will become pregnant and give birth to a baby, thus increasing the risk of maternal death, premature birth and low birth weight babies (LBW).The government has a routine program related to the distribution of iron tablets for women of childbearing age (WUS ), including adolescents and pregnant women. To support this program requires a good understanding for young women regarding anemia and the importance of blood-supplementing tablets, one of which is providing counseling to students at MTs N 1 Sumbawa with the aim of increasing knowledge about the dangers of anemia and the importance of taking tablets added blood. This community service activity was carried out on May 26 with the result that the knowledge and understanding of students about anemia was getting better, students also knew that taking iron tablets was important. Students are also motivated to meet their nutritional needs and increase adherence in taking iron tablets regularly.

Waste problems that have not been resolved so far have also been experienced in the Tanjung Market area, Jember Regency. The waste problems at Tanjung Market are an ineffective management system, the accumulation of waste that is not sorted into one, and the absence of a special party assigned by the market manager to handle and control hygiene problems and waste in the market which causes a lot of waste to be scattered around the market. everywhere. Not only from the traders side but this is also caused by the visitors or buyers at the market, most of them do not have the sensitivity and awareness to be able to dispose of waste in its place. So we need an environmentally sound waste management system with 3R techniques such as converting waste into useful materials efficiently and economically with minimal environmental impact.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

In today's modernization era, it is very important for an institution to combine the values of Pancasila and the dimensions of Islamic education. Through this article we can find out the form of the critical paradigm of Pancasila and the factors that influence the crisis of Pancasila in the dimension of Islamic education and provide solutions to problems that may arise. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods with a descriptive approach. Research informants consisted of three responders, namely students of Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, the community around campus A UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, and finally students of other universities. Data were collected through observation and direct interviews. Data analysis is collected through qualitative descriptive, so that deep and accurate conclusions are obtained on the problems studied. The results of this study are first, That is the form or form of the Pancasila crisis paradigm which can be described as the Pancasila philosophy. Describe it as the philosophy of pancasila itself. Second, the factors that influence the critical paradigm of pancasila in the dimension of Islamic education are 1) The theme of evic educational democracy, 2) Multicultural culture, 3) Economy, 4) Mindset, 5) Pancasila values, 6) Education, 7) Social, and 8) Educational environment. Finally, the solution to maintain the sovereignty of the critical paradigm of Pancasila in the dimension of Islamic education, among others: improving the quality of efficiency of Islamic education, cultural approaches, internalizing education, implementing behaviors contained in the values of Pancasila.  

Marriage between two people who have different religions is prohibited by almost all religions in Indonesia. Even though efforts have been made to obtain legal marital status, when a marriage is carried out, it is still obligatory to pay attention to Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The existence of an official registration in the form of a marriage certificate cannot be overlooked, because without it, marriages that are valid but not registered will not be recognized by the State. Marriage without legal recognition certainly has legal consequences, especially if it involves partners with different religions. This can create significant legal problems for husbands, wives and third parties, including the inheritance rights of children born in the marriage. The existence of a legal marriage is the basis of rights and obligations between husband and wife. The existence of a legally valid marriage and offspring born from a legal marriage are crucial to protecting the wife's rights regarding joint living and property. This is because, as stipulated in Article 43 Paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law, children born from illegitimate marriages only have legal ties with their mothers.

The use of Indonesian can affect the distribution of power among local residents, either through the choice of words or phrases used, the style of communication, or access to information. The use of Indonesian by local residents also has implications for community empowerment and involvement. When people have broad access and a good understanding of Indonesian, they can participate actively in life. The use of Indonesian by local residents can also have an impact on cultural sustainability and create social harmony. Indonesian is stipulated in the 1945 Constitution and Indonesian has been studied in several countries. But that does not mean, the existence of the Indonesian language does not experience problems. Slang appears because of the dynamics in people's lives. The diversity of local cultures and languages ​​has a role and influence on the Indonesian language. It cannot be denied that cultural and linguistic diversity is the uniqueness of the Indonesian nation and a wealth that must be preserved. But this diversity affects Indonesian as the language of unity.

Society always experiences critical periods in social life. This critical situations raises people’s trust in everything that is metaphysical as an alternative to solving problems in their social life. Rural communities, especially the people of Banyuwangi, are very thick with cultural values and spritual beliefs that are influenced by osing customs as a history of Blambangan. This study aims to analyze the habitus, capital realm, and social practices of the Kemiren Village community related to culture. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approch to understand the social setting of Kemiren village. The theory used in this study is sosial practice theory from Pierre Bordieu. The locatin of this research was conducted in the Kemiren Traditional Tourism Village, Banyuwangi regency. The subjects of this research are the community and customary stakeholders who act as cultural agents in customary and cultural social practices. The results of this study indicate that the habitus of the Kemiren village community in carrying out varios traditional rituals. The habitus of community rituals is influenced by internalization and socila structure in the meaning of cultural values carried out by the Kemiren village community. The dominant village community capital and cultural agent is social capital. Cultural agents and the village community have good realtions that are able to create economic benefits and recognition from the Tourism Office and Banyuwangi Goverment.

Seeing the root of the problem of student independence during the Covid-19 pandemic, implementing the effectiveness of learning with the Seven Jumps model assisted by the whatsapp group during the Covid-19 Pandemic is the aim of this research. This type of research approach is a qualitative and quantitative experiment carried out online with the Seven Jumps learning model assisted by WhatsApp groups. Data was collected by questionnaires, observation sheets and tests. Valid device tests come from expert perceptions, test the effectiveness of learning with statistical tests of the effect of regression and comparative t tests. The results showed that the root problems and constraints for student independence in utilizing information technology to achieve the expected competencies were: low self-motivation to learn, self-assessment ability, self-discipline, self-control, responsibility, pattern-learning ability, self-reliance in designing appropriate learning objectives, design implementation strategies, monitoring the progress of learning outcomes, coordination of learning methods, and the need for guidance in finding learning resources, implementing independent learning with the Seven Jumps model assisted by the whatsapp group is effective. This is indicated by: a) there is a positive influence of independent learning on problem solving ability of 60.8%, b) The gain test to measure the effectiveness of the pretest and posttest is 0.52 in the medium category and the effectiveness is sufficient. The Seven Jumps method can be implemented boldly during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Batch 1 Literacy Class is a program that aims to increase children's learning motivation and literacy through the use of online literacy platforms. In this program, various methods and strategies are used to create a fun, interactive learning environment and motivate children to be more actively involved in literacy activities. The method of implementing this program involves interactive stories, discussions, practical activities, and presentations of the participants' work. Each program session is focused on a different topic, such as organic farming, the role of farmers, the impact of climate change, and the challenges faced by farmers in dealing with locusts that attack crops.agriculture and climate change. Through stories and true stories, participants are invited to understand the importance of literacy in the context of agriculture and the environment. The results of this program show an increase in learning motivation and understanding of children's literacy. Participants showed high involvement in online literacy classes and were able to apply their knowledge and creativity in finding solutions to problems encountered in agriculture. In addition, the output of the study worksheet program and positive feedback from participants and parents are indicators of the program's success in increasing children's learning motivation and literacy. This program provides significant benefits for children's literacy development, increases their motivation to learn, and helps them develop essential literacy skills.

The focus of this writing discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The success of a nation is greatly influenced by its young generation. Teachers are the main actors in education in schools. Education is a human effort in order to develop the potential of students to the maximum. In the learning process, there are still many students who have learning difficulties. The focus of this study discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The role of the teacher is not only as teaching lessons that have been compiled in the curriculum, but also as a guide, class manager, motivator, facilitator, inspiration, and many other teacher tasks. The cause of students who are lazy to learn is caused by two factors, internal factors (within students) and external factors (outside of students). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by making observations and interviews and looking from other articles to support statements that have been found in the field.
