This research is motivated by the learning process which is still monotonous or only uses the lecture method and the lack of variations in learning so that students become less active in the learning process. The learning method used is quantitative with a one group pretest-posttest design which in its implementation only involves one class as an experimental class without any comparison class (control class). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using card sort types in learning Pancasila Education on student learning outcomes in class IV SD. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the Wilcoxon non-parametric test. Based on the results of the paired sample difference test using the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS, a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05) was obtained, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference in the average pretest and posttest scores for students. or interpreted that the treatment of students is proven to be able to increase student scores.

The primary goal of this study was to measure the effectiveness of Let's Read app in visualization strategy in improving students' reading ability. Let’s Read is an application that contains many stories with audio and is equipped with visual pictures that can help students learn to read. This study uses a quantitative and pre-experimental design to test. The pre-experimental used 2 tests, the pre-test at the beginning and the post-test after treatment. The sample in this research consisted of 36 tenth-grade students. The results confirmed that the post-test scores increased and exceeded the pre-test values. Furthermore, at a significant level of 0.05%, the t-score is calculated to be smaller than t-table. From this analysis, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, while the Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Based on the facts through the results of data analysis, using  Let's Read app in visualization strategy is proven to help in enhance students' reading comprehension. As a result, it is recommended that educators and students take advantage of this application to enhance reading comprehension.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, job burnout and role conflict on work stress. data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and the coefficient of determination. The analysis technique used is the help of the SPSS analysis program Version 25 for Windows. The results obtained in this study indicate that the variable workload, job burnout and role conflict have a simultaneous effect on work stress. The workload variable has a significant effect on work stress, the job burnout variable has a significant effect on work stress, while the role conflict variable has a significant effect on work stress.

Airlines must always improve passenger services on the ground. One of its services is the determination of time or On Time Performance which is a benchmark for the trust of service users who are the choice to travel. There are obstacles that become obstacles in achieving On Time Performance, namely worsening uaca, inadequate airport facilities, traffic and others. This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the global and local economy. However, they are often faced with various challenges that affect the growth and sustainability of their business. One of the main issues faced by MSMEs in Plosokerep Village, Blitar City is limited access to markets, especially in an era where digital technology dominates almost every aspect of life. The main focus of this community service activity is to help MSMEs in Plosokerep Village to have increased knowledge and skills in conducting digital marketing. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide awareness and understanding of MSMEs regarding the potential of digital marketing, increase the visibility and reach of the MSMEs market, and increase the competitiveness and income of MSMEs. The results of the assistance that has been carried out are in the form of creating website accounts, marketplaces and social media, and catalogs for MSME businesses in Plosokerep Village. This activity also had a significant positive impact on the achievement of the 8th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level, namely inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

REKA KARYA: In this era of globalization, Indonesia is not immune to its influence, which can potentially erode traditional cultural values and replace them with Western culture. To address this concern, the Pengabdian Masyarakat program aims to help Sundanese language teachers by developing a Sundanese script learning app. By doing so, it is hoped that students will become more interested in learning about the Sundanese script. The app will include a program flow design, display design, quiz/game design, and database design. Additionally, it will feature a quiz menu in the form of a game to help users practice their Sundanese script skills. The goal is to create a user-friendly and engaging app that is accessible to everyone who wants to learn the Sundanese script.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

In general, this study aims to describe the communication patterns of single parents with their children in instilling children's social attitudes in Pulo Brayan Bengkel Village and describe the social attitudes of children who are cared for by single parents. The research approach used was qualitative research that was descriptive by interviewing resource persons who were single parents and children aged 12-18 years in Environment V Pulo Brayan Bengkel. The subjects of this study were 10 single parents living in Ward V Pulo Brayan Bengkel.The results showed that there were single parents who used authorian/authoritarian communication patterns of 4 people with a percentage of 40 percent, authoritative/democratic communication patterns totaling 5 people with a percentage of 50 percent, and permissive communication patterns of 1 person with a percentage of 10 percent. Children's social attitudes show authorian communication patterns increase the attitude of helping children, there is no difference between communication patterns and caring attitudes because all children who are cared for by single parents whose various communication patterns have high concern. Authoritative communication patterns support to instill timely discipline in children, authoritarian communication patterns sometimes have an impact on children sometimes dishonest when they feel difficulties with their parents and lack of openness to their parents, and children's socialization activities in making friends with friends around are not too influenced by the communication patterns used by parents but from the nature of each child but communication patterns that are  Providing freedom (permissive) and giving mutual agreement (authoritative) tend to have more friends than communication patterns that require high obedience in children (authoritarian).

With the emergence of internet echnology, people's lives have become easier, one of which is online shopping. The practical advantage of online shopping is that with the help of internet technology it can be done anywhere, anytime and without limits. Thus, online shopping applications can always see the products available there. Product quality, price and promotion are one of several factors that influence consumer considerations in purchasing decisions. Quality products at affordable prices and lots of promotions will attract people's interest. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze The effect of product quality, price and promotions on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The samples taken were 100 respondents Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This study used the SPSS calculator version 22. The results showed that product quality, price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. Based on data analysis in this study, these variables are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions of this study, the distribution is normal, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity.

In a shipbuilding industry, fast and efficient time is needed in carrying out construction projects and ship repairs. This is because it has been mutually agreed between the two parties, both the owner of the ship (owner), and the shipyard regarding the time to work on the project. By racing on the processing time, the level of productivity is an important point that must be considered by the shipyard. There are many factors that can affect the level of productivity of a shipyard. One of the factors, among others, is the determination of the number of man hours (man hours). In a ship building or repair project, the allocation of the number of man hours is very important, if the number of man hours (man hours) is not correct it will cause delays and decrease in productivity levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of man hours on the level of productivity in the KMP repair project. Cakalang and KMP. This development makes computer science an integral part of human life. Computers are generally used for processing data to produce information. With the many conveniences that can be obtained by using this computerized system, not a few organizations have implemented this computerized system. Computer systems enable organizations to manage large amounts of data and information, thereby of course helping organizations make decisions quickly and accurately in determining organizational strategies and policies. The current development of information technology also makes competition between institutions in terms of service quality an added value in attracting the interest of all stakeholders because transparency, accountability and quality of information will be more effective and efficient.

In today's modern era, every organization or business needs an information system, and it is used to improve information requirements, quality standards, and productive employee work. Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. Systems for managing information then help businesses integrate their own information, improve the quality of information they have access to, manage it effectively, and accelerate information processing so that routine tasks can be automated and innovated into business products that improve services and workflows. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.

This study was structured to determine the effect of the Hedonism Lifestyle and Twin Date Promos on Impulse Buying for Shopee users in South Tangerang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the type of associative descriptive research. This study uses primary data obtained by making questionnaires and then distributed to respondents who match the research criteria, the data is then analyzed using the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The statistical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the Hedonism Lifestyle and Twin Date Promo on Impulse Buying for Shopee users in South Tangerang.

The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia assesses that there are still many Islamic boarding schools that have not yet been established, so they need to strive for their independence. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion has launched the “Pesantren Independence Road Map” (2021). This study examines the independence of Islamic boarding schools based on kopontren at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School (PPS). The aim is to prove the independence of PPS. The research method used is qualitative research which analyzes data in the form of statements and documentation. From the research conducted, it was found evidence that PPS is an independent Islamic boarding school both in terms of institutional, management, curriculum, manpower and funding aspects. This independence is achieved through the implementation of management principles such as planning, organizing, acting and controlling in managing the pesantren. In addition, the study also found that there are seven characteristics of PPS independence, namely having a business charity that is able to finance the financial needs of the pesantren, being able to manage its finances from the time the students register to completing their studies at the pesantren, being able to meet the basic needs of the students, being able to manage and determine the educational curriculum for the students. santri independently, not asking for help from other parties or the government to build pesantren. In addition, it has educational institutions, da'wah, social, economic and alumni networks that support the independence of pesantren.

This study aims to test whether social media, motivation, knowledge and benefits influence the investment interest of the Z generation of STIE Surakarta students in the capital market. This research uses a quantitative method, the population in this study is 287, the sampling technique of this study is using purosive sampling. with the criteria of 7th Semester STIE Surakarta Accounting Study Program students. The data was distributed through questionnaires distributed via whatsapp grub class or personal WhatsApp to 7 semester 7 accounting students STIE Surakarta Study Program and obtained 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study used regression multiple linear through the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that social media and knowledge do not affect the investment interest of the STIE Surakarta generation of students in the capital market, while the motivational and benefit variables affect the investment interest of the next generation. z STIE Surakarta students in the fashion market. Therefore, the z generation must be interested in investing in the capital market in order to provide long-term support. This research can help the whole community, especially young people, to better understand and be interested in investing in the capital market.

The Hopeful Family Program (PKH) is a poverty alleviation program. This study aims to find out what forms of Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance are available, as well as the positive and negative impacts felt from the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Balangtanaya Village, Takalar Regency. As for the qualitative descriptive research method and the type of field research. The research subjects were carried out using purposive sampling techniques and the informants in this study were 5 categories, such as pregnant women, the elderly, elementary, junior high, high school. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques and procedures used were through in-depth interviews with a number of PKH beneficiaries, observation, documentation and data recording related to the problems of this study. The results of the study describe: 1) The forms of assistance received by PKH beneficiary communities and beneficiary families include; a. Health assistance for pregnant women and children aged 0 to 6 years, b. Educational assistance for children enrolled in SD, SMP, SMA/SMK equivalent, c. Social welfare assistance for the elderly over 60 years. 2) The positive impacts felt by beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance include; a. Pregnant women, namely getting services every month such as checking the content, giving vitamins and nutrition, b. Children aged 0 to 6 years, namely the nutritional and body health of toddlers are monitored, c. Children enrolled in elementary, junior high and high school, namely fulfilling school needs, and helping to reduce the generation of children who drop out of school, d.. Elderly (Elderly), namely social protection programs, namely health services in ensuring their welfare. 3) The negative impact arising from the Family Hope Program (PKH) is that it makes some people become dependent and do not have a business to help working families to earn other income.

The use of media becomes one of the components in learning and helps teachers to realize student-centered learning.
