This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada gambaran kontekstual  TK Darmawanita Kromasan Ngunut Tulungagung  sebagian anak masih kurang dalam hal kreativitasnya.  anak yang belum mampu mengaplikasikan pelepah pisang untuk dijadikan sebuah karya yang dibuat oleh anak itu sendiri, karena kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam berpikir lebih kreatif dan kurangnya pemahaman anak dalam membuat sebuah kesenian menggunakan bahan alam tersebut. Serta perlu adanya peningkatan seni karya pada anak dalam pembuatan media bahan alam pelepah pisang untuk dijadikan sebuah hasil karya yang dihasilkan oleh anak itu sendiri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini jika ditinjau dari lokasi sumber datanya termasuk kategori penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara (interview), dokumentasi.

This study aims to reveal the effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitudes of Single Parent Children: 1) Implementation of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Attitude of Single Parent Children. 3) The Effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitude of Single Parent Family Children This research is a field research with quantitative approach with correlation method. Data analysis techniques include calculating the average value (mean), product moment correlation techniques, and drawing conclusions. This research on profitability aims to examine the effect of firm size on capital structure. The population in this research are tourism, restaurant, and hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2020. The sample in this research was selected through purposive sampling, so that a sample of 31 companies was obtained. The statistical test tool uses multiple regression analysis. Capital ctructure in this research was measured using Debt to Equity Ratio, while firm size was measured using total assets. The results show that firm size has negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. The size of the company has no effect on management decisions to manage capital structure, whether management will use accounts payable or use its own capital. The bigger the company, the management will decide to manage using their own capital. There is a possibility that the larger the size of the tourism, restaurant, and hotel companies, management will tend to use capital originating from within the company, especially to reduce risk. This is exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused a sluggish tourism worldwide. Investors may withdraw their money in tourism and divert their funds to other fields that are considered more profitable.

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. So that we get a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed.

The Government's goal to make Indonesia an Maritime Country must be supported by all elements of society, especially is from the education sector. As one of the maritime education institutions to improve competent human resources in its field, it needs training and supporting facilities and infrastructure. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.

This study aims to describe the procedure for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General and Personnel section. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The author of this final project is the result of research conducted from May to June 2020. The results showed that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the general and staffing section, namely incoming mail, starts from receiving letters, scheduling letters, directing letters, storing letters. While the outgoing letter starts from drafting the letter, approval of the letter concept, typing the concept, giving the coordination stamp, signing the letter, recording the letter, storing the letter. The procedure for managing letters at the education office is running optimally.

The decision support system as a tool for decision making, has now begun to be widely applied in various fields of life, not least in making a decision for the process of accepting new students at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabaliused. With the decision support system (SPK) can help schools in the selection of new students. The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used to select new students is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which functions to calculate the final score of each student in the school and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serves to rank each student.The result of this study is that the combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) methods in determining new student admissions at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabali School can be used. SPK (Decision Making System) can display information according to what the user inputs correctly.

Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. This service is in the form of training in reading the Koran properly and correctly through the Qira'ati method, the executor first surveys the field what are the current needs of the community. In an effort to popularize the Koran, currently there are various methods that are quite helpful in facilitating the process of learning to read the Koran properly and correctly. However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

This service is generally needed to capture important moments in the form of video documentation. Studio Atlantis is a line of business that provides video shooting and editing services. This company was founded in 2010, having its address at jl. Pete Raya, Now. In addition to video shooting, Studio Atlantis also provides photography services. Marketing in this studio still uses simple media, .using a list of products in the form of digital images on a computer in explaining products to consumers. This method is less effective when showing product samples because you have to open a different application in another file location. The solution to this problem requires a media to help promote the products at Studio Atlantis to consumers in a more practical way. A company profile that summarizes company information along with product samples in the form of video clips then packaged into an interactive form.

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

PT.Senteral Inti Gas is a company engaged in the field of gas distributors. Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Improving the quality of human resources in the field of vocational education becomes the focus of goals in this community service activity. Through the training of software inventors, the quality of human resources in vocational schools SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, SMK KAL 1 Surabaya, SMK Maskumambang 1 and SMK PGRI 1 Gresik given understanding and knowledge about software Inventor that 73% of participants have never known the software before. With lecture methods, Q&A, demonstrations, and practices are given in the presentation of the material. The results of this software inventor training obtained a satisfaction score of 60% with a good assessment scale for facilitators, 53% for facilities and 53% for presenters, and 67% for materials provided. Suggestions for future training can be held with a longer duration and participants get an alloy book.
