Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

PT.Senteral Inti Gas is a company engaged in the field of gas distributors. Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.

This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information 

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Perkembangan teknologi pada zaman modern ini sangat begitu pesat. Informasi dengan begitu mudahnya dapat diakses oleh semua kalangan masyarakat melalui internet. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan) yaitu penelitian yang datanya dilakukan di lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder, dimana sumber primer didapat dari observasi dan wawancara dengan para pedagang di BBC, sementara sumber sekunder didapat dari jurnal, buku serta sumber referensi yang lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hampir sebagian besar dari pedagang yang ada di pasar Batik Buaran Center (BBC) melakukan pemasaran melalui digital marketing baik itu melalui Facebook, Telegram, maupun E-Commers yang ada. Akan tetapi ada sebagian kecil juga para pedagang yang masih melakukan strategi pemasaranya secara konvensional dan masih mengandalkan para pengunjung maupun pembeli datang langsung ke tempat BBC. Omzet pendapatan maupun penjualan para pedagang juga sangat terasa penurunannya, terutama dari segi penjualan secara offline yang mengandalkan pengunjung dating, dari segi digital marketing mengalami sedikit penurunan yang tidak signifikan. Pemasaran melalui digital marketing yang membuat para pedagang masih tetap bertahan hingga sekarang dan menopang perekonomian dalam usaha batik di Pekalongan.

This work is the result of research that describes the application of the law described in the Quran and Al-Hadith as well as the Law of IHL in addressing the concepts of Iddahh and Ihdad for career women. The discussion in this study aims to uncover everything related to women's freedom to carry out activities outside the home, but there are also demanding and restrictive religious prescriptions that must be informed by research. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. This article dsiscusses the importance of parental assistance in the process of learning to read for grade 1 students at SD KARANGUNTUNG VILLAGE. Parental involvement at home plays a very important role in building a strong early literacy foundation for children. This study aims to find out how the people’s participation  in following the deepening of Scriptures in the Parish of Saints Peter and Paul Ampah.   This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs in the field that the deepening activities of Scripture are still less desirable to the people. The involvement of people in participating in the deepening activities of Scripture in Santo Petrus and Paulus Ampah Parish is still lacking, both before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the current Covid-19 pandemic. The  type  of  research  used  in  this  research  is  descriptive  qualitative research. This research was conducted on May at the parish of Saints Peter and Paul Ampah in particular in four neighborhoods: the neighborhood of Saint Sicily, the neighborhood  of Santa  Maria,  the  neighborhood  of Saint  Joseph  and  the neighborhood of Saint Francis. The informants are 14 people consisting of   1 Parish Priest, 3 Catechists, 4 environmental chairmen and 6 parishioners. Data Collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used  is the model of Miles and Huberman wich consist of three stages, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.

This study aims to describe the awareness and involvement of the people in church life at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. This research was based on phenomena or what happened in the field, that awareness and involvement of people in church activities is still not actively involved. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by using interviews and documentation. The research was conducted in June at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. There were 8 informants in this study consisting of parish priests, community leaders, and people at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Miles model. Huberman which consists of 3 stages, namely reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

On The Job Training (OJT) is an activity to go directly to the field and apply the things obtained from theory and compared with practice in the field.  From  semester  I to semester  V, students  of the Indonesian  Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang have been equipped with various practical skills and solving problems that exist in each study program so as to make it easier for students to practice in their respective fields.

Learning is the process of learning for students using educational principles and learning theory which are the main determinants of success. In the research that will be carried out, the author wishes to make an effort in order to increase the interest in learning of 8th graders, especially in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application with a direct learning model. In this case, the writer wants to focus research on two points including how to increase the interest in learning of 8th grade students in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. The objectives to be achieved by the author in this study are to determine the causes of decreased interest in learning for 8th grade students using online learning in the subject of Al Quran Hadith at MTs Al-Ma'ruf and for supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students. in the Al Quran Hadith subject through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely the method of presentation, interpretation of data on the factors in the field. To obtain valid and accurate data, the authors used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research from the thesis made by the author are that there is an increase in the interest in learning of 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application with the Direct learning model, although in it there are several obstacles related to efforts to increase interest in learning carried out by teaching teachers.

In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process
