This research examines the design of simultaneous elections in Indonesia as its main research object, a crucial discourse spurred by the persistent inefficiencies of a separated election model that produced divided governments. The discourse is marked by the shifting jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court (MK). The primary problem addressed is the Court’s jurisprudential inconsistency, which creates significant legal uncertainty for election organizers and political actors. Therefore, the objective of this research is to critically analyze the evolution of the Court's rulings on this matter and their impact on its shifting role into a positive legislator. This study employs a normative-juridical method, focusing on the doctrinal analysis of primary legal materials, particularly the series of relevant Constitutional Court rulings. The analysis reveals an inconsistent jurisprudential journey, starting from an activist stance that imposed a five-ballot simultaneous model through Ruling 14/PUU-XI/2013, with the aim of strengthening the presidential system. Then, in response to the systemic chaos and humanitarian costs of the 2019 election, the Court retreated to an "open legal policy" doctrine in Ruling 55/PUU-XVII/2019, exhibiting judicial self-restraint by deferring the choice of an alternative model to the legislature. Finally, it abandoned this position in a final interventionist decision, Decicion 135/PUU-XXII/2024, which stipulated a specific model separating national and regional elections. The main finding confirms that this latest ruling positions the MK as a positive legislator, significantly overstepping its traditional judicial authority. It is concluded that although the final ruling substantively produces a more rational election design, its inconsistent formation process has fundamentally undermined the principles of legal certainty and the balance of powers, thereby creating a problematic precedent for the future of Indonesia's constitutional governance.

This study aims to analyze the thermal performance of the heating system in a small-scale plastic bolt molding machine using LDPE material, in order to determine process parameters that are efficient while maintaining product quality. The method used includes experimental testing at two set-point temperatures (90 °C and 120 °C), measurement of melting time and feed mass per cycle, as well as heat balance calculations separating the contributions of conduction, convection, and radiation on the barrel heated by a band heater. In addition, the power/energy requirement per cycle and productivity projections based on hopper capacity were calculated. The results show that increasing the set-point from 90 °C to 120 °C accelerates melting from ±240 s to ±180 s (≈25% faster). Heat transfer analysis confirmed the dominance of conduction (≈329.7 W at 90 °C and ≈471 W at 120 °C), while convection and radiation contributions were much smaller; the total system heat rate was ≈342.7 W (90 °C) and ≈490.8 W (120 °C). The discussion highlights the process trade-off: higher set-points increase production rate and mold filling quality (due to lower melt viscosity), but may raise energy consumption per cycle and require tighter mold temperature control to limit shrinkage/warpage. The practical implications for SMEs are the need for efficiency strategies based on barrel insulation, heater contact area optimization, and correlation of temperature-time settings with quality and energy consumption targets. This study concludes that controlled temperature and heating duration, supported by simple yet targeted thermal design, can improve cycle time consistency, dimensional precision, and energy efficiency in small-scale plastic bolt molding machines.

This study aims to analyze the operational condition of the distribution transformer at substation PY094, PLN ULP Pringgabaya, with a primary focus on identifying and calculating the level of load imbalance on the consumer side. Data were collected through direct measurements of electrical parameters, including voltage and current in each phase, followed by a detailed analysis of energy losses. The measurement results indicated a significant load imbalance. In Feeder B, the average phase currents were recorded at 103.8 A for phase R, 130.2 A for phase S, and 90.4 A for phase T. Meanwhile, in Feeder D, the average phase currents were 47.4 A for phase R, 18 A for phase S, and 20.4 A for phase T. This imbalance caused notable power losses in the distribution system, with an estimated daily energy loss of 28.94 kWh, assuming the system operates 12 hours per day. To address this issue, load balancing simulations were carried out using ETAP software. The simulation involved redistributing load values across each phase in the two main feeders. Feeder B was simulated at 46.82% of the transformer’s full capacity, while Feeder D was simulated at 12.38% of the total 160 kVA capacity. The simulation results demonstrated that redistributing the load significantly reduced the current imbalance, thereby minimizing power losses and improving the operational efficiency of the distribution substation. Therefore, load balancing strategies are essential for enhancing energy efficiency and ensuring the reliability of electricity supply in distribution networks.

This study examines the quality of a servant of God based on II Timothy 1:6–8 as a foundation for church development and spiritual growth. In reality, the role of God’s servant is often underestimated compared to other leadership roles in society, even though their quality greatly influences the life of the congregation and the direction of church ministry. The purpose of this research is to analyze the criteria for a quality servant of God in ministry, particularly in facing the challenges of the postmodern era, when relativism, individualism, and secularism often weaken spiritual commitment. The method used is a qualitative-analytical approach, with the primary data source being the biblical text of II Timothy 1:6–8, supported by secondary data obtained from theological literature, books, and relevant journal articles. Through exegesis and contextual analysis, this study identifies several essential criteria: the rekindling of spiritual gifts, the spirit of power, love, and self-discipline, as well as the courage to endure suffering for the sake of the Gospel. These characteristics are not only theological ideals but also practical demands for ministers who serve in a complex cultural and social environment. The findings of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to theological scholarship, particularly in the field of pastoral leadership and ecclesiology. In addition, the study offers practical guidance for church ministers in developing resilience, integrity, and Christ-centered leadership. The implication emphasizes that servant leadership rooted in character, love, obedience, and readiness to endure suffering is essential for strengthening faith, encouraging church growth, and glorifying God’s name. Therefore, the criteria outlined in II Timothy 1:6–8 remain highly relevant as a timeless foundation for effective ministry in the postmodern context

This article explores the spirituality of the bate symbol within the context of the blessing of Catholic church buildings in Tana Toraja as a concrete form of inculturation of the Christian faith into local culture. Originally, bate functioned as a religious symbol in traditional Toraja ceremonies for inaugurating tongkonan (ancestral houses). Over time, however, this symbol has been adopted and reinterpreted in Catholic liturgical celebrations, particularly during church blessing rituals. The study employs a qualitative method using a literature review and applies Paul Ricoeur’s hermeneutical framework, which consists of three stages: the world of the interpreter, the world of the text, and appropriation. The analysis reveals that bate can be understood as a cultural text rich in spiritual meaning. Traditionally, it symbolizes a connection between heaven and earth as well as cosmic power. Within the perspective of Christian inculturation, bate undergoes symbolic reinterpretation, representing values of faith such as the Trinity, the cross, the Eucharist, the Holy Scripture, and Jesus Christ as the mediator of salvation. The incorporation of bate in Catholic liturgy is not merely a cultural adaptation but a tangible manifestation of the encounter between faith and culture, achieved in a contextual and symbolic manner within Torajan society. This study affirms the significance of inculturation in proclaiming the Gospel in a way that is relevant and grounded, without compromising the core essence of Catholic faith. Furthermore, it recommends further research on other local symbols to enrich the dialogue between faith and culture in pastoral contexts.

As an archipelagic country, Indonesia has significant potential for the utilization of renewable energy, particularly wind energy in maritime areas with low wind speeds (3–6 m/s). This study aims to design and test a vertical Savonius wind turbine system equipped with a Perturb and Observe (P&O) Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm as a power source for shipboard water heating systems. The research method applied is Research and Development (R&D), integrating several components such as a DC generator, full-wave bridge rectifier, INA219 current sensor, anemometer cup sensor, ESP32 microcontroller, and a monitoring interface utilizing Google Spreadsheet and a 20x4 LCD. The system was tested under two operating conditions: without MPPT and with MPPT. The experimental results show that the application of the MPPT algorithm successfully increased power output by up to 272.64% while maintaining voltage stability despite varying wind speeds. Nevertheless, the average output power of 2.605 W remained insufficient to meet water heating requirements within a short time. For example, charging a 12V 50Ah battery would require approximately 9.6 consecutive days of operation, highlighting the system’s limitations in high-demand scenarios. Despite these constraints, the findings demonstrate that the vertical Savonius wind turbine integrated with MPPT has strong potential as a clean and environmentally friendly alternative energy solution for maritime applications, particularly for small-scale onboard electrical loads. This study contributes to renewable energy utilization in the shipping sector and provides a foundation for further technological development and optimization.

Government procurement, particularly in Indonesia, remains highly susceptible to corruption due to systemic regulatory loopholes and excessive human discretion, often characterized by collusion and bid-rigging. This institutional vulnerability defines the traditional "boundaries of corruption" as the discretionary corridors within existing administrative law. This research aims to fundamentally redesign these boundaries by shifting control from human discretion to technological enforcement. This study employs normative legal research focusing on the Presidential Regulation on Procurement, integrated with a technological design approach relevant to the journal. The core contribution is a reform model proposing the mandatory integration of AI-powered Smart Contracts and Distributed Ledger Technology (Blockchain) into the public procurement process. Key findings indicate that the primary corrupt boundary lies in ambiguous clauses concerning direct appointments and contract amendments. We propose that an AI-based system can monitor real-time pricing anomalies and bidder networks (network analysis), while Smart Contracts can automate and audit execution, thereby eliminating human factor vulnerability. This redesign transforms the boundaries of corruption from a matter of criminal enforcement to one of algorithmic inevitability, providing a robust, transparent, and self-auditing framework for digital governance.

In late August 2025, Indonesia was rocked by nationwide political demonstrations, triggered by the death of a delivery driver at the hands of police. These protests turned violent, leading to multiple casualties, injuries, and arson attacks on government and commercial buildings. This unrest has raised international concerns regarding the country’s safety image. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze secondary sources, such as news media, government releases, and academic literature, to explore how hosting the 2025 MotoGP at the Mandalika Circuit could be used as a nation-branding strategy to counter negative perceptions. The study draws on nation branding theory, destination image concepts, event leveraging, and Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT). Findings suggest that Indonesian authorities are actively promoting MotoGP Mandalika 2025 as an opportunity to demonstrate the country’s resilience and safety standards. We analyze two scenarios: one in which the event is canceled and one where it is successfully executed. The paper argues that canceling the event, unless due to a legitimate health crisis, would signal weakness and harm the country's image, while proceeding with it would reflect confidence and effective crisis management. As a "brand shield," the MotoGP event is being leveraged to reinforce the narrative of Indonesia as a stable and safe international sports host, demonstrating the country's ability to manage crises while showcasing its commitment to safety and resilience.

One approach the government employs to decorate public welfare, mainly among low-income families, is through social help initiatives. however, the subjectivity inside the choice process regularly ends in mistargeting all through implementation. This observe objectives to apply the ok-Nearest Neighbor (ok-NN) and Naive Bayes algorithms inside a decision support device to perceive eligible recipients based on community statistics. The ok-NN algorithm determines similarity by calculating the Euclidean distance among new and current facts, whilst the Naive Bayes set of rules utilizes a probabilistic method based at the likelihood of attribute incidence inside each elegance. Key criteria considered consist of household income, employment kind, number of dependents, housing conditions, and asset possession. Experimental consequences reveal that each algorithms are powerful in as it should be classifying eligibility for help, with k-NN barely outperforming Naive Bayes. therefore, the combination of these algorithms can support stakeholders in making extra goal and efficient selections regarding the distribution of social useful resource.

The development of automotive technology drives innovation in vehicle support components, including the continuously variable transmission (CVT) system, which plays a crucial role in transmitting engine torque and power to the wheels. One of the main elements in this system is the clutch lining and clutch housing, whose performance significantly impacts motorcycle performance. However, the standard pattern on these components is often not optimal in maximizing power delivery. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of modifying the grooves of the clutch lining and clutch housing on engine torque in a 110 cc motorcycle. The research method used an experimental approach by varying the modification pattern on the clutch lining and clutch housing. The test motorcycle with a capacity of 110 cc was tested using a dyno test to measure torque and power at various engine speeds. Each modification variation was then compared with standard conditions to evaluate the resulting performance differences. The results showed that the pattern modifications on the clutch lining and clutch housing significantly increased torque. Several modification variations were able to significantly increase torque at medium to high speeds, thus providing better engine response and more efficient power delivery. Thus, this research contributes to the development of more optimal CVT component designs and has the potential to improve motorcycle performance, especially in the small capacity vehicle segment.
