Juanda Heri. This study aims to describe employee mutations in the Banyuasin Regency Government. This research was conducted for three months using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Evaluation of Employee Movements in the Government of Banyuasin Regency. From the context aspect, employee transfers carried out by BKD often violate existing rules or SOPs, namely without paying attention to the agreed provisions such as having 2-5 years, must be in accordance with competence and good career development, the transfer process is often intervened due to political factors. From the input side, there are many things that, indeed, employee transfers are not done out of necessity, but because there are personal and political factors, employee transfers are often done because they don't want to work in that place, can be far from home and the like, staffing appointments as well and this becomes a problem. one of the main problems in the mutation process. For the aspect of transferring and transferring employees, it is often not carried out with appropriate steps and processes, this is because the transfer of employees is not due to the needs of the institution, but because of the dislike and personal interest of the employee. While the product aspect is expected to be better than employee transfer, namely to improve employee performance and work productivity in a new place, but this is often ignored because the purpose of performance transfer does not always consider the aspect of improvement, but from the aspect of interest. The supporting factor and being the biggest force in the employee transfer process is the policy that regulates this, namely BKN Regulation Number 5 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Implementing Transfers, by following these rules, of course the transfer process will not experience problems. While the inhibiting factor in the problem of employee transfer is again caused by the interests of the institution and increasing work productivity, but is caused by political factors, and in the future if it continues to be influenced by political interests, every time a regime change there will be a change of employees this will make it easier.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a medical condition that affects various body systems and causes the heart to be unable to pump blood properly to meet metabolic needs. To increase oxygen levels in CHF patients, one approach is to change body position. This study used a descriptive method to evaluate the impact of the semi-Fowler position on oxygen levels. This study involved 10 patients in the ICU Room of RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo, with the semi-Fowler position at a 45° angle applied for 15 minutes after eating at 13:00, from 23 to 25 May 2023. Patients who met the inclusion criteria were those with oxygen saturation <95%, while patients who refused or experienced complications were not included. The instruments used included the SOP for the 45° semi-Fowler position and the Mindray PM 60 oximeter. The results showed that the 45° semi-Fowler position could increase oxygen saturation by around 2%, with a variation in increase between 2% and 4%. In conclusion, the 45° semi-Fowler position can increase oxygen levels by around 3-4% in CHF patients, as well as help reduce shortness of breath.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought a significant impact on the world of education, including in Indonesia. In response, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture issued Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning for the Second Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid-19 Pandemic on November 20, 2020. SMK Kesehatan Binatama, an accredited "A" educational institution in Sinduadi Village focusing on health sciences, has also felt the impact of this pandemic. A SWOT analysis conducted at SMK Kesehatan Binatama revealed issues related to the school's readiness to meet the health protocol standards set by the government for face-to-face learning. As a solution, the school organized assistance and socialization of health protocols. The socialization and counseling aimed to increase knowledge and awareness about Covid-19, as well as efforts to prevent and reduce the risk of its transmission. The assistance focused on maintaining the consistency of health protocol implementation within the school environment. The steps for implementing community service begin with initial observation, identification of partner problems, application for community service permits, followed by implementation of training activities consisting of health protocol counseling and SOP preparation, and ending with mentoring activities consisting of mentoring risk mapping, compliance with risk implementation and preparation of SOPs. The result of this community service activity is to make Binatama Health Vocational School a role model and pilot project for implementing face-to-face learning in Sinduadi Village. This community service activity has targets and outcomes divided into two aspects: services and products. The service aspect includes improving the school's knowledge and readiness in dealing with Covid-19 and conducting face-to-face learning. This research is motivated by observation data that shows the problems that exist in the TPA Al-Iman mosque, Pagar Jati village, many students who are not right in reading the verses of the Qur'an but are still allowed to continue to a higher level of study. and another problem is the lack of teaching staff for students at TPA Hidayatul Istiqomah 2. This study aims to obtain prospective candidates or potential cadres from existing students and a description of the implementation of cadre-based learning at the TPA Al-Iman mosque, Pagar Jati village, Semidang Lagan District, Central Bengkulu. Cadre formation itself is a form of sustainable leadership in order to continue future leadership. The function of this cadre formation is to prepare prospective leaders in the future. Based on the results of the community service that has been carried out, it was found that there were 12 prospective cadres who were selected and would receive guidance from the devotees whose knowledge would be channeled back to other students. And seen from the end of the service activities and the absence of mentoring from the devotees, they gave a response that they had high enthusiasm to become the successors of the previous teachers so that the prospective cadres who had been determined and mentored still continued their religious study activities at the TPA even after the devotion activities of the devotees were finished.
