Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang rekayasa struktur memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap proses perencanaan dan analisis pondasi gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis Value Engineering pada struktur pondasi footplat Gedung UPT Logam Kota Pasuruan dengan fokus pada optimalisasi dimensi dan jumlah pondasi guna mencapai efisiensi biaya tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data dimensi dan biaya pondasi eksisting. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak STAAD.Pro untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan dimensi pondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan merekomendasikan ukuran baru pondasi 180 x 180 x 40 cm, penghematan biaya sebesar 29% tercapai dibandingkan dengan dimensi awal 210 x 210 x 50 cm dan 240 x 240 x 50 cm. Penggunaan ukuran baru ini tidak hanya memungkinkan efisiensi biaya, tetapi juga mempertahankan kualitas dan performa struktural yang sesuai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan value engineering memiliki potensi besar untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi dengan efisiensi biaya, pengawasan mutu yang baik, dan kelancaran pelaksanaan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan industri konstruksi yang berkelanjutan.

This article aims to discuss the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature review, where data is obtained by reviewing literature sources. The literature study conducted included the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The results of this literature study indicate that educational supervision in schools must continue to improve so that school accreditation is even better. We recommend that educational supervision should be carried out properly so as to increase the achievement of school accreditation.

The purpose of making this journal is to find out the meaning of the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" then the next goal is to find out what language styles or figure of speech are contained in the lyrics of the song "Asmalibrasi" and some of our goals, especially in this song, are devoted to teenagers who are in love.  tried to proceed to a more serious stage, namely marriage but the couple had doubts because of the many problems that arose but the couple was finally able to proceed to the marriage stage because by lowering their respective egos.  The theory we use is according to several well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to the song and reading the lyrics to the song.  The result of our analysis is that each lyric of the song “Asmalibrasi” contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation is to be careful in choosing each partner, not because of the standard of society.

  This article analyzes the interpretations and metaphors on the lyric of Iwan Fals song. This research was also conducted using the hermeneutic  approach which showed that is  was descriptive. There are also metaphors used in the "Tikus-tikus Kantor" song such as mice, cats and shrimp. One of the interesting thing is that the lyrics of this song are not expressed clearly but uses figure of speech. Research has shown that the song is about public criticism of corruption by government officials and law enforcement agencies.    

This study aims to explore the meaning contained in the song entitled "Ragu Semesta" composed by Isyana Sarasvati from her third album "LEXICON" which was released on November 29, 2019. One of the Indonesian singers, Isyana Sarasvati, born on May 2, 1993. "LEXICON" which is the third album from Isyana Sarasvati attracted attention for showing Isyana's true identity. Isyana's identity is the music that she really liked and admired from a long time ago, classical music. The song "ragu Semester" has varied parts with arrangements with beautiful dynamics and describes the patience of the universe that is never undeniable. The lyrics of the song "Ragu Semesta" are not only related to romance with someone, but it's also about calling yourself a decision-making in life. The methods used to analyze data use a qualitative descriptive method, which is a method that is described by words or sentences separated by categories to obtain conclusions. The expected result of this research is to be able to understand the meaning of describing and expressing the poet's feelings in the reality of life, which cannot escape uncertainty, especially in the search for identity and saturation when undergoing an unhealthy relationship.

The song "Istirahat" by Nosstress is a song that tells about environmental concern, about the earth that seems to be getting damaged and worse due to the actions of its inhabitants, namely humans themselves. Nosstress is known as a music group that often raises environmental, socio-political, and humanitarian issues, which are conveyed simply through their works. This songwriter tries to express his feelings by inspiring his listeners to rest just a little while, giving time to the earth, we can see in the lyrics "Hi my human friends, just rest a little, for him and the human earth". The aims of this study are (1) to find out the meaning contained in the lyrics of the song "Istirahat" by Nosstress, (2) to explain what figurative language is contained in the lyrics of the song "Istirahat" by Nosstress. This research is based on curiosity about the meaning of the song lyrics which are quite poetic and the figurative language used by the author in the song. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of this study are understanding the structure, meaning, and figure of speech in the lyrics of the song "Istirahat" by Nosstress.

Time adrift means "a series of processes" (in one's romantic relationships). And the real meaning in the lyrics of this song is a person's hope for the idol, wanting to have and also wanting to be loved by him. Hoping if his feelings can be accepted by that loved one. This song also describes how a person who is immersed in his longing for his sweetheart but he realizes that he has it alone he has not. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data analysis techniques begin by identifying words that contain language style. The research results of this article are exploring and clarifying the style of language as well as the meaning contained in the song

The song "Amin Paling Serius" popularized by Sal Priadi and Nadin Amizah is a very unique and magical song because the lyrics use a dialogue format between two male and female characters. The song with orchestral strains composed by Lafa Pratomo as the music producer for the song "Amin Paling Serius" brings listeners to explore their deepest feelings of love and hope. “Amin Paling Serius” tells of the love story of two people who come from two different backgrounds, and both offer their prayers with the most serious amen for their love journey together. The aims of this study include (1) analyzing the use of figurative language in the lyrics of the song "Amin Paling Serius". (2) Understanding and expressing the meaning of the song "Amin Paling Serius". The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are expected to be able to understand the meaning and use of figurative language in the song "Amin Paling Serius" which was popularized by Sal Priadi and Nadin Amizah.

Song lyrics are a series of words that form a song, consisting of several stanzas, refrains or choruses. Forming song lyrics is not as easy as compiling an essay, but it can be obtained in the form of one's expression such as experiences that have been experienced, things that have been seen or heard, and various inspirations. The writer will express his experience by doing word games and language so as to create interest and distinctiveness in the lyrics or verses. This research is qualitative research and uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely interpreting and describing data. The main object of his research was the song "By My Side" composed by David Choi and Dewi Dee Lestari. Using suposive sampling techniques, trianggulation of data and theory, descriptive analysis techniques and data collection, by reading and recording them.. Aims to know what languages are used and what message to convey. The result is that the code mix contained in the lyrics of the song is mix the code inward, which is Indonesian, and mix the code out, which is English.

This research was conducted to find out the message to be conveyed by the lyrics and music video Tutur Batin by author Yura Yunita. Pop vocalist Yura Yunita has hit the Indonesian music scene since childhood. One of the songs written and performed by Yura Yunita is called Inner Speech and features her singing. This is what interests academics to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the music video for the song Tutur Batin. By breaking the video clips into various scenes related to the representation of feminism and categorizing them according to Barthes's view system which includes denotative meaning, connotative meaning, and myth, the analysis technique used in this research is data analysis using Roland Barthes semiotics. The research findings show that the videos depict strong women who can express themselves by being themselves. She had the choice to be like other women in society's eyes, but she chose to be herself. This is the same as the principle of self-acceptance feminism, which states that in order for women to live as equals in society, they must have the freedom to express themselves however they choose.  

Filsafat mengambil bagian penting dalam rasio manusia ribuan tahun yang lalu  dalam sejarah manusia. Dalam perjalanan pelayanan rasul  Paulus filsafat merupakan tantangan yang diperhadapkan dalam pelayanannya di tengah-tengah jemaat kolose. Mencampur baurkan filsafat yang kosong dan palsu terhadap ajaran rasul tentang yesus kristus adalah sebuah problematika iman yang harus segera dicegah supaya iman orang Kristen di kolose tidak tergoncangkan terhadap injil yesus kristus.  Untuk menyelidiki permasalahan ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksegese dan library research. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memastikan ajaran filsafat yang beredar pada masa Paulus ketika pelayanan di kolose, serta maknanya bagi orang percaya masa kini. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pandangan para ahli mengenai filsafat yang kosong dan palsu dalam jemaat kolose. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menyadarkan iman orang percaya terhadap ajaran filsafat yang beredar dizaman sekarang ini.

The objectives of this study include (1) analyzing the stylistic structure of language used in the song "Angin Kencang" by Noh Salleh, (2) explaining what majas are contained in the lyrics of the song "Angin Kencang" by Noh Salleh. This article is motivated by curiosity about the meaning of song lyrics that are so complicated with song lyrics that emphasize the use of majas, thus making the song "Angin Kencang" by Noh Salleh has properties and has a poetry-like language style that is very interesting to discuss. The data source of this article is a literature study with the type of descriptive article. The results of this article are the placement of majas and language styles that are appropriate and fitting to the use of song lyrics.

The language of song lyrics is often used as a means of expression in music. Lyric language has special characteristics that distinguish it from everyday language, because lyrical language can combine artistic elements such as rhyme, rhythm, and repetition to create sounds and that touch the listener's feelings.The use of lyrical language in songs is very important to convey an emotional or narrative message in a way that is easy for listeners to remember and absorb. Lyrical language can be used to create nuance, describe situations or feelings, and to describe the character or personality of someone or something.Songs can also carry different tones meanings for listeners, depending on how they interpret the lyrical language used. This makes the use of lyrical language a very effective tool for communicating important messages that may be difficult to explain in ordinary words. In the context of popular music, lyrical language can also help in creating an artist's or band's identity, and can be a determining factor in the success of a song or album. For example, strong and memorable song lyrics can help the song become a hit and make the artist or band famous. However, the use of lyrical language in songs can also be controversial. Some lyrics may be considered to contain inappropriate or unethical messages, and may cause controversy or protest from the public.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) mengkaji makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu “Hanya Rindu” pada album anmesh kamaleng (2) penggunaan stilistika yang terkandung di dalam lirik lagu “ hanya rindu” pada album  Andmesh Kamaleng. Peneliti tertarik menganalisis diksi dan stilistika pada lirik lagu  hanya rindu ini karena ingin mengetahui apa makna yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu tersebut.dan anmesh kamaleng ini dia adalah salah satu penyanyi dan pencipta lagu yang  mempunyai cara tersendiri atau ciri khas tersendiri dalam menyampaikan atau mengarang sebuah lagu. Makna adalah pengertian yang diberikan kepada suatu bentuk kebahasaan,setiap kata saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Stilistika adalah  pemanfaatan kekayaan bahasa dalam berbicara maupun menulis guna untuk memperoleh efek efek tertentu yang membuat sebuah karya sastra semakin hidup dan untuk mempengaruhi atau meyakinkan seorang pembaca atau penyimak tersebut.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa dokumen yang berisi tentang lirik lagu hanya rindu dari album Andmesh Kamaleng.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik menyimak dan mencatat. Dalam lirik lagu hanya rindu ini mengandung tiga macam makna yaitu makna denotasi,konotasi dan mitos. Stilistika yang digunakan oleh pengarang yaitui 3 ragam stilistika yang masuk pada lirik lagu ini, yakni: stilistika perbandingan, stilistika pertentangan, dan stilistika perulangan.

Perekonomian Domestik Songkok Nasional UD Hidayah merupakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memproduksi songkok beludru, dan berusaha untuk mengembangkan usahanya dengan menjaga kualitas, meningkatkan produksi, dan memperluas jangkauan penjualannya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam topik penelitian kausal-asosiasi kuantitatif. metode pengumpulan data alat yang akan di gunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah method successive interval, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) “dari pengujian parsial dukungan organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,699 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai sig = 0,001< 0,05, 2) Dari pengujian parsial sikap kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,122 > ttabel 2,026 dan nilai sig = 0,000< 0,05, 3) Dari pengujian uji simultan dengan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,597 > Ftabel 2,86 dan nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05.” Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah  1) terdapat pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Hidayah Tegal,  2) terdapat pengaruh sikap kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Hidayah Tegal, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan sikap kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UD Hidayah Tegal.

Songs are included in the type of literary works of poetry. Song lyrics are written in poetic language so that they are classified as literary works of poetry. songs consist of many types. In this study the songs that became the object of research were J-Pop songs. J-Pop is a pop genre song originating from Japan. The song that is the object of research is a song that was famous at that time. Not only booming in their home country but covering many other countries as well. the fact that youth is the most turbulent period in the stages of human life is the inspiration for this song. The song, entitled Hitchcock by yorushika, was published to the wider community via YouTube in 2018. The theory that serves as the basis for this research is Riffatere's theory of semiotics. This theory combines heuristic theory and hermeneutic theory. This theory is used to find out the hidden meaning conveyed by the songwriter. This semiotic theory is carried out in the following stages. First, the researcher will read quickly without further analyzing the meaning, only the meaning of the lyrics (heuristics). In this case by translating from Japanese into Indonesian. Followed by analyzing the structure, figure of speech, and other in-depth meaning with repeated reading (hermeneutics). Then conclude the results of the analysis. This Hitchcock song has been watched approximately 73 million times by various groups.

Era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan peluang dalam membangun perekonomian Indonesia dengan berbagai kemudahan yang diberikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Apabila tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, maka akan menjadi sebuah ancaman karena tidak diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan unit bisnis baru. Studi ini berfokus pada pelatihan manajemen dan pembinaan pemuda untuk penguatan kewirausahaan. Hal tersebut merupakan upaya untuk mengurangi pengangguran dengan cara meningkatkan kompetensi manajemen bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, mengorganisir, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi pelatihan, pembinaan melalui pendampingan pelaksanaan hasil pelatihan, efektivitas pelaksanaan, permasalahan, dan masa depan solusi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk secara intensif dan mendalam menggambarkan gejala dan fenomena yang diteliti, sekaligus pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum adanya pengelolaan pelatihan penguatan kewirausahaan di desa rejosari, kecamatan berbah, kabupaten sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Studi ini merekomendasikan bahwa perlu adanya manajemen pelatihan dan pembinaan penguatan kewirausahaan pemuda yang secara langsung dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan usaha kepemudaan di desa di Kelurahan Jogotirto, Kecamatan Berbah, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

This study aims to analyze the initial needs of learning strategies in increasing motivation and learning outcomes of Mathematics for class V Elementary School (SD). The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with research instruments in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and assessment document analysis. The data analysis technique used includes three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the initial instrument data analysis, it was found that the motivation and learning outcomes of the fifth grade students at SD Negeri Songgom 01, SD Negeri Songgom 02, SD Negeri Songgom 04 and SD Negeri Songgom 05 in learning mathematics were still low. The average value of student learning motivation is only 62 with the highest score being 82 and the lowest score being 50. While the average score of student learning outcomes is 66.7 in the low category while the highest score is 85 and the lowest score is 45. Low motivation and student learning outcomes are caused by the condition of the learning environment that is not conducive, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of support from parents, and the difficulty of using appropriate learning strategies in learning. This research can be used as an initial analysis of the need for appropriate learning strategies in Mathematics learning materials so that students' motivation and learning outcomes can increase.

Lingkungan zero waste adalah lingkungan yang bebas dengan limbah disekitarnya, manakala kita membicarakan lingkungan nyaman, terbersit di benak kita adalah keadaan yang bersih tanpa banyak kotoran yang ada disekitarnya. Lingkungan saat ini banyak sekali kendala yang dihadapi, salah satunya adalah sampah yang menumpuk dan menjadi masalah berkepanjangan. Untuk menjadi lingkungan yang bersih maka kita harus ada keperdulian kita, salah satu cara dengan mengolah limbah menjadi bermanfaat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan janjang kosong dijadikan briket, sehingga lingkungan menjadi zero waste, mengetahui kualitas briket yang dibuat dari limbah janjang kosong.Metode eksperimental, yang dipakai dalam pembuatan briket adalah dengan cara penepungan kemudian mencampur dengan lem dan dilakukan pengovenan, selanjutnya untuk mengetahui kualitas briket yang dibuat dari limbah janjang kosong denagn cara uji analisis briket yang meliputi kadar air, kadar abu, lama nyala dan kekuatn tekan. Berdasarkan dari modifikasi metode penambahan janjang kosong yang berbeda beda. Proses awal sampel pertama  dari pembuatan briket adalah melakukan penimbangan bahan baku yaitu janjang kosong, dengan diameter prallon 2 inchi, dibutuhkan janjang kosong sebanyak 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 gr dan lem sebanyak 15 gr, dalam pencampurannya tidak menggunakan air. Setelah semua bahan sudah siap, kemudian dilakukan pengadukan secara rata, dan pengovenan pada suhu 60˚C, selama 6 Jam. Test uji yang dilaksanakan adalah kuat tekan 3.035 cm, lama nyala 2.8 menit, kadar air rata-rata 8.43 %, kadar abu rata-rata 24.2 %. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah test uji pada kadar abu terlalu tinggi sehingga perlu inovasi dalam pengeringan bahan baku.
