Abstract This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk to enter the international market with a focus on Indomie instant noodle products. Obtain data from trusted sources such as academic journals and books through library research methods. A qualitative approach is used to understand Indomie's marketing strategy through content analysis and data interpretation. This company is famous for its high quality products and various innovations, especially in instant noodle products. Quality standardization in the production process is the key to success in the global market. Apart from that, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk applies the cost-plus method in determining export selling prices so that its products are flexible and competitive in the international market. In terms of distribution, the company attaches great importance to quality, timeliness, safety and transportation costs. Indomie products are distributed through large wholesalers and retailers and are popular in overseas markets such as Australia. The findings show that effective and efficient marketing strategies have helped PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk maintain and expand its global market share.

Competition in the industrial world after the impact of Covid-19 has become fierce competition. Many companies choose to increase effectiveness and efficiency by implementing digitalization in production and sales activities. PT. Megarhizo Ega Persada is a company that is developing, a company whose main production is liquid organic fertilizer under the brand "Megarhizo". Production activities still use manual bookkeeping processes. So it takes a long time for distribution from the warehouse to the production location. Miscalculations often occur in warehouses resulting in inappropriate production targets, due to insufficient or expired materials due to being in the warehouse for too long. This problem often occurs because the recording process is not thorough and results in stock buildup or stock shortages in the warehouse. So we need a system that can easily and quickly manage data so that these things don't happen again. Digitalization of the sales process is a solution to this problem, fertilizer products are products that are different from other production, because fertilizer is a product that is monitored so the price of fertilizer should not burden the public. By digitizing sales, companies can directly monitor stock and products sold from each distribution location to the resellers. So the number of products sold and prices can still be monitored, besides that the company can also find out the effectiveness of fertilizer production.

In Indonesia, many computer products are marketed with various types, prices and specifications. The computer hardware component manufacturing industry competes with each other to satisfy consumers and customers. Computer assembly and installation are important processes in the development and maintenance of efficient and reliable computer systems. In-depth knowledge of assembly and installation procedures is key to ensuring optimal performance as well as system safety. For this reason, there is a need for computer assembly and installation training for students at Ar Rahman junior School who have the knowledge and skills in assembling and installing their own computers properly and are able to implement it at school.

Technological developments are growing rapidly in line with the times. Technology is an important need today. This is because early childhood education is for children aged 0-6 years, early childhood education has a very important role in developing children's personalities and preparing children to enter a further level of education because technology is needed for many purposes. Technology is very easy to obtain because some prices are cheap and some are expensive according to the user's economic needs. This research uses descriptive research methods, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Gadgets are media that are used as modern communication tools. Gadgets make human communication activities easier. Now communication activities have developed even more advanced with the emergence of gadgets. Excessive use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's social and emotional development. The bad impacts of using gadgets on children include children becoming closed individuals, sleep disorders, liking to be alone, violent behavior, fading creativity, and the threat of cyberbullying. This research uses a descriptive research method, namely by creating a detailed description of the condition of a subject or object. Descriptive research focuses on solving real problems as they existed at the time the research was conducted. The Indonesian capital market recovered in 2021 after a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The role of the capital market is crucial for economic growth, and investors need to pay attention to factors such as financial reports and company performance. Investors in LQ45 companies, consisting of 45 stocks with high liquidity, make selections based on transactions and market capitalization. This research focuses on the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the stock prices of LQ45 companies in the period 2018-2021. The research problem involves questions about the influence of each ratio on stock prices. The research objective is to examine the influence of these ratios. The results of the research are expected to provide important information for readers about the factors affecting stock prices and insights for researchers into the dynamics of the capital market. This research can also serve as a reference for further studies. The results of the analysis indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) significantly influence the stock prices of LQ45 companies.

Some small and medium business actors, especially breeders in the Indonesian People's Livestock Association, Buluharjo Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency, do not understand how to prepare the cost of goods sold for their livestock business so that the selling price is determined only by considering market prices, resulting in relatively minimal income. when compared with financial and non-financial expenses. They do not realize that many costs have been incurred but have not been taken into account, so even though the selling price is quite high and in accordance with market value, it has not been able to fully cover operational expenses. To provide a solution to this problem, it is necessary to have Training on the Preparation of Cost of Goods Sold as a Consideration for Setting Selling Prices in Maximizing Sales Profits at the Indonesian People's Livestock Association, Buluharjo Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency so that livestock business actors can be more effective in calculating their financial management. The training method carried out with Lecture-style training (Lecture) can be a very valuable resource for communicating the necessary information quickly and the Independent Self-study method, this method is expected to be able to train oneself by studying the material that has been given . In addition, this method was chosen because it took into account the distance and time constraints of the presenters and training participants, so that participants were given a simple report format in preparing cost of goods sold. In organizing activities, participants actively ask questions and discuss the conditions and limitations in the preparation of Cost of Goods Sold until the training is complete

This research is about insight into the main components of tourism products in the Solok Nan Indah Weaving Village, which is based on several problems related to tourist attractions, facilities in tourist destination areas, accessibility, destination image and prices for tourism. The research purpose is to analyze the main components of the tourism product in Solok Nan Indah Weaving Village. The research type used was quantitative with a survey method with a population of 329 respondents  sample of 181 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a scale of Likert which had been tested for validity and reliability. This research was processed using SPSS version 25.00. The research results are that tourist attractions show the level of achievement of respondents with an average score of 75.1 with a good category, facilities in tourist destination areas show overall with an average score of 67.18 with a good category, but the provision of food and drink has the average value is 60.22 in the quite good category, accessibility shows overall with a value of average is 66.11 in the good category, but the condition of the parking lot and road conditions has value of average is of 63.65 and 63.31 in the category quite good, the destination image shows overall with value of average is of 72.48 in the good category, and prices for tourists show overall with an average value of 70.74 in the good category.

Analyzing the impact of PBV, DER, and PER on stock prices, including the influence of PBV and DER on PER, and the intervening role of PER in the PBV and DER dynamics, this study involves nine pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, utilizing SmartPLS software. Findings indicate PBV significantly affects stock prices, whereas DER and PER show negligible impact. Both PBV and DER do not influence PER, and PER refrains from intervening in the interplay between PBV and DER concerning stock prices. Despite investor assessments prioritizing book value over indebtedness, the EPS-represented stock acquisition holds minimal influence on investor decisions, leading to PER's inconspicuous impact on stock prices. Contributions of DER and PER to stock values, implications of PBV and DER on PER, and PER's intervening role in the PBV-DER dyad have relatively small effects on stock prices. Consequently, the hypotheses, except for PBV's distinctive influence on stock valuations, are rejected in this intricate analysis.

PT XYZ is one of the largest fertilizer companies in Indonesia. One of the company's goals is to become a competitive producer of fertilizers and other chemical products that are in high demand among consumers. To achieve this, the company needs a marketing strategy to boost sales, compete with both domestic and international rivals, and address the fluctuations in sales volume. Therefore, the company has opted to use multiple linear regression as a reference to assess whether sales prices and international prices have an impact on sales volume. Additionally, the marketing mix, or the combination of marketing elements, will be crucial in achieving the company's objectives. In the execution of marketing activities, every company strives to establish marketing strategies and target its market. This marketing strategy revolves around the marketing mix. The research findings indicate that sales prices and international prices do not have a significant impact on sales volume, possibly due to the presence of other variables such as the company's location, product promotion, and other factors influencing the results.

The aims of this study are as follows: (1) To examine how products impact customers' purchasing choices at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (2) To analyze the impact of pricing on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (3) To assess how the location influences customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (4) To test the influence of promotions on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (5) To comprehensively evaluate the collective influence of products, pricing, location, and promotions on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. This research employs a quantitative approach involving the population of CVs. Golden IT Store Banjarmasin, with a sample of 31 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was conducted. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Products significantly impact purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store. (2) Prices significantly impact purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store. (3) The influence of location on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store is found to be statistically insignificant. (4) The effect of promotions on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store is relatively insignificant. (5) Collectively, products, promotions, pricing, and location have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store.

The purpose of this research is: (1) to find out what Dimsum Uma Yumcha is in the popular dimsum market in Solo. (2) to find out the affordable prices offered which influence customer loyalty. (3) to find out the product provided has an effect on customer loyalty. In research it is known that Brand Image, Price and Product influence customer loyalty. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is Probability Sampling. The population in this study were all people who consumed Uma Yumcha Dimsum products in Solo Raya City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents from the Solo Raya community who had consumed ddimsum. Data processing in this research uses SPPS version 25. The research results show that brand image influences customer loyalty. Price affects customer loyalty. products influence customer loyalty.

This research aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with prices, services and coffee business facilities in Koup Galaxy. This research is quantitative research. The population selected in this research is Koup Galaxy consumers who have visited. The sample collection technique chosen was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data source in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used to assist this research is the structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.0. Furthermore, the results given in this research are (1) Price has a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (2) Service quality has no influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (3) Facilities have a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy.

This research explores the evaluation of financial performance in banking companies through financial ratio analysis and case studies. Analyzing three banks – BNI, BRI, and Bank Mandiri – reveals variations in stock prices, financial efficiency, and net profit performance. The conclusion is that BNI's stock is undervalued, BRI's is overvalued, and Bank Mandiri's situation is mixed. Although debt ratios are safe, both ROA and ROE fall below standards. However, operational efficiency is reflected in a healthy NPM. This study provides in-depth insights into the complexity of banking companies' performance.

Traditional markets are places of interaction between sellers and buyers which are characterized by direct transactions and frequent bargaining processes. The existence of traditional markets makes people happy because traditional markets provide many basic daily needs and necessities and of course the prices are much cheaper than in supermarkets. Because of this, the development of traditional markets really needs to be improved, so that public interest increases, changes to traditional markets are needed. The development of traditional markets in Blitar can be seen, among other things, by physical renovations, activities to clean the environment around the market, arrangement of places and grouping of types of merchandise, orderly administration, order and security. Supporting factors include traditional market traders who always follow the advice and directions of market managers, the presence of cleaning staff, and good support from the Trade Department. However, there are also factors that hinder the development of traditional markets in increasing public interest, including: lack of public awareness about not throwing away rubbish, packaging of goods for sale that does not attract public interest, water drains that are often clogged with rubbish. The approach we take is a qualitative approach, such as going directly to traditional markets to see firsthand a clear picture and accurate facts.

This research aims to determine the influence of price, promotion and rating on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling technique with the sample used amounting to 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution with the help of Google forms. Data analysis techniques in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. Based on the data research analysis, the results showed that there was an influence of price on purchasing decisions, there was an influence of promotion on purchasing decisions, there was no influence of ratings on purchasing decisions and the f test showed that there was a simultaneous influence of price, promotion and rating on purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination test show an r square value of 0.472, which means that the influence of the price (x1), promotion (x2) and rating (x3) variables simultaneously on the purchasing decision variable (y) is 47.2%.

The research aims to detail the factors influencing the budget of construction projects and analyze their impact on national development. This study is expected to contribute valuable insights for government decision-makers, project planners, and relevant stakeholders. Consequently, collaborative efforts can be undertaken to enhance budget management efficiency, ensure the smooth progress of construction projects, and support sustainable growth and overall national development. The research employs a literature review methodology, involving activities related to data collection from existing literature, reading and note-taking, as well as organizing research materials. The findings highlight that, in nation-building, the size and complexity of construction projects play a crucial role in determining their impact on national development. Large-scale infrastructure projects have the potential to improve connectivity, provide better access to communities, and support economic growth. The purpose of this observation is to determine the influence of price and Halal Label on Purchasing Decisions for Emina cosmetics in the Surakarta area. This observation uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained by distributing documents or questionnaires and collecting responses from a sample of 55 participants. This observation was analyzed using Intelligent Partial Least Squares (PLS) to propose hypotheses, and used a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis test carried out, it shows that prices and halal labels have a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share and return on assets on stock prices (studies at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk). The research problem in this study is whether Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) partially and simultaneously affect the stock price at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. The research method uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has no effect on prices share. Simultaneously the EPS and ROA variables affect stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 0.810, meaning that EPS and ROA affect stock prices by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Business actors carry out economic activities for profit. Globalization makes many changes in the times, especially in the industrial economy in Indonesia.Digital economy or disruptive innovation raises business competition problems so as not to cause large losses to consumers and other business actors on a large economic scale creating high barriers to market entry due to the positive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive, descriptive analysis to see the phenomenon of existing events and qualitative research methods based on philosophy as an instrument, Data collection techniques and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.
