This study aims to test whether the Quality of Laundry Service affects Patient Satisfaction in RSUD Kab. Kediri. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a causal research design applied to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between the independent variable (Laundry Service Quality) and the dependent variable (Patient Satisfaction). The study population consisted of 224 non-medical employees of Kediri District Hospital. Non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling types are used to determine samples based on certain criteria. Using the Slovin formula and the 5% error standard, a sample of 34 employees was obtained. Data were collected using the Likert scale and analyzed to test hypotheses. The results showed that the calculated value for the Laundry Service Quality variable was 7.970, which was greater than the ttable of 2.037, with a significant value of 0.000 which was smaller than 0.050. This shows that the Quality of Laundry Service has a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction, so the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The regression coefficient value of 0.563 indicates that an increase of one unit in Laundry Service Quality will increase Patient Satisfaction by 0.563 units, while a decrease of one unit in Laundry Service Quality will decrease Patient Satisfaction by 0.968 units. An R² value of 0.665 indicates that 66.5% of the variation in Patient Satisfaction is explained by Laundry Service Quality, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study.

Temporary blood sugar is the level of glucose in the blood that measured without considering the time of the last meal, and often used to detect diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance. This community service activity aims to describe the distribution of blood sugar levels in 68 men and women of productive age at  Kalam Kudus II High School, Jakarta. This community service activity is carried out using the Plan-Do-Check-Action method. The results showed that the majority of respondents had normal fasting blood sugar levels (97.1%), with an average of 113.26 mg/dL and a median of 104 mg/dL. Lifestyle factors, nutrition, genetics, and chronic medical conditions can affect blood sugar levels at any time. Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is essential for early detection and management of diabetes mellitus, which can prevent serious complications such as cardiovascular disease and nephropathy. Prevention strategies include a healthy diet, physical activity, patient education, and appropriate medical interventions. Comprehensive public health programs are needed to increase awareness and management of diabetes, as well as improve the quality of life of individuals affected by this disease.

Patient adherence to tuberculosis (TB) treatment is crucial for achieving a cure, preventing transmission, and avoiding cases of drug resistance. TB treatment typically involves using antibiotics for 6-9 months. Consistent compliance during this period is essential to ensure the eradication of the bacteria that cause TB. Non-compliance can result in disease recurrence and the development of drug resistance. Many factors can influence patient compliance, including drug side effects, lack of social support, patient knowledge about the disease, economic factors, and accessibility of health services. This study aims to provide an overview of the level of patient compliance in tuberculosis treatment at the Pekanbaru City Health Center. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional method conducted on 37 respondents using a survey method via questionnaire. The result of the research found that 54.1% of respondents at the Pekanbaru City Health Center had a moderate level of compliance with TB treatment.

Gout is caused by several things, one of which is the consumption of foods high in purine, choosing the right food menu for all foods consumed is an obligation... apart from this, there are various other factors that can increase the risk of this disease, namely increasing age and male gender, family health history, obesity, consumption of certain medications, certain medical conditions, unhealthy lifestyles and injuries due to surgery. The low priority given by health services to non-communicable diseases and inadequate public knowledge. Gout is a public health problem in Indonesia and is still not fully addressed. Knowledge and assistance regarding the right food to consume is a solution in overcoming this problem. For this reason, the authors in this study developed an expert system as a reference for gout risk to improve healthy lifestyle patterns. This system was developed with 2 benefits, namely getting recommendations and monitoring uric acid levels. As a result of the tests carried out, it is known that from a health practitioner's point of view, the system developed is suitable for use to accompany prevention and monitoring activities for gout sufferers and the information regarding the patient's dietary history presented by the system can be used as evaluation material during control. Users strongly agree with the system created due to lack of knowledge and lack of control in consuming foods that cause gout.

The digital transformation of telemedicine is a new innovation in the field of medical services with the characteristics of technology, proliferation of computers and automation, community involvement. Interpretive analysis using a conceptual approach and a legislative approach found that the digital transformation of telemedicine has the potential to increase the quality of medical services but is diametrically opposed to the complexity of medical service values which must then be anticipated so that there is no degradation of human values in the health industry. In line with the development of the health industry and to answer the needs for medical services in society, legal construction is needed that functions as a means of protection for health service providers and patients as recipients of health services. The recommended legal construction is: revising legislation related to medical practice by providing proportional legal protection for doctors and patients at the level of telemedicine history taking and diagnosis, as well as the use of recordings as evidence in resolving telemedicine digital transformation disputes. This is intended so that the development of medical practice technology is in accordance with the principles of Pancasila which are based on scientific values, benefits, justice, humanity, balance, as well as patient protection and safety.

This study aims to examine: about the function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in a company in increasing customer satisfaction, especially for patients at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Banjarbaru. The research design is a qualitative research which is a type of field survey research and a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The results showed that human resource management is very influential on the satisfaction of visitors or patients at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Banjarbaru, the results of the study obtained from several dimensions, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical appearance. And from these results indicate that the informants are not satisfied with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and physical appearance due to queuing problems, health workers do not provide good explanations and understanding, doctors pay less attention when providing services. Meanwhile, informants who are satisfied only with the guarantee variable because the service they get is very good and the doctor is able to assure the patient's recovery, provides a sense of security, is friendly, polite and gentle.

Medical record is a document that contains patient identity data, treatment, examination, action, and other services that have been given to patients. In order for medical records to be maintained, supervision is needed in medical records. The purpose of this study was to find out how the oversight of the medical record alignment system with the Standard Operating Procedures at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. This research method uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis, conducting observations and interviews that aim to provide an overview and see directly a state of the supervision process during the alignment of medical records in the filing room of the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. This research was conducted in a storage room with 5 informants. The results of the study showed that the supervisory process was aligned with the supervisory element, namely determining the size of the implementation, there was a deficiency, namely there was no mention of tasks in the job description in controlling medical records. In measuring the actual implementation, there are inappropriate implementations such as misfiles and there are several tracers that are still hanging. In measuring behavior, officers do not yet have definite standards or tools to measure officer performance behavior. Obstacles in the alignment of medical records through the 5M factor, namely, the lack of number of officers in the filing room, the occurrence of misfiles and staff errors in writing unclear numbers. Materials namely, there are a lot of maps that are too thick. Machines, that is, there are still many tracers hanging on storage racks whose time limit has passed the stipulation. Methods, that is, the Hospital does not yet have an SOP for alignment supervision and there is only a Medical Record alignment system in the SOP for storing and returning Medical Records.

The development of health services has developed in the last few years and continues to grow to the point of giving rise to telemedicine as a term for electronic services medium between patients and health service providers. The purpose of this research is to find the formal legal truth on the protection rights of a patient who used telemedicine services based on the Indonesian Civil Code, Health Law, and other relevant legal material sources, the study aims to determine the legal certainty of the patient using telemedicine services and legal remedies available to patients injured due to telemedicine malpractice. The research method used is normative or doctrinal and involves relevant approaches such as the statute approach, conceptual approach, theoretical approach, and analytical approach which use various legal material sources including primary and secondary legal material, particularly such as legislation, regulation, various legal theories, legal principles, doctrine, and scientific works of scholars including journals, articles, and practice guides.

Abstract. Cervical cancer is a disease caused by malignant tumors in the uterine area (cervical) as a result of uncontrolled growth of tissue and damage to the surrounding normal tissue. Family as a source of support plays an important role in providing support to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method is by accidental sampling. The sample of this study were cancer patients undergoing treatment with a total of 32 samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that more than half (56.25%) of the respondents were aged 46-65 years, more than half (53%) of the respondents did not work, and some (50%) of the respondents were in stage 3, and most (91%) family support in improving the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. The results of this study can be used as health promotion educational material about risk factors for cervical cancer and to re-effectively provide health counseling services for sufferers and their families who are diagnosed by doctors as having difficult cases to recover, so that patients can express their feelings about the illness they are suffering from so that it has an impact on their quality of life. better. Abstrak. Kanker serviks merupakan penyakit akibat tumor ganas pada daerah rahim (leher rahim) sebagai akibat dari adanya pertumbuhan jaringan yang tidak terkontrol dan merusak jaringan normal disekitarnya. Keluarga sebagai sumber dukungan berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup pasien kanker servik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksripti kuantitatif. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker yang menjalani pengobatan dengan jumlah 32 sampel. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih dari sebagian (56,25%) responden berusia 46-65 tahun, lebih dari sebagian (53%) responden tidak bekerja, dan sebagian (50%) responden berada pada stadium 3, dan sebagian besar (91%) keluarga mendukung dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker serviks. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan edukasi promosi kesehatan tentang faktor risiko kanker serviks dan mengefektifkan kembali layanan konsling kesehatan untuk penderita dan keluarga yang didiagnosa oleh dokter mengidap kasus sulit untuk sembuh, sehinga pasien dapat mengkungkapkan perasaan  mengenai penyakit yang dideritanya sehingga berdampak pada kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.

A medical record is a file that contains document records regarding the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services that have been provided to the patient. Pratama Clinic as a health service provider must have a competitive advantage and be competitive in terms of the quality of the health services provided. Pratama Halyna Clinic is located in Gajahan, Kebongembong, Kec. Pagerruyung, Kendal Regency, Central Java. In this clinic, there are several polyclinics, namely, general, Kia / birth control, elderly, childbirth, and circumcision. To carry out data recapitulation to find out the number of patients who visited and the polyclinics that were frequently visited, the operator carried out manual calculations, namely by opening the data in the form of paper regarding patient recaps for that month which was then carried out by manual counting. Based on these observations and observations, we, the staff, propose creating a patient data recording system.

Overall patient satisfaction at the Pandega Hospital Inpatient Installation, Pangandaran Regency may be considered less than optimal in terms of suitability and consistency. Concerns regarding appropriateness arise from the lack of services provided by physicians and nurses in a timely and consistent manner. In particular, nurses were not adept at adequately explaining the necessary steps to patients. The level of patient satisfaction is influenced by the standard of service provided, and it is proven that Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is still lagging behind in terms of reliability and responsiveness. The reliability of nurses is still lacking in providing comprehensive, thorough and fast services in accordance with the timeframe and responsiveness that has been determined, with nurses showing reluctance to handle patient complaints. This research was conducted using an explanatory survey method with quantitative methodology. The data analysis methodology used includes instrument testing to assess validity and reliability, research model testing using the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The research results show that the level of service provided at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation is of a high standard. Has the highest score on the empathy indicator and the lowest score on the responsiveness indicator. The level of patient satisfaction at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation is quite high. Has the highest score on the aesthetic indicator and the lowest score on the suitability indicator. The research results found that service quality has a strong and beneficial influence on patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. Thus, there is a direct relationship between the level of excellent service and patient satisfaction at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation.

The incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal in terms of proportionality, that is, there are quite significant differences in the receipt of incentives for nursing staff for the same item and in the same month. Apart from that, employee performance is not yet optimal in terms of work quality, namely there is still a lot of work that is not completed on time, employee attitudes are less friendly towards visitors, and employees are not quick and agile in serving patient wishes. Furthermore, working time is not optimal because there are still complaints, especially doctors' hours which are sometimes not on time and nurses have not been able to make good use of working time so that their work is not fulfilled according to the schedule set by the hospital. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing, and Triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) The service incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal, this is because the indicators in the service incentive system are not running optimally, namely proportionality, but the indicators of performance, professionalism, distributiveness and teamwork are running optimally. (2) The performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not yet optimal, this is because the performance indicators have not been optimal, namely the quality produced and working time, but the quantity produced and cooperation has run optimally. (3) The service incentive system can improve employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that the better the service incentive system, the higher the employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital.

The Akle Health Center of Kupang Regency always strives to serve the community well.well in all care needs including curative services(treatment), preventive (prevention efforts), promotive (health improvement)and rehabilitation (health restoration) with the hope that patients who obtain health services feel satisfied with the services provided.The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of health services at the Akle Health Center, Kupang Regency, and to find out the inhibiting factors for the effectiveness of health services at the Akle Health Center, Kupang Regency. The type of research conducted is empirical juridical research. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the research location through direct interviews with respondents and based on researcher observations.Secondary data is data obtained from literature studies.Data analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Effectiveness of Health Services at Puskesmas Akle Kupang Regency are: (a) Implementation of Health Services at Puskesmas Akle Kupang Regency, (b) Implementation of Preventive Health Services, (c) Implementation of Promotive Health Services, (d) Implementation of Curative Health Services, (e) Implementation of Rehabilitative Health Services. Home care is a comprehensive service for individuals and families at home which aims to minimize the impact of disease and increase the independence of patients and families in the care and treatment of family members who experience health problems. Patient satisfaction with health services is something that needs to get attention from providers. health services in carrying out their role, while obstacles are still found in homecare services. The aim is to determine the level of patient satisfaction with homecare services. Research method This type of research uses a descriptive research design with a survey method. This research was conducted in the Baula Community Health Center working area with a sample size of 30 respondents. The results of this research show that the level of patient satisfaction with homecare services in the Baula Community Health Center working area was that most respondents were satisfied, namely 83.3%. Conclusion Patient satisfaction is an important indicator of quality nursing services.

Pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and family planning (KB) are physiological conditions, but you must be careful if conditions occur that can threaten the life of the mother or fetus. This can be prevented by providing good services during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning. The aim of this report is to improve the quality of services with continuous contact between patients and health workers, including monitoring the condition of pregnant women from the beginning of pregnancy to the delivery process, monitoring BBL for signs of infection, postnatal complications and facilitating for couples of childbearing age in the service. KB. In this report, the approach used is in the form of a case study, where the author collects data and describes the process of comprehensive midwifery care based on Continue Of Care for TM III pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, BBL, and family planning using the SOAP approach. The results of the report showed that there were no gaps in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, BBL and family planning. With continuous monitoring of Mrs. SM, Mrs. SK and Mrs. S. The condition of the mother and baby was monitored well without any accompanying complications.

Healthcare services, conflicts often arise between doctors and patients, involving allegations of medical criminal actions. Health laws are designed to provide greater certainty in the administration of healthcare services and to offer protection for both the public and healthcare resources. This research adopts a normative juridical approach, employing qualitative descriptive methodology. Medical professionals may face criminal charges for engaging in illegal abortions, performing reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery with the intent to alter someone's identity, refusing healthcare services in emergency situations, committing negligence, and practicing Without a License (STR) and/or Practice Permit (SIP). Medical professionals are obliged to adhere to professional standards, service standards, and operational procedure standards, while upholding the values of professional ethics and exerting their best efforts (Inspanning Verbintenis). Dispute resolution should initially take place through restorative justice mechanisms, utilizing alternative methods outside the court.

(3) The effect of the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital.The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis techniques, namely validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The quality of nurse services has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of service is improved, then patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (2) Paramedic facilities have a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if paramedic facilities are improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (3) The quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities is improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase.
