The old bridge structure, are subjects that must be monitored in bridge maintenance. Bridge detection supervision is very necessary to determine structural deformation caused by normal operations or environmental impacts such as temperature, humidity and heavy vehicle loads. Monitoring the structure as a whole also needs to be carried out after extreme conditions occur, such as an earthquake. Research on structural dynamics analysis of steel frame bridge conditions to determine the behavior of the structure. Vibration data is read using a wireless sensor network or accelerometer. The vibration mode signal obtained is processed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis via MATLAB software, which will produce a graph of the relationship between the frequency domain and the time domain. Through this graph, the dynamic characteristics of the bridge structure can be analyzed, with several variations in the condition of the bridge structure.

APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) have become a key component in the development of modern digital products and the transformation of cloud-based services. Its ability to provide structured access to data and enable cross-platform integration makes APIs at the core of the enterprise's digital architecture. However, the high level of API openness poses increasingly complex security challenges, including potential data exploitation, injection attacks, credential misuse, and exploitation of business logic loopholes. This article examines the strategic role of APIs in the digital ecosystem, analyzes the operational risks that arise from API exposure, and evaluates the effectiveness of basic defense mechanisms such as API Gateways and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs). The findings of the study show that while both solutions play an important role in controlling access, filtering, and mitigating attacks at the surface layer, they have not been able to provide comprehensive protection against modern API threats that are dynamic, distributed, and often exploit weaknesses at the application and business logic levels. Therefore, a more holistic, layered, and sustainable API security approach is needed, including anomalous behavior detection, API abuse protection, and real-time monitoring to maintain the integrity and reliability of digital services.

Administrative services for civil servants (ASN) play a crucial role in ensuring the rights and obligations of government employees. One of these services is the submission process for the Wife Card (KARIS) and Husband Card (KARSU), which serve as official proof of marital status for civil servants. At the BKPSDM of Sumba Barat Daya, the current submission process for KARIS and KARSU is still carried out manually by filling out paper forms and attaching physical documents. This manual method is time-consuming, prone to data errors, and complicates the monitoring process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a digital information system to simplify the submission, verification, and issuance process of KARIS and KARSU online. This research applies a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The system is developed using the Python (Streamlit) programming framework and a SQLite3 database, designed to be easily accessible to both ASN users and BKPSDM officers through local networks or the internet. The results show that the developed system successfully reduces processing time by up to 60%, improves data accuracy by 90%, and significantly decreases the use of physical documents. The implementation of this digital information system makes the KARIS and KARSU administrative service more efficient, transparent, and accountable, supporting the ongoing digital transformation within the local government of Sumba Barat Daya Regency.

The construction industry faces major challenges in managing material inventory, particularly among start-up companies that still rely on paper-based manual records. Such practices often lead to data inconsistencies, delays in decision-making, and project inefficiencies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a cloud-based and real-time inventory management system utilizing spreadsheets at PT X, a start-up contractor located in Karanganyar, Central Java. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with finance staff, logistics administration staff, and the project manager, as well as documentation of material inflows and outflows. The findings reveal that the use of cloud-based spreadsheets enhances data transparency, facilitates real-time monitoring between field and office, and accelerates stock opname validation. The system also supports more responsive decision-making regarding material reordering and request postponements. Nevertheless, several obstacles remain, including limited digital literacy among staff, potential input errors, and reliance on internet connectivity. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature on accounting information systems and inventory management in small-scale construction sectors. Practically, it demonstrates that low-cost cloud solutions can improve operational efficiency and serve as a foundation for developing more integrated systems in the future.

The size of the company as a moderator in defining the correlation between capital structure, profit, and firm value is the focus of this study. Adopting a quantitative associative approach, this research focuses on the non-cyclical consumer sector registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020–2023. Of the 125 companies, 73 were purposively selected to create the research sample, yielding 292 observations after excluding entities with incomplete data and those with special monitoring status. The authors gathered secondary data from audited yearly financial reports through the IDX portal and corporate websites. The analysis used quasi-moderation techniques by combining independent variables, moderation, and interaction in a single regression model, processed through EViews 13. The research results show that capital structure has a significant positive impact on firm value, while profitability has no significant impact. Firm size has been shown to affect the relationship that exists between capital structure and firm value, but it does not moderate the association between profitability and firm value. These findings confirm that leverage’s effectiveness in increasing firm value is independent of company size and that profitability is not a primary determinant in this context. This research provides empirical evidence to advance capital structure theory and to inform executives’ strategic financial decisions and investors’ evaluations of corporate outlooks.

The activeness of the elderly in participating in posyandu (integrated health post) activities remains a problem in various regions across Indonesia. The low level of participation is often caused by a lack of family support and the physical limitations faced by elderly individuals. In fact, posyandu for the elderly plays a crucial role in health monitoring, disease prevention, and improving the overall quality of life in old age. Through posyandu, elderly people can receive regular health check-ups, nutritional education, and guidance to maintain both physical and mental well-being. This study employed a descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all elderly residents of Gampong Lambro Bileu, totaling 58 participants, all of whom were included as a total sample. The research was carried out from May 28 to June 11, 2025, within the working area of Kuta Baro Health Center, Aceh Besar. Data collection instruments included a family support questionnaire with 10 positive statements and an elderly posyandu attendance sheet covering the last six months. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test to determine relationships between variables. The findings indicated that most elderly individuals who received strong family support were very active in attending posyandu activities. The p-value of 0.024 showed a significant relationship between family support and the activeness of the elderly in participating in posyandu (p < 0.05). Therefore, families are encouraged to be more involved in accompanying, motivating, and supporting the elderly to stay active in posyandu for better health and quality of life.

This study aims to examine the effect of Leverage and capital intensity on tax avoidance with independent commissioners as a moderating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Tax avoidance practices in this sector are considered relatively high due to the complexity of fixed asset management and financing structures. The study applies a quantitative approach with an associative method and purposive sampling, resulting in 21 companies as the final sample with a total of 105 observations during the 2020–2024 period. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 25. The results show that leverage has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, indicating that a higher level of debt usage increases the likelihood of tax avoidance through interest expenses. Capital intensity also has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, as higher investment in fixed assets provides opportunities for firms to utilize depreciation expenses in reducing taxable income. The moderating test reveals that independent commissioners do not moderate the relationship between leverage and tax avoidance but significantly moderate the relationship between capital intensity and tax avoidance in a negative direction, thereby weakening the effect. These findings highlight the importance of corporate governance mechanisms through the presence of independent commissioners in mitigating tax avoidance, although their effectiveness remains limited to specific aspects. This study contributes empirically to the taxation and corporate governance literature and provides recommendations for regulators and tax authorities in strengthening tax compliance monitoring in the property sector.
