Physiological changes in adolescents during the transition period, both biologically, cognitively, psychosexually, and psychosocially, are very vulnerable to various risky behaviors such as premarital sexual behavior, abortion, unwanted pregnancy, STIs, and drug use. One effort to increase adolescent awareness about premarital sex is health education. This study identified the effectiveness of audiovisual media and leaflets about premarital sexual behavior on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents at SMA Negeri 20 Seram Bagian Barat. The study used a quasi-experimental approach, pre-post-test control group design, with 40 samples. The Wilcoxon test results for the intervention group showed a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in adolescent knowledge and attitudes before and after health education using audiovisual media. The control group showed a p-value > 0.05, indicating no significant difference in adolescent knowledge and attitudes before and after health education using leaflets. The Man-Whitney test results showed a p-value < 0.000 (p value < 0.05) for the intervention group post-test. It was concluded that there was a significant difference in health education using audiovisual media and leaflets regarding premarital sexual behavior on adolescent knowledge and attitudes at State Senior High School 20, West Seram.

This study is motivated by the importance of systematic evaluation in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of educational programs, particularly the Al-Qur'an Halaqah Program as a means of developing the ability to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an and shaping the religious character of female students. This study aims to identify the gap between the established standards and the actual implementation of the program using the Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The approach used is qualitative evaluative with five stages of evaluation, namely design, installation, process, product, and comparison. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed through the stages of data collection, processing, presentation, and conclusion drawing using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the design and installation stages met the standards, while in the process stage, a gap was found in the consistency of female student attendance. In the product stage, the success rate reached 93.48%, but there was still an imbalance in memorization achievement. The implication is that the program should be continued with strengthened attendance monitoring and individual mentoring strategies to improve the equity of outcomes and the sustainability of the program.

Language and news have a close relationship because language is a medium to convey news. In news, the use of noun phrases is important to pay attention to, so that there is no misunderstanding. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the use of object phrases in news texts, focusing on their elements, types, and functions. In this research, two approaches are used, namely qualitative descriptive and syntax. The results show that in the news text, there are various variations of noun phrases. This diversity is seen in the different patterns of phrase formation, which differ in structure and constituent elements. The type of noun phrase that is often found is the subordinate noun phrase. The results showed that noun phrases can occupy syntactic functions as long as their use does not exceed the limits of sentence structure. In Indonesian syntax, noun phrases can function as subjects, objects, or descriptions. Therefore, noun phrases play an important role in the formation of a sentence.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the At-Turats Book Study Program using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model to provide an overview of the program’s relevance, resource readiness, implementation, and outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results show that in terms of context, the study of classical texts meets the needs of the santri and aligns with the vision of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah, which aims to deepen religious and cultural understanding. In terms of input, the program is supported by qualified instructors and representative classical reference books, although there are still limitations in the number of teachers, the varying abilities of the santri, and supporting facilities. Regarding the process, the study is carried out using the halaqah method with a bandongan approach, which is relatively consistent, although the participation and interaction of the santri are limited. Some santri are still hesitant to engage actively in discussions, which can reduce the effectiveness of learning. In terms of product, the program has a positive impact, including an improvement in religious understanding, the development of more moderate and tolerant religious attitudes, and enhanced ability to comprehend classical texts among some of the santri. Overall, the program has achieved its main objectives but still requires improvement in terms of facilities and interaction during the learning process.

This study aims to examine the implementation of restorative justice within Bungo Regency's criminal judicial system from the perspective of Islamic law. Although restorative justice has been formally adopted in Indonesia through various regulations, its application at the regional level remains an important issue that requires careful attention. The study employs a juridical-empirical research design with a qualitative approach. Data was gathered through observations, in-depth interviews with law enforcement, religious leaders, victims, and offenders, and document analysis. The analysis integrates perspectives from both positive law and Islamic law, particularly focusing on the principles of qiṣāṣ–diyāt, ṣulḥ, ‘afw, ta‘zīr, and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. The findings indicate that restorative justice is used in certain criminal cases during the investigative phase in Bungo Regency. However, its effectiveness is limited by factors such as varying levels of readiness among victims and offenders, insufficient technical regulations, community resistance, and inconsistent understanding among law enforcement. From an Islamic law perspective, restorative justice aligns well with Islamic justice principles, particularly those emphasizing public welfare, forgiveness, and restoration. The study concludes that restorative justice is a contemporary manifestation of principles deeply rooted in Islamic legal tradition and not a contradiction of Islamic law. To improve its application, enhancing law enforcement competence, engaging religious and community leaders, and integrating Islamic legal principles into criminal justice policies are essential.

One of the most contentious topics in modern Islamic family law is polygamous marriage, especially in plural legal systems like Indonesia where national laws and human rights concepts collide with religious standards. With an emphasis on the pursuit of substantive justice within both Islamic and national legal paradigms, this study uses a socio-legal framework to analyze Indonesia's reform of polygamous marriage law. In order to evaluate the efficacy of current legal regulations, such as Law No. 1 of 1974 as amended by Law No. 16 of 2019 and the Compilation of Islamic Law, this study combines the principles of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah with socio-legal theory, drawing on normative-theological analysis and qualitative doctrinal research. The results show that normative legal ideals and actual socio-legal reality continue to diverge. The ability of statutory rules to provide women and children with meaningful protection is limited because, although they set stringent procedural requirements to prevent polygamy, their execution frequently remains formalistic and institutionally constricted. Furthermore, the achievement of justice as envisioned in Islamic ethical principles is undermined by the persistence of dominant patriarchal legal cultures in influencing judicial procedures and public attitudes. In order to reframe polygamy as a conditional socio-ethical institution rather than an inalienable legal privilege, this paper suggests a reform-oriented legal framework. The study promotes a contextualized view of Islamic law that is consistent with both international human rights norms and constitutional ideals by placing a strong emphasis on substantive justice, gender fairness, and public benefit. The results provide policy-relevant insights for creating a more just and socially responsive family law system in Indonesia and add to the ongoing discussions on Islamic legal reform.

Canker sores are an inflammation of the oral tissues, generally caused by bacterial and fungal infections. They can cause pain and discomfort and reduce the sufferer's quality of life. Treatment for canker sores has been dominated by synthetic drugs, but they are less popular among the public, especially children, due to discomfort and concerns about side effects. Therefore, we need safer and more easily accepted alternative treatments based on culturally derived materials. This study is to investigate the potential of pineapple and melon stems formulated in the form of gummy candy nanosimplicia as a complementary therapy in the treatment of canker sores. The research method was carried out through a literature review by collecting scientific articles from the PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases, then analyzed using VOSviewer software to map emerging research trends and potential. The analysis results indicate that there are approximately 600 articles discussing the active metabolite content in pineapple and melon stems that have antibacterial and antifungal activity, as well as the development of innovative preparations such as gummy candy as a delivery medium for bioactive compounds. The implications of this study indicate that the combination of pineapple stem and melon nanosimplisia has the potential to be developed as a safe, attractive, and effective natural herbal candy product for the prevention and treatment of mouth ulcers, especially in children.

Anemia in toddlers is a serious nutritional problem that impacts physical growth, cognitive development, and the child's immune system. This study aims to provide an overview of the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of parents in preventing anemia in toddlers. This quantitative study involved 50 respondents using a structured questionnaire instrument covering the domains of knowledge, attitudes, practices, and sources of health information. The results showed that respondents' knowledge was in the adequate category; although all respondents (100%) understood the negative impact of anemia on growth and intelligence, only 80% understood the technical definition and clinical symptoms accurately. In the attitude domain, respondents showed a very positive response (100%) to the importance of balanced nutrition and early prevention. Regarding the practical aspect, although regular visits to integrated health posts (Posyandu) reached 100%, the consistency of daily animal side dish intake remained at 80%. An interesting finding showed a shift in information sources, with social media (80%) dominating over direct exposure to information from health workers (40%). This study concluded that there is a gap between positive attitudes and consistent daily practices, and the need to optimize health education through digital media by medical personnel to reduce the incidence of anemia in toddlers.

Background: Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis (RAS) is one of the most frequently encountered oral mucosal conditions. Although RAS has been extensively considered clinically and through research, ulcer occurrence remains unavoidable, and most treatment approaches are primarily symptomatic. Objective: To identify anxiety as a predisposing factor in patients with minor RAS. Case Report: A 24-year-old female patient presented to Soelastri Dental and Oral Hospital with a complaint of an ulcer on the right upper lip. The patient reported pain and a burning sensation for the past four days. The pain worsened when consuming hot food or beverages. The patient had experienced similar episodes previously but had never sought treatment for this condition. Intraoral examination revealed a single shallow ulcer with an oval shape, regular margins, a yellowish-white base surrounded by an erythematous halo, measuring 3 × 2 mm on the right upper lip, and was symptomatic. Case Management: The treatment provided focused primarily on Communication, Information, and Education (CIE). The patient was informed about the predisposing factor experienced, which may contribute to the occurrence of RAS, namely anxiety. The patient also received education regarding maintaining oral hygiene, consuming fruits and vegetables, increasing water intake, eating more regularly, attending a follow-up visit seven days after treatment, and managing anxiety. Conclusion: In this case, RAS management was focused on eliminating predisposing factors, particularly anxiety, which was strongly suspected to be the triggering factor for minor RAS in this patient.
