Human resource management is the process of dealing with various problems faced by employees, workers and employees. Managers and other employees can support the operations of the organization or business to achieve the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on improving employee performance and to find out the effect of work motivation on improving employee performance. Samples were taken using the Purposive Sampling Technique and produced a sample of 71 people. The data collection method was through the distribution of Google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous F test. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no significant effect on improving employee performance and work motivation. significant effect on improving employee performance.

Leadership is a complex and unique phenomenon of social interaction, anyone will show leadership behavior when interacting in a format that influences others. Even in personal capacity, in the human body there is capacity or potential as a controller, which essentially facilitates a person to be able to lead himself.This research journal was conducted at SMKS Sagaranten which is located on the cigadog highway km.2 sagaranten sukabumi and produces the influence of the principal's leadership to increase the quantity of students.Leadership is often given the meaning of degree of influence, while the leader is the person who has the most potential to influence. Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. Articles are made with techniques for gathering resources such as reading material and books on leadership.So that we can draw the conclusion that educational leadership as "one ability and process of influencing, guiding, coordinating and mobilizing other people who are related to the development of the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.

The background of this research is that in an institution engaged in the health sector, because in an institution human resources are very important in achieving success. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 41 employees from a population of 71 Prambon Health Center employees. In this study, the results showed that work ethic and individual characteristics partially had a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees. While simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees.

However, humans must make efforts to take anticipatory action to minimize the risks that will arise, therefore it is necessary to create or design strategies to manage risks. This strategy is first tasked with identifying the risks faced, after that measuring or determining the magnitude of the risk.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an effect of the Internal Control System, the Application of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109, Human Resource Competencies and the Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Statements of Zakat Management Organisations (OPZ) in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods using primary data. This study uses a population of members of the DKI Jakarta zakat forum consisting of 1 BAZNAS and 7 LAZNAS with a total of 191 employees being the population with a resulting sample of 52 people. The data quality test used is validity test, reliability test. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, f test and coefficient of determination test) using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate a significant joint influence of the variables of the Internal Control System, Implementation of PSAK 109, HR Competence and Utilisation of Information Technology on the Quality of OPZ Financial Statements in DKI Jakarta.

Hate speech is a term used for negative language on social media bringing someone down. Someone's envy or hatred tries to destroy other people in a way that is not good, one of which is slander. That means the person who commits slander considers himself to be above the law so he can manipulate the law for his personal gain. In fact, the writer of the letter James states that there is only one legislator, namely God, only God is able to harm someone based on His law. Humans should not play with the law, but rather become law-abiding beings. The data analysis used in this research follows the steps of grammatical analysis. It is very important to look up the meaning of each sentence to see or have an idea of what is meant in Warning Against Slander. James 4:11-12 this is one of the verses in the letter written by James, who is believed to be the brother of Jesus. The letter of James is addressed to Christians in general, containing moral, ethical, and practical advice on how to live as a believer. In this context, James emphasizes the importance of not slandering or judging fellow believers. He reminded that slandering or judging other people seemed to take on the role of a judge that only God should have. James shows that such behavior is contrary to Christ's teachings on love and forgiveness. This research aims to examine the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency from a review of digital marketing and the quality of human resources. This research uses an explanatory method with a population of MSME actors in Demak Regency and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of digital marketing on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (2) There is an influence on the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (3) There is an influence of digital marketing and the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. The contribution of digital marketing and human resources variables to the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency is 66.40%, while 33.60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing and the quality of human resources are important factors influencing the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. Digital marketing can help MSMEs to reach a wider market and increase sales, while the quality of human resources can help MSMEs to develop innovative and quality products and services. Recommendations that can be given to improve MSME development in Demak Regency are: (1) The government and related agencies need to provide training and assistance to MSMEs to improve digital marketing capabilities and quality human resources. (2) MSMEs need to utilize digital technology to market their products and services. (3) MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and services in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and human resource development on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Employees. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was part of the Tasikmalaya Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and HR Development (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). HR development (X2) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y).  

The company strives to achieve the development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in order to achieve appropriate employee work efficiency. The achievement of employee work efficiency is seen based on what kind of employee development takes place. how the company places employees in positions that match what the employee has. By using brainstorming variables using a quantitative approach method with data in the form of primary and secondary data, the sample used was 76 employees. Based on the results of direct and indirect hypothesis testing, there is development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

The reality is that all citizens, local governments, families and parents are obliged and responsible for providing protection and guaranteeing the fulfillment of children's human rights in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. Legal rules regarding bullying against children have been regulated by the State in the form of laws, meanwhile, a clear understanding of bullying is not yet owned by some adolescents both within the school environment and outside the school environment. Even though acts of bullying can harm other people and can even cause the loss of the future of a child who is a victim of this act. For this reason, the Serang Raya University Service Team is interested in carrying out community service activities for students of SMP Negri 2 Cikeusal Serang which in this case is given in the form of "Socialization of the Dangers of Bullying for Mental Students". using several methods including delivering material directly or lectures, sharing, discussions, questions and answers, and dialogue. The results obtained from the Socialization of the Dangers of Bullying for students' mentality are: the results of this dedication show that students' knowledge about stopping bullying increases, increase knowledge and understanding of legal regulations related to bullying, the impact of bullying.

An MRI machine can produce diagnostic images of the inside of the human body, both in sagittal, coronal and transverse sections, without using ionizing radiation (X-rays) and also without using radioactive substances, but based on the principle of magnetic resonance of the hydrogen atom to reveal anatomy and pathology. clinical diagnosis, one of which is Hernia Nucleus Pulposus in the Cervical vertebrae. Hernia  Nuecleus pulposus is a condition of biochemical ad physical changes in the spinal disc tissue caused by degeneration in old age,or acute external pressure that causes a bulge into the spinal canal,putting pressure on the durameter or nerve roots, thereby triggering symptoms of neurological pain. The use of the Dixon sequence was proposed for the assessment of metaphyseal bone marrow water water content,with a short scan time. Dixon sequence imaging can be used for fat suppression in the extremities and spine, but also quantification of fat in the bones.. The research method used is descriptive research with an observation approach. Data collection was carried out from 01 January 2022 to 28 February 2023 using a Mr. Philips aircraft with a power of 3 Tesla. The sample of patients used in this study were 5 patients with vertebral complaints. Data collection was carried  out  through observation,interviews and documentation. Cervical MRI examination with clinical Hernia Nucleus Pulposus using a Philips 3 Tesla MRI machine has an examination procedure with a Survey sequence design, Myelo, Sagittal TSE T2 dixon, Sagittal TSE T1, Coronal TSE STIR, Axial TSE TA, and axial mFFE

Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the changing times. Information technology (IT) has experienced a very rapid increase in the current developments, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with the reach being achieved is increasingly expanding. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. The sample for this service is 20 teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Ponorogo. The activity begins with coordination with partners, planning and implementing community service activities. It is hoped that the results of this service activity with the development of digital information technology will be able to develop the learning process and help promote institutions, especially for partners, containing issues and focus of service, goals of service, methods/approaches/strategies of service research, and results of community service.

The potential for developing local wisdom tourism is part of human creativity. A tourist village is a tourist destination that reflects local tourism wisdom. Local wisdom tourism that exists in society is: customs, history, culture and natural beauty. Lembang Baruppu' Benteng Batu is located in Baruppu' sub-district, North Toraja district. It is a tourist village that has tourism potential in the form of natural tourism, customs, culture and history. The aim of this research is to analyze tourism potentials related to local wisdom tourism and recommend the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu. The method used in the research is qualitative analysis through direct observation and interviews with local government, traditional leaders and the community. Some of the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu are still being preserved today and some have been neglected.

This article examines the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia with a focus on issues of land ownership and human rights. This article explains that land ownership is often a source of conflict and disputes in Indonesian society, especially when land does not have clear certificates. The Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) is the legal basis that provides guarantees for land rights for the people of Indonesia. The National Agrarian Operations Project Program (PRONA) is the government's effort to provide land certificates to people with economically weak groups. This article also reviews changes in legal political views in Indonesia following the transition from the New Order era to the reform era. During the New Order era, there were shackles in various sectors, including law and politics. However, during the reform period, efforts to restore Indonesia's image as a rule of law through changes in government policy were carried out concerning the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. In the context of land ownership and human rights, this article underscores the need to protect the rights of rural communities and indigenous peoples whose ownership is inherited hereditary, regardless of the completeness of the ownership papers. This article examines the need for a balance between public interest and individual rights in the context of land ownership in Indonesia. In conclusion, this article presents a comprehensive analysis of the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia. Through purposive sampling, SMEs across diverse sectors will be selected for in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis techniques to derive rich insights from qualitative data. The study anticipates uncovering nuanced relationships between the aforementioned variables and SME competitiveness. Findings will contribute to enhancing understanding of the intricate dynamics shaping SME competitiveness and inform strategic interventions to bolster their competitive edge in the market landscape.

There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In principle, followers of the Christian religion are called by God to sit in government with the aim that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the teachings of the Bible. To achieve this, adherents of Christianity are expected to prepare themselves to live in faith and holiness according to the teachings of the Bible. This journal discusses the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia. Implementing ERP in MSME can help improve flexibility and integrate all business processes, such as inventory management, finance, production, and sales. However, implementing ERP requires careful preparation, including selecting the right vendor, optimizing internal teams, and preparing human resources. The research method used is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), which involves active participation from stakeholders of MSME and ERP vendors. The process of implementing ERP systems in MSME includes stages of meetings, planning, system design, education and mentoring, and using the system in business operations. The steps for implementing ERP systems in MSME include Sales Briefing Document, Function Requirement Document, User Acceptance Test, Training, and Go Live.
