This qualitative study aims to delve into the intricate interplay between public relation strategy, digital marketing, brand awareness, and their influence on customer loyalty. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study will utilize in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to gather rich insights from participants. A purposive sampling technique will be employed to select participants who possess relevant experiences and perspectives in the domain of interest. Data analysis will involve thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns within the data. The findings of this research endeavor are anticipated to shed light on the nuanced relationships between the aforementioned factors and customer loyalty, offering valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance customer retention strategies in today's competitive landscape.

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. The application of Islamic business ethics also has a positive impact on enhancing UMKM.

Early counseling and screening activities regarding skin hydration due to sun exposure are community service efforts aimed at increasing male students' understanding of the importance of maintaining skin hydration and protection against sun exposure. This activity is carried out through an educative and practical approach, by combining counseling, demonstrations, and early screening. The results of this activity showed an increase in male students' understanding of the importance of skin hydration and protection against sun exposure. They are becoming more aware of the need to take care of their skin regularly, use sunscreen, and keep their skin moisturised. Positive behavioral changes were seen in the boys' efforts to maintain healthy skin. Counseling and early screening activities regarding skin hydration due to sun exposure provide significant benefits in increasing understanding, changing behavior, and maintaining healthy skin for male students. This activity is an important effort in increasing awareness and protection of skin health among male students.

All types of sports can be documented by Padang Photo Sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, futsal, and soccer. The purpose of designing Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity is to inform the public, especially those who like to play sports, that in Padang there are the latest photography services in the field of sports. The method applied to the design of Padang Photo Sports Visual Identity uses the 4D design method which stands for Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate to develop the design and uses the SWOT Analysis method which stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to make it easier to find the value of a business and service. The orientation of the development of this Visual Identity design idea includes supporting media Stationery, Social media and Gift/merchandise. It is hoped that the design of this Visual Identity can help create opportunities and public awareness of photography services in the field of sports so that the design results can be right on target, effective, and communicative.

In Aceh Province, the Religious Court is called the Sharia Court, each district or city has its own Sharia Court office which is located in the district or city. This research is based on field research. The purpose of field research is to intensively study the background of the current situation and the interaction of the environment of a social unit; individual, group, institution or community. The results of the study are that community participation in the implementation of the circuit court in divorce cases at the Tapaktuan Sharia Court is very high, there are even several special requests from the community for the implementation of the circuit court for several cases, especially divorce cases and the influence of the circuit court in the social life of the community is the emergence of awareness for the community that the termination of a marriage relationship is very important to obtain legal certainty.

This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.

Work stress is one of the main concerns for occupational safety and health for workers, both in the field of welfare and health. It has been estimated that about half of all workers absenteeism and work accidents at work are caused by disorders related to work-related stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and work accidents on workers in the oil palm harvesting section. This research is an analytic observational research which is directed to explain a situation or situation, using a cross sectional approach. The results of this study show that there is a positive relationship between work stress and the risk of work accidents. The results of statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.005 when compared to the degree of significance (p-value <0.05). Suggestions for the company can be used as reference material for training K3 workers in the company to increase awareness of occupational health and safety in the company.

This article is based on the declining awareness of church ministers about what the congregation needs from the church. The lack of God's servants in seeing and feeling the needs of the congregation, so that the congregation has a great opportunity not to grow in quantity and spirituality. The aim of this research is to find out the key to the success of a Servant of God in carrying out church planting. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing and concluding various opinions from source books/journals from various experts regarding the secret of the success of the Servant of God in church planting. A church that can meet the needs of its congregation, provides spiritual growth for His congregation and quantity growth for the existence of the church.

In the context of the modern church, the leadership role of Christian women has become an increasingly important and complex issue. Despite increasing awareness of the importance of gender equality, there are still challenges and obstacles that hinder the advancement of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership roles. This article aims to explore the influences and challenges faced by Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership and find solutions to promote their role in the modern church. Therefore, in this study the authors used a qualitative approach by applying a literature review and reflective analysis. A literature review was conducted to gather relevant literature on Christian women's leadership in the modern church, including scholarly articles, books, ecclesiastical journals, and theological sources. Reflective analysis was then carried out to deeply understand the influence that Christian women have on ecclesiastical leadership as well as to identify the challenges they face in the context of the modern church. Based on the literature review and reflective analysis conducted, this article reveals that Christian women have a significant influence in ecclesiastical leadership, including in ecclesiastical decision-making, public service, teaching, and spiritual guidance. However, they also face challenges such as restricted traditional roles, different interpretations of the Bible, gender stereotypes, lack of necessary support and training, and cultural conservatism. Therefore, this article concludes the need to recognize and promote the role of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership by creating an inclusive environment, providing adequate training, overcoming cultural barriers, and promoting gender equality in the modern church.

This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. The government has high hopes for the benefits of Bank Syariah Indonesia because it is a momentum that will affect public awareness of the Islamic financial industry, especially Islamic banking. However, behind the opportunities of an industry there are challenges that must be resolved, as for these challenges are related to increasing financial literacy, how to adapt a new work culture which of course among the three previous Islamic banks has different characteristics, bank management that ensures that integration goes well without sacrificing previous quality resources, and how to create financial services that can compete and be able to accommodate and facilitate financing related to the main program of Islamic banks. The main potential for product development of Bank Syariah Indonesia can make the Islamic finance industry compete both regionally and internationally so that it can help the development of the national economy.

This study raises the phenomenon of the policy of collecting Rural Land and Building Tax in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. The reason for this research was carried out because of the facts and data which show that in 2018-2021 tax realization for Pematang Serai Village has not reached the target every year. Some of the things that become a problem in this study are the many phenomena of tax objects that are not in accordance with the number of taxpayers that must be paid by the community, low public awareness, ineffective mechanisms, and limited payment media in Pematang Serai Village. Researchers view and analyze the development of PBB collection in Pematang Serai Village comprehensively so that they can provide constructive suggestions. In this study, researchers used implementation theory by applying the George C Edward III implementation model. This theory uses 4 indicators, namely: communication, disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the PBB collection policy in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency is still not optimal, so it is recommended that the government pay attention to the land and building tax management policy that has been implemented so far so that it will be able to increase land and building tax revenue. It is also recommended through research results that in order to increase the effectiveness of Land and Building Tax revenue, the government should improve office facilities and infrastructure to support work activities, in addition to providing guidance to collectors and imposing sanctions on taxpayers regarding the importance of Land and Building Tax, because with the Land and Building Tax it will be used to finance regional development.

This research seeks deeper information about religious moderation in terms of acceptance of tradition. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and several of these methods were intended to obtain information and a clear picture of the focus of the problem discussing religious moderation within the framework of acceptance of tradition. By conducting field observations, interviews, and inputting literacy sources that are relevant to the research theme, the researcher categorizes the data, presents the data, and concludes the data according to the focus of the problem. This study confirms that, religious moderation must be carried out by every human being, because basically in an order in society the realization of harmony is desired, especially in the realization of religious moderation through the implementation of traditions. In carrying out this tradition, the community wants to create unity, brotherhood and harmony by upholding the value of religious moderation as an effort to accept the tradition. They mingle with everyone because this is a form of love and self-awareness as creatures that are able to be tolerant of inter-religious beliefs, so as to create a balanced life in the aim of religious moderation. In establishing social relations, Christians must also not close themselves off. In line with the teachings in the Church's document, Gaudium Et Spes 24. In the perspective of harmony and spirituality of the people in Tegalsambi Village towards tradition, they are not fanatical and exaggerated in their religious practices. Habits and traditions that are still carried out today are factors that increase harmony, harmony and harmony in society. The aim of the researchers to conduct this research is to find out about the history and origins of the Cibuntu Babakan area as a tofu industrial area until now a new destination titled "Cibuntu Babakan Tofu Tourism Village" has been established. It was formed because of an idea or notion from a member of the local POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) who is also the head of the community association 05 Babakan Village, Babakan Ciparay District. The theory used in this research is participation theory. While the method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method, due to the lack of valid data regarding this tourist destination, the researcher went directly to the field to explore the research object, thus making the research object a data. The results showed that the tourist destination "Cibuntu Babakan Tahu Tourism Village" has an attraction, namely with educational tours and culinary tours that may not be found in other areas, also with the local wisdom of the surrounding community making this "Cibuntu Babakan Tahu Tourism Village" become a tourist destination that must be included (Nurlestari, 2016)in the list of tourist trips.

Exemplary leadership of God's servants in carrying out efforts to raise awareness of the importance of worship. This is very important for society. This research is classified as a quantitative research with an associative approach. The research location is in the city of Mataram with a population that is not known with certainty because there are quite a lot of Muslim people who know about Samyang noodle products in the city of Mataram. So that the data collection method used in this research is a survey sample method with the sampling technique is non-probability sampling. Temporary, The hypotheses developed in this study are: 1) Halal label has a significant effect on purchase intention of Samyang noodles, 2) Halal label has a significant effect on Halal Awareness, and 3) Halal awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention on Samyang noodles. The research results will be discussed further. This program aims to help the Gulon Asri Waste Bank by utilizing leftover fabrics to be developed as packaging so as to increase the commercial value of the product. The public can create economical value packaging with attractive packaging. Then, the waste bank community can also increase environmental and community awareness by empowering existing resources, increasing motivation, and community creativity. The community can also develop creativity in making sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging so that the products created by the waste bank have attractive packaging by utilizing cloth waste as well and have high selling power.

One of the batik ecoprint SMEs in Boyolali is Srikandi SMEs precisely in Dohohudan Ngemplak Boyolali. This  SMEs can be categorized as a start-up business managed by housewives in Donohudan Village. The local village government strongly supports SMEs activities in the hope of improving the standard of living of the community during the Covid 19 Pandemic like this. Community roles and contributions are needed in economic empowerment. The result of the activity is the implementation of community activities in developing skills in managing Srikandi's SMEs management activities in growing their performance productivity through SMEs management training (entrepreneurship, simple financial management, marketing strategy and e-commerce). This activity is expected to increase the competitiveness of SMEs Srikandi (batik ecoprint) with similar SMEs.
