This study aims to describe the awareness and involvement of the people in church life at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. This research was based on phenomena or what happened in the field, that awareness and involvement of people in church activities is still not actively involved. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by using interviews and documentation. The research was conducted in June at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. There were 8 informants in this study consisting of parish priests, community leaders, and people at Santa Theresia Km.26 Patas 1 station. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Miles model. Huberman which consists of 3 stages, namely reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The On The Job Training (OJT) activity is an activity that is included in the curriculum of all Study Programs at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI)  Semarang  and must be carried  out by students  who are currently studying in semester VI. On The Job Training (OJT) is an activity to go directly to the field and apply the things obtained from theory and compared with practice in the field.  From  semester  I to semester  V, students  of the Indonesian  Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang have been equipped with various practical skills and solving problems that exist in each study program so as to make it easier for students to practice in their respective fields.

Learning is the process of learning for students using educational principles and learning theory which are the main determinants of success. In the research that will be carried out, the author wishes to make an effort in order to increase the interest in learning of 8th graders, especially in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application with a direct learning model. In this case, the writer wants to focus research on two points including how to increase the interest in learning of 8th grade students in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. The objectives to be achieved by the author in this study are to determine the causes of decreased interest in learning for 8th grade students using online learning in the subject of Al Quran Hadith at MTs Al-Ma'ruf and for supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students. in the Al Quran Hadith subject through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely the method of presentation, interpretation of data on the factors in the field. To obtain valid and accurate data, the authors used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research from the thesis made by the author are that there is an increase in the interest in learning of 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application with the Direct learning model, although in it there are several obstacles related to efforts to increase interest in learning carried out by teaching teachers.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Rumah Kreasi Grafika is a clothing business that was established in 2020. This clothing business is located at Jalan Grafika Raya, Gedawang, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java. This company still has shortcomings, especially in the field of design, so that marketing is not very successful. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the value of design in a company.The thing that is most prioritized in the design of making this stationery set is to meet the graduation requirements for the final project course and provide a new perspective in utilizing stationery sets as a means of supporting the company's progress. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

The times have demanded new innovations, including in the fields of culture and art. In accordance with this research, the process of making batik with motif inspiration from the form of the Covid-19 virus with natural dyes from dragon fruit skin and spinach is expected to be a new innovation in the art of batik. This study aims to determine how the process of making the covid-19 virus motif batik with natural dyes that have been determined. The method used in this research is the R&D method or in Indonesian it is called the research and development method. This experiment was carried out starting from December 1, 2020 at the AKS Ibu Kartini Batik laboratory, Semarang, which is located at Jl. Kawi  No. 40 Kos Mas Gilang, Semarang city. In the experiment, the skin of dragon fruit was used as much as 500 gr and 300 ml of water, while spinach was 800 gr and 700 ml of water but the total for the dragon fruit was 7 kg and 4 liters of water & 2 kg of parrot with 1 liter of water, and the first and second immersion was carried out through several locks. The result of this research indicate that the design motifs designed are very suitable for tall thin people, the pink color produced from the dragon fruit skin and the brownish green color of the spinach are very suitable for prismatic cloth. While the locking which is suitable for the coloring of dragon fruit peel is locking alum and the dye from spinach is suitable for locking the gazebo.

Penerapan sistem Tanggung Renteng dalam kelembagaan keuangan familiar dikalangan masyarakat menengah kebawah. Tanggung renteng adalah pelimpahan tanggung jawab atas suatu pembayaran yang terhutang secara renteng (beruntun) sesuai dengan urutan, dan tanggung jawab renteng dapat terjadi ketika ada dua pihak atau lebih yang terkait dengan pembayaran terutang. Implementasi sistem Tanggung Renteng ini termasuk penerapan produk pinjaman dalam lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah yang ada di KSPPS. BMT NU Jawa Timur Kabupaten Situbondo dengan produk Layanan Berbasis Jamaah (Lasisma), dalam realisasi pinjamannya tidak ada agunan atau jaminan yang mengikat yang harus diserahkan kepada pihak lembaga keuangan. Sedangkan dalam prosesnya masih banyak diantara kelompok nasabah yang melakukan penyimpangan terhadap jalannya sistem tanggung renteng tersebut, sehingga dalam hal ini dari kedua pihak mengalami kerugian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan) yang proses penelitiannya sebagian besar dilakukan langsung di situasi sosial yang dapat ditemui di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap secara objektif hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian secara terang-terangan dan apa adanya.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

This study aims to design and develop an effective learning media and become a media to assist in studying Physics in depth at SMK Mataram Semarang, especially in the Impulse and Momentum material. Physics becomes a boring subject for students, because many students think that Physics is a lesson that is difficult to understand, less interesting and feels monotonous. This has an impact on decreasing students' interest and value in studying Physics.The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with six stages, namely Research and Information Collecting (Research and Information Gathering), Planning (planning), Develop Premliminary Form of Product (Product Design Making), Premliminary Field Testing (Product Design Validation) , Main Product Revision (Design Revision), Main Field Testing (Product Testing of Products in the Field by Prospective Users). Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on design validation by experts and product trials to students using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The development of multimedia-based learning devices can develop devices that have been used so far, from conventional devices to become more interesting learning media. The application of multimedia-based learning media can help support the teaching and learning process to make it easier to explain or deliver material to students. In addition, it can help students to understand more deeply so that students' scores can be increased more than without using learning media.

The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

This study aims to explain the views of Islamic economic law on the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Kopontre Al Mubarok, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in the Al Mubarok Kopontren, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. While the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling with fluctuations in consumer prices first made transactions between the kopontren managers and consumers for the goods being traded and the payment was using DP. In terms of sharia economic law, the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Al Mubarok Kopontren Pringgondani Village is permissible (legal), because according to the theory of compilation of sharia economic law (KHES) the pillars and conditions in articles 56-57 are fulfilled.    

Dampak Covid 19 melanda dunia global dimana semua lini kehidupan manusia tidak terkecuali termasuk gereja. Berkenaan dengan judul ini maka Probelimatika yang muncul adalah apa itu manajemen gereja, bagaimana efektifitas manajemen gereja terhadap perekonomian jemaat pada masa covid-19, menyikapinya serta apa yang harus gereja lakukan pada masa covid-19, dan terutama jawaban Alkitab dibalik Covid 19. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah menjelaskan tentang manajemen gereja.dan ke efektifan manajemen gereja yang baik terhadap perekonomian jemaat. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini, yaitu library research (penelitian perpustakaan) dan field research (penelitian lapangan). Terbukti bahwa jika gereja melaksanakan manajemen gereja secara efektif dan tepat dalam implementasinya, maka perekonomian jemaat akan lebih baik lagi dan berkembang dari yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menjadi rekomendasi bagi para peneliti yang sedang dan akan melakukan peneletian yang berkaitan dengan judul dan efektifitas manajemen gereja ditengah krisis yang dialami jemaat.

The primary obstacles include finding a clear definition for digital economic enterprises, enacting legislation governing digital transactions that are compliant with international standards, and allocating resources in a way that optimizes the advantages of digital economic transactions. By creating electronic platforms like DJP-online, the Indonesian government hopes to improve the ease and openness of the tax filing procedure. In an effort to maximize tax revenue in the digital age, tax advisors play a crucial role, and society must change to embrace technology. To ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the digital tax system, the Indonesian government must constantly update rules, enhance public education efforts, and improve online services. This community engagement activity discussed the material through online webinars, providing an accessible platform for all participants to gain insights into the digital taxation landscape and aiding the government in socializing regulations in the field of digital taxation

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari bauran promosi yang meliputi variabel periklanan (X1), penjualan tatap muka (X2), promosi penjualan (X3), dan publisitas (X4) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field work research), penelitian ini meliputi konsumen yang membeli pada toko Indosamajaya Utama Tanah Grogot. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental maksudnya yakni teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan ditemui dan cocok sebagai sumber data. Berdasarkan analisis di peroleh  nilai koefisien korelasi (R) 0,707, yang artinya terdapat keeratan hubungan yang kuat antara variabel periklanan, penjualan tatap muka promosi penjualan dan Publisitas terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko Indosamajaya Utama Tanah Grogot. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,500 atau 50%, artinya bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel periklanan, penjualan tatap muka, promosi penjualan, dan publisitas sebesar 50% sedangkan sisanya 50%  adalah pengaruh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian ini. Pengujian secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel periklanan (X1) memberikan pengaruh dominan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai thitung  terbesar dibandingkan dengan variabel bebas lainnya, sesuai dengan hasil SPSS pada tabel 14 yaitu 7,159. Dan t hitung  >  t tabel  yakni 7,159 > 1,6669, dan di dukung oleh tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta standardizerd coefficient beta yaitu 0,638.

Village development will not be separated from community participation because it is the primary beneficiary of development and becomes a development actor. This study examines exploring planning to participatory evaluation involving rural communities in evaluating village development programs. This makes it possible to provide feedback, monitor progress, and identify changes needed to implement development programs. The study used a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and relevant secondary data. The results of community research are included in village development planning through Musrembang. In the implementation stage of community development, they are also involved even though not all communities participate in the village development process. Participatory management in development in Liunggunung Village is in the infrastructure development approach and other fields such as health. The community is involved and contributes to infrastructure development and other fields. Community participation can lead to empowering rural communities, increasing their decision-making capacity, and strengthening social networks in communities. Communities involved in the decision-making and implementation of village development projects tend to have a higher sense of ownership of the project. The active participation of the community in village development has a positive impact on the sustainability of the program and the improvement of the community's quality of life. Community participation in village development is essential for sustainable development, community empowerment, and improved quality of life locally.
