This study is performed to test the effect of LDR, and BOPO toward NIM to increase ROA. The objective to analyze the effect of the bank financial ratios performance (LDR and BOPO) toward NIM to increase ROA in banking industry over period 2011-2013. Sampling technique used here is pusposive sampling. The data was taken Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). It is gained sample amount of 114 data. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5%. In addition, classical assumption is also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result shows LDR and BOPO to have influence toward NIM at level of significance less than 5%, and LDR and BOPO, and NIM have influence toward ROA at level of significance more than 5%. Promas Greenland Nglimut Is a Hot Spring Bath and Villa Accommodation, Promas Greenland Ngonut Gonoharjo is located at an altitude of 700m above sea level, located in Limbangan District and 30 km from the city of Semarang. The purpose of this study is to introduce to the public so that people are more aware of greenland promas tourism, as well as interested in traveling to greenland promos gonoharjo and increasing marketing of greenland promasan tourism to be able to compete with other tourism in Kendal district. This study uses the Aida method and uses a 3D model. The subject of this research is to the public and tourists who will visit Greenland promasan tourism. The results of this study were able to attract the public or tourists to visit Greenland promising tourist sites and improve their marketing system, the results obtained from marketing with 3D models are able to improve the marketing system that the public will find out the specifications and forms of Greenland promotions before visiting or traveling. This is supported by the existence of good management and adequate facilities so that visitors feel comfortable and happy.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.

Organic products as natural products or are free of chemicals /pesticides , is currently a trend in many countries around the world.The tendency of shifting consumer consumption patterns of consumingorganic products to conventional products has become an interestingphenomenon today . Shifting back to nature lifestyle , has become a wisechoice to meet a healthy lifestyle . This view , looking at the trend ofconsumers choosing organic ingredients and eco-friendly products isincreasing. Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.

This research was motivated by the behavior of auditors in auditing the financial report of clients. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the bond financial interests and business relationships with clients, management advisory services (MAS), tenure of audit, the competition of audit firm, size of audit firm, and size of audit fees received by audit firm toward auditor’s independence in Central Java.The population of this study is public accounting firm in Central Java that was registered in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) on December 31, 2015 .Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. The sample of this study was 14 audit firm (KAP) and the amount of respondents was 72. The primary data collection method were by a questionnaire method. Mail-survey were done to audit firms that were located in Purwokerto, while direct survey were done to audit firms that were located in Solo and Semarang.Data were analyzed using multiple linier regression model. The result reveales a positive significant relationship between the variables of; bond financial interest and bussiness relationships with client, size od audit firm, and size of audit fees received by audit firms to auditor’s independence, while management advisory services (MAS), tenure of audit,and the competition of audit has no significant affect toward auditor’s independence.     Keywords:    The bond financial interests and business relationships with clients, management advisory services (MAS), tenure of audit, the competition of audit firm, size of audit firm, size of audit fees received by audit firm, and auditor,s independence.

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation in the 5.0 era in transforming latent cash waqf assets into productive capital capable of sustainably driving the community’s economy. The study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were obtained through literature searches and official documents from the Indonesian Waqf Board, then analyzed descriptively to obtain comprehensive conclusions regarding the effectiveness of digital systems in cash waqf management. The results indicate that financial technology (fintech) such as QRIS, crowdfunding, Islamic banking applications, and digital wallets (e-wallets) are capable of overcoming conventional bureaucratic barriers through the concept of “micro waqf,” which is accessible to all levels of society. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, ease of digital access has been proven to increase public interest in waqf because it reduces administrative barriers and concerns regarding transaction amounts. In addition, real-time data-based reporting systems also improve transparency and accountability in waqf management. Therefore, the digitalization of cash waqf in the 5.0 era serves as a form of social engineering in collecting collective funds to sustainably support sharia-based productive sectors.  

The development of the capital market in Indonesia is very rapidly.This is an indicator that the capital market is an alternative source offunding in addition to banking, in addition to the growing capital marketsalso showed that the confidence of investors will invest in Indonesia capitalmarket is quite good. The information required by the investors in the capitalmarkets is not only a fundamental information, but also information that istechnical in nature. The fundamental nature of the information obtainedfrom the financial reports of companies, and the technical nature of theinformation obtained from outside companies such as inflation, interest ratesand other factors.The samples of this research are company manufacturing food andbeverage sector in 2008-2012 by using 16 companies with purposivesampling method. The results of the research with multiple linear regressionshowed that the CR, DER, TAT, ROA, PER and interest rate do not haveeffect on stock return. While inflation has a negative significant effect onstock returns.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio ( CAR ) , Net Interest Margin ( NIM ) , Loan to Deposit Ratio ( LDR ) , Non Performing Loan ( NPL ) , Operating Expenses and Operating Income ( ROA ) and Asset Quality ( KAP ) Changes to income , the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study took 61 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011 as the sample. The independent variables in this study are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) , Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) , Non Performing Loan (NPL) , Operating Expenses and Operating Income (OEOI/BOPO) and Asset Quality (AQ/KAP), and the dependent variable is Income Changes (IC/ROA). The Technique Applied in taking sample is purposive sampling .The data analysis applied is multiple linear regression based on OLS (Ordinary Least Squerst). Theresults of the study indicates that CAR variable has effect on the profit change with significance value at 0.011. NIMvariable has no effect on profit changes with significance value aat 0.306 , LDRvariablehas no significant effect on profit changes at 0.895, NPLvariable has positif effectbut, it is not significant on profit changes at 0.188, OEOI/BOPOBOPO variable has negatif effect but it is significant on profit changes at 0,044 and AQ/KAPvariable hassignificanteffect at 0,009.Key words: CAR, NIM, LDR, NPL, OEOI/BOPO, AQ/KAP and Profit change.

Public accountant has an important role to the business. Their opinion through audit statement has been used by stakeholder of the company to make economic decision. Audit statement expected to improve the quality and credibility of the financial statement released by management. But after Enron scandal that involved auditor of Arthur Andersen, one of the biggest public accountant firm in the world, professionalism of auditor was questioned. Implication of the scandal, America released Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002, while Indonesia has released UU No. 5 in 2011 to regulate public accountant profession, that can increase professionalism of public accountant at the same time protects public accountant and public interest. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and competence on the quality of audit results at Representatives BPKP of Central Java. Job experience was measured by indicators the length of works as an auditor and the number of inspection tasks are performed. Independence was measured by indicators of independence in programming, in the execution of work, and independence in reporting.Objectivity was measured by indicator, free from conflict of interest and disclosure of factual conditions. Integrity was measured by indicator honesty, courege, prudence, and responsibility that auditors have. Competency was measured by indicator personal quality, general knowledge, and specialized expertise. While quality of audit results was measured by indicator of compliance with auditing standard and quality of examination report. The population of this study is civil servants whose work at Representatives BPKP of Central Java with sample is the civil servants has been following education and training as functional auditor. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression model. Test result showed that job experience, independence, and objectivity has no effect on quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. While the integrity and competence have influence to quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. This research aims to clarify how the implementation of social audits in Corporate Social Responsibility. Object of research is at PT Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Semarang. The data were collected by interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that social audit is a part of the company's strategy phases to be done. Social audit conducted in the form of obtaining such certification  ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and PROPER Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup. Social audit was conducted by stakeholders outside the company, it is important to assess whether the activities carried out by the company has been in the interest of all stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of BOPO, NPL, NIM and CAR on thefinancial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2006 to 2009.Samples were taken based on purposive sampling of 28 banking companies with the followingcriteria: the company issued financial statements for four consecutive years ie 2006 to 2009. Thetype of data used are secondary data and data collection methods through technicaldocumentation. Analysis technique used is normality test, the classical assumption, and multiplelinear regression based on the merging of data time series and cross section called the polleddata. The results showed that variables significantly and negatively related BOPO against thebank's financial performance, the NPL variable has negative and significant impact on thefinancial performance of banks, NIM variable has positive and significant impact on the financialperformance of banks and CAR does not affect the bank's financial performance. The ability of thebank's financial performance could be explained by variables BOPO, NPL, NIM and the CAR of97.5%, Sebagimana shown by the Adjusted R-Square of 0.975. Abstract :   The change of paradigm on local government implementation from   centralized government system to decentralized one and the centralization of authority on center government and local one (executive) to power sharing between the executive and local legislative should be followed up by changing of management of local government. This study analyzes the effect of receive, tariffs and quality perceptions of the learning process and service to increase interest. The formulation of the questions examined in this study were 1). What impact will influence the perception of market acceptance for graduates of interest in selecting majors AN? 2). What impact do perceptions influence the rates of interest specified AN AN chose? and 3). What impact will influence the perception of the quality of the learning process and service in the AN of interests to choose majors AN? Furthermore, variables and indicators of research is also based on previous research.A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated to address this research problem. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and quota sampling. Respondents from this study amounted to 100 respondents, where respondents were students of the Department AN Semarang State Polytechnic. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS 16.0.The results of this study data analysis shows the model and research results were well received, and further research is proving the influence of perception on the market acceptance of graduates AN interest in the Department of the AN is positive an  significant. Effect of tariff AN Perception of interest in the Department of the AN is not significant. Then the influence of the effectiveness of advertising on consumer buying behavior is positive and significant. And the influence of the learning process and service quality in the AN of interest in the Department is positive and significant.
