The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or β1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

The problems faced by home businesses are quite diverse, ranging from operational management, employee performance, finance, to marketing, are tasks that must be completed by businesses. The challenge faced in this digitalization era is technological competition in terms of product marketing. The lack of utilization of existing digital marketing is one of the problems that exist for business actors who are doing competition. This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. Stunting or short growth occurs when children do not receive the right kind of nutrition, especially in the womb and during the first two years of life. Children who are short, it means that their body growth and brain development has decreased and suffered permanent and irreversible damage. Children who experience stunting will have a greater risk of disease and death. The problem of nutritional deficiency is one of the most common problems in developing countries, such as Indonesia. To determine the relationship between parenting and the incidence of stunting in children. This study used a cross sectional design . The results showed that there was no relationship between parenting patterns and the incidence of stunting in children with a p-value of 0.150 > 0.5. The nutritional status of children, the majority of children have normal height with a total of 15 respondents (75%), 4 respondents (20%) have high height and 1 (5%) respondents have short height so that they are at risk of stunting, The level of parenting shows that parenting patterns are mostly in the high category of 17 respondents (85%) and there is no relationship between parenting patterns and the incidence of stunting in children.

The study was used are Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Based on the results of research on Statistical Quality Control (SQC), the most dominant defects were color not appropriate (27,2%), after that shiny color not right (23,4%), uneven colors (21,9%), Spots appear on the pack (15,3%), and packaging design cut (12,3%). Based on the results of research on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the problem causing disability with the highest RPN value of 168 is the machine factor with the cause of dirty UV polymer containers. This article defines the process for developing a speaking syllabus for flight attendant school in a Flipped Learning Network (FLN), which increases student engagement and learning by assigning watching videos at home followed up in pre-teaching discussions, and requiring the students to work on live practices in face-to-face classroom activities. Considering that the syllabus is designed to develop the students' oral competence, the target speaking skill is aimed toward developing students' ability to engage in procedural communication in the workplace. Therefore, the topics/themes are chosen to meet the needs of flight attendants consistent with Project-Based Learning (PBL) by Forum Group Discussions (FGDs). In order to achieve this objective, the development of a syllabus begins with a need analysis, topic selection, syllabus prototype production, expert evaluation, and revision for the final product. The syllabus is organized such that the learning experience is explicitly stated for two formats: online meeting (through Google Classroom for the video analysis) as the lecture homework for pre-discussions followed by classroom face-to-face meeting (through FGDs with peers, individual work, and the teacher) to comprehend students' understanding though some units. Each unit has 2 (two) topics. Each topic consists of 60 (sixteen) minutes or 1 (one) meeting. This syllabus development is considered to be implemented in terms of  FLN for instructional activities in flight attendant school resulting higher-order thinking skills such as collaboration, design and problem solving as students tackle difficult problems, work in groups, research, and construct knowledge with the help of the teacher and peers.

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of community facilitators in implementing catechesis at Santo Krisologus BSB Parish Semarang. Based on preliminary studies, fundamental problems were identified, including deficiencies in facilitative competencies and disparities in community participation in catechetical activities. The workshop was designed using a multi-dimensional methodological approach integrating Mezirow's transformative learning theory and Groome's shared Christian praxis model. The program was conducted on October 20, 2024, with the participation of 34 novice community facilitators. The workshop implementation involved three main components: theoretical material presentation, guided practicum, and learning community formation. Results showed significant improvements in participants' theoretical understanding and practical skills, particularly in participative, appreciative, and reflective dimensions. The formation of learning communities indicates potential program sustainability through peer learning mechanisms. This program contributes to the renewal of community catechesis aligned with the vision of Church ad extra and can serve as a prototype for developing similar programs in other parishes.

Background: Post-adolescent mental health problems in Indonesia are currently experiencing an increase from 2013 to 2018. Efforts and forms of intervention that can be carried out are through increasing the behavior of seeking mental health assistance. Such efforts can be health promotion. Proper health promotion for adolescent with film media. the animated film "Kanca Cilik" is a medium to promote the behavior of seeking mental health assistance in adolescents. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the animated film "Kanca Cilik" as an intervention for adolescents in seeking mental health assistance. Method: The method used by developing two stages. The first stage is to make an animated film "Kanca Cilik" with 3 episodes and an average duration of 3 minutes/episode. Then in the second stage, a perception test was carried out on mental health nurses, community, and animation experts. The test results use the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICC) test. Result:  The result of this development research is the animated film "Kanca Cilik" which consists of three episodes, namely the first episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance from peers, the second episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance to family and the last episode is behavior seeking mental health assistance to professionals. . statistical analysis was obtained at 0.896 and the average value of the 3 reviewers was 0.978> 0.5 (high stability). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the film "Kanca Cilik" as a behavior intervention seeking mental health assistance in adolescents is good for use as an effort to promote mental health. and suggestions for this research to be used as an intervention in increasing mental health seeking behavior in adolescents.

Departing from the problem of disasters that often occur on river banks where when the rainfall is large enough, the river water discharge is also quite dangerous to the surrounding settlements. Therefore, we realized this greening program by planting tree seeds at a number of points around the riverbanks. With the goal of comprehensive river greening, an integrated, comprehensive, sustainable, and insightful plan is needed to think about the environment with the river as a management unit. This community service activity is carried out by the method of (1) community assistance in encouraging increased community participation (2) completion analysis problems and preparation of plans (3) Monitoring and evaluation of work program implementation activities.   The main target of this program is community groups and individuals who care highly about the environment with the aim of providing motivation for other communities. With the following stages of implementation: Consultation with the Village, Monitoring Planting Locations, Recruitment of seedlings at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service, Planting on the banks of the hamlet 2 river, Planting on the banks of the hamlet 1 river, Planting in the yards of residents' houses, Planting at SD Negeri 2 Sindue   Tombusabora, Outreach on the dangers of throwing garbage into rivers and seas, Distributing plant seeds to residents. Greening is a means to overcome the environment so that the environment returns to health free from pollution.  

Problems that often occur in urban areas are business competition and lack of attractive marketing by MSMEs. In urban areas, there are many MSMEs but only a few are able to take advantage of digital marketing. In fact, digital marketing activities such as creating logos, product photos and promotions in the marketplace can have a positive impact on society. Apart from that, urban communities also often face the problem of a lack of creative ideas in product marketing. Digital Marketing is a solution for MSMEs to carry out digital marketing, even though they are hampered by the use of editing applications and social media. This limitation does not make MSMEs players give up on sales. They can do marketing via WhatsApp status which is easy to implement and facilitates communication. Digital Marketing is a way of marketing products on social media by utilizing various applications available on the internet, providing knowledge to reach a wide target market, and enabling MSMEs to develop through digital or social media.

This article uses the library research method. The research conducted is an attempt to describe the "Significance of Understanding Human Damage as the Image of God in Pastoral Counseling Services for Church Members". This research aims to contribute thoughts on the problems currently being experienced by some members of the church. The problem is, there are not a few church members who still do not maintain the divinity of God's attributes within them. Thus, the tendency that occurs is that church members act arbitrarily without realizing that they are the image and likeness of God; who has a role as a representative in this world in protecting and caring for His creation. So as an alternative problem solving, one of the most effective approaches is pastoral counseling services. Through the pastoral counseling service, church members must be educated and guided so that they realize that within themselves there are attributes of God that must be maintained with holiness. One of the ways is by avoiding various things that mix and are related to sin.

Child marriage occurred long before the emergence of the Marriage Law number 1 of 1974 and its amendment, namely Law number 16 of 2019. The difference lies in the reason for the marriage itself. Long before the reason for underage marriages was a growing culture that women were considered sufficient to be at home, and to be the mother of the children they were born with. The strengthening patriarchal culture has an impact on the marginalization of women. The term women are kitchens, mattresses, legendary wells and perpetuate underage marriages. Issues that develop are different because child marriage now leads to promiscuity. The problem currently encountered is the increasing number of child marriages. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of local government in preventing child marriage, with the locus in Grobogan Regency. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the role of local government is not optimal. Prevention of child marriage is not as easy as solving other social problems. Family isolation, and scattered locations make it difficult for local governments to control child marriage. The role of stakeholders in preventing child marriage is not strong. Child marriage is considered a sensitive area that is not easy to touch.    

The main problem in this study is the exemplary pattern of PAI teachers who have not been able to shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, especially religious teachers where students always resist and even presumptuously to refute the teacher, as happened at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, so that through the example of PAI teachers this should shape the character of these students,  Somehow now, that's why from this thesis the author describes everything. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the author's expectations about the exemplary pattern of PAI teachers could shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. This research is classified as a type of field research and includes pure research or Ipure research. Data collection techniques use observation and interview methods, while data analysis techniques used are collecting, sorting, clarifying, synthesizing, making an overview, and making an index. This study used triangulation of data sources. Based on the results of qualitative research conducted, the end of this study shows that from the above problems now the pattern of example of PAI teachers has been able to shape the character of students even though there are still few students who are not willing to emulate PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, so it can be concluded that the pattern of example of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara is good enough.

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. The application of Islamic business ethics also has a positive impact on enhancing UMKM.

This research focuses on developing a game-based learning model to improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities of class XI students at SMK Pratidina Makassar. This model was designed to make the learning process more interesting and interactive while increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Through a game approach, students are invited to think critically and analytically in solving mathematical problems, so that their problem-solving abilities can develop. The research results show that this game-based learning model is effective in improving students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. Apart from that, this model also succeeds in creating a more enjoyable learning atmosphere and students' learning motivation is higher. Therefore, this research recommends implementing a game-based learning model in teaching mathematics.

Learning Indonesian contains material regarding news texts that students need to master. Based on observations at SMP N 19 Semarang, especially in class VII F, it shows that learning carried out on news text material has not been carried out effectively, and the material has not been fully conveyed properly in the learning process resulting in learning that cannot be said according to learning outcomes. Educators need to carry out activities to improve learning and deal with problems in the classroom, one of which is by designing learning media that can help facilitate the learning process. This model needs to be integrated with something that is currently closely related to students so that it can provide an imprinted and memorable learning experience for students. One model that is relevant to the characteristics of students is the ASSURE model. Based on the research that was conducted on 32 students at SMP N 19 Semarang, in the first cycle the average student assessment score was below the average score of 69.53, while in the second cycle there was an increase in student assessment scores with an average score. -class average 81.25. This proves that the application of the ASSURE model for digital pocket book learning media to news texts for class VII SMP can be said to be effective.      

This classroom action research was conducted because the level of student learning completion in the Fiqh subject was still low, namely only 59% of students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). By implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in Fiqh learning, it is expected to improve student learning outcomes in accordance with the expected learning objectives. The formulation of the problem in this study includes: how to implement Fiqh learning using the PBL method, and how to improve student learning outcomes after implementing the method at MI Muhammadiyah Basin. This study follows the stages in the classroom action model, namely: planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were grade VI students of MI Muhammadiyah Basin in the Fiqh subject. The results of this study indicate that the application of the PBL method with stages such as compiling problems or questions that must be solved by students, can encourage improved learning outcomes. This can be seen from the data obtained in cycles I and II. In cycle I, the percentage of students who achieved KKM was 70.59%, while in cycle II it increased to 94.18%. Based on these improvements, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning method in Islamic Jurisprudence learning has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes at MI Muhammadiyah Basin.

God has meaning in creating man. The intended meaning is a life, where life is a strong reason and motivation to support a person in living life according to what he believes. The narrative of James 4:1-10 contains a Biblical pattern of life. However, in today's development, human culture continues to experience changes. The changes in question are behaviors related to morals and ethical values so that humans experience a lot of degradation in the sanctity of their lives. Overcoming this problem, true Christians can have a humble attitude, fear God, fight against sin, rely on God, purify the heart and pray as contained in the narrative of James 4:1-10. This study uses a library research approach. The purpose of this article is to contribute thoughts in the form of alternative solutions to the problems of deviant behavior committed by some Christians today.

This study aims to examine the effect of the quick ratio on the return on equity (ROE) at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis described the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding the quick ratio (current ratio) to return on equity (ROE) (Y). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the quick ratio and return on equity on CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga is 0.206, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as low. The regression equation obtained Y = 1.329 + 0.319X which shows the effect of the quick ratio on return on equity at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is 0.365 > 2.07387, which means that the return on equity does not necessarily increase as much as the regression coefficient/slop (0.319) if the quick ratio variable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the quick ratio only contributes 4.2% to the return on equity at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga and the remaining 95.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on mental health, including students. Symptoms that are quite dominant include not being able to think clearly, often feeling headaches, not sleeping well, easily feeling afraid, shaking hands, difficulty making decisions, easily tired and others. Students with mental health disorders are at risk of experiencing academic problems. Purpose: This study was to describe the mental health of nursing students after the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: The research design used is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach, which is a type of research where the measurement of the variables is only done once at a time. The research instrument for measuring students' mental health uses the Self-Report Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20). The research population is level 1 nursing students in Purwokerto Nursing Study Program for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 133 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling.  Result; Respondents on average were 18 years old, mostly female, 117 people (88.00%), owned computer equipment, mostly owned by 98 people (73.70%), parents' income was mostly around Rp. 2 million - Rp. 4 million, namely 65 people (48.90%) and experiencing distress, namely 70 people (52.60%). Conclusion; most nursing students after the Covid-19 pandemic experienced distress.
