The essence of guidance and counseling itself is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills to individuals in order to achieve optimal independence and potential. The development of guidance and counseling has been increasing rapidly to date not only in schools, but also in society, especially in social institutions, namely orphanages. This happens due to the development of an increasingly advanced world of technology, so orphanage children must have the insight and skills to deal with it. The purpose of this activity is to help and provide understanding to orphanage children regarding the difficulties they face both in the personal, social, learning, and recovery fields. Guidance and counseling services are carried out at the Kisaran Timur Muhammadiyah (daughter) orphanage. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The results of the study revealed that the need for guidance and counseling services in orphanages as a place to complain about their ups and downs in living a life that is certainly different from children in general, this is evidenced by the enthusiasm of those who are passionate about participating in guidance and counseling services.

Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas.

The goal of this study is to describe the focus of the research that consists of the characters in the film “The Pursuit of Happyness “by Gabriella Muccino. The data were taken based on the quotations that focus on the characters found in the film script and time sequence “The Story of My Life”. The research is analyzed by using the qualitative approach. The kind of characters is based on eight instruments, they are major, minor, protagonist, antagonist, flat, round, static, and dynamic. This study is conducted based on literature reviews by observing documents from the film. The film consists of 1 hour 57 minutes duration and 103 pages of the original script. The findings that are found based on the observation from this film were significant. The character instruments consist of Minor by 30% % at the highest position, then Protagonist by 20 %, static by 10 %, antagonist by 10 %, Dynamic by 10 %, Round by 10 %, and Major by 7 %. and flat by 3%. The conclusions showed that the character that emerged as the minor character that consists in this film makes this film more interesting. After analyzing this film, the writer concluded that this element emerged from the major character’s hard work and self-empowerment strength that builds the personal competence involving personal journey and process of understanding as the effect of many problems in his life.

Foster parents play an important role in exploring and developing the creative potential of foster children. Foster parents play a very important role in motivating children, as well as directing the activities of foster children so that they are useful in the future. One of them is motivating and directing children to participate in creativity development activities in the form of handicrafts. Creativity is an important thing in a person's life because it can make a person more productive and improve the quality of life and make it easier to find a way out of a problem. Through children's orphanages with various activities that are able to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. Orphanages can also form children's personalities to become independent and accustomed to things that train children to be more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of foster parents in developing the creativity of orphanage children through training. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data obtained through observation and interviews. The location of this research is located at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Ms. Lubuk Attitude. With this research, it can be seen that the role of foster parents in increasing the creativity of orphans through training at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Mrs. Lubuk Kapaning, is by providing handicraft training, orphanage children can develop their creativity and become independent.

Children are the seeds of the nation and state that will continue the struggle and ideals of the nation. Therefore, children need guidance and direction from an early age from their parents to face the various struggles they will achieve. While the family is the smallest group unit that is first encountered by children and it is from the family that children get non-formal education for the first time. Therefore, parenting is very important in educating children for their success in the future. Services and fulfillment carried out for children in orphanages are useful so that children can learn to be independent and not depend on others after leaving the orphanage. The education and skills obtained at the Aisyiyah Payakumbuh Orphanage have a strong personal attitude, are optimistic about themselves, and can open themselves up to always be enthusiastic about living the wheel of life. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using data collection methods, namely observation and interviews. The purpose of this study is to find out how the parenting style of children at the Aisyiyah Payakumbuh Orphanage, the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in improving children's learning achievement at the Aisyiyah Payakumbuh Orphanage. Based on research conducted by researchers, the parenting style that is applied to children at the Aisyiyah Orphanage is democratic parenting, namely by giving affection, providing guidance, looking after, and also providing education and good parenting to children. In addition there are several factors inhibiting children's learning in improving learning achievement, namely limited funds or economy, then the supporting factors are the environment.

Summary Worship in the Christian sense is God's commandment, which must be fulfilled by everyone who is redeemed and saved through the Lord Jesus Christ. The purpose of the study is to answer: What is meant by the worship of a believer? According to the Bible, what are the components of worship? How do you live worship in the church life? This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study are: (1) True worship is serving God by offering various acts and attitudes of respect and adoration, submission and obedience with gratitude to the whole body, soul and spirit. (2) The elements of worship are an expression of the human mind which acknowledges that God is sovereign, full of power, and full of goodness. With a series of personal and human sacrifices approaching the altar of God with sacrifices. (3) Worship is lived in the life of the church with Jesus as the object of worship through hymns of praise, prayer, confession of sins, forgiveness, thanksgiving. The church life consists in offering the best sacrifices to God, that is body, soul.

The purpose of this research is to define some deixis and examine how Indonesian students interact. The methodology used in this research is descriptive. The conversation of Indonesian language education students is described in this study using data deixis, which includes persona deixis, place deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, and social deixis. The primary data source for this research comes from conversations among students of Indonesian language education in both formal and informal contexts. National lectures, conversations with other students, and casual conversations are examples of informal activities. Discussions between students and lecturers are formal activities (in canteens, boarding houses, rice stalls, etc.). Data collection techniques involving recording and wiretapping. Research data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach. Persona deixis (plural first person singular) is one of the conclusions of the study.

Saat ini, peranan desain grafis sangat penting. Hal ini karena adanya pengaruh tren media sosial dalam dunia komunikasi teknologi, yang menjadikan media komunikasi lebih personal. Kuantitas pengguna desain grafis menjadi luas. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan desain grafis, yang saat ini di butuhkan. untuk kepentingan organisasi, promosi dan wirausaha lain. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengenalan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pengenalan dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan yang diperlukan para pemuda IPNU/IPPNU desa Ngadiluwih, pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan aplikasi pixellab dan canva dengan media handphone. Setelah pelatihan ini para peserta yang sebelumnya belum memahami dan belum mengetahui cara mendesain dengan media handphone, menjadi paham dan mampu mendesain hanya dengan media handphone dan peserta dapat meningkatkan kreativitas. inovasi mereka dalam mendesain gambar tanpa harus menggunakan laptop/computer.

The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.    

Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

Background: The attitude of nurses in using personal protective equipment greatly influences the transmission of infection. The negative attitude in using personal protective equipment will result in work accidents such as being infected with a disease, this attitude has 22 times the risk of experiencing work accidents compared to the positive attitude of nurses. The purpose of this study was to describe the attitude of nurses about the use of personal protective equipment in the inpatient room of TK II Udayana Hospital. Methods: This study used a descriptive research design, with cross sectional approach. Sampling was simple random sampling with a total sample of 71 people, namely nurses who served in the Inpatient Room at TK II Udayana Hospital. The instrument used is a questionnaire in the form of a google form. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis. Results: The results of this study found that most of the respondents (95.8%) had a positive attitude about the use of personal protective equipment. Based on the characteristics of the respondents, namely the age characteristics, most of the respondents were 26 - 35 years old (47.2%), most of them were female (91.7%), the working period of most respondents was (79.2%). %) have a work period of three years or more than three years, most of them have a DIII Nursing education (55.6%), most of the respondents (83.3%) have received socialization / attended seminars / trainings. Conclusion: The attitude of nurses about the use of personal protective equipment in the Inpatient Room of TK II Udayana Hospital has mostly a positive attitude.

Badan Pelaksana Pengelola (BPP) Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) mengelola aset yang terdiri dari real property maupun personal property. Namun, saat ini pengelolaan inventarisasi aset pada personal property memerlukan upaya lebih dalam mengelola basis datanya dan dilakukan secara individual, sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara fisik aset dengan data yang dimiliki sebelumnya dan output yang dihasilkan tidak bisa didapatkan secara cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi manajemen aset yang sesuai untuk pelaksanaan inventarisasi personal property menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use (UTAUT) dengan empat dimensi pengukuran yakni harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan mix-method. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang ditujukan pada kelima orang di Bagian Laporan, Inventaris/Aset dan Rumah Dinas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset personal property tidak efisien, belum dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja dan kualitas hasil dan terdapat kesulitan dalam melakukan pengonsepan awal lembar kerja pencatatan dan pelaporan. Selain itu, BPP TMII mendukung adanya sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan aset dan spesifikasi fasilitas yang cukup untuk menjalankan sistem informasi. Maka dari itu, BPP TMII dapat menerapkan RFID berbasis web pada aset tetap yang dimiliki

Background: Fatigue (Burnout) is a psychological syndrome in a person that causes fatigue, emotional and mental stress due to excessive stress which can be caused by stressful situations that must be resolved beyond the individual's ability with symptoms such as decreased interest in learning, decreased enthusiasm and fatigue. A person's burnout varies depending on a person's ability to deal with difficult situations that cause fatigue, depersonalization and according to him the interest in self-achievement in certain situations. The results of previous this study showed that most of the respondents, which were 88 respondents (56.4%) experienced moderate fatigue. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of fatigue (Burnout) in the 5th semester of diploma 3 nursing students in online learning during the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic in Denpasar. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study. Sampling was total sampling by using 65 people, who were the 5th semester of diploma nursing students at the Campus of Stikes KESDAM IX / Udayana and ITEKES. The instrument used was the MBI-SS questionnaire from Maslach and Jakson which was adopted from previous research and has been validated to determine the level of student burnout, using an online questionnaire with the Google form. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis. Results: The results of this study showed that most of the respondents, which were 49 respondents (75.4%) experienced moderate fatigue. Characteristics of respondents based on age as many as 65 people (100%) aged > 20 years, characteristics of respondents based on gender where most of the respondents as many as 36 respondents (55.4%) were female. Conclusion: Most of the respondents have moderate levels of fatigue (burnout)

Elderly people tend to experience chronic diseases because there is a decrease in the function of organs in the body. An increase in life expectancy will correspond to an increase in the number of sufferers of chronic diseases, because every elderly person has one or more chronic diseases. It is important for seniors to understand the emergency conditions they may experience, because fluctuations in an elderly person's condition can occur in a short time. This Community Service aims to increase the elderly's understanding of emergency conditions in chronic diseases. The method used is providing health education through counseling and conducting pre-tests and post-tests to determine the understanding of the elderly. After the test was carried out, it was found that there was an increase in the value of participants' knowledge regarding the emergency conditions of chronic diseases after being given counseling with a frequency during the pretest, namely 5 people, the sufficient category was 7 and the highest was the insufficient category, namely 8 people, but after the counseling was carried out for 30 minutes, it was possible to increase knowledge. There were 16 participants who had good knowledge and only 4 people who had sufficient knowledge. With increased knowledge, it is hoped that patients will be able to provide first aid and find the right place for further assistance if a chronic disease patient experiences an emergency at home.

The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.  

Tujuan dari penelitian jurnal ini untuk mengetahui gaya bahasa dan makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu “Dunia Tipu-Tipu” Yura Yunita. Riset terhadap penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data, yaitu dengan mendengarkan lagu yang akan dianalisis, memahami isi lirik tersebut kemudian, mencari kata-kata yang mengandung majas atau gaya bahasa lalu mendeskripsikan makna dari lagu ini yang tertuju kepada teman, keluarga dan orang terdekat maka dari itu kami menemukan beberapa majas yang ada didalam lirik lagu tersebut, penelitian yang kami dapatkan adalah beberapa majas yaitu majas hiperbola, majas paradoks, majas eufimisme, majas metafora, dan majas personifikasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa dan menjelaskan mengenai makna yang ada di dalam lirik lagu “takut” dalam album semoga sembuh.Yang dinyanyikan oleh Idgitaf dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah makna dalam lirik lagu yang berisikan berbagai ketakutan dalam fase dewasa. Dalam lagu “takut” juga terdapat gaya bahasa penegasan. Selain itu, periset tertarik untuk mengenali majas apa yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu itu,karena dalam lirik lagu ini memiliki makna dan harapan yang mau di informasikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Setelah itu tata cara yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan tata cara deskriptif kualitatif ialah suatu  tata cara dengan metode menganalisis informasi serta hasil informasinya setelah itu di proses ke dalam wujud teks deskripsi. Subjek yang di analisis berbentuk lirik lagu bertajuk “Takut”. Hasil analisis lirik lagu ini menunjukkan adanya majas personafikasi, majas retorika, majas paradoks. Makna dan arti yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu “Takut” adalah cerita seseorang yang piawai menyembunyikan luka meski sering terlihat tertawa.

This paper explores the latest advancements in wearable health technology, including flexible electronics, energy-efficient data processing, and integration with telemedicine platforms. Additionally, ethical concerns such as data privacy, cybersecurity risks, and user adoption challenges are discussed. The study provides insights into how smart wearables can be effectively utilized for preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and real-time health diagnostics.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education presents both challenges and opportunities for 21st-century learning. This study explores the transformative potential of AI in enhancing personalized learning, adaptive assessments, and intelligent tutoring systems. The research aims to identify the key barriers to AI adoption in educational settings, including ethical concerns, data privacy, and technological infrastructure. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature reviews and expert interviews. The findings indicate that while AI can significantly improve learning outcomes and administrative efficiency, its implementation requires strategic planning, teacher training, and regulatory frameworks. This study highlights the importance of balancing AI-driven innovation with ethical considerations to maximize its benefits in education.

Emerging technologies play a crucial role in transforming education by fostering inclusivity and equity. This study explores how artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and adaptive learning platforms contribute to overcoming traditional barriers to education. The research adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing case studies and recent advancements in educational technology. Findings reveal that these technologies enhance accessibility for students with disabilities, provide personalized learning experiences, and bridge educational gaps in underprivileged regions. The study highlights the importance of policy support and infrastructure development to maximize the benefits of technological integration in education. The implications suggest that adopting emerging technologies can create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment, ensuring education for all.
