In the era of rapid technological and information system developments that encourage people, both groups and individuals, both government and private institutions to utilize technological developments have a very important role in the progress of human life. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

The semantic study of religious texts is becoming increasingly important in understanding the meaning of spiritual teachings in a deep, contextual, and relevant way to current developments. This article aims to analyze the semantic aspects of Buddhist texts, emphasizing the meaning, symbolism, and interpretation of key terms. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a hermeneutic method to examine key concepts such as dukkha, nirvana, and samsara found in classical Buddhist texts, including the Dhammapada, the Lotus Sutra, and the Abhidhamma. The analysis shows that the meaning of terms in Buddhist texts is not static or merely literal, but rather contains symbolic, philosophical, and spiritual dimensions that develop according to cultural, social, and historical contexts. These findings confirm that a semantic approach can enrich the understanding of Buddhist teachings, broaden the horizons of religious interpretation, and bridge the relevance of Buddhist values ​​in modern human life.

The application of organic farming has potential in the agricultural sector. There is a lot of empty land, adequate water sources, good soil conditions. However, it can be seen from the results of the survey we conducted that there is a lack of concern for the surrounding community and inadequate support by good management with human resources even though there is great potential in the area. So we, PKM, act as a driving force, providing understanding to the community regarding the potential that exists in the area.

Lajunya perkembangan zaman tidak dapat disangkal telah mendorong manusia untuk terus berinovasi dalam mengembangkan beragam teknologi, termasuk kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelegence (AI). Sejauh perkembangannya  AI telah membawa dampak positif yang cukup signifikan dalam memudahkan berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, mulai dari otomatisasi proses bisnis hingga munculnya alat pengenal wajah (face recognition) yang canggih. Namun, dampak positif ini juga disertai dengan adanya potensi dampak negatif yang harus diperhatikan. Persoalan ini memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Sebagaimana eksistensi manusia, terutama dalam hal privasi dan keamanan data, menjadi semakin gampang diakses dan sangat berpotensi untuk disalahgunakan. Munculnya tantangan baru dalam dimensi hukum dan HAM menjadi suatu kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi era teknologi AI yang terus berkembang secara pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi AI mampu memengaruhi berbagai aspek HAM, termasuk privasi, kebebasan individu, dan perlakuan non-diskriminasi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi AI seperti face recognition ini dipandu oleh regulasi hukum yang jelas. Prosedur yang adil, dan kebijakan pemerintah yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip HAM merupakan kunci untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara inovasi teknologi dan perlindungan terhadak hak-hak setiap individu.

This journal discusses student KKN activities at UNRI SUKAJADI VILLAGE, which is in Sukajadi Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. Nowadays, cleanliness is considered trivial, so many local people don't care about cleanliness. Even though cleanliness is very important in life, both for health and the environment. Cleanliness affects health, as does the environment. A clean and healthy environment also improves the quality of life, fresh air, clean water and beautiful nature can improve physical and mental well-being. A healthy environment is the key to balance in an ecosystem. So the Kukerta group built the Sukajadi village and created a mutual cooperation work program at Datuk Laksamana gate. The aim of this work program is to raise public awareness about the environment because the environment is the key to creating a better, healthier and more sustainable world for all living creatures. Protecting the environment is our shared responsibility for future generations. Apart from that, the Sukajadi village community can overcome and invite the local community to clean around the Datuk Laksamana gate because cleaning the road at the Datuk gate is a simple but very important action that can have a big positive impact on human health and the environment.

Waste management in Karang Bawang Village is only transported by garbage officers, garbage transportation is carried out once a week or twice still using the transportation system, then disposed of to the landfill. The problem found in Karang Bawang Village is that there is organic waste that is disposed of carelessly and not managed specifically so that the waste causes environmental problems such as unpleasant odors, damaging the scenery, as a hotbed of disease and others. One way of processing waste is by processing the waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a solution resulting from the decay of organic materials derived from crop residues, household waste, animal urine, animal and human waste. In this community service activity, a training method for making liquid organic fertilizer was carried out with PKK women in Karang Bawang Village. The results of this community service can increase knowledge for PKK mothers to be able to utilize the remains of household waste to make liquid organic fertilizer which can be used to fertilize plants. And as an effort to utilize abundant household waste and reduce household waste in the community.

To develop villages, the government gives direct authority to villages to manage their areas independently, one of which is through economic institutions in the village, namely Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Bunton Village is one of the Adipala District villages with BUMDES in the growing status category. The main obstacle found in BUMDES in Bunton Village is that every work activity needs to be properly administered. Apart from that, BUMDes Bunton has yet to be able to optimize the marketing of its tourism business units. The activities carried out include two things, namely classical assistance and special assistance to BUMDES members in Bunton Village in overcoming the two problems above. The result of this activity is additional knowledge for BUMDes managers regarding Human Resources development.

Good parenting will result in the formation of good morals, principles and behavior in children now and in the future. Parents are the main factor in creating children's morals, principles and behavior in living life. Parents provide parenting patterns to children in the form of physical or personal treatment, namely words, attitudes, behavior and actions carried out by parents. Children will adapt and become familiar with the surrounding environment and the interactions with fellow humans that children will have through the parenting style provided by their parents. The family teaches good education which plays an important role in the growth and development of the child's personality The attitude shown by parents can determine family relationships because once a relationship has been formed it tends to last. Parents must be able to understand their children well and recognize their children's attitudes and desires in developing and educating their children without forcing them to be someone else. Interactions carried out between parents and children should not use threatening and judgmental actions but should be diverted to words that tend to be advice or motivational so that children can achieve success in developing good character., authoritarian, indulgent and neglectful parenting.

The development of technology and information has brought all students into the world generation of digital literacy, media technology or digital literacy is developing rapidly, many people are able to create new applications, technological devices that aim to provide convenience for humans. Excessive use of digital can cause problems, especially for students who are still in education, misusing technology can reduce the quality of student learning. The effort that we can do to overcome this problem is by reviving students' thinking concepts in improving the quality of learning by using digital learning media. The purpose of this research is to find out to what extent students are able to utilize technology, what efforts can help students who are addicted to technology. This research was conducted at the Anugerah Tanjungpinang Social Service Foundation Middle School using the face-to-face method from preparation to implementation. The results of this study are that each student is able to receive new insights in using technology to learn responsibly and wants to be a smart student in using technology so that students at the Anugerah Tanjungpinang Social Service Foundation Middle School said that "it turns out that learning to use technology is so much fun and can make it easier for students to access learning resources quickly, students also get new things for example such as using devices such as Microsoft Word, Excel and so on. This is one form of success for the PkM team where students can understand and receive knowledge about the responsible use of technology.

Freedom of speech is the right for every human being or individual to speak freely for his or her opinion, and is included in the classification of personal rights in human rights. So the right to freedom of opinion is part of one of the human rights that relates to a person's personality. The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of the right to freedom of speech in criticizing government policies which in reality are limited by the ITE Law. The method used in this research is normative law by collecting primary and secondary data from regulations, books, journals, and documents related to the research. The results of this study found several cases related to the right to freedom of speech that is restricted by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions Law.

Sexual behaviour or actions that differ from generally accepted sexual norms in the LGBT community should not be considered something that should be taken for granted. This sexual behaviour or action arises because there are variations in individual sexual desires. Sexual orientation and habits refer to a person's desire to express their desire, love, emotions, and sexual activities towards individuals of the same gender, the opposite gender, or both. LGBT is an abbreviation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender, which refers to a group of individuals who have a sexual orientation or gender identity that is different from the majority. There are various views in society regarding LGBT, with some rejecting this variation in sexual behaviour while others openly accepting it. The debate regarding LGBT issues is increasingly intense and widespread, with various arguments related to human rights (HAM) and arguments based on religion. This research aims to investigate different views regarding LGBT issues in Indonesia, both from a religious and a human rights perspective.

Human resource management is one of the most important aspect in the course of a agency to achieve its vision, mission, strategy and the creation of agency goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.

Coronavirus is an infectious human disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). D-dimer affects the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients due to an impaired immune system and an excessive inflammatory process that leads to tissue damage, leading to death conditions. The increase in COVID-19 severity correlates with an elevation in D-dimer levels. Elevated D-dimer levels have become an important marker in monitoring the condition of severe COVID-19 patients, as they are associated with worse outcomes and increased mortality in severe COVID-19 cases. To determine the relationship between D-dimer levels and mortality in severe COVID-19 patients.This research used a descriptive and analytical study with a cross-sectional design to determine the correlation between D-dimer levels and mortality in severe/critical COVID-19 patients. Data were obtained from secondary sources of medical records of confirmed severe/critical COVID-19 patients at Dr. Pirngadi Regional General Hospital. There is a correlation between D-Dimer levels and mortality in confirmed severe COVID-19 patients with moderate severity. A significant association exists between elevated D-Dimer levels and mortality in confirmed COVID-19 patients with moderate severity. This study also indicated that there are more male COVID-19 patients compared to females. Older individuals (elderly) in this study, aged over 45 years, are more likely to be infected with COVID-19 compared to those under 45 years of age.

This study aims to examine the influence the application of regional financial system, the quality of human resources, and the application of internal control system to the quality of local government financial reports. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The theory used in this study is the stewardship theory. The sampling method in this tudy was the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study is the staff/employees BPPKAD Gresik were 46 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 Program. The result of this study indicate that the influence the application of regional financial system has a significant influence and the quality of local government financial reportsand  the quality of human resources, application of internal control system partially does not have a significant influence on the quality of local government financial reports.

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus, a virus which weakens immune system, while Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of disease symptoms due to decreased immunity, which are acquired (not genetic). Education about HIV/AIDS to reduce the incidence rate of, because so far there is no medication or vaccine to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. To date, health education extension in order to enhance knowledge of HIV/AIDS is quite successful. The attempt to increase knowledge for formal and informal education as well as general and religious education is made by integrating HIV/AIDS materials systematically. The results of preliminary study on 10 students indicated that 40% (four student)can answer more than five questions , and 60 % ( 6 students ) can only be answered fewer than five questions investigators.Objective: To identify the effects of health education extension about HIV/AIDS on knowledge in tenth grade students at SMA Namira Medan Tahun 2022. Methods: This research employed a Quasi Experiment Design with one group pretest-posttest. Subjects of the research were tenth grade students of SMA Namira Medan. Sampling employed purposive sampling with a sample size of 40 students. Hypothesis was analyzed using statistical test, namely Wilcoxon test. Results: The Wilcoxon test indicated that there were significant differences in knowledge with p value of<0.05 (p = 0.001) and Z >1,96 (Z=3,212). Conclusion: There are effects of health education extension about HIV/AIDS on the knowledge of tenth grade students of SMA Namira Medan Tahun 2022 as indicated with p <0.05 (p =0.001) and Z >1,96 (Z=3,212). This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Developments in this global era bring many changes that require a company to have human resources that can compete in current developments. This research aims to determine the existing HR development strategy at the Nelongso Bangkalan Fried Chicken restaurant. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. Managers and staff employees were the samples (informants) in this research. The technique used to test the validity of the data is using the triangulation technique. The results of this research show that implementing appropriate HR development strategies can increase employee productivity and company competitiveness in facing the global era..  

This study aims to determine and evaluate the government's internal control system and cash expenditure procedures in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City are in accordance with applicable regulations or not. This research was carried out at the Surabaya City Government and People's Welfare Office located in the Genteng Village government building, Genteng District, Surabaya City. The analytical method used in this study is the Descriptive Analysis Method. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Cash Expenditure System and Procedure implemented in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has been running well in accordance with Permendagri Number 13 of 2006 concerning Regional Financial Management Guidelines. The internal control system of cash expenditure in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has also been implemented well but has not been maximally marked by the lack of maximum implementation of policies on human resource development so that employees are still found who lack mastery related to cash expenditures and the constraints of the duties of the finance and accounting department.

The economy is one of the most important elements in advancing a country, in the economy of course regulates employers and labor. This is summarized in the term employment. In employment, of course, guarantees have been made that require equality by means of labor inspection, but what happens in the field still illustrates inequality in the world of labor. So this research takes a concept called equal pay for equal work in a means of guaranteeing equality and is linked to human rights. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. By bringing the problem of how equal pay for equal work in human rights issues and how the correlation between equal pay for equal work on labor law and positive in Indonesia.

  Abstract : MRI is a modality in radiology that uses a magnetic energy source. MRI is capable of producing Axial, Coronal, Sagittal, and Oblique images of human organs, for example: Brain, Spine,extremity, muscles and other body parts. Epilepsy is one of the Brain pathologies that uses MRI as a means of making a diagnosis. In the Brain MRI examination in clinical epilepsy using sequence MRI Brain routine with additions sequence Coronal Oblique T2 High Resolution and Coronal Oblic T1W IR perpendicular to the Hippocampus. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for examining Non-contrast MRI Brain in clinical epilepsy and its rolesequence Coronal Oblik T2W Drive and Coronal Oblik T1W IR. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, total sample as many as 6 patients at Pertamina Central Hospital. The examination procedure was carried out using a head coil, supine head first position. Use sequence during the examination, namely Survey, Sagittal FLAIR, Axial T2WT SE, Axial FLAIR, Axial T1W TSE, Coronal FLAIR, DWI-ADC, Coronal Oblik T2W Drive and Coronal Oblik T1W IR. Results image onSequence Coronal Oblik T2W Drive and Coronal Oblik T1W IR are better at displaying the symmetry of the right and left brain organs, atrophy hippocampus and temporal lobe,sclerosis, mammillary asymmetrical body and fornix compared to other sequences. Suggestions pay attention to the direction of the slice so that it is perpendicular to the hippocampus to produce a symmetrical image and use sequence 3D-DIR is the latest in describing clinical abnormalities of epilepsy and MRS to find out the causes epilepsy originating from disturbances in the structure of brain tissue metabolites
