Land work (land clearing) in the Bunda Asri housing development project was carried out to meet the contours of the land so as to reach the planned contours, according to housing project data the volume of excavation work (cut) was 374,758.15 m³ and heap (fill) was 323,320.39 m³. The volume of excavation (cut) and embankment (fill) is divided into five sections of the earthwork area with a duration of work completion of 90 calendar days. Time constraints are the reason for project or work activities to be right on plan. Scheduling in this study uses the precedence diagram method (PDM) and is assisted by Microsoft Project software. A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

Tea is a plantation commodity that is in great demand and needed. Day by day, there are more connoisseurs and requests regarding the types and forms of tea. In the process, tea processing requires expertise in processing each quality. The purpose of this study is to identify what factors influence human error during the milling process, find out the type of work that gets the highest HEP value, and provide suggestions for improvements to reduce human errors that occur in the processing process. This research was conducted at the Wonosari Tea Plantation Factory. From the results of observations, it was obtained that the largest human error probability was obtained at the Wonosari Garden Tea Factory in the milling process with a probability of 0.7997584. And the lowest HEP is on the task of maintaining a max temperature of 27oC with a value of 0.00000681. The thing that is proposed to the company to reduce the human error that occurs is to provide an understanding of the SOP and emphasize the SOP that applies to the processing process. Companies can also use the HEP value as a reference to reduce human error that can harm the company.

Diuretics act on the kidneys to increase the excretion of water and sodium chloride. The working principle of diuretics in general is to reduce electrolyte reabsorption by the renal tubules, where an increase in electrolyte excretion will be accompanied by an increase in water excretion which is needed to achieve osmotic balance. Bangun-Bangun leaf contains polyphenolic compounds, saponins, glycosides, flavonoids, and essential oils. Bangun-Bangun leaves types of flavonoids, namely quercetin, apigenin, luteolin, salvigenin, and genkwanin. Apigenin is known as a compound that functions as a diuretic. IDBB was obtained from the infusion technique with distilled water and then the infusion was used on 25 diuretic rats which were divided into 5 groups. Group I (negative) Na-CMC 0.5%, group II, III, IV, IDBB doses of 10, 20, 40%, and group V (positive) Furosemide 3.6 mg/kgBW were given orally. Rats were given aquadest orally at a dose of 15 ml/kgBW. Mice were placed in metabolic cages, then a physical examination of urine was carried out every 1 hour for 6 hours. The results showed that the IDK with the best dose was 40% which gave an increase in urine volume, had an effect on urine pH, had an effect on urine specific gravity, had an effect on urine color, and had an effect on urine clarity.

The issue of state borders is not only related to state borders but includes land borders, sea borders and air borders which related to economic problems which have an impact on cross-border illegal trade. One of the national borders that has been attracting attention is the border between Indonesia and East Timor. The problem so far has been the increase in illegal trade, particularly the smuggling of fuel oil (BBM). Considering that the problems that occur in the border area are quite complex, it is necessary to have cooperation between the Indonesian National Armed Forces and the East Timor Defense Force to tackle illegal trade that occurs in the Indonesian border area of Timor Leste. Law No. 4 of 2015, is one of the legal instruments that regulates cooperative relations between Indonesia and the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste, especially in the field of defense and security. Sectio Caesarea is considered very risky to be carried out by mothers who are about to give birth, due to the method that requires opening the wall or in medical terms Trans Abdominal Uterine Incision with pain that will be felt by a mother, which is a stressor that will be felt by the mother biologically which is felt physically. psychological and physical. The non-pharmacological techniques that can be used to reduce postoperative pain is early mobilization techniques. Early mobilization techniques are effective in reducing pain through several mechanisms, including eliminating the patient's concentration at the location of the pain in the operating area, reducing the activity of chemical mediators in the inflammatory process which increases the pain response. and minimize pain nerve transmission to the central nervous system. This research aims to know the results of implementationEarly Mobilization of Reducing Pain Intensity in Post Sectio Caesarea Mothers. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the pretest-posttest Nonequivalent Control Group design methodwithcase study descriptive method to 2 respondentsPost Sectio Caesarea. Based on the results of the implementation that has been done there is a decrease in pain intensity in patientspost sectio caesarea after being given the application of early mobilization.
