The Government's goal to make Indonesia an Maritime Country must be supported by all elements of society, especially is from the education sector. As one of the maritime education institutions to improve competent human resources in its field, it needs training and supporting facilities and infrastructure. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.

This study aims to describe the procedure for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General and Personnel section. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The author of this final project is the result of research conducted from May to June 2020. The results showed that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the general and staffing section, namely incoming mail, starts from receiving letters, scheduling letters, directing letters, storing letters. While the outgoing letter starts from drafting the letter, approval of the letter concept, typing the concept, giving the coordination stamp, signing the letter, recording the letter, storing the letter. The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

PT.Senteral Inti Gas is a company engaged in the field of gas distributors. Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.

Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information 

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan) yaitu penelitian yang datanya dilakukan di lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder, dimana sumber primer didapat dari observasi dan wawancara dengan para pedagang di BBC, sementara sumber sekunder didapat dari jurnal, buku serta sumber referensi yang lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hampir sebagian besar dari pedagang yang ada di pasar Batik Buaran Center (BBC) melakukan pemasaran melalui digital marketing baik itu melalui Facebook, Telegram, maupun E-Commers yang ada. Akan tetapi ada sebagian kecil juga para pedagang yang masih melakukan strategi pemasaranya secara konvensional dan masih mengandalkan para pengunjung maupun pembeli datang langsung ke tempat BBC. Omzet pendapatan maupun penjualan para pedagang juga sangat terasa penurunannya, terutama dari segi penjualan secara offline yang mengandalkan pengunjung dating, dari segi digital marketing mengalami sedikit penurunan yang tidak signifikan. Pemasaran melalui digital marketing yang membuat para pedagang masih tetap bertahan hingga sekarang dan menopang perekonomian dalam usaha batik di Pekalongan.

This work is the result of research that describes the application of the law described in the Quran and Al-Hadith as well as the Law of IHL in addressing the concepts of Iddahh and Ihdad for career women. The discussion in this study aims to uncover everything related to women's freedom to carry out activities outside the home, but there are also demanding and restrictive religious prescriptions that must be informed by research. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. This article dsiscusses the importance of parental assistance in the process of learning to read for grade 1 students at SD KARANGUNTUNG VILLAGE. Parental involvement at home plays a very important role in building a strong early literacy foundation for children. Through effective assistance, students will more easily understand reading learning material, improve their literacy skills, and increase their confidence in communicating.
