One indicator of the achievement of learning objectives can be identified by looking at the level of learning achievement obtained by students. Bacground Sectio caesarea is a procedure that involves cutting the uterine and abdominal walls to deliver a fetus. This study aims to determine the application of hand-held relaxation techniques to reducing the pain scale of post-section caesarea patients at RSIA Sitti Khadijah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo City. Method : The method used is descriptive analytic with a case study approach on 4 Post sectio caesarea patients with pain at RSIA Sitti Khadijah Aisyiyah Gorontalo City which includes nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. The process of applying this finger-held relaxation technique is carried out for 1 day. Measurement of the pain scale was carried out before and after the hand-held relaxation technique was carried out and using a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale measuring instrument. Result : So the results obtained before and after the relaxation technique was carried out, the pain intensity decreased. This case study shows that after finger grip relaxation was performed in patients I, II, III, and IV who experienced postoperative sectio caesarea pain, the result was a change in the pain scale from a moderate pain scale to a mild pain scale. Conslusion : There is a significant effect of the application of finger grip relaxation techniques in post op section caesarean patients for changes in pain levels.

This research examines change management in an Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach using literature studies and theoretical analysis. Through an in-depth understanding of related literature, concepts and principles of change management that are appropriate to the context of Islamic education are identified. In this study, data will be collected through literature studies which include books, journals, articles, and other reliable sources related to change management from an Islamic perspective. Change management is an effort made by a leader or manager in subordinating a plan, coordination, direction, control/supervision to achieve goals or objectives that can make an organization or institution better than yesterday to achieve goals. For furniture companies, plywood is one of the basic materials needed in the production process. Therefore, the company needs a plywood supplier that fits the company's criteria. The number of criteria in the selection of suppliers aims for the company to get optimal results. The following are the criteria that will be used in the study including price, material, thickness, grade and type. The biggest problem that ever happened to the company and resulted in a sizeable loss was that the supplier changed the raw materials used in the production process without the company's approval. In this study an application was designed that could assist in rating plywood suppliers using the AHP method and then using the COPRAS method. The supplier that gets the highest score after being processed using the AHP and COPRAS methods is the best supplier of plywood. Application designed in the form of a website. With this application, it can make it easier for users to choose plywood suppliers.

This study aims to examine the effect of investment opportunity set and return on assets on earnings quality with company size as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, based on predetermined criteria, there were 171 companies or 513 financial statement data as samples. The analytical method of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS Version 25. The results show that: 1) Investment Opportunity Set has no significant effect on earnings quality, 2) Return On Assets has a significant effect on earnings quality, 3) company size cannot moderate the effect of investment opportunity set on earnings quality, 4) company size can moderate the effect of return on assets on earnings quality. Future research namely being able to change the category of companies used as research samples, for example companies in the trade, service and investment sector or other companies, can conduct research with a period of more than 3 years, because the larger the number of research samples is expected to produce more accurate data, researchers can add or use other independent variables that can significantly affect earnings quality such as liquidity, leverage, profit growth, dividend policy, accounting conservatism and etc., and it is expected to be able to use other moderating variables which are thought to have more influence

This study aims to find out how the impact caused by the dynamics of society and culture on changes in the Nagari Salayo community, Solok Regency and what efforts can be made. This study uses qualitative research methods to make it easier for researchers to describe research in an open and in-depth manner regarding research problems. The research was conducted in Nagari Salayo, Solok Regency. The data sources studied by researchers used qualitative research methods based on positivism philosophy, as research informants namely the nagari guardian, the community and the parties involved. The research results obtained in this case the dynamics of society will continue to develop and grow over time. The process between humans and culture is an aspect that is interrelated so that the impact can be both positive and negative. Cultural changes in Nagari Salayo towards the lives of the surrounding community, namely where the existence of a new culture that collaborates with the old culture makes the community less culotte and people's thinking becomes more developed because the incoming culture is adjusted to the times and the old culture which previously existed in the village of Selayo. The efforts made by the people of Nagari Salayo are to continue to adapt according to the existing conditions.

Indonesian is one of the many dialects of Malay. Therefore, High Malay (Melaka/Riau) is used as the basic language of Indonesia. Even though more than 90% of Indonesians are able to understand and speak the language, most Indonesians do not regard their mother tongue as Indonesian. The most common "Indonesian" idiom is associated with situations where a standard variety of Indonesian is spoken official. The local dialect is the language most commonly used in daily interactions among native speakers. People in the Medan area, like other cities, usually speak a dialect of Indonesian which is called the dialect, and the phonological system has recently undergone some changes. This study aims to analyze and display the system of lexical changes in Indonesian spoken by the people of Medan.This paper uses descriptive-quantitative methodology and generative phonological theory in its preparation. The data for this study came from written sources such as journals and articles about the history of changes in phoneme systems, as well as oral sources such as those written by native speakers of the Medan language. The results of this study indicate that generationally, the people of Medan generally remove or change certain phonemes in the words they speak, such as the a and u phonemes in the word "chaotic" which disappear and become o. in the word "kaco." The word "ask" finally develops into the word "ask" by adding the last word as a phoneme. This indicates that many words in Indonesian have different pronunciations when spoken by the people of Medan, and this will be analyzed and presented in more detail in the following sections.

This study aims to analyze the use of the storytelling method in improving the listening skills of class III students. The storytelling method was chosen because it can stimulate students' imagination and creativity, and help them understand and capture stories better. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 46 grade III students from 3 elementary schools. The research was conducted in three cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The storytelling method is applied in each research cycle. Teachers use various storytelling techniques, such as the use of sound, movement, and visualization, to convey fairy tales to students. After each storytelling session, students are asked to do listening activities, such as answering questions about the story, retelling the story in their own words, or drawing story scenes. The results showed that the use of the storytelling method significantly improved the listening skills of grade III students. This improvement can be seen from significant changes in students' ability to understand stories, remember important details, and express their understanding orally and in writing. This study provides evidence that the storytelling method is effective in improving the listening skills of grade III students. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of interesting and interactive learning methods, as well as assist teachers in teaching and improve students' ability to listen and understand stories.

The purpose of this research is to provide understanding of English phonology to the learners who are new with English phonology. The method used in this research is literature review. This discussion explores the study of English sounds, known as English phonology. It covers important topics for beginners, such as understanding the basic units of sounds (phonemes) and their variations (allophones). The chat also introduces processes like assimilation, dissimilation, and deletion that affect how sounds change in spoken English. Additionally, it explains vowel and consonant reduction, which impact how certain sounds are pronounced. Lastly, the chat provides an overview of classifying consonant and vowel sounds based on their characteristics. By learning about these aspects, beginners can improve their pronunciation, understand different sound patterns, and enhance their overall communication skills in English.

The development of children in the social, cognitive and emotional fields is very important in their future life when starting life or maturing. Parenting patterns are divided into 4 which can certainly influence a child's growth and development, namely: authoritarian (authoritarian), indulgent (permissive), authoritative (democratic), neglectful (ignorant). The aim of this research is to determine the influence of parental parenting on children's temperament. This research sample used 4 teenagers who had different parenting patterns.

This community service aims to increase students' awareness and understanding of the importance of clean and healthy life education (PHBS) at Inpres Kuprik Elementary School. PHBS is a concept that involves various healthy habits, such as washing hands, maintaining personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean environment. This service aims to provide socialization to students about PHBS and teach them practical steps to apply it in everyday life. The method used in this service is the delivery of PHBS material through lectures, group discussions, and direct practical activities. Students will be given an understanding of the importance of PHBS and the positive impact they will get if they adopt clean and healthy living habits. The expected results of this service are an increase in students' knowledge about PHBS and a change in behavior that leads to clean and healthy living habits. With this socialization, it is hoped that students will become agents of change who can influence their peers and the community around them to adopt clean and healthy living habits. In addition, this dedication is also expected to increase the participation of educators and parents of students in building a PHBS culture in schools and the surrounding environment. In conclusion, after this service has been done, students of Kuprik Elementary School are having understanding dan implementing the importance of PHBS in daily life.

This study aims to determine the development of the Mangupa oral tradition among the people of North Sumatra. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the Mangupa oral tradition is still being preserved by the people of North Sumatra even though it has undergone several changes. Several factors that influence the development of this tradition include social, economic, and cultural factors. In addition, the support from the government and educational institutions also plays a very important role in maintaining the continuity of the Mangupa oral tradition.

In recent years, the world of cinema cannot be separated from literary works. Many literary works, one of which is a novel, are used as inspiration to produce a film. Novels that have popularity and high sales levels are able to attract producers to adapt novels into film form. The focus of this research is to describe the ecranization of the novel into the EL film, which includes (1) ecranization of the plot, (2) ecranization of the characters, and (3) ecranization of the setting. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. The source of the research data is the novel el by luluk h.f.ke in the film el by director findo purwono. Data collection techniques are reading, watching, and recording data contained in EL novels and films. The results of this study's data analysis indicate that there is a process of ecranizing the novel into EL film which includes adding, shrinking, and varying changes.

This study focuses on investigating the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the socio-economic conditions of traders in the Wage Market located in the Banyumas district of Indonesia, specifically in the city of Purwokerto. The Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 brought about significant social and economic challenges worldwide, including within local economies. Indonesia, like many other regions, experienced widespread social and economic transformations as a result. The objective of this research is to examine the specific changes in socio-economic conditions faced by traders at the Wage Market due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve this, a qualitative research method will be employed, involving interviews with traders in the market. These interviews will be supplemented with data collection, including photographs taken during the interviews. The collected data will be carefully processed and analyzed, incorporating insights from reliable sources within the Pasar Wage. Through the findings obtained from the interviews, this study will shed light on the precise impact of Covid-19 on the socio-economic conditions of traders in the Pasar Wage. By exploring the experiences and perspectives of these traders, it aims to provide a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by local businesses in the wake of the pandemic.

In today’s digital era, many schools face challenges in utilizing social media as an effective means for promotion and enhancing the image of the institution. Despite the enormous potential of social media, many educators and administrative staff are still lacking in skills in optimally managing this platform. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to improve the skills and understanding of participants regarding the use of social media as a strategic promotional tool for schools, as well as to encourage the adoption of more effective digital marketing practices. The method used in this study was a participatory approach through an interactive workshop. The workshop involved hands-on training sessions, group discussions, and social media content creation simulations, which were designed to provide practical experience and enhance participants’ understanding directly. Data were collected through observation, pre- and post-workshop questionnaires, and interviews with participants to measure changes in their skills and perceptions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ technical skills in managing social media, as well as a positive change in their perspectives on the importance of social media as a promotional tool. Most participants reported that they felt more confident and ready to implement more structured and data-driven promotional strategies in their schools. These results indicate that the workshop successfully achieved its objectives and had a positive impact on participants’ ability to utilize social media effectively.

The percentage of people who are negatively affected financially by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is very large, so this has an impact on reducing fishermen's household income. Through the service of lecturers who are funded independently, fish preparations, namely fish balls and fish nuggets, will be practiced in an effort to increase the income of households and fishermen groups so that this is a solution and another alternative to increase income and fulfill the nutritional needs of families in Botutonuo Village, Kabila District Bone, Bone Bolango Regency. It is hoped that this can change people's habits to become more productive, namely developing the fish caught by fishermen into products with higher selling value.The aim of implementing this service is a) to increase the income of fishing families and groups and to meet the nutritional needs of fishing families. b). improve skills in processing meatballs and fish nuggets among housewives and young women. This goal can be realized through various solution actions including: (1) mentoring about food and nutrition in general, (2) Counseling about the nutritional composition and benefits of fish, (3) Counseling about various processed fish-based products (4) Training on processing fish into meatballs and fish nuggets and their marketing strategies in an effort to increase the income of the fishing community in Botutonuo Village, Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency.The method used to achieve this goal is to provide training and assistance to the community by transferring knowledge. This method is to provide knowledge on how to make meatballs and nuggets made from fish, accompanied by methods, techniques and marketing strategies. The target of this training is mothers and young women who are given assistance so that they can have life skills that can increase the income of families and fishing groups as well as provide knowledge about the nutrition found in fish.
