This study aims to examine the Influence of Accountability, Transparency, and Human Resource Quality on Employee Performance (A Study in the Villages of Langsa Lama Sub-District, Langsa City). The sample selection in this research utilized purposive sampling, with a total of 75 respondents. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The obtained data were analyzed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The analytical methods employed in this study included validity testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that accountability significantly influences employee performance, as evidenced by the t-sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Transparency does not have a significant impact on employee performance, with a t-sig value of 0.130 > 0.05. Human Resource Quality significantly affects employee performance, as indicated by the t-sig value of 0.007 < 0.05. Simultaneously, accountability, transparency, and human resource quality collectively have a significant influence on employee performance, as demonstrated by the results of the F-test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

A logo is a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This design was carried out by means of direct observation, interviews and data collection through SWOT analysis. The aim of this design is to facilitate the identification of the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise, reflect the institution's values and mission, and improve its image and reputation. Benefits include providing an impression of professionalism, increasing trust, and creating a strong, consistent identity. This study aims to find out how the management of prayer rooms at SMPN 2 Jenggawah. The emphasis of this study is how the musholla management carries out management so that the musholla at SMPN 2 Jenggawah can function properly according to the observations made. This study uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the musholla management process at SMPN 2 Jenggawah is carried out well, both from the planning of the musholla program that is running and the existing mushollah management structure, At SMPN 2 Jenggawah mushollah is not only used as a place of worship, but as a classroom where learners.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with the research subjects being Early Childhood Education Students. Data collection tools include observation and interviews. The results of the research that we got were that program students were very interested in entrepreneurship when they finished their bachelor's degree because entrepreneurship in everyday life can be applied to early childhood teachers where when they teach at school they can do side jobs such as work online or sell online and then create entrepreneurial products that can increase their business.

The presence of village Sustainable Development Goals and village-owned enterprises is crucial to the development of regional economic activities and development as well as a major part of enabling the region to open up decent employment opportunities. The position of BUMDesa and the Sustainable Development Goals program has been regulated in legislation and local government policies. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach, namely a study by describing the data that researchers have collected, both data from interviews, observation and documentation during the research. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of data processing show that Ketapanrame Village has realized a sustainable development program through BUMDesa with 18 objectives of the village sustainable development program. The linkage shows such as the increasing welfare of the community, the lower unemployment rate because BUMDesa absorbs labor and partnerships almost entirely from the total number of villagers, the higher economy because almost all residents become BUMDesa partners. The level of village development is getting higher but the local government still maintains green land for food security and greening. Need for transparency of BUMDesa programs so that every citizen knows and understands entirely. Human Resources also need continuous coaching.

The research purposed to increase students motivation and used variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery materials of students. It causes problems faced today, teachers spend too much time in front of classroom without give a chance students to explore new things besides in the class. Inquiry involves process skill based on a scientific atittude so that activity can help students to gain a deeper understanding of the environment.

This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Afternoon Tutoring learning method in improving student learning skills. This learning method is specifically designed to provide additional study time outside of regular class hours, with a focus on increasing understanding of material, application of concepts, and development of academic skills. Through a joint agreement between the school and Kaiwatu village, this program is run on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Of course, real work college (KKN) students are given the opportunity to apply every potential obtained in each field. studies. In rural education environments, challenges are often encountered such as lack of access to quality education, lack of motivation to learn, environmental factors that are less conducive, and less effective learning methods. The results obtained indicate that the application of the afternoon tutoring learning method is effective in increasing students' motivation and learning skills. These findings have positive implications for the development of learning strategies in rural areas with the hope of increasing achievement and reducing educational gaps.

Mortality and morbidity in pregnant women is a serious problem for the world. The causes of maternal death are quite complex problems, which can be classified based on reproductive factors, obstetric complications, health services and economics. The government program, namely early initiation of breastfeeding or breastfeeding after giving birth for the first time, can provide many benefits for babies and mothers so that maternal and infant mortality rates can be reduced with the early initiation of breastfeeding program. This study aims to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on stopping post partum bleeding at the Tiganderket District Health Center. Tiganderket, Karo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using a pre-designed experiment with a statistical comparison group approach / control group design only post test, and analyzed using an independent t test. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. The respondents of this research were 16 mothers who gave birth at the Tiganderket District Health Center. Tiganderket, Karo Regency The results of this study show that the average number of fourth stage blood deliveries between mothers who were given early breastfeeding initiation and mothers who were not given early breastfeeding initiation was obtained where p=0.000 so p<0.005, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted ..The conclusion is that there is an effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on stopping post partum bleeding at the Tiganderket District Health Center. Analysis of Working Capital on Profitability Levels at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar, Thesis for the Management Study Program at the Indonesian Educational Institute of Management Science College (STIM-LPI) Makassar. (supervised by Dra. Pra Gemini, M.Si and Fausiah, S.E., M.Si). This research aims to determine how working capital influences the level of profitability at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial report of PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar for 2019-2021 which consists of a profit and loss report and balance sheet. The research results of the current ratio are stated to be good because they continue to increase every year 2019-2021 and exceed the internal average standard in 2020 and 2021. On the activity ratio with measurements using the NWC Turnover ratio can be said to be quite good because it exceeds the internal average, although it experienced a decline in 2020 of 368% but rose again to 430% in 2021. The profitability ratio with Return On Investment is said to be not good because it is below the internal average . Return on Equity is said to be not good, although it has increased in 2019 and 2021, this ratio is still below the internal average. Gross Profit Margin is also still said to be not good or not optimal because it experienced ups and downs from 2019-2021, namely 173%, 181%, 175%, although in 2020 it experienced an increase and was above the internal average of 176.3% but in 2021 experienced another decline and was below the internal average. Net Profit Margin is also said to be not good because it is still below the internal average.  

This research is entitled Application of the Family Hope Program and Dilemmas for Poverty Alleviation in Teluk Nilau Village. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study were: (1) the mechanism for implementing the PKH program in Teluk Nilau subdistrict was carried out in several stages, namely, regional selection and selection of PKH participants, initial meeting and validation of prospective PKH participants, verification of eligibility, data updating and initial disbursement of funds. PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. (3) Regarding the obstacles that were often faced before, it was often the case that recipient cards for the Family Hope program were blocked, but for now this obstacle has almost never happened. Again, this is because the PKH beneficiaries themselves collect the assistance at the post office or bank that has been determined. So for the constraints of the family program, hope has more or less been able to top it.

. In the ever-growing information era, video editing has become an important part of television news production. This study investigates the use of video editing on TVRI North Sumatra news programs. This research focuses on the editing software used, the editing methods used, and how the use of this editing impacts the quality of news production. To gain a better understanding of video editing techniques at regional news stations, we conducted direct observations, interviews, and document analysis through qualitative research methods. The research results show that video editing at TVRI North Sumatra is carried out by professional programs. To improve the visual and audio quality of news broadcasts, adjustment techniques such as visual transitions, color adjustments, and sound effects are often used. In the use of broadcast video editing, issues such as limited time and resources are identified as important elements. Improved time management, more training for production teams, and more technical resources are recommended. In other words, this research provides a comprehensive analysis of video editing methods in TVRI North Sumatra news production. The results could improve the industry's understanding of video editing methods in regional news contexts and help develop more creative and high-quality news production methods.

One of the factors that determine the occurrence of tax avoidance is financial derivatives. That is because the tax regulations in Indonesia on derivative transactions are still very weak and often debated. The lack of clarity of tax regulations on derivative transactions can also be used by companies to conduct tax avoidance. This can certainly harm state revenues, especially revenues from the tax sector. Disclosure of corporate tax information encourages increased tax compliance. Therefore, the level of corporate tax disclosure is associated with tax avoidance. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial derivatives and tax avoidance on tax disclosure. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022. By using purposive sampling method, obtained from several samples of companies that meet the criteria. This study uses secondary data which is then processed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program.

The development of information technology is currently changing the minds of customers or consumers in carrying out various transaction activities in the banking world, where customers prioritize aspects of convenience, flexibility, efficiency and simplicity. Mobile banking technology is a type of service provided by banks to their customers so that they can carry out their banking activities at any time without having to come to the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benefits and convenience on the interest in using BSI Mobile in the community in Sungai Tering Village, Nipah Panjang District. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses a random sampling technique, namely taking the population based on the area of the object of this research. The data analysis technique used to answer all the problem formulations uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the t test show that the benefits variable has a tcount value of 1.870 > ttable 1.660 Then H1 is accepted, the convenience variable has a tcount value of 5.676 > ttable 1.660 then H2 is accepted, and the R2 test is 0.678, this means that the interest variable can be explained by the perception variable convenience, benefits and safety. The t test results of the variable that is very influential in using mobile banking, namely the convenience variable, has a t value of 5.676.

Infectious diseases in infants are one of the causes of high infant mortality. The infectious diseases are hepatitis B, polio, tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, and measles. Since 1991, pertussis cases have emerged as a frequently reported case in Indonesia, about 40% of pertussis cases affect toddlers. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence parental motivation in the implementation of the Bias Program at the Salam Babaris Health Center. Analytical survey research method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 50 mothers. Primary data collection was analyzed using descriptive test and chi square test. The results of the study showed that most respondents had good knowledge as many as 30 people (60%), higher education (SMA / PT) as many as 35 people (70%), age not at risk (20-35 years) as many as 36 people (72%), good parental motivation as many as 21 people (42%). There is an influence of knowledge on parental motivation in the implementation of the Bias program (pvalue: 0.011<0.05). There is an influence of education on parental motivation in the implementation of the Bias program (pvalue: 0.000<0.05). There is an influence of age on parental motivation in the implementation of the Bias program (pvalue: 0.025<0.05).    

One of the easiest ways to detect cervical cancer early is with a visual examination of acetic acid. Early detection of cervical cancer by visual examination with acetic acid is guaranteed by the government, namely BPJS Kesehatan, and is included in the national health insurance program. The purpose of the study was to determine the low participation of women of childbearing age in acetic acid visual examination by UPT Puskesmas Timpah. The method used in this study is descriptive research. Questionnaires made by purposive sampling technique are used as data collection instruments; The maximum number of samples in the study sample is 30 samples. The respondents of this study were women of childbearing age. The results showed that based on respondents' knowledge of information, 26 respondents were uninformed (86.66%), 20 respondents (93.33%) did not support men. In the field of education, 21 people were found to have elementary and junior high school education as much as 70%, in the support of officers it was found that 20 people did not support (66.67%). Regarding access to information, it is known that 22 people did not get any assistance to get information (73.33%).

Results this study can conclude that role ambiguity has a negatice effect on the performance of auditor,lndependency has a positive effect on the performance of auditor, and organizational commitment has no effect on performance of auditor  in Public Accounting Firm, Padang City
