Hemorrhoids are swellings of tissue containing veins located in the walls of the rectum and anus. Mass or bulge in the anal area accompanied by anal bleeding is the main symptom. Proper diagnosis and management of hemorrhoids is very important to reduce morbidity and improve the patient's quality of life. This case report was obtained from primary data through history taking, physical examination and supporting examination. The patient complains of a lump in the anus accompanied by bloody stools since 5 years. Initially the lump came out if the patient strained and could still go in on its own if the patient was not straining anymore. But since 1 year, the lump can't go in on its own, but must be helped to push it with a finger. Heavy bleeding from the anus since 2 months ago. On physical examination the rectal toucher found: good anal sphincter tone, palpable mass with a flat surface, solid, chewy consistency, reddish color, firm boundaries, tenderness (+), lumps can be inserted with fingers, blood on gloves (-), mucus (-), feces (-). Colonoscopy examination revealed grade III internal hemorrhoids. The treatment is hemorrhoidectomy.

This research aims to determine strategies for maintaining customer value, satisfaction and loyalty towards Hannochs brand lamps carried out by several Hannochs distributors in Tembung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with Hannochs customers at one of the Hannochs distributor shops in Tembung. Data collection methods are participatory observation and interviews. The results of the research show that consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction with the quality of Hannochs lighting products are met with durability, product guarantees and various product variations so that consumer needs and desires are met, in several shops the service quality of Hannochs distributor shops also meets customer satisfaction with friendly service, respond quickly, and help resolve consumer problems in using the product.

This service aims to create Gubug Pintar as an educational initiative aimed at improving the English language skills of primary school-aged children in RW 008 Banjarsari Surakarta. English is an essential skill in the era of globalization, and introducing it early to children is a key step to provide them with wider future opportunities. However, many children in this community face barriers in access and limited resources for quality English learning. Through the creation of Gubug Pintar, it is hoped that an innovative, engaging and inspiring learning environment will be created for the children. The program will focus on teaching English vocabulary and will be organized in eight meetings with two meetings per week. Gubug Pintar will be a learning center that provides free access for children to improve their English skills through interactive learning methods. It is hoped that through this Gubug Pintar, children will develop a sense of enthusiasm for English learning, feel better prepared to continue their EFL (English as a Foreign Language) education, and acquire English skills that can help them in their educational and career journey. In addition, the program can also provide inspiration for other communities to take similar steps in improving English education at the primary level.

The form of cooperation in muamalah is the leasing activity that is common in society. This transaction is basically permitted in Islam if it fulfills the pillars and conditions because not everyone is able to meet their needs without the help of others. but whether the lease is legal or still violates sharia economic law. Because many people or communities do everything possible to get money without thinking it is legal or not. The purpose of the research is to find out the review of sharia economic law on the practice of leasing rice fields with a rendeman system in the western potok hamlet of Sukowono village, Sukowono sub-district, Jember district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources and data collection methods with observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive analysis, to test the validity of the data and researchers use source triagulation. From the results of this study, the lease agreement with the rice field rendeman system in Sukowono village from the perspective of Islamic economic law is not justified because it violates the pillars of Ijarah, namely Muta'aqidain which can be called mu'jir and musta'jir, namely the person who has the benefit of the Ijarah. This means that there are two actors renting rice fields based on Islamic law, there is no second party (third tenant / musta'jir shani) in the pillars of ijarah.    

Based on the results of a survey by Kurious and Populix, a healthy lifestyle starting to become a focus and trend in Indonesia. These surveys reveal people's understanding of healthy food, with the problems that arise. Even though many people understand its benefits, there is still a gap between understanding and healthy practices, especially among the productive age group (25-44 years). Difficulty maintaining consistency in a healthy eating pattern is a challenge faced. The solutions provided from the survey results show that 64 percent of Indonesian people use healthy catering services to maintain consistent healthy lifestyle patterns. Therefore, the idea of developing the YumHealth startup emerged to help people start eating better, with a focus on catering services and delivery service features, nutritional consultations, education through articles,and a BMI calculator. This research will focus on implementing these features using a Design Thinking approach and testing using the Usability Testing method. Apart from that, the potential of the online market in Indonesia is also an encouragement to develop this application. This research aims to provide adequate solutions to existing problems and improve user experience. Based on the results of Usability Testing with 30 respondents, the final result was 71.5, which means the application prototype is in a good grade. The testing results also provide suggestions such as the use of typography (fonts), and visualization in education, as well as adding features such as guide pages and TDEE calculators.

The research method used is a qualitative method using note-taking technique. We used Sigmund Freud's theory, specifically concepts such as id, ego, and superego, to help us understand the inner conflict experienced by the main character. We also analyzed various events in the film that depict Kim Ji Young's experience as a woman in a society dominated by patriarchal values. The results of this study show that Kim Ji Young experiences complex internal conflicts while performing her role as a woman in a patriarchal culture. Freud's theory helps us understand how these conflicts arise and affect her personality. In addition, this study also emphasizes the important role of family environment, society, and childhood experiences in shaping Kim Ji Young's personality. This research has important implications in understanding the role of women in a patriarchal society and how psychoanalytic theory can be used to analyze characters in works of art such as films.

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the educational landscape, and this literature review aims to identify the key factors contributing to increased conflicts among students. In this analysis, it was found that social isolation, anxiety, and stress are significant psychosocial factors influencing the sources, symptoms, and causes of student conflicts. Social isolation resulting from distance learning and social restrictions plays a role in escalating interpersonal tension. Anxiety arising from pandemic-related uncertainties also contributes to conflicts among students and educators. Stress, whether caused by the pandemic itself or changes in education, has potentially negative impacts that can trigger conflicts. This article also identifies symptoms indicating student conflicts, such as a decline in the quality of social relationships, behavioral problems, and decreased academic performance. Understanding these psychosocial factors can help educational institutions develop more effective intervention strategies to address student conflicts. A deeper understanding of these issues provides a strong foundation for a holistic approach to managing student conflicts in the post-pandemic era, with an emphasis on students' psychosocial well-being to create a safe and inclusive educational environment.

Calvin's strategy in the development of Christian religious education in the Reformation era was key in forming a strong and sustainable approach to Christian religious education. John Calvin, a leading figure of the Christian Reformation in the 16th century, had a central role in advancing Christian religious education. He implemented a number of important strategies, including education for all, structured education, teaching of Scripture, training of church leaders, character education, involvement of church and state, and emphasis on local languages. These strategies help spread Calvinist theology and ensure everyone's access to quality Christian religious education. Calvin's influence on Christian education is still visible in various Christian education systems to this day. Christian religious education is education in Christian teachings that emphasizes aspects of knowledge, attitudes and values ​​and even skills that are based on the Christian faith itself. With Calvin's strategy in the midst of Christian Religious Education, Christian Religious Education can achieve the goals it should achieve, especially in the community, schools and families. In this series of strategies, Calvin played a key role in changing Christian religious education in his time. Christian religious education is no longer the exclusive right of clergy, but is a right and responsibility for the entire Christian community. Calvin's in-depth and structured educational approach, along with his emphasis on the use of print media, helped spread the teachings of the Protestant Reformation throughout the Christian world. Education about the use of family medicinal plants (TOGA) currently really needs to be disseminated early to school students to increase knowledge as medicine and food. The aim of this community service is to increase students' understanding of using TOGA plants earlier, especially aloe vera which is used for first aid in burn wound management. This activity was carried out by presenting material and demonstrations with 30 high school students as respondents. The results of activities before the educational intervention were carried out were found to be an average (53.00) and after the educational intervention was given an average (80.00). So, from the results of the average points before and after being given burn wound management education based on aloe vera moist dressing, it was found that there was an increase in Senior High School students' knowledge and insight regarding burn wound management. Aloevera contains sterols including campesterol, β-sitosterol, and cholesterol which can reduce inflammation, help in reducing pain and act as a natural analgesic. Aloevera Moist Dressing for burn wound management can be used as an alternative for treating burns at home independently, because it is quite easy to use and the aloevera ingredient is easy to find.

This community service activity is based on an understanding of the importance of religious education and the formation of a Qur'anic generation from an early age. Reading and memorizing the Qur'an is an effective method to ensure that the younger generation has a strong understanding and deep connection with the holy book of Islam. In addition, it also helps to form individuals who are committed to religious teachings and have good morality This activity was conducted in several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The preparation stage included observations and interviews to identify the problems faced. The results of the observation showed that the management of Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal had difficulty in encouraging the interest and participation of children in Pasar I, Jl. Setia Budi, Tj. Sari, Kec. Medan Selayang, Medan City, North Sumatra to read the Qur'an. To overcome this challenge, efforts were made to increase the interest and participation of children in the Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal, totaling 22 people. This was realized through the implementation of outbound activities and giving rewards to children, with the aim of increasing their enthusiasm in learning the Qur'an. Evaluation was carried out after the activity was completed, and the results showed that the children at Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal were very enthusiastic in participating in each activity. This enthusiasm can be seen from the participation and interest in learning the Quran which is increasing day by day. The children's parents also feel helped and happy to see the children's participation in the activities.

Children from scavenger families generally have relatively low education, some children even receive no education at all because the children of scavenger families come from families with a low social and economic life so they are unable to provide education to their children. In this case, it turns out that there are children who can survive and set a good example even though they live in a scavenger's stall with all their limitations, namely children who excel. This research aims to determine social support for children from scavenger families who excel. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Determining informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research are emotional support in the form of attention, care and affection, appreciation support such as receiving praise and recognition of achievements, instrumental support in the form of meeting school equipment needs, information support for help when learning is difficult and social support in the form of being involved in group activities. Supporting factors are due to the desire of children who excel to continue school and inhibiting factors arise from the nature of the children and limited time to meet to provide support.

This research is motivated by several problems that the author found at the Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten, students often lie, every time they say a word, many children don't want to be honest, and also lie, if asked, many also answer by lying, children don't want to admit their mistakes, because children are afraid of being scolded. and are afraid of being punished by the teacher, therefore children are afraid to be more open or honest. The purpose of this research is to find out how class teachers try to instill honest character education through the method of telling stories to children at the Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. This research is descriptive qualitative field research (filed research). The research was located at Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. The key informants were the class teachers and the supporting informants were the study teachers and the school principal. This research technique is snowball sampling, and the data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that class teachers and field teachers tell stories through the Sikancil & Simonyet fairy tale and the Honesty Cup because fairy tales, one of the intrinsic elements in fairy tales, is that they have a message or moral message. Fairy tales can really be used as social media that can shape a character. children because fairy tales have moral values that children can learn. Telling stories using puppets can improve children's pronunciation because it can attract students' attention so that students are happy and can easily understand what is being told and taught. Telling stories using picture media, students will be able to read the contents of the story by looking at the pictures shown by the teacher, telling stories using picture media, students will be more enthusiastic about listening to stories presented by the teacher, telling stories using picture media will help to clarify messages or events so that children pay more attention to the story being told.

The success of the normal delivery process was influenced by many factors, including the frequency of coitus during pregnancy. Coitus or husbandand wife intercourse can improve blood circulation in the reproductive area, including the cervix, which helps soften and open the cervix, especially if it was often done during the third trimester of pregnancy. Coitus can also increase the production of the hormone oxytocin which can trigger uterine contractions and help speed up the normal delivery process. The objectives of the research: To analyzed the relationship between the frequency of coitus and the incidence of normal delivery. Method: This type of analytic research with correlational design and cross sectional approach. The sample used 84 people with purposive sampling. The instrument uses an observation sheet. Data analysis using chisquare. Result: The frequency of coitus the majority of respondents sometimes do (1-2x a week) (47,6%) and the majority of respondents are dominated by normal delivery (84,5%). The results of the chi square analysis obtained a chi square value of 62,786 > chi square table (5,99) with a significant value (p value) of 0,000 <0,05 so it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between thefrequency of coitus and the incidence of normal delivery. Conclusion: There wasa relationship between the frequency of coitus and normal delivery in the hospital.Asy Sifa Sambi, Boyolali Regency.

This type of research is Pre-Experiment Design research which aims to determine the effect of implementing the flipped class learning model on the learning outcomes of IPAS CHAPTER II Topic B in class IV UPTD SDN Keleyan 1 Bangkalan and the sample consists of one class IV UPTD SDN Keleyan 1 which was selected using techniques purposive sampling. The data collected consists of data on student learning outcomes. The data collection technique used is a test, where the test consists of 10 pretest and posttest multiple choice questions with data processing techniques of normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test using the SPSS program version 25. The research results show that There is a positive and significant influence of the flipped class learning model with the help of YouTube, Viedo and teacher learning media on the learning outcomes of. This can be seen from the numbers obtained from the pretest observation scores of 45% complete and 50% incomplete before treatment was given. Meanwhile, after being given treatment in the very good category, 36% completed, and 63% did not complete and experienced a change in category in the very good posttest, as much as 68% included completeness of student learning outcomes.  

The social phenomenon of awe-awe actors that occurs on the Gumitir route, Garahan Village, Jember Regency. Along the edge of the Gumitir lane, there is a group of residents known as "Awe-awe" who initially had a role to help road users by providing signals and directions. But over time, they switched roles to become beggars, reflecting significant social change. The researcher found that the behavior carried out by the Awe-awe actors is a reflection of the Dramaturgy theory proposed by Erving Goffman. In their daily lives, awe-awe actors have a role that they play on the front stage. While on the other hand, they also hide their real life on the backstage. This research reveals the complexity of their social life, the reasons they choose this job due to economic limitations, and how they use various strategies to maintain the role of beggars. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study provide insight into the social interactions of Awe-awe actors on the front stage and back stage of their lives.
