This study aims to describe how product quality can influence purchasing decisions and how the working atmosphere at PT. Chang Shin Indonesia. This study used the observation method by directly observing the situation in the field and interviewing several employees. In the world of work, there are often problems related to the products we create, as well as those involving product quality at PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, which after the end of last year was at the peak of instability in running production. PT. Chang Shin Indonesia itself is a company that produces footwear with the “Nike” brand, by producing footwear for the company PT. Chang Shin Indonesia is very focused on the quality of the products it creates. Problems found in PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, namely the reduction of a purchase decision or order from a customer, one of which causes employees to stay at home on Saturdays, which basically work normally on Saturdays as usual. Reduced orders greatly impact the company, especially on employees. One of the factors that affected the decline in orders was in terms of product quality. For example, many long threads are still attached to finished shoes and also the size label where there are many repairs, one of which is that the label does not match the tally sheet. This problem is often found in the sewing or stitching department. Based on the results of these observations, it is necessary to pay attention again regarding product quality, both by the company and its own team of employees who are required to maintain product quality, because whether or not orders enter the company depends on quality.

Background: Most respiratory disorders are caused by problems or diseases of the respiratory system, including the lungs. Inability of the lungs to expand (elasticity), as well as structural (anatomical) and functional airway obstructions that prevent the creation of breathable airflow, are signs of impaired lung function. Restriction and blockage are two types of lung function problems.Purpose: To analyze the application of the tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to the increase in oxygen saturation in congested patients in the emergency room at PROF Hospital. Dr. SABOE TONGUE.Methods: Case report, which is a narrative report. The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study. Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room. Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.

This research is to find out the difficulties faced by students in preparing research proposals for Indonesian language and literature education. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects being students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that many have difficulty defining problems in writing research proposals and formulating the benefits of a research. In some cases the activity proposal text is rejected because the content and objectives in the text are unclear and unconvincing (could be due to structure or written language) which seems not optimal) so that the authorities hesitate to accept it. Student difficulties as illustrated by the results of the questionnaire indicate that students still need to be given more information.
