An elderly person is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over. One of the health problems that often occurs in the elderly is a decline in memory, learning and cognitive abilities in the elderly which causes them to have difficulty interacting and being difficult to understand. Conditions that affect cognitive abilities in the elderly are called dementia. Dementia is a chronic and progressive decline in memory and thinking function, causing disruption of functional activities. Nursing interventions that can be given to the elderly to improve cognitive function in the occurrence of dementia include brain gymnastics. The case study design used is descriptive research. The method used to collect data is using the Android-based MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination), namely MEFuKo (MMSE for Cognitive Function) to determine the level of dementia in the elderly. Brain exercise therapy (brain gym) is carried out for 7 consecutive days, 1 meeting per day with a duration of 15 minutes. Subject I's MMSE score before brain exercise therapy was 16 (presence of definite cognitive impairment) increased to 19 (presence of probable cognitive impairment) and there was an increase of 3 in total MMSE scores. The MMSE score in subject II before brain exercise therapy was 19 (possible cognitive impairment), after therapy the MMSE score became 23 (probable cognitive impairment) and there was an increase of 4 in total MMSE scores. The more activities you do, the less likely it is that seniors will experience a decline in cognitive function. The conclusion is that there was an increase in cognitive function in the two case study subjects which illustrate the application of brain gym therapy to cognitive function in elderly people with dementia. Brain exercise therapy is recommended to improve working memory function which can improve the quality of life of the elderly.

The problem faced by Prima Lestari partner Bumi Paving Blok, such as the lack of supply of raw materials for plastic waste, lack of operational equipment, which causes the production of paving blocks cannot maximize. The level of sales still cannot meet the target per month. Current marketing aspects are carried out by word of mouth and take part in exhibitions carried out by the local government or using social media. For Maju Jaya Garbage Bank, the problem is a large amount of operational costs to sort waste based on the type of waste. This is inversely proportional to income from processed products that are less than optimal. Some of the solutions offered to partners are several parts of training for the sale of goods, procurement of operational goods such as production machinery for paving blocks and machines that can sort waste by type to reduce operating costs.

Based on the analysis carried out at the Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda, especially in the field of PPEPD with a system that is already running to assist in carrying out tasks, there are several problems found in the process and its use, namely the inaccurate layout of the features and assets in the system interface, which causes a feeling of discomfort. in its use, and there are no features to support ease of use. Therefore, several system design efforts are needed that are able to provide solutions to problems, convenience, and refresh the existing system. This development takes the form of evaluating and designing the user interface on the system to provide refreshment to the interface and adding features to support ease of operation such as graphical data visualization to simplify the monitoring process, a search feature to simplify the process of searching for reports, notifications to provide notification of each entry of the latest report in order to avoiding missing information, and providing a deadline feature to minimize delays in the reporting process.

The quality of life in North Sumatra currently still needs improvement, where poverty rates and human development are still lagging. These problems can be reflected in the community welfare indicator, namely the Human Development Index (IPM). One of these problems can be solved by knowing the factors that determine the Human Development Index in North Sumatra. The Human Development Index is suspected to contain elements of spatial dependency, therefore in this study the spatial regression method will be used with a spatially dependent effect model. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained are that the SAR model is the appropriate model in the case of the Human Development Index in North Sumatra. Predictor variables that significantly influence the Human Development Index in North Sumatra are Pure Enrollment Rate (APM) at Senior High School level , Poverty Rate , Open Unemployment Rate , and PDRB on the basis of price .

Group 1 consisted of 33 (53.2%) patients with positive FST results and Group 2 consisted of 29 (46.8%) patients with negative FST results. No statistically significant differences were found between the gender and age distributions in Group 1 and Group 2, p=0.7943 and p=0.5262, respectively (Table 1). In addition, the ratio of FST positive and FST negative BPPV patients was not statistically significant. will cause daily activities to be disrupted then Qualitative data processing was carried out using the advocacy method according to the Covey and Miller advocacy framework, so as to obtain complete information related to the root causes of problems to the preparation of fall risk prevention strategies. Based on the results of data processing according to the Covey and Miller advocacy framework, the data is then analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Labor is the process by which the fetus and amniotic fluid are pushed out through the birth canal. During the birth process the mother will experience pain. Pain that is uncontrolled or excerssive and does not get proper treatment can cause problems with difficulty in childbirth. A non-pharmocological method that is quite safe was to determine the effect of giving warm compresses to labor pain in the active phase of the first stage of labor at Fatimah Banyuwangi Hospital in 2022. The research method used a pre-exsperimental one group pretest posttest on 30 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, namely pregnant women in the first active phase, singleton pregnancies, head presentations, term pregnancies, normal delivery plants, fetal interpretation between 2500-4000 grams, accompanied by their husbands or family. Data collection was carried out using the VAS observation sheet and warm compress SOP. Then the data is processed through the process of editing, coding, scring, tabulating and statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon test. The result showed that the level of labor pain before the intervention was mostly in the severe pain category by 53% and after the warm compress intervention there was a decrease in the pain level, namely in the moderate pain category by 70%. Wilcoxon test reslts Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 means that there is a significant effect of giving warm compresses to labor pain in the active phase I parturition at RSI Fatimah Banyuwangi in 2022. Proper application of warm compresses according to the procedure gives a feeling of warmth and causes vasoconstriction so that labor pain in the first stage can be reduced. This method is safe and can be an alternative choice for midwives in the management of pain care during labor.
