Research to determine the factors associated with giving colostrum to post partum mothers is very necessary, so that future efforts can be made to ensure that all newborn babies are given colostrum. This study aims to analyze the factors of giving colostrum to post partum mothers at the Kabanjahe District Health Center. Karo. The type of research used in this research is analytical with a cross sectional design. There were 29 research respondents. By collecting secondary and primary data. From the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it shows that p = 0.005, which means Ho is accepted (p value < 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge category and colostrum provision. Medicinal plants are plants with positive pharmacological effects on the human body and are usually grown on a home or communal scale. These medicinal plants can then be used as traditional medicine which can be made easily. The plants chosen are usually plants that can be used to treat simple health problems such as flu and coughs. Medicinal plants can increase the body's immunity because they can prevent disease through the secondary metabolites they contain. In this service activity, two activities were carried out separately, namely socialization and planting medicinal plants with residents. The outreach was carried out to provide information to the residents of Medan Helvetia District regarding medicinal plants so that these medicinal plants can be useful after being planted. Planting is also carried out to increase awareness regarding land use, as well as being a starting point for residents in cultivating medicinal plants. This socialization on the use of family medicinal plants aims to provide information to the people of Kexamatan Medan Helvetia in using medicinal plants. It is hoped that this community service activity will help increase public knowledge about the importance of planting and utilizing medicinal plants to create a healthy society.

Mastering English vocabulary, which is a foreign language in Indonesia, is not easy. To master English vocabulary, appropriate technique in teaching is needed. This is the basis for carrying out English vocabulary mastery training using guessing game for the children of the Al Mim Palangkaraya Orphanage. This training was attended by ten participants and accompanied by an instructor in March 2023 for one day which included preparation, implementation and evaluation. The training material consists of mastering English vocabulary using guessing game. The list of English vocabulary provided is related to the names of professions in English. The results of the training show that guessing game can be implemented well in the mastering English vocabulary. Guessing game can make the participants motivated, interested, more active, enthusiastic, and not bored. Guessing game can also help the participants to acquire new English vocabulary.

In this service activity, two activities were carried out separately, namely socialization about the importance of Vitamin C for body health and blood donation in Medan Helvetia District, Medan City to provide information to residents of Medan Helvetia District regarding the importance of Vitamin C for body health. Blood donation is also carried out to have many impacts both on the health of the donor and the recipient. This activity was also carried out to increase awareness regarding the health benefits of consuming Vitamin C.

This article focuses on the concept of authentic faith in the Christian context, discusses suffering, and explores how faith influences the way an individual confronts life's challenges. Genuine Christian faith is portrayed as a belief that goes beyond the intellectual realm and is reflected in a person's daily actions. The Letter of James emphasizes the importance of facing suffering with joy and how it tests one's faith and endurance. Suffering is described as a test that can examine and strengthen a person's faith. It is seen as a consequence of humanity's fall into sin but is also considered a part of God's salvation plan. Through suffering, God's compassion for humanity is revealed, and suffering becomes an essential element in spiritual growth and maturity. Strong faith, endurance, and patience help transform suffering into happiness. Furthermore, the article delves into the theological perspectives and historical context of the Letter of James, as well as James' efforts to correct misconceptions about the nature of faith that saves a person. Overall, the article provides deep insights into the concept of genuine faith and how faith can impact the way individuals confront challenges and attain true happiness in Christ.

The Effect Of Use Of Lung Mask Fixation On The Accuracy Of Targeted Irradiation In Lung Cancer Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (Imrt) Technique In The Department Of Radiation Oncology, Jakarta General Hospital. Lung cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in one or both lungs. While normal cells in the lungs usually develop and reproduce to form healthy lung tissue, these abnormal cells actually reproduce more quickly and are never able to become normal lung tissue. As a result, lumps of cancer cells are formed, which are often referred to as tumors. (4) Radiotherapy is a form of therapy that has been proven to be useful in treating cancer. The aim of radiotherapy is to provide safe, accurate and efficient radiation doses to treat various types of cancer and also non-malignant disorders (7). Carrying out radiotherapy for lung cancer involves the use of immobilization devices, one of which is a thermoplastic mask. This mask functions to reduce the patient's body movements, including movements caused by breathing (9). Verification is a critical stage in the radiotherapy process. The purpose of this verification is to ensure that there are no significant differences in the exposure carried out (14). Giving the right dose of radiotherapy radiation is very necessary to achieve successful therapeutic treatment. The accuracy of dosing and the accuracy of the patient's position influence the dose distribution that will be received by the patient. This verification is based on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Human Health Series No. 31 of 2016 with a displacement value of 0.3cm (15). EPID (Electronic Portal Imaging Device) is an additional device connected to the LINAC (Linear Accelerator) radiotherapy device. EPID functions as a verification tool for radiation dose and geometry which is very important in the radiotherapy process (16). The accuracy of the patient's position during radiation treatment greatly influences the accuracy of the IMRT technique. Before irradiation, verification is carried out using an EPID (Electronic Portal Imaging Device) to ensure the correct target position on the tumor. This helps measure the x, y, and z axis coordinates along the radiation area before the radiation procedure begins.

The cigarette industry is an industry that has an important role in the economy and employment. The objectives of this research are (i) to determine the share of female workers compared to male workers at the Tunas Mandiri Cigarette Factory; (ii) To find out the benefits obtained by female workers in helping their household economy. The method used is a qualitative method supported by primary data, namely sourced from interviews. The results of this research are (i) The share of workers at the Tunas Mandiri Cigarette Factory, female workers, is greater than male workers, in 2023, namely the share of female workers will reach 95.4% and the share of male workers 4.6%; (ii) Women workers receive various benefits that are useful in helping their household economy, namely for school fees, for paying motorbike loans, for paying bank installments, for saving, for daily food costs. The implication of this research is to provide information and references that women can help their household economy by working in various industrial sectors.  

This research is motivated by the role of the Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) as a student laboratory for learning about investment. Based on the data, the number of investors in the Islamic Investment Gallery from the inception of GIS from 2016 to 2021 is unstable every year and is still relatively low. Even though the FEBI Faculty has good potential in attracting investors because there are so many enthusiasts in the FEBI departments. Low interest and motivation in investing in Indonesia is due to low knowledge and understanding of the capital market. GIS is expected to help foster student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Gis, both the constraints and solutions faced by Gis in fostering students' interest in investing in the capital market. This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The method used in this research is to collect data through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.

This community service program is carried out in the Ngunut area, Tulungagung Regency, with activity partner ONC. The problems faced include economic growth and technological developments emphasizing the need for ONC to remain competitive and sustainable. Tight competition in the local market, the need for updated technological knowledge, and business sustainability challenges are the main focus. Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

. In the ever-growing information era, video editing has become an important part of television news production. This study investigates the use of video editing on TVRI North Sumatra news programs. This research focuses on the editing software used, the editing methods used, and how the use of this editing impacts the quality of news production. To gain a better understanding of video editing techniques at regional news stations, we conducted direct observations, interviews, and document analysis through qualitative research methods. The research results show that video editing at TVRI North Sumatra is carried out by professional programs. To improve the visual and audio quality of news broadcasts, adjustment techniques such as visual transitions, color adjustments, and sound effects are often used. In the use of broadcast video editing, issues such as limited time and resources are identified as important elements. Improved time management, more training for production teams, and more technical resources are recommended. In other words, this research provides a comprehensive analysis of video editing methods in TVRI North Sumatra news production. The results could improve the industry's understanding of video editing methods in regional news contexts and help develop more creative and high-quality news production methods.

This research is an effort to examine the strengthening of students' understanding of Islamic boarding schools as a subject at the Wonosobo Al-Qur'an Science University. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach where data was analyzed using interviews. Research findings show that careful observation of students' understanding of Islamic boarding school studies courses increasingly shows how these courses have contributed to increasing understanding among students who have taken these courses. The right support and reference system helps students have a comprehensive understanding of Islamic boarding schools. Research implications: This understanding is in accordance with the current condition of Islamic boarding schools which are making changes according to the times, without abandoning their roots. This study recommends making Islamic boarding school studies a course in universities so that wrong understanding can be avoided.  

Worry is a person's feeling or mental condition that arises as a result of fear or anxiety about a certain thing or situation. The challenges of human life in the contemporary context, such as worries about financial pressure, work that never comes and so on, will have a negative impact on their body, spirit and soul. However, Jesus was present and gave teachings and advice on how to overcome anxiety. This is a teaching that really helps the lives of believers in today's contemporary context. The Gospel of Matthew 6:34 provides essential insight and understanding of how God loves His people. The method used is a qualitative method which aims to answer human concerns. The results of the study show that what believers need to do in the contemporary context in overcoming worry is to realize that worry is not useful. Jesus wants His people to prioritize Him in all things so that Jesus, who is full of love, will love His people by providing for all the needs of His people and humans too. You are required to be able to make peace with the situation by thinking positively by making the situation comfortable for yourself.

The huge availability of cassava raw materials can be utilized as a substitute or substitute for wheat, so breakthrough technology is needed to be able to modify cassava by increasing its usability so that it is suitable as a substitute for wheat flour in the processing of food products, such as cookies, bread, and noodles (Zulaidah, 2011). Another effort that can be made is to develop cassava flour derivative products, namely mocaf flour (Modified Cassava Fluor). Since many housewives produce cakes in Kebontemu village, the village is known as "Kampung Kue" (Kebontemu, 2023). However, very few people know about mocaf flour. Whereas mocaf is an alternative to wheat flour which is cheaper but has a higher nutritional value and is healthier. it is hoped that this training can be an important milestone in encouraging economic growth, especially the Kebon Temu Village Community, Peterongan Jombang. the participants of this training were attended by 20 mothers who often make processed wet cake snacks made from wheat flour. the following (1) continue training in making various cakes made from local cassava on a regular basis, (2) update information about business phenomena, especially in the digital era while still paying attention to aspects of improving communication skills:Training as a local cassava-based cake maker can help participants improve their communication skills. This includes the ability to package messages in a way that is engaging, compelling and relevant for their target audience. Strong communication skills are essential in today's business world, where digital Mocaf Flour-based Assorted Wet Cookies are becoming increasingly dominant.

This research aims to knowing the effect of Independency, Organizatinal commitment  and role ambiguity on Performance of Auditor in Public Accounting Firm, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collected from the study were based on interviews and questionnaire distribution with sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques in research. This is a linear multiple regression analysis with the help of computer SPSS program. Results this study can conclude that role ambiguity has a negatice effect on the performance of auditor,lndependency has a positive effect on the performance of auditor, and organizational commitment has no effect on performance of auditor  in Public Accounting Firm, Padang City

Early childhood is usually called the "golden age" because children at this age experience very rapid cognitive development. In this study there are several cases that occur regarding marriage at this age and with the role of counseling the researcher hopes to guide the client so that the client can recover, here the function of the counselor himself is to help the counselee understand himself, help avoid problems, help overcome problems and help the counselee to obtain his defense.  

Febrile seizures are one of the manifestations of health problems that often occur in children aged three months to 5 years and can potentially cause harmful complications in children. Complications of febrile seizures occur due to a lack of parental skills in providing proper first aid to children with febrile seizures. Health education about febrile seizures is thought to improve parents' skills in performing first aid measures for children with febrile seizures. This study aims to explain the effect of health education about febrile seizures on increasing the skills of mothers in providing first aid to children with febrile seizures.This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-posttest design without a control. The samples involved in this study were mothers with children aged three months - 5 years in Blukon Village, Lumajang District, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria determined by the researchers with a total of 48 people. The intervention applied in this study was providing health education about febrile seizures. Data collection used observation sheets as a checklist for first aid management in children with febrile seizures, carried out before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software.The pre-test results showed that the mean ± SD of the mother's skill in performing first aid for children with febrile seizures was 2.41 ± 0.84. The mean ± SD score of mothers' skills in providing first aid to children with seizures increased after attending health education about febrile seizures to 6.47 ± 0.68. The results of data analysis showed that the provision of health education about febrile seizures had a significant effect on increasing the skills of mothers in performing first aid for children with febrile seizures with a ρ-value = 0.000 or less than 0.05.In controlling patterns of delivering health education about febrile seizures, this research calls for increased effort and assistance from local health workers. First aid procedures for children experiencing febrile seizures will become more instinctive or skillful when understanding is followed by frequent demonstrations. .

MR spectroscopy is one way of describing metabolites in tumor tissue without being invasive. Single spectroscopic approach, which is used in Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy and is the most common spectral collection method in MRI modalities. MRi is the establishment of a medical diagnosis based on the principle of magnetic resonance. MRI aircraft produce images in various pieces namely coronal, sagittal, and transverse by not at all using x-rays that produce radiation and also using radioactive substances. Brain tumors are abnormally growing brain tissue cells originating from the brain or meningens, which are benign or malignant tumors that make massive pressure. MRS is a unique non-invasive sequence that helps in the identification of lesion molecules and the difference between malignant and benign lesions. In MRI examination of the brain with tumor cases there are several sequences used, namely Se / Fse Pd / T2, Se / Fse / incoherent spoiled, (DWI) diffusion weighted imaging (1) According to Elmaoglu (2), imaging techniques that can be used for MRI brain tumor cases include axial T1 spin echo, T2 fast recovery fast spin echo, T2 FLAIR, coronal T1 and T1 Axial post contrast injection,  T1 coronal, and T1 sagittal, diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), magnetic resonance angiography, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In taking SVS LESION localizer must be precise on tumor tissue not taking part that is not part of the tumor, analyze tumor area and take SVS NORMAL localizer on other healthy tissue.

This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

The counseling method uses presentations to explain information to the elderly with the aim of health promotion. In addition, there was a question and answer session and education on exercises that can be done at home. The counseling process went smoothly, the elderly could follow and understand the exercises taught to be done at home. This counseling has the potential to reduce pain in the elderly after they do the exercises at home. Counseling activities at the Children and Elderly Posyandu Rw.3 Rampal Celaket, Klojen District, Malang City helped increase the understanding of the elderly about pain in the hands caused by median nerve blockage.

This research aims to analyze the suitability of images and the use of words and punctuation on digital media. The research method used was observation of a digital banner displaying an image of a chair with the words "UP TO 50% OFF" and an image of a meatball bowl with a discount offer of up to 50% as well as the information "Weekend Special Delicious Food Menu." The research results showed that the use of an image of a chair and the meatball bowl effectively supports the message you want to convey. The color design chosen, such as the dominance of orange on the meatball banner, gives an impression that matches the characteristics of the food offered. The use of the word "delicious" in the text "Weekend Special Delicious Food Menu" provides added value in arousing the reader's appetite. In addition, the arrow pointing to the text "Home Delivery" on the meatball banner helps convey delivery service information clearly. The "Order Now" instruction with the addition of a telephone number and website address provides clear guidance to consumers for placing an order. The use of punctuation, such as commas and periods, on the banner effectively separates the information and improves readability.
