Kawin Lari or Kaweng Heka is a marriage carried out by a boy and a girl with the aim of living together. The reason they eloped because their love relationship was not approved by the male's parents. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with an analytic descriptive method, meaning that the data obtained was in the form of words, descriptions, behavior, not in the form of numbers or statistics, but in a qualitative form, which has a richer meaning than just a number or frequency. The research location is located in Wamkana Village, Namrole District, South Buru Regency. So, kaweng heka is really an act that is not in line with the principles of God's Word contained in the Bible and apart from that, this is also an act that is not in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. It will be more beautiful and happier if the marriage is carried out in a good and proper way, so that it does not cause disgrace and also problems in the community and also in the families of both parties or the couple who elopes (Heka). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that basically eloping (kaweng Heka) that occurred in Wamkana village was for two people who both liked and wanted to get married but were hindered by several factors such as not getting the blessing of their parents. , because the dowry is too expensive, social status and so on. Although in the past there were cases of eloping (kaweng heka) because they violated religious values, this rarely happened, it is different from now, then the loss of religious values and customary norms has become one of the factors in the large number of elopeds occurring because of violating values. religion. The thing that causes heka marriage (elope) is because it has violated religious values, besides that it is also because of the child's rather free association and lack of parental control.

This study is entitled "The Role of Leadership in Suppressing the Occurrence of Fraud in Cash Receipts." This study aims to analyze and identify the role and leadership attitude of the Chief Accountant to suppress, minimize, and avoid fraud committed in the process of cash receipts in a hotel that has its own management (not professional management). Based on the data sources that have been identified, it turns out that there is still the potential for fraud to occur in cash receipts. Various data sources that have been obtained say that the occurrence of fraud is caused by the workers themselves. Factors causing the occurrence of fraud come from several things, one of which comes from the mindset and behavior of the perpetrators of the fraud itself. Other factors from the corporate environment can also lead to acts of fraud, namely the inconvenience that is obtained by the perpetrator in working at the company. We then analyze the data sources that have been collected to obtain clear information regarding the occurrence of the fraud. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of data analysis and identification, that the occurrence of fraudulent cash receipts occurs due to the lack of a leader's attitude in the control and supervision strategy carried out. The attitude of a Chief Accountant who pays little attention to these problems makes it easy for fraud to occur. The effectiveness applied by a Chief Accountant and the adoption of a leadership style are still relatively low. It is hoped that the application of the leadership attitude of a Chief Accountant will provide solutions that have a significant effect and be able to overcome this so that it does not happen again in a company.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin inflammation in the form of chronic, recidive dermatitis, accompanied by itching, and hitting certain parts of the body, especially on the face in the baby (infantile phase) and the flexible part of the extremities (in the child phase). Atopic dermatitis often occurs in infants and children, about 50% will disappear in adolescence, but sometimes it can also persist, or even only begin to appear in adulthood. The prevalence of AD is increasing and the increase in the incidence of AD is related to a history of atopy. The etiology of AD is not known with certainty, but it is known to be caused by the interaction of intrinsic and extrinsic factors in AD. Clinically, itching and skin disorders are found according to specific morphology and distribution. Risk factors that are proven to cause and induce AD are skin barrier disorders due to FLG mutations, environmental changes, and diet. FLG mutations can damage the skin barrier function with impaired pH and maintenance of skin hydration. It is known that the causes of multifactor AD and AD cannot be cured, however, only controlled. Therefore, preventive efforts are important, where doctors need to communicate with patients and their families, provide information and education on diseases, and how to treat and prevent recurrences. Because until now there is no ideal treatment regimen for AD patients, so thorough and appropriate management is needed, especially in reducing signs and symptoms, healing and preventing recurrences.
