The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, Siantan District, Riau Islands. Anambas Islands Riau Islands. Design The research design used the Case Control method. The population in this study were all toddlers who experience stunting in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, which is as many as 58 people. The sample in this study were toddlers who experienced stunting 58 people and 58 people were not stunted with the maching technique with a ratio of 1: 1. Analysis Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of parenting patterns p = 0.017, exclusive breastfeeding history p = 0.000 and history of infectious diseases p = 0.005. While the dominant factor influencing the incidence of stunting in toddlers is the history of exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.003 <0.05, with Exp (B) = 11.041 and 95% CI = 3,610-33,768. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of parenting, exclusive breastfeeding history and history of infectious diseases, which does not affect knowledge, attitudes, feeding patterns and immunization status. The dominant factor, namely exclusive breastfeeding history, influences the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, Siantan District, Anambas Islands Regency, Riau Islands. It is suggested that the Tarempa Health Center can create interesting education for mothers, such as conducting workshops/ demonstrations on how to provide good and correct and nutritious food for their children, as well as how to process diverse and nutritious foods so that children get good nutritional intake.

The people in this district, Just like the common society nowadays, get used to consume food added by sintetic addition spicies in which not good for the health particularly can damage important internal body organ. Beside that, the habit to consume over amount of nutrition can be trigers to various illness. These things are actually can be prevented by food management with balance nutritions which can be gained from various kind of vegetable. Hence, there is important to held training and workshop about the way to consume vegetable to maintain people health in this area. Training and workshop will give information about the benefits of each kind of vegetables, the way to get extract, and how to consume them properly. The information about 5 elements vegetable extract soup will help the people in this area to maintain their heatlh better. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi kelemahan data survey pemetaan politik. Tingkat akurasi data salah satunya disebabkan intrumen survey yang disusun kurang kredible. Aspek relibilitas dan validitas instrument belum melalui skrinning yang cukup. Secara khusus pengabdian ditujukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan ketrampilan tehnis dalam hal (a) menentukan instrument survey yang dapat digunakan dalam survey pemetaan politik pemilihan umum kepala daerah; (b) menyusun instrument kusioner yang baik dan benar guna melakukan survey pemetaan politik pemilihan umum kepala daerah. Metode pengabdian berbentuk workshop. Peserta diberikan materi pengetahuan disekitar penyusunan instrument survey, menyusun pertanyaan kuisioner secara efektif, tehnik wawancara efektif dan menyampaian data lapangan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan di Solo Raya Polling melibatkan duabelas pengurus dan team survey. This study aims to conduct legal socialization regarding the dangers of bullying for teenagers through social media at SMA Taman Siswa Sukadamai. Bullying is becoming an increasingly concerning phenomenon among teenagers, especially with the widespread use of social media. This has triggered the expansion of legal socialization efforts to increase awareness of these dangers. The methods used in this community service include counseling, workshops, and the provision of educational materials tailored to social media platforms. The results indicate an improvement in teenagers' understanding of the legal implications of bullying and an enhancement of their abilities to manage conflicts constructively. These steps are crucial in creating a safe school environment and supporting positive adolescent growth. Through effective legal socialization, it is hoped that bullying cases can be reduced and that an inclusive and empathetic school culture can be fostered. In conclusion, efforts to socialize the law regarding the dangers of bullying for teenagers through social media at SMA have a significant positive impact on raising awareness and changing adolescent behaviors related to bullying.

This study aims to investigate the role of legal socialization at Vocational High School (SMK) Taman Siswa Kisaran in preventing online gambling practices among adolescents, as well as to understand the legal implications that adolescents may face when involved in such activities. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with teaching staff, students, and legal experts, along with observation of the legal socialization activities conducted at the school. The findings indicate that SMK Taman Siswa Kisaran has implemented various legal socialization activities, including workshops, seminars, and extracurricular activities, to enhance students' understanding of the legal consequences of online gambling. However, challenges in the implementation of legal socialization were identified, such as resource constraints and lack of support from relevant parties. Potential legal repercussions for adolescents include criminal penalties, fines, and long-term consequences related to criminal records. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of the school's role in disseminating information about the laws related to online gambling to adolescents, emphasizing the need for greater support from the school, government, and other relevant institutions to enhance prevention efforts. The implications of this research include the development of more effective legal socialization strategies and the necessity for collaborative efforts among various stakeholders to address the issue of online gambling among adolescents. Thus, this study underscores the urgency and relevance of prevention efforts against online gambling practices among adolescents through legal socialization approaches in the educational environment.

Road infrastructure development is a crucial step in enhancing connectivity and economic growth in a region. However, often, road construction can have negative impacts on the environment if not managed properly. The preparation of an Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) is one approach that can minimize these negative impacts and maintain a balance between development and the environment. This community service aims to increase the understanding of the community in Negeri Hila, Central Maluku, about the importance of AMDAL in road development. Through various participatory and educational activities, the service team aims to provide information about the AMDAL process, its benefits in road development, and the importance of community involvement in environmental impact assessments. The methods used in this community service include interactive workshops, group discussions, and the distribution of educational materials on AMDAL. Additionally, the service team collaborates with relevant institutions to provide training to local government staff on the AMDAL process to enhance understanding and effective implementation. The results of this community service are expected to create awareness among the community about the importance of AMDAL in road development and their active role in decision-making related to environmental impacts. Furthermore, it is hoped that this initiative will encourage the broader implementation of AMDAL in development projects in the region to achieve sustainable and highly supportive environments.

The lack of OCB behavior shown by some nurses, namely, only formal tasks that can be completed optimally without being supported by behaviors that support the creation of extra performance more than expected. The low form of OCB behavior in oneself can be seen from not caring about the work of colleagues, when the work is finished, often complaining about work and hospital policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at the Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were nurses at the inpatient installation of the Stella Maris Hospital in Makassar, totaling 131 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior for nurses. It is recommended to the hospital management to be able to make meetings and hold workshops, by providing support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it is easier for subordinates to convey innovative ideas and can also hold trainings for employees who can help improve creativity and innovative behavior of employees.

Education in the current digital era demands the use of smart technology and social media platforms in the learning process to suit the character of the digital generation. However, the competence of lecturers in Indonesia in this regard is still limited. Therefore, the workshop "Revolutionary Strategies for Modern Learning Through the Integration of Smart Technology and Social Media Platforms for Digital Generation Education" is important to implement. This workshop aims to provide understanding and skills to 187 lecturers in implementing technology and social media for learning innovation for digital generation students. Workshop material includes smart technology trends, use of social media platforms, digital evaluation and assessment strategies, as well as discussion of challenges and opportunities for integrating technology and social media in digital era learning. Participants' enthusiasm was quite high and the evaluation results showed that 91% were interested in implementing modern learning strategies after the workshop.

The company's problems still revolve around human resources surviving in the era of globalization. This research aims to analyze accounting systems, human resources on employee performance. One of the key elements for the successful implementation of an efficient organization is human resources. Facilities, abundant infrastructure and resources all support this, but without the help of human resources, company operations cannot be handled effectively. A reliable, high-performance power source is required. The increasing complexity of the legal system, the awareness that humans are a very useful instrument for increasing productivity and understanding the negative impacts of ineffective human resource management are the main causes of the increasing importance of human resources. The analytical method that the author uses in this research is comparative and qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of the research show that: the implementation of the human resources employee accounting system for the performance of the Daniyah Lubis Motor Workshop is in accordance with the study theory. In implementing the Human Resources Accounting system, Daniyah Lubis Motor Workshop is still less effective, this can be seen from the contribution of employee performance.

The aim of the research is to find out the problems faced by PAI teachers in implementing the independent curriculum, as well as to find out what solutions PAI teachers use to overcome the problems faced in learning Islamic Religious Education in the independent curriculum at vocational schools. Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. To achieve the above objectives, a descriptive qualitative research approach was used with a case study type approach, based on the problem formulation, objectives and benefits of the research. The key instrument is the PAI teacher and the supporting informants are the school principal and head of curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. After that the data was analyzed by source triangulation, namely by comparing the results of the interview with the data obtained. The results of the research show that the problems experienced by PAI teachers are: (1) difficulty changing old habits and thought patterns because they are used to the 2013 Curriculum. (2) Lack of teacher readiness in differentiated learning is influenced by limited references. (3) there is no awareness of students to play an active and creative role. (4) limited learning support facilities. Solutions implemented by teachers include: attending workshops, seminars and training related to the Independent Curriculum, sharing experiences with other teachers, and providing motivation for students to be active and creative in learning.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism (Diskopar) Dumai City in tourism development and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of a tourism data and information officer at Diskopar Kota Dumai and a community tourism actor. The data were analyzed using an interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Diskopar Kota Dumai plays an active role based on three role indicators: institutional position, social expectations, and implementation. The institution is involved not only in policy formulation but also in maintenance, monitoring, training workshops, event organization, and management of public tourism spaces. Supporting factors include regional tourism potential, digital promotion, regulatory documents, and regional budget support. Inhibiting factors include suboptimal maintenance of tourist sites, illegal levies in unmanaged areas, and uneven information access due to limited network coverage. Overall, the role of the Dumai City Diskopar is functioning but still requires strengthening in supervision, facility management, and equitable promotion.

Advances in artificial intelligence technology are increasingly being used to accelerate and improve the quality of various fields of work, including academic research. Referring to this, online training on the use of AI software for 287 lecturers from universities throughout Indonesia has been interactive. This 3-day training provides practical learning regarding the features and benefits of software such as Claude, GPT-3, and Elicit as well as Publish or Perish for literature review assistance; quantitative and qualitative data analysis; writing drafts of scientific articles; to editing published works. Post-training evaluation shows a significant increase in lecturers' digital literacy in utilizing artificial intelligence to accelerate the research cycle and publication of reputable journals. The enthusiasm of the participants shows the urgency of expanding similar programs so that lecturer competence is more competitive in the industrial era 4.0 to increase the productivity and quality of research and scientific work in higher education institutions in Indonesia.

The objectives of this community service (PKM) are (1) Increasing the entrepreneurial capacity building of UPPKA Kelut Makmur (Klagen-Wilayut Makmur) cadres in Wilayut Village, (2) UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres have the provision of soft skills and hard skills to carry out businesses with competitive advantages, (3) Ice Cream Products "Food Healty" can be developed for business. The target is 15 UPPKA Kelut Makmur cadres who are members who manage village businesses. The problems faced are: a. Do not have capacity building as a provision for the ability to do business; b. Limited facilities and infrastructure; d. Lack of product creativity; e. Lack of product creativity. Lack of product creativity; e. Competence of managers who are still conventional; f. Do not have an integrated business model. Not having an integrated business model. The solution to the problem is an entrepreneurship training programme, through the concept of creative business through electronic media based on socio-technopreneurship. The ice cream business will be developed to be distributed to toddler and elderly posyandu and general customers. The programmes carried out are: conducting a business development programme workshop. The results of PkM are improving soft skills and hard skills of UPPKA Kelut Makmur members as novice business people.

This research aims to reveal the role of madrasa head leadership in improving teacher performance at MAS Islamiyah Tamiang. The research background illustrates the importance of educational leadership in achieving the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions. The focus of the research is on the duties and functions of the madrasa head in Learning Management (PBM) at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Tamiang. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, field notes, documentation and observation. The research results show that madrasa heads play an active role in improving teacher performance by involving them in training, training, seminars and other activities. Routine supervision is carried out to accompany and improve the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the madrasah principal provides motivation, rewards, and includes teachers in workshops to improve professional competence. The research conclusion shows that the leadership of the madrasa head has a positive impact on teacher performance. The madrasa head carries out his role by involving teachers in various activities that support competency development. However, the research also identified several weaknesses in the supervision of teacher discipline and use of time, as well as suggestions for improving the optimization of supervision by madrasah heads.  

Productivity is an indicator of a company's performance. In 2021 to 2023, a precast concrete construction and manufacturing company had difficulty achieving its spun pile production target of 3,480 tons/month. This condition causes the company's productivity to fluctuate and tend to decrease overall. This study aims to evaluate the decline in productivity by measuring the value of productivity based on 3 criteria, namely material, labor and machine criteria. The method used is Objective Matrix (OMAX). The productivity value in the production years 2021 to 2023 fluctuates with a downward average value. The highest productivity value in the 2021 production year occurred in period 8 with a value of 748 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 6 with a value of 170. The highest productivity value in the 2022 production year occurred in period 21 with a value of 638 while the lowest productivity value occurred in period 14 with a value of 166. The highest productivity value in production year 2023 occurs in period 26 with a value of 966 while the lowest productivity value occurs in period 27 with a value of 0. Criteria that contribute less to productivity and need to be improved are labor criteria that show values below the average. While the material and machinery criteria show values that tend to be below average. While the material and machine criteria show values that tend to be good, with the application of OMAX, PT XYZ can improve partial productivity and total productivity in the future and identify factors that cause a decrease in productivity.

A headmaster in the organization is needed to bring the organization to its intended purpose. Improved performance of teachers is crucial regarding the success of the institution of school / madrasah, because of changes in the field of teacher education will be achieved. In this study, researchers sought to present the existence of a central figure, namely: the principal, who is considered to have contributed to the improvement of the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data was collected through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques, researchers used data reduction, data presentation and verification. To check the validity of the data is done with credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability, using a variety of sources, theories and methods in order to obtain objective data. The informants are: headmaster, waka curriculum, and 3 educators. The results showed that: (1) The role of headmaster in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin Ciptodadi are: a) the head of the madrasah as a supervisor, b) As an evaluator, c) As an educator. (2) Strategy headmaster in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin Ciptodadi Overlapping are: a) Generating the spirit of the performance of teachers by growing sense of belonging to the institution, b) Cooperation with other agencies to include workshops and training, c) Increase that task teachers, d) Form of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is, e) to communicate persuasively and provide welfare beyond basic salary, g) strategy gave the order in accordance with the duties and strategies reprimand, h) strategy receive suggestions and strategies for creating a disciplined group. (3) Impact headmaster strategy in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Al Mujahidin Ciptodadi Overlapping are: a) Always make lesson planning, b) Using a variety of learning methods, c) Creating a classroom climate conducive, d) uses the medium of learning.    

Objective to mobilize local communities to want to become entrepreneurs by developing all the potential around them, especially for members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" Karangbendo, Kapanewon Banguntapan Bantul. Problem there is still a low level of entrepreneurial spirit and limited knowledge about entrepreneurship, especially for members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha", which has not been developed optimally. Method opening a mindset regarding entrepreneurship and providing motivation and practical knowledge to members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" by providing workshops and discussions with business people and new members who do not yet have their own business. Results: Interest in entrepreneurship among members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" is very high, especially for new members of the cooperative. For this reason, partnerships are needed with more established business actors and universities so that new local entrepreneurs emerge more quickly among the younger generation.

Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets.
