The traditional food and beverage industry in Medan, Indonesia, is undergoing significant changes as Industry 5.0 technology becomes more integrated. This research explores the impact of this transformation through data analysis from 143 traditional culinary businesses. The focus is on evaluating the extent to which Industry 5.0 has been adopted, identifying factors that drive or hinder its adoption, and analyzing how this affects business operations and customer experiences. We utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationship between business characteristics, workforce readiness, Industry 5.0 adoption, and its implications for operational and customer experiences. We used descriptive statistics to understand demographic and technological profiles, while measurement model evaluation demonstrated the validity and reliability of our survey. Path analysis and bootstrap analysis were employed to confirm relationships, while fit model evaluation, R², and Q² provided insights into overall model robustness. Our findings contribute to academic knowledge, provide guidance for business owners in making strategic decisions, and establish standards for future research on Industry 5.0 adoption in the traditional sector.

This study investigates the influence of socioeconomic status (SES) on health behaviors and outcomes among Indonesian adolescents. Using data from schools across regions with varied socio-economic profiles, the research examines how income, education, and family stability affect physical activity, dietary habits, and mental health in adolescents. Results reveal that lower SES is associated with unhealthy behaviors and poorer health outcomes, such as reduced physical activity, imbalanced diets, and higher levels of stress. These findings suggest a pressing need for tailored interventions in low-income areas to improve adolescent health outcomes.

Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The essence of this independent curriculum is independent learning. This aims to enable students to explore their respective interests, potential and talents.

BACKGROUND Children require special attention as the nation's next generation who will become valuable assets for future development, so that quality human resources can be formed. The first five years of human life greatly influence a child's growth and development for the next stage, especially for physical growth and intelligence. One of the factors that influences the child's growth process is nutritional status which determines success in improving the quality of human resources (Nurrizka and Saputra, 2015). The main causes of death in the group of children under five (12-59 months) were diarrhea at 10.3% and pneumonia at 9.4%. Other causes of death include dengue fever, congenital heart defects, drowning, injuries, accidents, other congenital disorders, COVID-19, parasitic infections and other causes. (Indonesia Health Profile, 2021). Undernutrition or overnutrition (malnutrition) will happen if food consumption patterns are wrong (Oemar, Novita, 2015). In 2017, 22.2% or around 150.8 million children under five in the world experienced malnutrition. However, this figure has decreased compared to data in 2000, namely 32.6%. In 2017, more than half of children under five experiencing malnutrition in the world came from Asia (55%) while more than a third (39%) lived in Africa. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019).   OBJECTIVE To analyze the pattern of nutritional intake on children's growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and child growth, showing that the majority of respondents with good nutritional intake patterns have children with normal growth, namely 14 (77.8%). From the results of the chi-square test, it was found that the p value was 0.001 or less than 0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted that Nutritional Parenting Patterns on Child Growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023

Introduction: 3-month injection KB (Depo Progestin) is a contraceptive method that can be used effectively and has good working power for mothers. The use of 3-month injectable birth control aims to delay or prevent pregnancy, space pregnancies, and terminate pregnancies. Mother's knowledge plays an important role in choosing birth control; the more knowledge the mother has, the more influential she is in choosing injectable contraceptives. Based on Indonesia's profile data in 2019, there was an increase in contraceptive use in women, namely 50% to 64% in the 1991–2017 period, but in 2019 it decreased to 62.5%. The most dominant contraceptive method used in 2019 was the injection contraceptive method as much as 63.7% (Central Statistics Agency data) and based on health profile data for Central Java province in 2021, there is an increase in the use of injectable birth control among married women aged 15–49 years, namely 57.68%. Objective: This study aims to determine the determinants of mother's knowledge on the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of the Pringapus Health Center. Metodes: This research method uses a cross-sectional research method and a purposive sampling approach. The sample used in this study was 92 respondents, and the location of this research was in the working area of the Pringapus Health. Results: Based on data analysis the result is that mothers with good knowledge are 53 (57.7%) respondents, and the accuracy in choosing the answer "Yes" (correct) is 83 (90.2%) of respondents. Then the results obtained have a p-value of 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge and the accuracy of choosing 3-month injectable birth control (Progestin Depo) in the working area of the Pringapus Health Center.
