Ismayanti (2010: 22) says that the benefits derived from the development of the tourism industry will be felt by stakeholders consisting of local governments, the business world and the community as tourists and as hosts, each related party has roles in running the wheels of industry. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the village office in Tommo District, Mamuju Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative with a total of 80 employees who were used as samples with the sampling technique using saturated samples. The data used in this study were primary data obtained directly from data sources using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, validation test, reliability, hypothesis test (T test). The results of testing leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

The objectives of this research are (1) To determine whether there is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bima City Industrial and Trade Cooperative Service office, (2) To determine whether or not there is an influence of Workload on Employee Performance at the Bima City Industrial and Trade Cooperative Service office. (3) To determine whether there is an influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service office. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Cooperative Industry and Trade of the City of Bima, totaling 60 people. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with 40 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, analysis of correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination, T test, and f test, using the SPSS v20 program. Based on the results of data processing using the T test and F test methods, it is known that the Work Discipline and Work Load variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Cooperative Industry and Trade Office. Partially, the results of this research show that the Work Discipline variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bima City Cooperative Industry and Trade Office. Meanwhile, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance at the Bima City Cooperative Industry and Trade office.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and employee commitment on the performance of civil servants at the village office in Cipedes sub-district, Tasikmalaya city. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 41 respondents from civil servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Leadership Style and Employee Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance in Civil Servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance. Employee Commitment partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance.

The research aim to measure the community satisfaction index as service users and improve the quality of public services. The data was obtained by observing and distributing questionarires to the public using birth certificate processing services with asample of 65 respondents. The types of data used in this research are promary anf secondary data. Data analysys techniques is descriptive quantitative method by calculating the percentage of aech category of answers based on PEMENPAN No 14 of 2017. The result of the research show that the community satisfaction index at the Lembang Nononga Selatan, which can be seen from the 9 indicators in accordance with PERMENPAN No 14of 2017 with the average service quality at the conversion value of the community satisfaction index of 85,475

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the Tourism and Culture Office of Sikka Regency in the 2019 – 2021 budget period. expenditure and income in each existing organization. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The research results for the level of effectiveness of budget implementation in 2019-2021 are overall quite effective and the level of efficiency in 2019-2021 is overall inefficient, while the growth rate has also experienced increases and decreases. The Sikka Regency Tourism and Culture Office should pay attention to the situation and conditions, so that the budget that has been prepared can be realized properly.

Every company has an audit with the aim of checking whether the financial statements that have been made are presented in accordance with the reporting standards. The importance of the role of the auditor in the audit process requires the auditor to be able to work optimally. There are several factors that influence the auditor in conducting an audit, one of which is the auditor's experience and auditor ethics. The purposes of conducting this research are: 1) To find out whether Auditor Experience has a partial effect on Audit Quality, 2) To find out whether auditor ethics have a partial effect on Audit Quality, and 3 To find out whether Auditor Experience and auditor ethics have a simultaneous effect on Audit Quality. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research is also included in the causal quantitative research conducted at KAP in Surabaya. The population in this study were auditors who worked at the Arsono and Jimmy Public Accounting Firms, Teramihardja, Pradhono, Chandra and Danny Wibowo KAPs, with a total sample of 30 people. Data comes from primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that: 1) Auditor experience influences Audit Quality, 2) Auditor Ethics influences Audit Quality, and 3) Auditor Experience and auditor ethics simultaneously influence Audit Quality. Therefore, it is hoped that the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Surabaya can improve Auditor Experience and Auditor Ethics to improve audit quality..

Indonesia merupakan daerah yang sering mengalami gempa bumi karena itu, konstruksi bangunan harus didesain sesuai dengan standar peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku struktur dan skema terjadinya plastifikasi pada elemen struktur, serta menentukan level kinerja struktur gedung agar tetap kokoh saat terjadi gempa. Analisis pushover dengan displacement coefficient methode FEMA 440 (2005) yang berbasis statik nonlinier digunakan untuk mengetahui level kinerja struktur bangunan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada gedung beton bertulang RND PT Bernofarm Sidoarjo yang berfungsi sebagai kantor dan laboratorium di bidang farmasi. Gedung tersebut dibangun pada tahun 2015 dengan 6 lantai dan tinggi 28 meter. Sendi plastis baru dapat diketahui dengan melakukan analisis pushover. Digunakan program ETABS v.19 dan SAP2000 v.22 untuk analisis pushover sehingga diperoleh nilai perpindahan untuk arah X dan Y sebesar 0,311 m sehingga level kinerja struktur gedung ialah Damage Control. Pada kategori ini, bila terjadi gempa, elemen struktural gedung mengalami kerusakan minimal sehingga gedung masih dapat digunakan setelah terjadi gempa, namun fasilitas atau kelengkapan operasional gedung mungkin ada yang tidak dapat digunakan sehingga diperlukan perbaikan sebelum digunakan kembali. Ancaman terhadap korban jiwa sangat kecil.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) To determine the Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, (3) To determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Office of the Disaster Management Agency Bima city area. The type of research used in this research is associative. The population in the study were all employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office, Kota Bima, totaling 62 people and a sample of 30 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the research based on the t test and f test show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Career Development has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, (3) Work Motivation and Career Development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Bima City Regional Disaster Management Agency office. x

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tax service quality and understanding of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliance. This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study is all taxpayers who report to the Maumere Pratama Tax Service Office amounting to 23,931 taxpayers. The sample in this study used the slovin formula with a total of 100 taxpayers. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, where the research instrument used the Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of SPSS programs, descriptive statistics, data quality tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the study are known that the quality of tax services and understanding of tax regulations partially or simultaneously affect the compliance of individual taxpayers.

Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Sharia Sub-Branch Office is one of the banks that is competing to earn its income by making a Smart iB savings product which is one of the superior savings products at the bank and uses the Mudharabah Mutlaqah principle where the mudharabah contract gives full freedom to mudharib in managing capital provided by shahibul mal. Mudharib can use this capital for investment or business. This Smart iB Savings uses a ratio or profit sharing that will later be mutually agreed upon.

In this era of digital revolution, technological developments have occurred in an evolution in media technology and one of them is the personnel management information system. The management information system assists in carrying out the duties of all State Civil Apparatuses within the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Judging from the importance of SIMPEG, this research will analyze how SIMPEG is implemented in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the SIMPEG implementation process and the obstacles experienced, as well as how it impacts the community related to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the City of Padangsidimpuan. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees. The results of this study are that the application of SIMPEG in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the city of Padangsidimpuan is in the effective category which makes it easier for employees to carry out their work and speeds up administrative processes, especially in the field of staffing.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Growth Rate and Contribution of Advertising Tax Revenue to Sikka District Regional Tax Revenue. The type of research used is descriptive-quantitative. Quantitative-descriptive is a method that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation using numbers starting from data collection, interpretation of the data as well as the appearance and results. The data analysis technique in this study uses the growth rate analysis formula and the contribution formula. The results of this study show that the average growth rate of advertisement tax revenue for 2017-2021 reaches 72% and the growth rate of local tax revenue reaches 49%. The average contribution of advertisement tax revenue to regional taxes in 2017-2021 reached 1.07% with very low criteria. Efforts made by BAPENDA of Sikka Regency to increase advertisement tax revenue through intensification and extensification.

Ocularcentrisme menjadi sebuah kepercayaan yang didasarkan hanya pada yang dilihat. Kepercayaan ini membentuk persepsi–persepsi pada otak manusia pada setiap objek yang ada di sekitarnya.   Pandemic   fatigue   di   Indonesia   adalah   hal   yang berdampak besar  pada  pembentukan mental  dalam  menghadapi pandemi. Gejala mental ini menjadi awal mula tingginya kasus burnout dan depresi yang terjadi saat bekerja. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghubungkan tingkatan perilaku yang terjadi pada seseorang dengan gejala pandemic fatigue dalam mempengaruhi pemikiran okularsentrisme pada satu desain ruang kantor yang akan digagas dalam sudut pandang neuroarsitektur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam koridor penelitian eksperimental dengan pengolahan data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SEM  (Structural Equation Modelling)  menggunakan software SEM – PLS. dalam melihat kondisi pandemic fatigue saat bekerja terdapat  4 set variabel internal, dan 4 variabel (workload, workflow, work-conflict, dan work climate) dengan 4 sub variabel itu ruang aktifitas, waktu dan prokes yang dipengaruhi secara eksternal. Analisis stastistik dengan menggunakan SEM digunakan untuk mencari korelasi antara pengaruh eksternal terhadap internalnya. Hasil   dari   penelitian   ini   terdapat   5   tingkatan   gejala kelelahan yang mempengaruhi dilihat dari nilai loading faktor > 0,5 yaitu   mulai dari workclimate, workflow, workload, workconflict, hingga motivasi dan kemampuan diri. Hubungan tersebut diperjelas dengan hasil pembentukan okularsentrisme dari 10 stimulus desain ruang kerja yang diberikan. Sehingga temuan ini menjadi sebuah pembuktian bahwa dalam membuat desain ruang kerja  terdapat 12 elemen ruang yang harus diolah. Dan satu tempat yang nyaman dan dan aman dari era pandemi adalah pada ruang kerja Pribadinya.

  The study is based on the problems that occurred in passport management at the immigration office of class ii before the release of the apapo and m-passport applications, and the supervision and services that passport care applicants face such as less effective assurance of service, inefficient institutional performance efficiency, queue issues at the slow service bureau, People had to wait a long time to manage passports, but sometimes it was also unclear that their services, once applied online, still lacked the requirement of service to manage passports and were unable to schedule the days and times. Immigration office class II TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun applies to information technologies based on applications systems and some service innovations such as friendly ham, eazy passport, sicross and sijamat are a step to make it easier in the process of better passport management management. The study aims to know the effect after information technology has been applied to passport management services and to use a qualitative approach or type of descriptive with the paradigm used is constructivism, which suggests that knowledge is not only the construct of subject thought studied and related to this study of the subjective and subjective realities rather than the product of experience alone, But it is a construct by thinking with the application of applications for information technology service. The theory used by the sangkala (2013) analysed is five major indicators or strategies of innovation in the government sector: integrated services, decentralized services and monitoring services, joint operation, citizen outreach, and the introduction of communication and information technology. Instruments of data gathering that are interviews, observations, and documentation and data triangulation. Research shows that the application of information technology to passport management services is so far beyond optimal that the system may have a problem determining schedules because of unstable tissues, it is seen that the service is integrated and based on the soup and brings the ease felt by society.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. By describing, describing, recording, analyzing, interpreting events and facts into research results. The results of the study show that employee performance evaluation has been carried out routinely through SKP (Employee Performance Targets). Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning, Bima Regency. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this study was 89 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. Partially, The results of the study show that communication has no significant effect on job satisfaction and motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima Regency. The results of the study show that communication and motivation simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Bima Regency. by 64.2%.

The background of this research is that the performance of field technical officers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service is still not optimal. The contributing factors are office facilities, work motivation and work discipline of Animal Health Technical Officers which also do not support performance implementation. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out and describe office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Animal Health Technical Officers. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of the study showing that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if the office facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Health Technical officers. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work discipline increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. The application of good governance in public services in the district is expected to create a government system that is more responsive, accountable and oriented to the interests of the community. This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Semarang District Office of Semarang City as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the district head, service section head and service users. The results of the study show that the principles of accountability have been implemented through coordination, program outreach, effective communication, officer competence, commitment, honesty and democracy, the principles of transparency have been implemented through information disclosure and easy access to services, democratic principles have been implemented through the involvement of officers, accountability, integrity, following up on public complaints and a straightforward mechanism. The application of the principle of the Rule of Law is carried out by providing services to the public that are fair and do not discriminate, employees carry out their duties in accordance with existing rules. Factors supporting the implementation of good governance in the East Semarang District Office are effective communication; adequate resources; disposition shows honesty, commitment, and democracy; The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the program implementation mechanism according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and is easy to understand as stated in the program/policy guidelines and implementing organizational structure. The obstacles are the lack of understanding by the apparatus of the principles of Good Governance, inadequate facilities and lack of discipline by the apparatus during working hours and the lack of community participation.
