The proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) devices has introduced significant security challenges, necessitating robust attack detection mechanisms. This study presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of ten supervised learning algorithms for IoT attack detection and classification, addressing the critical challenge of balancing detection accuracy with practical deployment constraints. Using the CICIoT2023 dataset, encompassing data from 105 IoT devices and 33 attack types, we evaluate Naive Bayes, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Logistic Regression (LR), k-NN, XGBoost, Random Forest (RF), LightGBM, GRU, LSTM, and CNN algorithms based on some performance metrics. The comparative test results show superior performance to the traditional ensemble approach, with RF achieving 99.29% accuracy and leading precision (82.30%), followed closely by XGBoost with 99.26% accuracy and 79.60% precision. Deep learning approaches also demonstrate strong capabilities, with CNN achieving 98.33% accuracy and 71.18% precision, though these metrics indicate ongoing challenges with class imbalance. The analysis of confusion matrices reveals varying success across different attack types, with some algorithms showing perfect detection rates for certain attacks while struggling with others. The study highlights a crucial distinction in IoT security: while high precision remains important, the potentially catastrophic impact of missed attacks necessitates equal attention to recall metrics, as evidenced by the varying recall rates across algorithms (RF: 72.19%, XGBoost: 71.69%, CNN: 64.72%). These findings provide vital insights for developing balanced, context-aware intrusion detection systems for IoT environments, emphasizing the need to consider performance metrics and practical deployment constraints.

Examination of a criminal case in a judicial process essentially aims to find the material truth, namely the complete truth of a criminal case by applying the provisions of criminal procedural law honestly and in a timely manner with the aim of finding out who the perpetrator is who can be charged with committing something. violation of law. Making a post mortem et repertum gives the full duty to the doctor as an implementer in the field to assist the prosecutor in determining the direction of the charges that will be brought against the defendant, as well as assisting the judge in finding the material truth in deciding the criminal case. This research includes normative legal research, so the legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The technique for collecting legal materials that will be used as a source in this research is library research, namely collecting legal materials by reading statutory regulations, official documents, journals, articles from the internet, and other literature that is closely related to The issues discussed are based on secondary legal materials. The presence of the Pretrial Institution provides a warning that law enforcers must be careful in carrying out their legal actions and every legal action must be based on applicable legal provisions, meaning that they must be able to exercise restraint and distance themselves from arbitrary actions. Thus, it is clear that organizing pretrial proceedings is not an easy task considering that the activities of one law enforcement agency to assess and test the work patterns of other law enforcement agencies is definitely work that must be carried out carefully and mastering all law enforcement mechanisms. The judiciary in Indonesia, one of whose tasks is to examine laws against the constitution, is what we often call judicial review. This judicial review is carried out to protect the rights of citizens who feel disadvantaged by the enactment of a law. In this case, what concerns the author is the judicial review of article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which in this article is felt to be detrimental to someone who is designated as a suspect by investigators, because the article does not regulate the determination of suspects as pre-trial objects.

The aim of this comparative study is to identify the criminal responsibility for extremism through electronic means in modern legislation for which the researcher used the comparative analytical method. The research problem is centred on the statement of the objective provisions of criminal responsibility for the crime of extremism through electronic means in both Iraqi law and comparative laws. The study relied on a number of primary and secondary references both past and present to collect legal information. The study concluded a number of the most important results, namely that extremism using electronic means is the aggression emanating from pirates using electronic means with the aim of disrupting security and public order and extorting the authorities by seizing public and private funds and damaging property. Results also show that the competent court in considering the crime of extremism using electronic means is the State Security Court in Iraqi law, and we see the Iraqi legislator in the Iraqi Constitution of 2005 was unique in reducing the penalty until amnesty for those who provide information about cyber attacks. The study recommended that there should be a clear text for the crime to define the electronic means as per the Iraqi legislator, while the modern legislations came in conjunction and close to the Jordanian legislator, as well as the French law, the Algerian and Egyptian legislator. The study also recommends that the Iraqi legislator follow the example of the Jordanian legislator in issuing a special law for electronic crimes and contain the text of criminalising the crime of cyber extremism. The study also stresses the need for judges to have sufficient knowledge of electronic means and the Internet in order to consider cases in this regard by preparing courses for them and all those working in the field of combating cyber extremism crimes. This is particularly true since the threat is carried out through the Internet and electronic means.

Advances in information and internet technologies have significantly transformed the business environment, including the financial sector. The COVID-19 pandemic has further accelerated this digital adoption, expanding the e-commerce industry and highlighting the necessity for secure online transactions. Credit Card Fraud Detection (CCFD) stands critical as the prevalence of fraudulent activities continues to rise with the increasing volume of online transactions. Traditional methods for detecting fraud, such as rule-based systems and basic machine learning models, tend to fail to keep pace with fraudsters' evolving tactics. This study proposes a novel ensemble deep learning-based approach that combines Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Gated Recurrent Units (GRU), and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) with the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique and Edited Nearest Neighbors (SMOTE-ENN) to address class imbalance and improve detection accuracy. The methodology integrates CNN for feature extraction, GRU for sequential transaction analysis, and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) as a meta-learner in a stacking framework. By leveraging SMOTE-ENN, the proposed approach enhances data balance and prevents overfitting. With synthetic data, the robustness and accuracy of the model have been improved, particularly in scenarios where fraudulent examples are scarce. The experiments conducted on real-world credit card transaction datasets have established that our approach outperforms existing methods, achieving higher metrics performance.

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife whose aim is to form a happy and eternal family (household) based on the belief in the Almighty God. Law 1/1974 refers to the validity of a marriage held by Indonesian citizens based on the laws of their respective religions and beliefs. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage process in relation to Hindu Religious Marriages and analyze the validity of Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriages Based on Marriage Law in Indonesia. It becomes a problem when a community of Towani Tolotang believers are "forced" to choose Hinduism among the religions recognized by the government, which then relegates their belief to just a custom. The next big question about how the Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage process relates to Hindu Religious Marriages is how is the validity of the Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage based on Marriage Law in Indonesia. The research was carried out in Sidrap Regency, Panrenge Telelimpoe Village, Province. South Sulawesi, data collection was obtained using interviews and analyzing data from literature references, either from books or from journals via the internet. After the data obtained has been collected, it will then be discussed and explained in accordance with applicable regulations and the final results will be concluded. The results of the conclusions must be in accordance with the research results from the title "The Validity of Marriage in the Towani Tolotang Traditional Perspective (Study in Sidrap Regency, South Sulawesi Province)", Based on the results of the analysis and interviews regarding Towani Tolotang Traditional Marriage and Hinduism, namely that the procedure or process of marriage what is carried out by the Towani Tolotang Custom is not the same as the provisions of the marriage procedures in Hinduism, furthermore the Towani Tolotang Customary Marriage is declared valid according to the provisions of the Law. Marriage in Indonesia is because the marriage is carried out in accordance with the principles or principles and values contained in Law 1/1974.

Technological advances have had a major impact on the development of tradelaw. This applies in Indonesia. Information and communication technology, especially the Internet, has changed the way trade is conducted from traditional to digital or e-commerce methods. Thiscreatestheneedfor legal regulationsthattakeintoaccountnewtrendssuch as personal data protection, electronic transaction security, the validity of digital documents, and consumer protection in the digital space. The enactment of the Electronic Transaction Information Law (UU ITE) and laws and regulations in the field of electronic commerce, such as Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 (PMSE), is clear evidence that trade law is adapting to technology. Furthermore, technological development also encourage the emergence of blockchain-based smart contracts, which require legal recognition and adaptation of their validity. However, the impact of this technology also creates challenges such as the digital divide, lack of legal literacy among SMEs, and challenges of cross-border law enforcement in international transactions. Therefore, building an inclusive, technologically sensitive, and adaptive commercial legal system requires synergy between regulators, economicactors, and the community.
