A person's preferences in choosing food are very subjective.  Currently, many young people prefer fast food or modern food over traditional food, because they think that modern food is prestigious food, without considering that fast food contains more chemicals which have side effects on health. Method  Data collection is by using a quantitative approach to obtain data in the form of numbers or statistics.  where data collection was carried out using a questionnaire whose contents were statements that could measure consumer perceptions. It turned out that after research was conducted on 23 students, 50% of these students consumed fast food more often than traditional food even though their understanding of chemicals and their effects was quite high.  beside him.  Judging from the results, 95.8% of the students knew that fast food contains more dangerous chemicals than traditional food. A high level of understanding of chemicals apparently does not affect a person's preference for the food they consume, because a person still prioritizes desires.  compared to needs, namely the need for food with few chemicals for health.  

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

Globalization has driven profound changes in educational curricula. A more inclusive and globally oriented approach is becoming a major trend. The Islamic education curriculum is not immune from these changes. There are efforts to integrate Islamic educational materials with a broader understanding of the world and global culture. In some cases, Islamic education curricula adopt a more progressive approach with a focus on critical thinking skills, foreign languages, and digital literacy. Globalization has introduced various new learning approaches and methods. Traditional Islamic education, which often consists of rote memorization and reproduction of sacred texts, faces pressure to adopt an approach more oriented towards understanding social and global contexts. Globalization has opened access to international educational resources through technology. This allows Islamic students and teachers to access new information and knowledge more easily, which can change the way Islamic education is taught and studied.

The uniqueness of the Sasak community in preparing for the departure of prospective pilgrims to carry out the Hajj can attract the attention of researchers. So this research attempts to look at the traditions that the community carries out when carrying out the Hajj as well as the implications of the Hajj for the Sasak community. This study uses qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis by first collecting data through observations regarding what is happening in society, then conducting interviews. Documentation and individual experience to add data about Hajj. The results of this research show that the traditions before going on the pilgrimage for the Sasak people are still preserved today, because this tradition has existed since ancient times, from the time of our ancestors until now, it has been preserved from generation to generation. like tradition. Dalam menghadapi perkembangan global saat ini, teknologi adalah saran a yang te pat untuk mengenalkan budaya secara menyeluruh. Dengan teknologi pula kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun aplikasi pengenalan budaya di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android. Pemanfaatkan teknologi  dapat menjadi media pendukung untuk memperkenalkan budaya Kabupaten Fakfak sekaligus menjaga kelestarian Budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode, pengujian sistem, dam pemeliharaan sistem.  Peneltian ini menghasilkan suatu aplikasi pengenalan budaya yang berisi informasi sejarah, bahasa, dan tari tradisional yang dapat diakses pada smartphone dan dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja kapan pun dan dimanapun berada.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, and focuses on the influence of influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies on young consumers' purchase intention. Influencer marketing is an important strategy for market segmentation, building trust, and faster turnaround time. With a large social media following, digital influencers can significantly influence consumers' purchase intention. Authenticity and personal engagement are key aspects of influencer marketing. Combining traditional and influencer marketing can create a responsive strategy for young audiences. Influencer marketing and traditional marketing significantly impact consumer interest and advertising effectiveness. The marketing mix increases trust and confidence, which leads to increased purchase decisions. Understanding the influence of influencers can help companies develop effective strategies, allocate resources wisely and increase profits.

This community service was conducted on Jalan Jembatan Merah I and Jalan Wisata Babarsari. The purpose of this community service is to improve the quality of financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and correctness, to provide an accurate overview of the financial condition of UMKM Siomay Indul and Gudeg Jogya Mak Karti. This community service is focused on enhancing the quality of the financial reports of these UMKMs through understanding and implementing proper accounting practices in financial record-keeping. With the provision of training and mentoring, it is expected that the stakeholders of traditional culinary UMKMs can optimize their business potential. The results of the community service indicate that improvements in transaction recording systems and a better understanding of accounting standards can significantly enhance the quality of financial reports, providing the clarity needed for better decision-making in business management.

Currently, various industries see the increasingly rapid development of modern technology, almost all institutions need a government information system, one of which is to automate data storage more quickly and easily. The levy receipt system is an example of information technology. One of the government agencies in Gresik Regency that has not implemented an information system for data processing is the Cooperative Service, located in Gresik, Kembangan, KEC.kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121. assisting other officers who handle administration in the Market Tax Sub-section, namely data processing Daily or monthly Market Tax payments still use a Tax Control Card or. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MYSQL DATABASE. The research methodology used in this research uses data collection methods. The conclusions are expected to help simplify the management of market services, such as managing traders, processing kiosks and losses, and processing fee data and reports, it is also hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 3) Untuk mengetahui Penanaman cinta tanah air melalui seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran materi tari Anila Prahastha yang dipentaskan; 3) Penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar tari Ngandhong Cinawi melalui tari dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air pada peserta tari, penanaman cinta tanah air berhasil ditanamkan pada seni tari memerlukan penentuan parameter melalui kegiatan seni tari yang menumbuhkan sikap mandiri, menjadi percaya diri dan menjalin hubungan sesama peserta tari, serta peserta tari merasakan keterkaitannya dengan budaya dan seni tradisional Indonesia. The aim of this service is to provide guidance to the community in Pallangga Village, Pallangga District, to increase their understanding of the economic value of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the context of the traditional food "gogos". Even though they are already familiar with the use of the internet as a tool to introduce their products, this activity also explains the concept of the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Special emphasis is placed on understanding that careful implementation of appropriate marketing strategies will empower people to evaluate their performance by comparing it with pre-established marketing targets. To achieve this, concrete steps in strategic marketing are prepared for each stage designed. This effort includes examples of marketing strategies for various businesses, which include SWOT analysis, such as understanding the market, formulating marketing objectives, setting the marketing mix, increasing brand awareness, and targeting mobile device users.

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with understanding and skills related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the Theme of Local Wisdom in Traditional Sports for SKOI East Kalimantan Students. The advantage of this activity is completing school programs related to P5 in the independent curriculum. The method used is 1) Preparatory stage, preparing material from guidelines, PPT and Project Module Strengthening Pancasila P5 Student Profile, 2) Implementation stage, delivery of material and demonstrations related to traditional sports games, 3) Evaluation stage, sharing or discussion of values and students' understanding in implementing the socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were in the good and responsive category, meaning that there was an understanding of students about the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Meanwhile, students looked very enthusiastic in paying attention to the explanations conveyed by the service team with a positive response and were not ashamed ask if there is a misunderstanding in the service team's explanation. Students are very enthusiastic in terms of listening to traditional sports, which are media for introducing local wisdom values such as game sports, stilts, Bakiak, Asin Naga/Gobak Sodor, and Gasing and the monitoring results of the service team, as a whole the students have done the task given quite well. This can be seen from the results of understanding and demonstrating items from all types of traditional game sports

Traditional games are games passed down from ancestors, but traditional games have been marginalized because in the modern era 4.0 the use of technology is very much used in everyday life. The technology that is often used is cellphones. The use of cellphones starts from teenagers, adults and even children who use cellphones like elementary school children. Mobile phones are usually used by children to play online games because children can play online games anywhere and anytime, which results in children not playing with their peers because they are already engrossed and focused on the online games on their mobile phones. This research aims to explore the character values ​​that can be instilled in elementary school students through game congklak or barn. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review. The results of this research show that the traditional game congklak or lumbung can instill character values ​​in elementary school students such as the values ​​of honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity, curiosity, independence, communicativeness, responsibility and respect for achievement.

The "Kolak Ayam" tradition in Gumeno Village is a typical cultural celebration carried out by the village community during the month of Ramadan. This tradition has historical origins close to the reign of King Sunan Dalem of the Giri Kedaton Kingdom and important events that occurred at that time. This tradition begins with the story of Sunan Dalem who fell seriously ill while building a mosque in his village. Through instructions in his dream, Sunan Dalem and the village community created a special food called "Kolak Ayam". Sunan Dalem recovered from his illness after eating this dish, and the tradition became a symbol of healing and celebration for the Gumeno people. This research aims to find out how people believe "Kolak Ayam" can cure diseases. This data collection technique uses interview techniques, observation and literature study. The results of research show that until now "Kolak Ayam" (Sanggring) is believed to be able to cure diseases. People believe that "Kolak Ayam" can cure diseases, this is caused by two things, the first is from the ingredients used to make "Kolak Ayam" which has many benefits, the second comes from Sunan Dalem's blessing and this belief is because in the past Sunan Dalem was cured by eating "Kolak Ayam ", people believed that "chicken compote" could cure the disease.    

This research aims to find out an overview of fisheries profit sharing in the Huyula Tradition in the Paguat Coastal Area, based on the title raised in this research. This research uses a type of normative legal research. The process of collecting data from the objects studied in this research is using library research. The data obtained by this research uses a normative analysis method, namely by interpreting and discussing research material based on law, legal norms, legal theories and doctrines related to the main problem. The results of this research show that the Juridical Review of Fishery Profit Sharing in the Huyula Tradition on the Paguat Coast, namely in the Bongoime Village community, Huyula values are applied by the community in various aspects of life. Huyula values are manifested in various activities, for example in community service for environmental cleanup rural areas, building village roads, death, cleaning local irrigation canals and agricultural activities. Community service activities for the public interest, in coordination with the local government without distinguishing between social status, community service activities are usually referred to as "Hulunga" activities by the community as well as factors that influence profit sharing problems, namely economic factors, catch factors, entanglement factors. debt, education factor, legal knowledge factor and age factor.

This study uses a type of qualitative research and the object of this research is the traditional market traders of Muara Sabak Ulu. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, the techniques used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation. The determination of the pricing mechanism at the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market is found in the selling price and the interest of the buyer where the trader will raise the price of the goods above the price given by the distributor. The factor for the occurrence of violations of business ethics in the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market is because the opportunity to cheat will encourage people to do so. The intention to cheat will increase if the trader is under pressure to achieve a goal that he feels is very important. There are traders in the Muara Sabak Ulu Traditional Market who comply with the ethics of trading and the principles of Islamic business ethics and there are also those who are not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics.

Islamic business ethics can be explained as an understanding of principles that govern and manage businesses by considering norms and morality in line with Islamic values. In Islam, business ethics encompasses conduct in the business world that integrates the values and teachings found in the Qur'an and Hadith into a unified business practice. Buying and selling involve a process where the exchange of goods adheres to values, involving both sellers and buyers who comply with Islamic Sharia principles. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at Pasar Pagi 28 Desa Purwoasri, North Metro District, Metro City. This study is a field research involving direct observation of traders in the market. A qualitative approach is used to descriptively analyze the business ethics behavior applied by traders at Pasar Pagi 28 Purwoasri North Metro, Metro City. The results of this research indicate that in buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of 28 Purwoasri, the five principles of Islamic business ethics, namely Tawhid, Balance/Justice, Accountability, Free will, and Excellence, have been implemented.
