Smuggling of used clothes is a criminal act that is still a serious problem in Indonesia.This is certainly a concern from various parties, especially Customs and Excise as an agency that has duties and responsibilities in the field of Customs. Law Number 17 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 10 of 1995 gives authority for Customs and Excise to carry out their roles in accordance with the scope of duties and functions carried out. However, in practice in the field, cases of smuggling of used clothes continue to be found, one of which is in the Atambua City area This research uses an empirical juridical research method, which is a study that directly examines the phenomenon of smuggling used clothes that occurs in the field, as well as the role of Customs and Excise investigators and the obstacles of Customs and Excise investigators in eradicating the smuggling of used clothes by conducting an interview with the Head of the Atambua Customs and Excise Office, Head of the Atambua Customs and Excise Enforcement and Investigation Section, Atambua Customs and Excise Investigator Members and the public who are consumers and sellers of used clothes. The results of the study showed: (1) The role of Customs and Excise investigators in eradicating the crime of smuggling used clothes in the Atambua City area includes preventive measures, namely socializing to the public about the smuggling of used clothes and conducting patrols. (2) The obstacles experienced by Customs and Excise investigators in eradicating the crime of smuggling used clothes in the Atambua city area include the breadth of the surveillance area, accessibility, the high interest of the Atambua community in consuming used clothes, law enforcement factors where there are still law enforcement personnel involved in smuggling, facilities or facilities where the number of transportation and investigator members is still minimal, community factors where there is still a lack of sensitivity and community participation in eradicating the smuggling of used clothes in the Atambua city area.

Makbon sub district is a sub district located in Makbon District, Sorong District, Southwest Papua Province. The Topographical conditions of the villages in Makbon District are mostly located in coastal areas with a total of 15 villages/sub districts. Public facilities are facilities provided for the public interest in the sense of facilities that are used for the benefit of all society in carrying out and making it easier for society to carry out their daily activities. Increasing development in villages is really needed by the community, especially to stimulate economic activities. One of the contributions of the Saint Paul Sorong Polytechnic in Papua, especially in Sorong, is providing community service. There are several things that the lecturer team can do to help the community, namely making sub district boundary moments, making street signs and making street lights for the community service in Makbon to develop facilities and human resources (HR) for the quality of life of the people in Makbon district, Sorong regency, Southwest Papua Province.

According to the WHO (World Health Organization), housing is a physical structure where people use it for shelter where the environment of the structure is included as well as all facilities and services that are in the hospital, equipment that is useful for physical and spiritual health and good social conditions for families and individuals. A healthy house is one of the health facilities to achieve an optimal degree of health (World Health Organization). To find out the level of knowledge and behavior of the community towards healthy houses in the Land of Tamala, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research to obtain an overview of the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the community towards healthy houses in the country of Malala, Leihitu District, Central Maluku district.  The results of this study show that the knowledge of the people of Mamala has a level of knowledge in the Good Category of 83%, Sufficient as 15%, Lacking as much as 2%, The attitude of the people of Mamala has a good attitude as much as 100%, the actions of the people of Mamala have good actions as much as 53%, Sufficient as much as 47%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out in Mamala Country, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency, it can be concluded that the public's knowledge about healthy houses is in the good category with a presentation of 83%, the attitude of the respondents is in the good category with a percentage of 100%, and the action is in the good category with a percentage of 53%.

Community Service Activities to examine countermeasures against mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police and the Inhibiting Factors. The activity method is field study, the research method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes field data and facts. Based on the results of the research, the handling of mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police is carried out by carrying out repressive efforts. This activity includes a series of actions aimed at uncovering cases that have occurred, where the stages start with a series of inquiries, inquiries and other coercive measures authorized according to the law. Carrying out preventive efforts, including a series of activities aimed at preventing crimes before they occur, where investigators make arrangements for security, including conducting patrols at locations thought to contain indications of criminal acts. In relation to criminal acts, especially mining, the Gorontalo Regional Police provides guidance and encouragement to the community to actively participate in efforts to prevent and ward off crime, by reporting suspicious incidents; and Carrying out pre-emptive efforts, starting from conducting an analysis of regional conditions and potential vulnerabilities, collaborating with related elements, to anticipate violations or crimes. The inhibiting factors in dealing with mineral and coal mining crimes in the Gorontalo Regional Police are: Legal Content Factor, where the imposition of sanctions does not include the threat of a minimum sentence, thus affecting the police, public prosecutors and judges' decisions to be less strong; Law Enforcement Factor, where officials can be a supporting factor in the implementation of the law, or actually become a protector for the perpetrator; Community Cultural Factors relate to the basic values ​​of what is good and what is bad, in order to support the implementation of law, which originates from the community's legal understanding and attitudes or behavior. Facilities and facilities factors, where the police have constraints in terms of the number of competent human resources, thereby maximizing the role of PPNS investigators from other agencies.

This article discusses the social phenomenon related to using Siger Lampung as one of the cultural attributes typical of the Lampung region. Currently, the use of Siger Lampung is increasingly varied, ranging from clothing, decoration, and public facilities to commercial places. Siger, which is currently more often used in the context of architecture and design, requires adjustments that some traditional and cultural figures may not approve of. This adjustment also requires a careful approach to ensure that the essence of its culture is not lost and can continue to survive. Given these obstacles and challenges, the community and government need to work together on the importance of maintaining Siger as an integral part of Lampung culture. Through support through education, promotion, and cultural initiatives, Siger can remain a symbol of recognition in this modern era. This study aims to analyze the role of Siger Lampung in preserving traditions and cultural adaptation in a multi-ethnic society. By understanding the dynamics of Siger use, this cultural symbol is expected to function as a uniform tool and collective identity in various communities.

This research is motivated by the results of initial observations that the quality of public services in birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency still needs to be improved, considering the number of people who still do not have birth certificates is still large. Supporting infrastructure for services that are less noticed. This is evidenced by the lack of respect from the government in this case is the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ciamis Regency, in relation to the facilities and infrastructure of service providers. Not infrequently when people need birth certificates, there are no forms provided by the government to print birth certificates. The low public satisfaction with government services can also be seen from the quality of population services, there are still many complaints from the public regarding the quality of services of these agencies such as making certificates is still difficult and takes a long time compared to the normal time for completion, which can be more than a day. Therefore, many people will complain of irritation with the public services they receive. The influence of the quality of public services on Public Satisfaction. needs to be followed up. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that service quality has an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This shows that service quality has a positive effect on public satisfaction. With quality service, it will open up opportunities to obtain maximum public satisfaction. Facilities and infrastructure have an effect on public satisfaction, with a level of influence in the sufficient category. This shows that facilities and infrastructure have a positive effect on public satisfaction. With the existence of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of services, it will open up opportunities to obtain maximum public satisfaction. This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that there are still service programs that have not been realized according to the specified time. Most people feel that the services provided by the village head and his staff have not yet touched the real needs of the community. Lack of awareness from local village government officials in the service process. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 8 people. The sampling technique used the total sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 8 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Leadership of the Head of Cikunir Village, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency in Activities So far, it has been in accordance with the main function of the leader by carrying out his leadership properly and correctly, meaning, based on the rules of the game that have been agreed upon and determined by the organization. such as the preparation of the vision and mission and goals of the organization, so that from planning to accountability is directed at the goals that have been set, becoming a motivator, decision maker, performance assessment, dynamic and catalyst for the organization, stabilizer and supervisor. The implementation of public services in Cikunir Village, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency, has been in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number 63 of 2004 concerning Minimum Service Standards, such as in terms of transparency, accountability, conditional, participatory, equal rights, and balance of rights and obligations. The obstacles faced by the village head in improving public services in Cikunir Village, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency, are human resources, facilities and infrastructure, education and human resources skills. Efforts that have been made by the Village Head in Improving Public Services in Cikunir Village, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency, are improving the quality of human resources through education and training; adding/completing service facilities and infrastructure; and improving employee skills through on the job training.

The implementation of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance requires community involvement to achieve its goal of providing livable houses for the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Assistance Program (BSPS) for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in Negeri Antara Village. As an implementation of the legal basis that has been mentioned, the government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) is forwarded to the Directorate General of Housing together with the Directorate of Self-Help Houses to make it easier for the community, especially low-income people, to realize the improvement of uninhabitable houses both from facilities, infrastructure, and public utilities by designing a policy namely Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS). The problem in this research is that there are still inaccurate beneficiaries and there are still beneficiaries who have stopped in carrying out house construction activities due to lack of self-help funds. The purpose of this research is to find out data related to the principles of accuracy and justice in terms of the Evaluation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in Negeri Antara Village, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province, which is known that the BSPS program is a program of the Ministry of Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia in order to support poverty reduction and efforts to prosper the poor so that they can have a decent home in a healthy environment.

This research is motivated by several problems that: There are several things that have been identified in relation to the implementation of the national health insurance policy on public health services, such as: In supporting the success of health services and reducing health costs for the community, the government in collaboration with PT. Health Insurance holds a Community Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) program. Social Health Insurance services include first-level outpatient care, advanced outpatient care, inpatient care, drug services, childbirth, advanced diagnostic support services, medical equipment and supplement services, operative and non-operative medical procedures, medical rehabilitation services, intensive care Intensive Care Unit (ICU), hemodialysis (dialysis), and emergency services. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that: Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that in the service process, both the Jamkesmas pattern and the JKN pattern, are carried out in accordance with the service procedures, namely: self-esteem, meeting expectations (exceed expectations), improvement and rediscovery, forward-looking (vision), continuous improvement (improving), full attention (care, empathy), finally always holding empowerment (empowerment). The obstacles faced by employees in implementing the Jamkesmas and JKN patterns in public health services in Pangandaran Regency are: (1) access to health center services is still limited to certain diseases; (2) the availability of expert personnel is still minimal, (3) the availability of nurses is still limited; (4) the availability of other professional personnel such as pharmacists is still lacking; (5) inpatient facilities are still lacking and so on, which results in less than optimal service. Efforts made by employees in overcoming obstacles when implementing the Jamkesmas and JKN patterns in public health services in Pangandaran Regency are (1) improving access to health center services; (2) adding expert personnel, (3) adding nurses; (4) adding professional personnel; (5) improving inpatient facilities.

Mosques are one of the important elements in the structure of Islamic society. For Muslims, mosques have great significance in life, both physically and spiritually. The word Masjid itself comes from the word sajada yasjudu-masjidan which means place of prostration. Every Muslim may pray in any area except over graves, in unclean places and places that according to Islamic law are not suitable for prayer. Sign system is a series of visual representations that aim as a medium of human interaction in public space. Al-Huda Mosque is a public facility used by the community around Dusun VII Kelurahan Kelumpang, but also used by the general public who pass through the area. But Al-Huda Mosque does not have an adequate sign system so that sometimes the general public who cross the area to just ride prayers are sometimes confused to know the facilities contained in the mosque. This study uses 5W + 1H data analysis techniques with the aim that the community around the mosque or the general public who pass through the area know the facilities contained in the mosque. The design results are in the form of stickers and acrylic boards that will be displayed in certain places in Al-Huda Mosque.

Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are ready to work in the public/private sector, or work independently as entrepreneurs. Students are given hard skills based on the major they choose and soft skills. However, the need for soft skills is often not given enough attention. This soft skills training and mentoring program for Mitra Mandiri Vocational School students in Panyabungan City aims to make students understand the importance of soft skills. Students are expected to practice applying/using soft skills that support them in finding/creating jobs, writing application letters, writing an interesting, informative and effective Curriculum Vitae (CV). They are also expected to be confident facing job interviews. This program was attended by grade 3 students of Mitra Mandiri Panyabungan Vocational School, leaders and teachers of Mitra Mandiri Panyabungan Vocational School. The training is divided into 2 groups. After training and practice, students are given the opportunity to consult directly (face to face) with the facilitator, and seek information and guidance via WhatsApp and email facilities. The results of the training and mentoring show that students understand the importance of soft skills such as communication skills, self-confidence, respect, open-mindedness, and honesty in the work environment and daily life.

Increasing digital literacy is the key to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goal 17, namely partnerships to achieve the goals. It is hoped that government initiatives that provide facilities to increase partnerships and public awareness of digital literacy can increase the availability of information and provide equal opportunities for progress in the social, economic and environmental fields. This research uses literature review methods and content analysis. The results of this research state that the initiatives taken by the government to advance digital literacy have improved public service standards, especially in the fields of health, education and public services. The Indonesian government has fully supported the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by increasing public awareness and expertise in digital technology through various projects and programs. This program aims to increase community access and expertise in digital technology through training, creation of digital infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. This will significantly improve the quality of life of the community and participate in long-term development.

Learning in the digital era needs to be supported by various supporting facilities. Variations in student needs and school capabilities affect the differences in the procurement of relevant supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze learning support facilities in public and private schools in West Java. Data was collected by interviewing teachers from each school. The results of this study show that both schools have different facilities and facilities to support the digita era. SDIT Titian Ilmu has more equitable and complete digital facilities compared to SDN 087 Rancabolang. This shows that schools in Indonesia are uneven in terms of digital facilities, especially in public schools. Nevertheless, both schools have realized the importance of keeping up with the times to support the learning process. These schools have used digital learning to support the learning process. However, SDN 087 Rancabolang still has limited digital facilities due to the uneven distribution of facilities within the school which only provides one infocus that is used alternately and the internet (WIFI), while SDIT Titian Ilmu, the facilities and facilities are evenly distributed, namely infocus in each class and a computer lab. However, teachers at SDN 097 Rancabolang do not just let this digital-based learning continue, but they try to familiarize themselves with the use of this technology.

The role of Islamic boarding schools has created interesting dynamics related to economic, educational, political and social relations. The better the economic status, the quality of education, and the wider the influence of power, the better the culture and traditions that are born and developed through Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this thesis is to determine the management of the economic development strategy of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This thesis uses the economic development strategy theory of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation and analysis methods carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show that economic development strategy for the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, is carried out by developing the entrepreneurial spirit of students, practical methods, implementing a partnership pattern, sustainable business units, creating independence and inviting community participation. Constraints in the economic development strategy of the Dalailul Kh Islamic boarding school. Obstacles in the economic development strategy of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, include low public buying interest and limited facilities and infrastructure. Efforts to develop the economy of the Dalailul Khoirot Islamic boarding school, Muntialo Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, include conducting outreach and cooperation and improving facilities and infrastructure.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the return of the examination report (BAP) of the astrid manafe and lael maccabe murder case in the pre-prosecution stage at the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police of the Republic of Indonesia. This writing is carried out at the Office of the Indonesian National Police of the East Nusa Tenggara Region, related to the topic discussed in this writing. This writing is empirical which uses primary data by conducting interviews with Investigators or Assistant Investigators who handle the murder case. The results of this research show that: (1) The unlimited return of case files from the public prosecutor to the investigator in its regulation by KUHAP, and the absence of sanctions and or legal consequences if the regulated provisions are violated by the investigator causes the slow handling of the case. (2) The lack of adequate support or facilities in the form of highly educated and skilled human resources, good organization, adequate equipment, sufficient finance is the cause of the obstruction of handling these cases.

The Anambas Islands are small islands in Indonesia, which are located in the South China Sea. The Anambas Islands are also part of the Riau Archipelago Province, which is surrounded by many small islands, most of which are uninhabited but still have pristine natural beauty. The aim of this research is to analyze community empowerment in community-based tourism development and develop a strategy for developing community-based tourism development to increase local revenue. Tourism supporting infrastructure that must be improved in the development of tourism development in Anambas Islands Regency is improving public infrastructure and infrastructure in the tourism sector, namely sea transportation and marine tourism recreation facilities which have the highest value of 4.93, meaning that they must be focused more on their development. The method we take is qualitative and the internet is the main means we use to get a lot of information about the advantages and disadvantages of some of the islands in the Anambas Archipelago. The results of this research show the opportunity to build new tourism works to exploit its beautiful nature and of course build cooperation between local communities in the Anambas Islands.

Technological developments ultimately require judicial bodies in various countries, including Indonesia to adopt the use of technology. Because the administration of Indonesian justice is based on the principle of simple, fast, and low cost. Utilization of information technology in the judicial process can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the judiciary, so that it can answer the public's sense of justice. Because the main problems that are often faced in our judiciary are the slow handling of cases, the difficulty of accessing cases and the integrity of the judicial administration apparatus. This article is intended to examine how to regulate the use of technology in the judiciary, and how it impacts on access to justice. This article concludes, Electronic court proceedings need to be regulated in the law itself or accommodated in the current procedural law. Because the mission of adaptation and harmonization of various legal developments is very necessary. In addition, the government must also pay more attention to the readiness of courts in Indonesia to carry out using technology. For example, providing direction for building or upgrading electronic facilities for trials, both in courts and correctional facilities, as well as recruiting and providing IT human resources. So that by using technology can run effectively and efficiently.

This article discusses children who experience movement and motor barriers / disabilities, disabilities include children with special needs because they have physical disorders that interfere with movement due to congenital bone structure abnormalities, illness, or due to accidents, such as polio and paralysis, The way to communicate with children with disabilities is by: (1) Everyone must change his perspective on children with disabilities and realize that everyone has disadvantages and advantages; (2) Everyone shall pay attention to the readiness of the school, including its administration, principal, and students; and (3) provide special facilities for persons with disabilities. (4) Embrace them so that they can blend in with the general public and not feel inferior. This research uses a qualitative approach where the data collected for this research is collected through reviews of journals, books, and other sources of information relevant to the research topic Data analysis is carried out through a descriptive approach, which involves data reduction techniques, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. So according to the results of the study there are several causes of disorder 1. Before birth 2. At birth 3. After birth.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does the quality of nurse services affect patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital? (2) How do paramedic facilities affect patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital? (3) How does the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities affect patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of nurse service quality on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. (2) The effect of paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. (3) The effect of the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital.The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis techniques, namely validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The quality of nurse services has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of service is improved, then patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (2) Paramedic facilities have a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if paramedic facilities are improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (3) The quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities is improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase.
