Sharia financial instruments continue to increase every year, including the Islamic capital market which has also experienced a significant increase. The Islamic capital market has one of the most important instruments, namely Islamic stocks. The capital market has been viewed by the world and has been used as an important instrument that every country must develop, it can be remembered for its important role in helping the economy. In writing this article using the library research method. By using the documentation data collection method, namely by quoting or recording directly from the website of the Financial Services Authority www.ojk.go.id and the Central Bureau of Statistics www.bps.go.id. The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

Indonesia sebagai negara yang masih tergolong ke dalam negara berkembang tentu sangat membutuhkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih pesat lagi. Guna mengembangkan perekonomian di Indonesia, pemerintah memerlukan adanya kegiatan investasi atau yang dikenal sebagai kegiatan penanaman modal di Indonesia. Untuk menjaga agar kegiatan penanaman modal di Indonesia dapat memberikan kepastian hukum khususnya terhadap Penanam Modal Asing yang akan menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia, maka pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan sebuah peraturan perundang-undangan yang dikenal dengan Undang-undang Nomor Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal. Di dalam peraturan itu diatur jelas mengenai prinsip non-diskriminasi yang akan diberikan oleh pemerintah Indonesia kepada Penanam Modal Asing ataupun Penanam Modal dalam Negeri untuk menciptakan kegiatan investasi yang adil bagi para pihak. Lahirnya Undang-undang Nomor Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 yang memuat tentang prinsip non-diskriminasi membawa manfaat bagi kegiatan investasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar bisa memberikan manfaat kepada pembaca baik mahasiswa ataupun masyarakat umum terkait dengan manfaat prinsip non-diskriminasi di dalam kegiatan investasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa memang prinsip non-diskriminasi di dalam Undang-undang Nomor Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 memberikan berbagai dampak yang positif bagi kegiatan investasi di Indonesia.

The Islamic capital market is an alternative source of funding as well as an investment vehicle for a company whose operational activities are based on sharia principles. In this case the Islamic capital market affects the level of economic growth of a country.  where when the level of investment is high, the country's economic growth will increase and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method with sources from articles, books and data analysis using descriptive analysis regarding the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia's economic growth is inseparable from the role of Islamic stock investment. Economic growth can be measured with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). GDP  continues to increase over the past few years, as well as the sharia stock market capitalization which is quite stable. Where is the relationship between capitalization Islamic stock market with a positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and company size on the value of financial sector companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used in this study were 47 financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression which is carried out using the SPSS application. The results of the research that has been done are that there is no significant effect of capital structure and company size on the value of financial sector firms either simultaneously or partially.  

Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.

The company is an organized institution with the aim of obtaining profits in the development of companies in the capital market and providing opportunities for the public to invest in the short, medium and long term, while it is easier for companies to obtain funds from the public investors (investors) by issuing securities both equity or debt. The purpose of this research is to find out how bonds are regulated in the Indonesian capital market from legal protection and corporate responsibility that defaults on bond investors. This study uses a normative legal research method that focuses on the study of legal perspectives and/or perspectives that explain a set of legal principles, legal norms, and legal regulations both formally and materially. The approach used in research is a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) where by examining through legislation and theories. Based on the research results, it is known that bond investors protect capital from the risk of company default, namely periodic reports and transparency of information, as well as guarantees (collateral) included in the issuance of bonds and the existence of sinking funds (reserve funds). Preventive legal protection for investors after a default occurs, the company continues to pay bond principal and interest (coupons) to investors in accordance with the bond agreement agreement. Companies can also be subject to civil witness administrative sanctions and even criminal sanctions.

This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of social capital in Wonogiri chicken noodle and meatball traders in Sumbersari Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The results of this study explain that (1) trust in each individual can be born from friendliness that comes from one individual to another individual which after that carries out a reciprocal process. (2) Maintaining trust greatly affects the quality and cohesiveness of the network. (3) Family ties can be a very useful social capital in overseas countries.    

This research aims to enhance the productivity and profitability of the small-scale tempe industry in Malang City through the determination and utilization of optimal working capital. Effective management of working capital is crucial for businesses, particularly in relation to sales growth and the need for immediate and close funding of current assets. However, many tempe industries have yet to analyze their working capital requirements, hence this study is expected to contribute valuable insights for the relevant industry to develop their business. The average balance method and the cash inflow-outflow method were employed in this research to determine the required amount of working capital. The sensitivity analysis conducted on Pak Didiek Karim's tempe industry showed that a decrease in production capacity of up to 80% and an increase of soybean up to 60% is still profitable, but an increase in soybean prices can negatively impact profitability. Overall, this research provides a clear overview of the working capital requirements for small-scale tempe industries in Malang City.

This research was conducted on fruit traders at Ms. Puan’s Morning Market, Pekanbaru citywith the aim of knowing how the social capital of fruit traders at Ms. Puan’s Morning Market, Pekanbaru city.This research was conducted on fruit traders at the Ms. Puan morning market in Pekanbaru City with the aim of knowing how the social capital of fruit traders is.this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Research subjects in this study amounted to 5 (five) informants. The technique of determining informants, namely by using purposive sampling technique is to take subjects by specifying special characteristics with the aim of research that is expected to be able to answer research problems. In collecting data researchers used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The theory is the theory of social capital put forward by Jhon Field which consists of social networks, beliefs, and norms. The results of this study are that social capital is very important in running a business and the smooth running of fruit business at Ms. Puan morning market pekanbaru city, such as a network that can help or facilitate the smooth running of their business. Trust that makkes it easier for them to sell fruit, with social capital such as a network of trust and norms, fruit sellers can maintain fruit and make their business easier because managing a business is carried out jointly and sense of trust is established. Social norms that are intertwined becomen a benchmark and make them more focused

This study concerns profitability, aiming to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and capital structure on profitability mediated by credit growth. The population of this study were all Rural Banks (BPR) in Central Java province, totaling 257 BPRs. This study used purposive sampling, with the criteria being a private BPR with its head office in Central Java province and reporting complete financial data for the 2019-2021 period. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on credit growth. Capital structure have a significant positive effect on credit growth. Credit growth have a positive but not significant effect on profitability. Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on profitability. Capital structure have a significant positive effect on profitability. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that credit growth cannot mediate the effect Non Performing Loans (NPL) against profitability.Credit growth cannot mediate the effectcapital structure on profitability.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Economic Growth and General Allocation Fund on the Capital Expenditure Budget in part and simultaneously from districts/cities in West Sumatra Province for the 2018 – 2021 period. The data used are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sumatra, quantitative collection data methods and analysis techniques used are panel data regression. Before that, a classical assumption test was carried out to find out a good model in statistics, then a hypothesis test was carried out using the t test and the f test. The research showed some of the influence of Economic Growth (X1) and the General Allocation Fund (x2) on the Capital Expenditure Budget (Y). The result found is that Economic Growth (X1) has not had a positive effect on the Capital Expenditure Budget (Y) while the General Allocation Fund (X2) has a positive effect on the Capital Expenditure Budget (Y).

This paper discusses the potential and opportunities for investment in Indonesia's new capital city, Nusantara, in relation to Government Regulation Number 12 of 2023 concerning the Granting of Business Licenses, Ease of Doing Business, and Investment Facilities for Business Actors in the Capital City of Nusantara (PP 12 of 2023). It will also discuss the property investment sector which is an investment opportunity for investors to invest in the Capital City of the Nusantara in phase I of 2022-2024. In addition, matters regulated in PP 12 of 2023 will also be presented in relation to investment arrangements in Indonesia as stipulated in Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital and production costs on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at the city of Palangkaraya drinking water filling depot. This research will provide a clearer picture of the factors that affect the income of a drinking water-filling depot business. The quantitative approach to multiple regression analysis is a method of conducting research by focusing on the relationship between variables using quantitative data. From this study, capital and production costs significantly influence the income of micro and SME enterprises at drinking water filling depots in Palangkaraya City. Revenue increases when capital and production costs increase; income decreases when it decreases. Together, these two effects explain 60.3% of income inequality. Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the scope of their research by considering other factors that can affect the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) drinking water stations, such as Business location, product quality, and marketing strategy.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Size, Company Growth on company value in companies listed on the IDX30 Index. The research period is 2019 – 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, so that 21 companies are obtained as research samples. The data analysis technique used in analyzing data uses Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that partially Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value. Firm size has a significant effect on firm value. Company growth has no significant effect on firm value. The results of this research simultaneously show that profitability, capital structure, company size, and company growth have a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to re-examine previous research between independent variables, namely local revenue and capital expenditure on financial independence. The object in this study is Financial Independence and the subject of this research is the Regional Government of West Sumatra Province for 2019-2021. The population in this study is the report on the realization of the budget revenues, capital expenditures and regional revenues of the Regional Government of West Sumatra Province. The type of data in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data source used is secondary data, namely data collected from existing records. This study took research samples using sensu techniques or saturated samples. The sample used in this study is the report on the realization of the APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget) of the Regency/City Regional Government of West Sumatra Province which has been audited by the BPK with a total of 19 samples. The results of this study indicate that Regional Original Income has a positive effect on regional financial independence. Meanwhile, capital expenditure has a negative effect on regional financial independence.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, profit growth, and company size on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Earnings Quality Variables using Quality of Income. The sample method used was purposive sampling. From the population in the Mining Sector Companies during the 2019- 2021 period, 13 companies that met the sample criteria were taken. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program 25.00 for Windows. The results showed that capital structure, profit growth, and company size had no negative and insignificant effects on earnings quality. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality. The influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profit Growth, and Company Size together has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the IDX.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument, and valid data was collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used was SPSS version 23. The results showed that investment motivation and minimum investment capital had a partially significant positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application, while financial literacy had a partially significant negative effect on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. Financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital simultaneously have a positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application and the most dominant variable in investment interest is investment motivation.

Perkembangan teknologi telah mencapai masa yang supercepat dan modern dalam setiap aspek dalam kehidupan manusia, salah satunya dalam bidang bisnis. Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini telah mengambil banyak peran terhadap berubahnya perilaku manusia di era modern pada saat ini, salah satunya karena kehadiran sosial media sebagai tempat berbagi informasi dan tempat komunikasi yang menghubungkan seorang dengan orang lainnya. Media sosial pada saat ini menjadi sebuah tempat yang menjadi dunia kedua bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan media sosial yang masif dalam masyarakat menjadikan sebuah pasar tersendiri bagi seorang pelaku usaha untuk dapat melakukan pemasaran secara digital. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan analisis dari penelitian-penelitian yang memiliki pembahasan atau pokok permasalahan yang sama yaitu tentang pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana melakukan pemasaran digital. Implikasi penelitian ini masyarakat dapat memahami mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai salah satu sarana terbaik untuk melakukan pemasaran atas suatu usaha karena dapat menimbulkan dampak yang luas dan modal yang relatif lebih terjangkau bagi pelaku usaha.

To achieve regional independence, local governments must be able to manage their resources efficiently and effectively. This can be realized by government financial performance.  This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth, local revenue, and capital expenditure on government financial performance. The samples of this study were 19 regencies / cities of West Sumatra Province in 2018-2021 using the total sampling technique. The analysis method used is the panel data regression method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that economic growth has no effect on government financial performance, local revenue has a positive and significant effect on government financial performance, and capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect on government financial performance.

Akad Mudharabah adalah salah satu akad yang termasuk ke dalam akad yang berlandaskan atas dasar kepercayaan, harus ada sikap saling percaya antar dua belah pihak yakni pemilik modal (shahibul maal) serta pengelola modal (mudharib). Akad mudharabah ini kini juga telah banyak digunakan pada Lembaga - Lembaga Keuangan terkecil seperti Koperasi. Koperasi ini nantinya akan menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dalam keseharian, maupun dalam bercocok tanam. Tentunya dengan perjanjian bagi hasil yang harus dipenuhi sebagai akad dari kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pelaksanaan akad mudharabah yang kini mulai banyak dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat tentunya harus di perhatikan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dalam pembagian hasil yang telah di sepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan efektifitas pengendalian risiko dalam pembiayaan mudharabah pada Koperasi Kelompok Tani “Gapoktan” di Jorong Pasanehan. Untuk melengkapi kajian tersebut, maka digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) Datanya bersumber dari data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan  dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta studi perpustakaan terkait dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti.
