This study emphasizes the importance of mental health among students in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren), who often face various academic and social pressures. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mental health is defined as a state in which individuals feel happy and healthy, are capable of facing life's challenges, and maintain a positive attitude towards themselves and others. The objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of stress management-based education on the mental health of students at Pesantren X. A quantitative pre-experimental design was employed, involving 28 students selected through purposive sampling. The DASS-42 questionnaire was utilized to assess mental health before and after the intervention. Results indicated that post-education, 64.3% of students exhibited normal levels of depression, 53.6% showed normal anxiety, and 67.9% reported normal stress levels. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effectiveness of the educational program. The findings affirm that mental health education through stress management is effective in enhancing both the mental health and knowledge of students. Therefore, it is recommended that Islamic boarding schools incorporate this program into their curriculum to support the psychological well-being of their students.

Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) is a simple, inexpensive, and effective method for cervical cancer screening. However, the interest of women of reproductive age (WRA) in undergoing VIA tests remains low. It is believed that knowledge and attitude significantly influence their interest in undergoing VIA screening. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitude of women of reproductive age and their interest in undergoing VIA tests in the working area of Mensiku Public Health Center, Binjai Hulu District, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, in 2024. The study employed a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach, with a sample of WRA selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using chi-square statistical tests. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge level, attitude, and the interest in undergoing VIA tests. Women with good knowledge and positive attitudes had a higher interest in undergoing VIA screening compared to those with poor knowledge and negative attitudes. Therefore, improving knowledge and fostering positive attitudes toward VIA tests are essential to increase the interest of WRA in undergoing this screening, which could serve as an initial step in preventing cervical cancer.

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the ten diseases that most frequently causes death worldwide. This disease is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and lasts a long time. Indonesia ranks third in the world in terms of the number of people suffering from tuberculosis, behind India, China and India. In East Nusa Tenggara, the most cases of tuberculosis are found in Kupang City, and Oesapa Village is one of the places where cases are still quite high. With so many TB cases still occurring, public knowledge about the symptoms, transmission and treatment of the disease is still lacking. It is hoped that empowering teenagers as health drivers will increase public awareness, especially teenagers, about prevention, symptom monitoring, and discovery and treatment of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis education can help teenagers understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle to reduce TB transmission (1). This community service activity aims to increase youth knowledge and attitudes about pulmonary TB through comprehensive counseling, structured information, and youth empowerment. They also monitor communities for TB symptoms, especially children(2) The results of the activity show that the level of understanding among teenagers about TB disease has increased from 35 percent to 85 percent. There were no TB symptoms at the monitoring stage in the community, especially teenagers, and everyone was in good health. It is hoped that peer cadres (adolescents) can adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and become pioneers in monitoring the symptoms of tuberculosis in the community to make it easier to find, handle and treat. Peer cadres can transfer information about pulmonary TB to the community, especially teenagers, by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior

Women who experience anxiety during pregnancy will experience more abnormal labor and can even be complicated by maternal and fetal death. Psychological conditions with anxiety and depression in pregnant women will affect the emergence of diseases and complications of pregnancy and childbirth, both in the mother and the baby. Anxiety in pregnancy has been proven to be reduced through physical exercise. One of the recommended physical exercises is yoga because it is low cost, easy to do and very beneficial for physical and psychological fitness. Yoga in pregnancy is more effective in reducing anxiety and depression, because in yoga in addition to doing physical exercise, pregnant women are equipped with positive affirmations so that mothers can accept physiological changes during pregnancy and childbirth. The general objective of this activity is that pregnant women at PMB Sri Rejeki DH Jabung Tanon Plupuh Sragen understand and can do prenatal yoga independently. The method of this activity is carried out by lecture, namely the method used as an introduction to provide knowledge about prenatal yoga for pregnant women in Trimester III and with discussion and questions and answers, as well as practice or demonstration of prenatal yoga for pregnant women. The media used is a poster of prenatal yoga for pregnant women in Trimester III. The conclusion of the community service activity is that pregnant women have understood about prenatal yoga to reduce anxiety levels in facing the labor process. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test, where before the counseling and practice of prenatal yoga, pregnant women did not understand several things about prenatal yoga by 40%. However, after the counseling, pregnant women became more knowledgeable about prenatal yoga, namely 90%. The results of this community service activity are that pregnant women can do prenatal yoga independently at home, where before the prenatal yoga training, pregnant women were not able to do prenatal yoga independently. Some pregnant women have reduced their anxiety after doing prenatal yoga with several independent implementations at home, with the help of prenatal yoga videos.
