Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fall risk is a crucial component of pediatric patient safety in inpatient wards. However, nurses' implementation of SOPs is not always optimal, especially for patients at high risk of falling. Inappropriate SOP implementation has the potential to increase fall risk incidents in hospitals. To describe the results of observations of nurses implementing SOPs for fall risk and efforts to improve implementation through resocialization, supervision, and strengthening the oversight system. This case study is an observational study of nurses implementing SOPs for fall risk in the Alfarisi Ward, Jakarta Islamic Hospital, Sukapura. Observations were conducted on nurses providing nursing interventions to two pediatric patients: one with a low risk of falling and one with a high risk of falling. Activities included observation of nurses' practice, resocialization of SOPs for fall risk, three- day implementation supervision, development of a supervision schedule, and proposals for SOP revisions based on evidence-based practice. Data collection used observation sheets, fall risk assessment instruments, and nursing documentation. After three days of resocialization and supervision, the implementation of SOPs for fall risk in low-risk patients was in accordance with the SOPs. However, in high-risk patients, SOP implementation is still limited to displaying yellow triangle signs and locking bed rails, while other interventions have not been optimally implemented. These findings form the basis for developing a structured supervision schedule. Nurses' implementation of fall risk SOPs is optimal in low-risk patients, but not optimal in high-risk patients. Resocialization, ongoing supervision, developing a supervision schedule, and proposing SOP revisions are important strategies for improving nurse compliance and pediatric patient safety.

The protection of sensitive information in the financial sector requires a security architecture capable of preserving confidentiality, integrity, availability, auditability, and regulatory accountability across multiple institutions. Conventional centralized security models remain vulnerable to single points of failure, unauthorized access, data manipulation, and limited transparency in inter-organizational data sharing. Blockchain offers tamper-resistant records, decentralized trust, and verifiable audit trails; however, its direct implementation in financial systems is constrained by scalability limitations, smart contract vulnerabilities, privacy leakage, and conflicts between immutable ledgers and data protection principles. This study aims to develop a blockchain-based data security system for protecting sensitive financial information by integrating permissioned blockchain and Zero-Knowledge Proofs. The proposed method adopts a consortium-oriented permissioned blockchain architecture, represented by Hyperledger Fabric, to ensure controlled participation, certificate-based identity management, endorsement policies, and auditable transaction validation. Smart contracts are designed as policy-enforcement components for consent management, access authorization, data commitment, revocation, and audit logging. Zero-Knowledge Proofs are incorporated to verify customer attributes, eligibility, and access rights without disclosing raw personal or financial data. Sensitive information is stored off-chain in encrypted form, while the blockchain records only cryptographic commitments, hashes, consent states, and audit events. The expected result is a security model that improves data integrity, controlled access, privacy-preserving verification, and compliance-oriented accountability while reducing unnecessary exposure of sensitive data on-chain. The implication of this research is the provision of a technically coherent framework for financial institutions seeking to adopt blockchain securely in regulated environments, especially where data confidentiality, auditability, and privacy compliance must be achieved simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of corporate zakat management in reducing economic inequality from the perspective of muamalah. The research employs a library research method with a qualitative-descriptive approach by examining various literature sources, empirical data, and regulations related to corporate zakat in Indonesia. The findings reveal that corporate zakat management achieves optimal effectiveness when zakat funds are distributed through a productive zakat scheme. This scheme is implemented through six main stages: preliminary surveys of beneficiaries, regular assistance, provision of business capital, business partner guidance, motivational training, and periodic evaluations of beneficiaries’ business development. However, practical implementation still faces several challenges. The allocation of funds for business capital among economically disadvantaged communities has only reached approximately 0.4%, while the majority of zakat funds, around 97.1%, are still utilized for consumptive assistance. This condition indicates that the economic empowerment function of zakat has not yet been fully optimized. Therefore, integrative solutions are required, including institutional strengthening through the establishment of Islamic microfinance units such as Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) internally, as well as stronger government regulations through tax deductible incentive policies externally to support the sustainable optimization of corporate zakat distribution.

The development of digital technology has transformed trading patterns through the emergence of live shopping, a phenomenon that enables real-time interaction between sellers and consumers. Although it offers marketing efficiency, this model poses significant legal risks, including misleading information, promotional manipulation, and product non-conformity. This study aims to analyze legal certainty in consumer protection within live shopping transactions, examine the forms of business actors’ liability for consumer losses, and identify obstacles to regulatory implementation along with efforts to strengthen supervision. The research method employed is normative legal research using both a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The results indicate that legal certainty in consumer protection within this ecosystem is grounded in the integration of Law No. 8 of 1999 (Consumer Protection Law) as the lex generalis and Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 (Electronic Commerce/PMSE) as the lex specialis, which recognizes the validity of real-time electronic contracts. The legal liability of business actors is strict liability in nature, in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, and may also be construed as a tort (Article 1365 of the Civil Code) in cases involving distortion of visual information. However, the effectiveness of these regulations is hindered by the ephemeral nature of transactions and low levels of digital literacy. This study recommends the implementation of technology-based supervisory systems (suptech), strengthening the oversight function of platforms (PPMSE), and policy synchronization between the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics in standardizing business actor verification to ensure the security of the digital commerce ecosystem.
