This study aims to explore the experience of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets and the role of husband support in the prevention of anemia in Bukittinggi City. The problem faced is the high rate of anemia in pregnant women in this region, which is caused by the low compliance of mothers in taking Fe tablets regularly. With a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with pregnant women undergoing the Fe tablet supplement program to understand how their husband's support affected their compliance. The results showed that husband support had an important role in improving pregnant women's compliance, especially through emotional support, reminders, and encouragement in overcoming side effects that mothers often experience during Fe tablet consumption. Husband's support plays a significant role in maintaining the consistency of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, which has a positive impact on efforts to prevent anemia. The existence of a husband as a companion provides additional motivation for mothers to be disciplined in undergoing this health program. To increase the effectiveness of the anemia prevention program, it is recommended that health workers involve their husbands in health education for pregnant women regarding the importance of consuming Fe tablets. Maternal and child health programs should include a family approach, especially by increasing husbands' participation in pregnancy classes and counseling sessions, so that support for pregnant women can be maximized.

Sleep quality is a state lived by an individual to produce freshness and fitness after waking up. If a person's sleep quality is poor it will cause a decrease in the body's immune system and Hb levels which causes the individual to feel easily tired, sleepy and susceptible to disease. Adolescents are identified as a population at high risk of experiencing sleep problems which disrupt sleep quality. Accumulated work and lifestyle are one of the factors causing poor sleep patterns in adolescents which makes it easier for them to experience sleep disturbances. Adolescents with high risk certainly need adequate knowledge regarding the importance of maintaining quality sleep related to the body's immune system and Hb levels. Increased knowledge and examination can be carried out by laboratory personnel with health counseling and laboratory tests. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of adolescents to maintain good quality sleep so that Hb levels and body immunity are maintained. This community service implementation method consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the implementation stage, an examination of Hb levels and counting the number of types of leukocytes was carried out as well as education related to the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and the body's immune system. As a result of community service, adolescents have obtained health status through laboratory tests and good knowledge about the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and body immunity.

The purpose of this study was the effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in toddlers in the Talise Community Health Center in Palu City in 2022 This research design is a pre-experimental study with a one group pretest- posttest design approach. The population is all children under five in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 20 respondents. The independent variable studied was the provision of Tui Na massage, while the dependent variable was eating behavior. The results were analyzed using a paired sample T test. The results of the study prior to the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (80%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (20%). After the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (65%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (35%). The results of data analysis using the paired sample T test showed that the p-value = 0.000 is smaller than the critical value = 0.05, because the p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in children. toddlers in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022 Giving Tui Na massage that has been done is able to launch the blood circulation system so that it can increase the supply of oxygen and the flow of nutrients in the body's cells, especially in the digestive organs so that the digestive organs are able to work optimally. Optimal work of the digestive organs will make toddlers feel hungry quickly because food absorption is better, so toddlers feel hungry more often and are able to eat well.

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work ethics and work experience simultaneously influence the work performance of employees at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office? The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an effect of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of work experience on employee performance at the Sibolga City DPRD Secretariat Office. The population is 108 people and the sample is 52 people. The results showed that work ethics and work experience simultaneously affect employee performance, where Fcount (86.578) is greater than Ftable (3.18) and Sig.á (0.000b) is smaller than α 5% (0.005). There is an influence of work ethics on employee performance, where the tcount value of 5.511 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 less than α (0.05). There is the influence of work experience on employee performance, where the tcount value of 2.780 is greater than the ttable value of 2.008 or a significant (Sig-t) of 0.008 less than α (0.05). 77.9% work ethics and work experience can affect employee performance. The positive sign in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 4.825 + 0.552X1 + 0.314X2 indicates that employee performance will increase if work ethics and work experience are good.

Post-Cesarean Section (CS) patients often experience anxiety that can hinder the recovery process. Limited time for health workers to provide comprehensive education is one of the main factors causing a lack of patient understanding of post-CS care. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of providing video-based education and interactive sessions in reducing anxiety in post-CS patients. The methods used include socialization, video-based training, direct practice, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed an increase in patient understanding and compliance with post-CS care and a significant decrease in anxiety levels. Video-based education has been shown to be effective in helping patients understand recovery procedures better and reducing dependence on analgesics. Therefore, the implementation of similar education methods is recommended in health services to improve the quality of recovery in post-CS patients
