Maintaining the original cultural identity within a multicultural society amidst rapid globalization while remaining open to external changes and influences is a significant challenge. This tension is exacerbated by the impact of information technology, which can disseminate foreign values and ideologies, particularly affecting the youth. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, involving research that generates descriptive data based on the community's statements that the author investigates. The research aims to describe the phenomena occurring and underscores the need for education to uphold values aligned with national identity and manage cultural diversity wisely to prevent social conflicts. Education plays a crucial role in the process of socialization and individual development, serving not only as a means of transferring knowledge but also in shaping attitudes, values, and positive behaviors within the community. Through education, individuals can become people who appreciate diversity and contribute positively to diverse communities. Multicultural education, which emphasizes the importance of respecting diversity, is key to addressing social and cultural conflicts in Indonesia's diverse society. Additionally, quality education helps individuals adapt to the challenges of globalization while preserving local cultural identity, thus supporting the balance between global openness and the preservation of local values.

Religious moderation, rooted to the Arabic concept "al-wasathiyah", is an important approach to addressing diversity. Its application aims to provide a real-life example of how religious moderation can be manifested in the modern age, and it explains how to reinforce religious moderation in the midst of differing views in Islam. In the village of mulyosari, practicing islamic moderation harmoniously works. The celebration of the glorious hut of mulyosari isa concrete proof, in which all citizens are involved without regard for their religious or islamic organization. This qualitative study presents detailed and narrative results from various perspectives, showing the positive effect of moderate religious application in the mulyosari village. This research aims to explore the relationship between language policy and national identity formation through a macro-linguistic lens. By employing qualitative case study methodology, the study analyzes the language policies of Canada, Belgium, and India, examining their impacts on social cohesion, cultural identity, and political stability. The research investigates specific language policies, such as bilingualism in Canada, collaborative language programs in Belgium, and multilingual education in India, assessing their effects on various communities within these nations. The findings indicate that inclusive language policies significantly enhance social cohesion and foster national pride, while exclusive policies can lead to division and marginalization. In Canada, continued support for bilingual education strengthens ties between linguistic groups. In Belgium, fostering mutual respect among linguistic communities mitigates political tensions. In India, promoting multilingual education protecs regional languages and cultivates a sense of unity. By focusing on the interplay between language and identity, this study highlights the critical importance of inclusive language policies in fostering social harmony and national unity. Ultimately, the findings provide actionable insights for policymakers, emphasizing the need for frameworks that recognize linguistic diversity while promoting dialogue and integration among different language communities. This research contributes to the understanding of effective strategies for strengthening national identity in an increasingly globalized world, reinforcing the idea that language can serve as a bridge rather than a barrier.

This study examines the effect of good corporate governance represented by gender and age diversity of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, and the frequency of board of directors meetings on the company's financial performance calculated by ROE (Return on Assets). The sample of this study was 62 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022 which were obtained through purposive sampling techniques. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that gender diversity of the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, age diversity of the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, the size of the board of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, the frequency of board of directors meetings has a positive and significant effect on financial performance.

This article discusses the current views of pluralism and exclusivism among churches in Papua, focusing on how these concepts are understood and applied in the diverse social, cultural and religious context of Papua. Pluralism recognizes religious diversity and opens space for interfaith dialogue and cooperation, while exclusivism emphasizes that salvation can only be achieved through faith in Jesus Christ. In the context of Papua, which consists of various tribes, customary traditions, and religions, churches face challenges in determining attitudes towards pluralism and exclusivism, which have an impact on interfaith relations and social dynamics in the region. The purpose of this study is to analyze how pluralism and exclusivism affect the role of churches in Papua in dealing with religious and cultural diversity. It also aims to reveal the different views among the more pluralist and exclusivist churches and how these views shape their strategies in building relationships with other communities in Papua.

Indonesia's economic and social transformation has been significantly reinforced by the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) through digitalization. This research investigates the impact of the implementation of QRIS on the digitalization of MSMEs in the promotion of religious moderation and the establishment of social harmony. This research discovered that the adoption of QRIS not only enhances transaction efficiency and financial inclusion, but also fortifies social interactions among individuals from a variety of backgrounds, through surveys and direct assistance to 30 MSMEs in Pudakpayunh Village. The findings indicate that QRIS plays a role in the reduction of economic inequality, the enhancement of welfare, and the reinforcement of ethical values in business, all of which contribute to the establishment of a more harmonious and moderate social life. As a result, the implementation of QRIS is not only pertinent in an economic context, but also as a means of enhancing social cohesion and diversity in Indonesia.

Vertiqua biofical top filter is a cultivation technique with a recirculation system that utilizes limited land. Vertiqua is a solution for cultivation. When cultivating koi fish in vertiqua, the feed capacity increases and there is a high nutrient load so that the waters are easily polluted, therefore the presence of an upper biophysical filter can reduce pollution. This is important to study, especially the structure of the phytoplankton community because it is one of the biological indicators of ponds in koi fish cultivation. This research was carried out for 6 weeks in Sindangpalay Ciberem Sukabumi. The research was carried out by taking phytoplankton in the vertiqua at intervals of once every 2 weeks. The data analysis in this research is abundance, diversity, uniformity and dominance. During the research results obtained were abundance 636-673, diversity 2.6, uniformity 0.9, and dominance 0.01. The water quality studied was ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, pH, DO, turbidity and temperature. These waters are stable and healthy, which is a positive indicator to support fish farming activities. The water quality in Vertiqua is classified as good and the ecosystem is balanced, these waters are ideal for supporting the productivity and health of farmed fish.

Tulusbesar Village is a village in Tumpang District, Malang Regency that has potential in the field of culture. Tulusbesar Village has facilities to support the existence of arts in the Tulusbesar Village area. From the various artistic diversity in the village, there are problems in preserving culture, as well as a lack of understanding in digital, which also makes this village quite lagging behind in its cultural marketing. With the innovation of the Mojangki (Monggo Sanjang Mriki) Space program using the Smart Cultural Heritage (SmaCh) method, it aims to be able to realize the Cultural Capital of Tulusbesar Village so that it is always sustainable and survive to develop a cultural village.

This research attempted to analyze the impact of financial and economic shocks in a number of developing countries that are similar in terms of the size of the economy and the diversity of its economic structure, as well as the similarity in the quality of the exchange systems used to demonstrate the extent of the monetary authorities’ ability to target inflation in light of the occurrence of shocks of various types and forms during the research period, in addition to This is an indication of the extent of the diversity of the economy and its connection to those shocks, as the oil sector constitutes a large portion of the gross domestic product of the countries of the research sample, with this being lower for the Emirati economy, and this matter made the Iraqi economy to be more affected by the economic crises and shocks that occurred during the period of the study compared to other economies. Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, where the Saudi economy comes in second place in terms of being affected by these shocks, followed by the Emirati economy, which had the least impact. The research variables (inflation, public revenues, and gross domestic product) were also closely linked to the occurrence of both positive and negative financial and economic shocks. When countries face a positive economic shock, the economic situation in the sample countries improves, and the research variables tend to increase, and vice versa when those countries face a shock. The zooplankton community structure in koi fish (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) aquaculture using the Vertiqua system with a biological biofilter was analyzed to understand the crucial role of zooplankton as an integral part of aquatic ecosystems. Zooplankton, which connects phytoplankton with carnivorous consumers, also serves as an effective biological indicator for assessing changes in aquatic environmental conditions. This study employed a descriptive method to observe the abundance and diversity of zooplankton in three Vertiqua ponds. The observations revealed that the zooplankton groups Rotifera and Ciliophora were dominant, with abundances of 118 Ind/l and 106 Ind/l, respectively. The three observed Vertiqua ponds were categorized as mesotrophic, with an average diversity index of 2.2, zooplankton evenness index of 0.7, and dominance index of 0.2. Measurements of the water’s physical-chemical factors showed an average temperature of 26°C, pH 6, DO 6 Mg/l, ammonia 0.05 Mg/l, nitrite 2.33 Mg/l, nitrate 14.6 Mg/l, and phosphate 1.1 Mg/l. Based on the abundance and diversity of zooplankton found, the pond water conditions can be categorized as mesotrophic with a moderate level of fertility, supporting a varied zooplankton community structure.

This study examines the strategy for selecting Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching methods at the Dwi Farma Pharmacy Academy in Bukittinggi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved 20 participants including PAI lecturers, students, and academy leaders. Results show that method selection is influenced by pharmacy students' characteristics, the need to contextualize PAI materials with pharmaceutical ethics, technology availability, and diversity in students' religious knowledge. Interactive and problem-based methods prove more effective. Main challenges include time constraints and learning technology optimization. The research recommends developing integrated modules, enhancing lecturers' technology competence, implementing peer mentoring, and fostering collaboration between PAI and pharmacy lecturers. This study contributes to the development of effective PAI learning strategies in pharmacy higher education institutions.

This study discusses the application of religious moderation in an effort to build a peaceful and tolerant community in Tewang Kadamba Village, Central Kalimantan. This village is known for its cultural and religious diversity, where the Dayak Kaharingan tribe is the majority of the population while Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity live side by side harmoniously. However, there are challenges related to the lack of motivation in worship activities and the shortage of Islamic religious teachers in the village. This is a serious concern because it can affect the social and religious life of the community. The Tewang Kadamba Village KKN Team took the initiative to empower the community through strengthening religious values ​​by involving the younger generation and cadres in the religious teaching program. This program is expected to encourage positive changes in religious life and social life in the village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and literature study, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the religious teaching program in improving the understanding and practice of religious moderation values ​​among the Tewang Kadamba Village community. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide useful suggestions for the development of religious teaching programs in Tewang Kadamba Village, so that they can support the formation of a religious, tolerant, and peaceful society

Changes that occur in aquaculture are influenced by feeding and water quality, causing changes in the composition, abundance, and structure of plankton communities. Therefore, the presence of plankton can be used as an indicator of aquaculture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure of plankton communities in freshwater crayfish farming in fiber ponds. For plankton retrieval techniques in this study were carried out every day at 06.00 for 14 days. A total of 50 liters of water is taken from each pond using a bucket, water collection in each pond is carried out at 5 different points and filtered using planktonet. The types of phytoplankton found in 3 fiber ponds consist of classes Bacillariophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophycae and Rotifers and consist of 13 species. This type of zooplankton consists of the class of rotifers and consists of 25 genera. The type of phytoplankton that most often dominates is found in Microc species. In zooplankton, the type that most often dominates is Branchiaonus. This makes Microcystis. and Branchiaonus. plays a high role in maintaining the sustainability of the ecosystem in fiber ponds. H' values range from 1.2 - 1.5 for E values range from 0.4 - 0.5 and D ranges from 0.3 - 0.5. This shows that the quality of LAT cultivation water is still relatively poor. It is characterized by low diversity and uniformity of plankton and indications of species dominance.

This socialisation activity aims to optimise the utilisation in processing fishery products through making shredded tilapia with young jackfruit as an additional ingredient in the Kedungpeluk Village area, which is located in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used was observation, interview, preparation of work programme and practice in making shredded tilapia. The activity began with socialisation to the PKK women's group to increase understanding and skills in processing tilapia into shredded fish. The use of young jackfruit is a form of innovation in developing local food potential and is an effort to diversify food which is a diversity of products consumed and improve the value of fibre in processed meat such as shredded which has low fibre. This socialisation activity is expected to be able to provide direction to the Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) women's group in Kedungpeluk Village, Candi Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency to gain knowledge and skills in processing tilapia and young jackfruit into processed products

Indonesia is known for its rich ethnic and cultural diversity, one of which is the Minangkabau ethnic group, renowned for its strong ancestral traditions. This research aims to visualize the philosophy of "Alam Takambang Jadi Guru" upheld by the Minangkabau community through Islamic calligraphy painting. The method used is a descriptive approach with the exploration of calligraphy art elements inspired by the works of national calligraphy artists such as H. Purwanto Zain. The findings of the study show that this philosophy serves not only as a life guide but also as an inspiration in calligraphy art that combines traditional and religious values. The implications of this work are a form of spiritual devotion and an effort to preserve the Minangkabau culture, rich in noble values. In conclusion, the resulting calligraphy art is able to inspire the next generation to continue appreciating nature as a teacher and to understand the greatness of Allah SWT in every aspect of life.

The research titled “Examining Social Dynamics by Using Slang expressions in The Movie Scripts Entitled Barbie” adopts a qualitative approach to scrutinize the slang utilized by characters in the Barbie Movie, aiming to dissect the social dynamics depicted in the script. The study's main objective is to classify the diverse slang terms and comprehend their effect on the characters' social interactions and bonds. Employing Chapman’s (1988) classification of primary and secondary slang, the study organizes the slang found in the screenplay. It probes into how these terms influence character evolution, social ties, cultural variety, identity, and self-assertion. This examination underscores the role of slang in enriching thematic representation and advancing the movie's storyline. The results indicate that slang in "Barbie" serves beyond mere colloquialisms; it's a strategic narrative device that deepens character depiction and accentuates the intricate social interplay within the plot. The research deduces that slang is pivotal in crafting the movie's social milieu, offering profound insight into the personas and their interrelations, thereby enriching the audience's grasp of the cultural and societal contexts portrayed in the film.

This article explores the development of a curriculum for the Qur'anic literacy program at the high school level (SMA). The curriculum aims to enhance students' ability to understand and interpret the Qur'an, integrating both traditional religious education and contemporary pedagogical approaches. The study examines the needs of high school students in mastering Qur'anic literacy and how the curriculum can be tailored to meet these needs effectively. The research also addresses the challenges and opportunities in implementing such a program, considering the diversity of student backgrounds and the evolving educational landscape. The findings suggest that a well-structured Qur'anic literacy curriculum can significantly contribute to students' religious and moral development, preparing them to engage with the Qur'an in a meaningful way throughout their lives.

This research uses library research analysis methods and digital observation to deepen an analysis of cases that occur on social media related to religion and religious moderation.
