Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Diversification of post-havesting of coffe managed by the coffee farming group in the Sidoharjo district, Kulonprogo has several problems in post-harvest handling and processing coffee, especially in processing of coffee powder  with good manufacturing process (gmp) as well as conventional marketing management. Through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), the service team provide solutions to outcome problems through several methods; 1) training and assistance in post-harvest handling  2) training and assistance in the production of ground coffee in a natural process and 3) training and assistance in marketing management with digital marketing. The results of the assistance are the post-harvest handling and processing of coffee properly and correctly by producing ground coffee with the brand name "Lemon" as well as better managed marketing, not only in a conventional manner but also by using marketing based technologoy (www .kopilemon.com). With this Community Partnership Program, it has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of coffee farmers in the Menoreh area

Balm, a pharmaceutical product that is no stranger to the community, therefore, this product is one of the most potential commodities developed into a home industry that can improve the economy of the community. relatively simple balm formulation and easy in material, is very possible to be applied in the community. This article is a form of publication of community service that has been carried out on Tuesday, February 6, 2018,at RW XXII Bibis Luhur Kel. Nusukan Kec. Banjarsari Surakarta Central Java. This community service is entitled "training of sticks from herbal and pioneering industry as a home industry" which aims to provide understanding and skill through counseling, training, and application of herbal balsam in the form of sticks, and utilization in health by empowering natural resources optimally, produce new products, besides can be made for self-use, sticks balm is a product that is very much needed by the community, so it is possible to develop its production in the scale of home industry to improve the economy of the community.

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

There are symptoms of children in Alif Tsalatsa Surakarta experienced communication apprehension from the counseling interview conducted by the author to some children in the boarding school is a number of children when chatting with friends, as if the conversation is cornered him and then away from the crowd and choose alone when his friend was just joking. In addition one of the children said that if communicating with his friend even if it was just a casual conversation he felt confused to position himself, if gathered together in a small group between lodgers look worried, depressed from the sweaty hands, and nervous looking confused in starting the conversation and was afraid the topic was unattractive. In addition, if there is a problem with his friend, the student does not dare to express his heart. He prefers silence because when spoken of he is afraid of tipping the problem and afraid if the child is abandoned his friends.The training of group guidance services is able to cope with communication apprehension (In Children In Alif Tsalatsa Surakarta). Method of Implementation in this community service activities is with the provision of services group guidance. by using the game in this activity is in every meeting will discuss the topic of the task of the theme of communication in the process of its activities inserted game put forward by Suwarjo and Eliasa are: a) chain word; b) Our Picture; c) Trips of the Three Disabled; d) Continue my story; e) Standing Together. The purpose of this study was to analyzetheeffect of the ability of the sales force, sales training and orientationaccuracy ofthe customer to the performance of agents multilevel marketingdistributors of NuSkin in Semarang . The population in this study is the distributor of Nu Skin multilevelmarketing agency in Semarang with a sample of 35 respondents wasobtained by purposive sampling technique, the distributor who has joined for3 months and have a monthly income and the amount of the bonus >Rp.1.000.000. Primary data was collected through questionnaires andanalyzed with multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed that the ability of the sales force and accuracy ofsalestraining has a positive effect on the performance of distributors agents.Whilecustomer orientation negatively affect the performance of distributorsagents.Variable accuracy of sales training (b2 = 0 , 534) became the largestfactoraffecting the performance of distributors agents. While the sales force'sabilityvariables (b3 = 0.419) became the lowest factor affecting theperformance ofdistributors agents .

E-WOM adalah pernyataan positif atau negatif yang dibuat oleh konsumen potensial, konsumen aktual, dan konsumen terdahulu tentang produk atau perusahaan melalui internet. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan pernyataan tersebut adalah media sosial twitter. Media sosial dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan respon secara jujur karena biasanya orang tidak akan merasa sungkan untuk mengungkapkan perasaannya secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa ada atau tidaknya pernyataan e-WOM terhadap penyedia jasa layanan internet. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga kegiatan, yang pertama adalah mengambil cuitan pengguna twitter yang mengandung kata yang berhubungan dengan penyedia jasa layanan internet. Kegiatan kedua adalah persiapan data untuk training. Yang ketiga adalah menganalisa e-wom dengan metode knn dan bahasa pemrograman R. Hasil penelitian ini berupa data motif e-wom Venting Negative Feelings dan Extraversion / Positive Self-Enhancement. Data tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan pengguna internet dalam memilih penyedia jasa layanan internet yang baik.

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.

Neuro Associtive Conditioning Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (NAC POLRI) mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembalikan semangat dan teladan yang telah diwariskan oleh para pejuang dan para pahlawan Indonesia melalui training Pendidikan Karakter.  Kemerosotan bangsa Indonesia, khususnya para generasi penerus bangsa menjadikan bangsa Indonesia terpuruk.  Generasi muda menjadi loyo seperti tak bertenaga di alam Indonesia yang subur dan gemah ripah lohjinawi.  Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi menjembatani Rencana dan kiprah NAC POLRI melalui media online berupa website.  Melalui website nacpolri.org diharapkan semua tujuan dan rencana untuk membuat kembali generasi muda memiliki karakter bangsa Indonesia akan tercapai.  Proses pembuatan website yang dibuat melalui rencana yang benar, develop web yang benar, cara mengisi artikel yang benar dan cara memelihara website yang benar menjadi nilai tambah website nacpolri.org.  Website nacpolri.org menjadi besar dan disukai pengunjung karena menggunakan cara Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan selalu di evaluasi perkembangannya.  Sehingga tujuan menjadikan bangsa ini kembali memiliki Pendidikan Karakter yang kuat akan bisa diwujudkan.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and competence on the quality of audit results at Representatives BPKP of Central Java. Job experience was measured by indicators the length of works as an auditor and the number of inspection tasks are performed. Independence was measured by indicators of independence in programming, in the execution of work, and independence in reporting.Objectivity was measured by indicator, free from conflict of interest and disclosure of factual conditions. Integrity was measured by indicator honesty, courege, prudence, and responsibility that auditors have. Competency was measured by indicator personal quality, general knowledge, and specialized expertise. While quality of audit results was measured by indicator of compliance with auditing standard and quality of examination report. The population of this study is civil servants whose work at Representatives BPKP of Central Java with sample is the civil servants has been following education and training as functional auditor. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression model. Test result showed that job experience, independence, and objectivity has no effect on quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. While the integrity and competence have influence to quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. Lama studi dari mahasiswa ini sangatlah penting bagi mahasiswa, program studi serta perguruan tinggi. Permasalahan lama studi setiap mahasiswa bisa disebabkan atau dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Hal tersebut telah dibuktikan dengan beberapa penelitian pada permasalahan tersebut yang mendapati sejumlah faktor yang berpengatuh terhadap lama studi mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik data mining khususnya klasifikasi untuk prediksi dengan algoritma naive bayes dapat dilakukan prediksi terhadap ketepatan waktu studi dari mahasiswa berdasarkan data training yang ada. Data training dan testing yang digunakan diambil secara random pada tabel data master yang digunakan. Algoritma naive bayes, menghitung perbandingan peluang antara jumlah dari masing-masng kriteria nilai fields terhadap nilai hasil prediksi sesunggunya. Fungsi untuk prediksi dibuat menggunakan Query pada MySql dalam bentuk function(fbayesian). Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh tingkat kesalahan prediksi berkisar 20% sampai dengan 50% dengan data training dan testing yang diambil secara random. Namun rata-rata tingkat kesalahan berkisar 20 % hingga 34%. Tinggi rendahnya tingkat kesalahan dapat disebabkan oleh jumlah record data dan tingkat konsistensi dari data training yang dgunakan. Sedangkan hasil prediksi dari ketepatan lama studi dari mahasiswa angkatan 2008 adalah sebesar 254 mahasiswa diprediksi ”Tepat Waktu” dan sisanya yaitu 4 orang diprediksi ”Tidak Tepat Waktu”.   Kata Kunci : Prediksi, Lama Studi, Data Mining, Naive bayes, MySql

Salah satu cara yang paling berhasil untuk mengorganisasikan informasi dalam jumlah banyak dan dapat dipahami oleh para pencari informasi adalah dengan melakukan klasifikasi dokumen berdasarkan topiknya. Kebutuhan akan dokumen pembelajaran untuk melakukan klasifikasi dokumen merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam topik klasifikasi dokumen. Permasalahan yang timbul menjadi semakin rumit dengan adanya fakta bahwa jumlah simpanan data berita menjadi sangat besar dan tidak terorganisir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu strategi pengelompokan otomatis dokumen-dokumen berita tersebut. Klasifikasi merupakan salah satu metode dalam data mining yang bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan kelas dari sebuah objek yang belum diketahui kelasnya. Pada klasifikasi terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan proses training dan testing. Pada proses tersebut akan digunakan dataset yang telah diketahui kelas objeknya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibangun aplikasi Klasifikasi Berita Menggunakan Ontologi. Obyek penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah artikel berita berbahasa Indonesia dari situs http://www.google.com Dengan adanya klasifikasi dokumen maka hasil download berita dari situs http://www.google.com dapat lebih terstruktur sehingga untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih cepat dan relevan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.

This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.
