Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs are businesses formed by a group of people or individuals independently. Digital marketing is a strategy or marketing activity such as product promotion carried out through digital media. Marketing strategies through digital marketing are needed so that MSMEs can compete and reach more consumers. Pondok Etam is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that sells various kinds of food products that are focused on the target market for teenagers to adults. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of digital marketing for MSME Pondok Etam.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. The result of this study is that digital marketing has a positive impact on the MSME of Pondok Etam, because there is an increase in brand awareness and a significant increase in sales

The purpose of the research is to optimize the contribution of billboard tax as a source of local funds and minimize the potential for lost billboard tax (EOL) in Demak Regency. This type of research is an explantative study that aims to find an explanation of the phenomenon of not optimal Reklame Tax as a Source of Regional funds. The object of this research is The Billboard Tax in Demak Regency. The sub-districts selected as research samples are potential sub-districts for billboards in the sense of easy access from various corners, crowded centers and or city centers including (1) Demak kecematan, (2) Guntur subdistrict, (3) Karangawen subdistrict, and (4) Mranggen subdistrict. These four subdistricts are used as analysis bases to then be generalized as a representation of Demak Regency. The data source is obtained by documentary studies, interviews with relevant officials, as well as field surveys. Data analysis is conducted with the following stages (1) calculation of potential tax receipts, (2) calculating the effectiveness of billboard tax management, 3 analysis of the causes of high low EOL and (4) formulation of policies for the optimization of billboard tax. From the results of the analysis will be formulated the right strategy to minimize EOL. The results showed that the contribution of billboard tax as a source of regional funds is still very small and not yet optimum. This happens because of the high tax on EOL (expected opportunity lost) and the number of wild billboards. The high EOL and wild billboards are due to the relatively weak governance (weak information system, coordination and supervision) and the motivation of the work of officers that has not been optimal. To optimize the potential of tax receipts need to be carried out the development of governance based on integrated information systems. To minimize EOL, a policy of strengthening the governance of The Billboard Tax is necessary: (a) establishing an integrative information system for the management of billboard taxes, (b) reorganization of the billboard tax management organization. (c) improve work rules, (d) improve more effective mechanisms of action, and (e) develop the professionalism of the officers involved.

The participants were very enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in every activity in this learning. They really pay close attention to every explanation given. Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

The community service program for planting mangrove trees at Tirang Beach, Semarang aims to increase public awareness of the importance of mangrove ecosystems and improve coastal environmental conditions. This program will be implemented through mangrove tree planting activities and counseling regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment. The method that will be used in this program is data collection through surveys to determine the level of public awareness regarding the importance of mangrove ecosystems and coastal environmental conditions. Furthermore, mangrove tree planting activities will be carried out together with the local community, involving experts in the environmental and fisheries fields. In addition, counseling will be carried out regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment, including as a place for various types of fish and wild animals to live, as well as protecting the coast from abrasion. Through this program, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the importance of preserving mangrove ecosystems and protecting the coastal environment. The expected results of this program are increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the coastal environment and mangrove ecosystems, as well as increasing the number of mangrove trees on Tirang Beach. This program is also expected to be an example for other communities to preserve the environment and encourage the creation of a healthier and more sustainable environment.

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. The results showed that (1) all visitors who came were very enthusiastic about the history of the construction of each existing monument, (2) the role of both local and foreign tourists had a positive impact on the community, namely the development of local community knowledge systems, the emergence of new livelihoods, getting to know language diversity, technological progress, the formation of social organizations, the emergence of the commercialization of hospitality, the shift in the value of solidarity in agriculture. Cultural tourism is a travel activity carried out by certain parties (a person or group of people) by visiting certain places with the aim of learning about cultural attractions or taking advantage of the cultural potential of the places visited.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented the telex release process in the implementation of the transportation of goods by sea. Telex release is the process of digitizing the bill of lading because the delivery of the document is sent via email from the carrier to the sender. However, the regulations governing the operation of sea transportation in Indonesia have not explicitly accommodated telex releases, even though in practice telex releases have been used in the implementation of sea transportation in Indonesia. Efforts that can be made to optimize the use of telex releases are by accommodating the principles contained in international instruments related to sea transportation law, making rules and norms related to the use of telex releases, considering Indonesia's membership in international organizations in the field of sea transportation, and creating the process of organizing sea transportation in Indonesia becomes more effective and efficient through the use of telex releases.

Public service or community service is defined as the provision of services to people who have an interest. The Center for Conservation and Natural Resources is an agency that is engaged in the field of conservation and natural resources which is responsible for supervising the captive efforts and maintenance of protected plants and animals by individuals, companies and institutions. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language. Pelayanan publik atau layanan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pemberian layanan kepada  masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan. Balai Konservasi Dan Sumber Daya Alam adalah sebuah Instansi yang bergelut di bidang konservasi dan sumber daya alam yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi upaya-upaya penangkaran dan pemeliharaan tumbuhan dan satwa dilindungi oleh perorangan, perusahaan dan lembaga. Masyarakat merupakan sumber informasi utama bagi instansi ini dalam hal pemantauan terhadap pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di lingkugannya, tetapi justru masyarakat sendiri yang jarang memberikan informasi dikaranakan masyarakat harus melakukan pelaporan secara langsung dan membutuhkan waktu dan biaya untuk melakukan pelaporan. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik adalah dengan membagun aplikasi sistem informasi untuk media komunikasi dengan pendekatan Work System Framework. Work System Framework adalah sebuah sistem dimana manusia atau mesin berpartisipasi menjalankan proses bisnis dengan menggunakan informasi, teknologi dan sumber daya, dalam melakukan analisa dan perancangan dilakukan kan pemodelan dengan Unified modeling language.

The purpose of socializing the DNA of the City is an understanding of the uniqueness of a place that is ultimately able to provide uniqueness to a place that is a destination for tourists. For international researchers, the introduction of City DNA is a way to be able to recognize the competitive ability of a place. Pregnant women really dream of a healthy pregnancy. To be able to have a healthy pregnancy, pregnant women can do pregnancy exercises. An old method that is still used in pregnancy services today is pregnancy exercise, where pregnancy exercise is also a method of relaxation and exercise for pregnant women which is a permanent program in antenatal care, aimed at making pregnant women mentally and physically ready to face the birthing process. In fact, even though there are pregnancy exercises for pregnant women, there are still many who don't know about pregnancy exercises. Based on a preliminary survey of 10 pregnant women with gestational age entering the 2nd and 3rd trimesters who came to the Posyandu regularly in RW 02 Sambiroto Village, there were 4 pregnant women who said that while participating in activities at the Posyandu they only received material regarding pregnancy information. This community service activity is an effort to increase the knowledge, skills and understanding of posyandu cadres and pregnant women about the methods and benefits of pregnancy exercise during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy in RW 02, Sambiroto Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The specific target of this PKM is to teach cadres and pregnant women how to do safe pregnancy exercises for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. This PKM program activity is carried out using counseling and training methods at the RW 02 hall, Sambiroto Village with implementation methods a) Pre-field survey, b ) Preparation of training tools and materials, c) Preparation of training methods, d) Training of Posyandu cadres and pregnant women, e) Mentoring, f) Evaluation, g) Making reports and publications. Based on the results of socialization and training, significant results were obtained, namely that posyandu cadres were able to guide pregnancy exercise correctly and pregnant women understood the benefits of pregnancy exercise.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

Electrical energy continues to grow over time, power plants with large capacities are the main sources of electricity in Indonesia, one of which is the Steam Power Plant (PLTU). In the field of power plants that use coal always need air during the electricity production process. This study aims 1) to determine the protection management system on the Forced Draft fan motor using GE Multilin 269 Plus, 2) Setting GE Multilin 269 Plus as protection, 3) The results of the protection in the form of Normal Motor, Alarm, and Trip conditions in the accumulation of imbalance (Unbalance) ). The method used is a quantitative research method based on analysis, taking data and then analyzing the data obtained. The results of this quantitative study regarding the Unbalance value or imbalance of the electric motor analyzed resulted in a value of 5.8% for normal conditions, 10.86% for alarm conditions on multilin and 15.50% in trip conditions or the motor had stopped. These values ​​are obtained from the results of calculations comparing negative sequence currents and positive sequence currents (In/Ip). The conclusion obtained is that the GE Multilin 269 Plus protects the electric motor from system damage by using a current sensor and through a setting point that is adjusted to the provisions of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) with an unbalance value of more than 15% for trips, more than 10% for alarm conditions and less than 10% under normal conditions

The shifting habit of using digital media in human activities has made the use of design as media promotion increasingly widespread in the business world. Examples of promotional media include brochures, leaflets, posters, business cards, billboards, banners, and banners. This illustrates that graphic design skills are important things that students need to have in this modern era. Therefore, it is important to hold graphic design training as an initial means for students to improve their ability to produce a quality graphic design work.

Fokus masalah dalam tulisan ialah menelusuri Paralelisme Prinsip Tauhid dengan Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Kab. Asahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang digolongkan kepada penelitian lapangan (field research), yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu metode yang berusaha mencari dan menyajikan data-data dari objek yang akan diteliti. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ialah; Pertama, pengaruh prinsip Tauhid dalam kehidupan pegawai tampak dalam sikap dan tingkah lakunya yang dilandaskan pada suatu keyakinan yaitu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, moral yang bersih, menghargai waktu, bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada produktivitas. Kedua, Prinsip Tauhid penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen kinerja pegawai PTPN IV Ashan, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempe-ngaruhi semnagat kerja di antaranya,  agama, motivasi, penilaian prestasi dan pembinaan. Prinsip Tauhid selalu mengambil posisi dan memainkan peranan positif, dinamis, dan kreatif dalam memajukan kinerja pegawai.

Tourism has become a Leading Sector for the Government. The success of tourism destinations in the current era of society 4.0 cannot be separated from the regional ability to develop information systems and promotions based on digital 4.0. The purpose of this activity is to help the Tourism Office's human resources have the basics of destination marketing and open the paradigm of thinking of the Tourism Office's human resources about the importance of marketing. The method is the lecture method, FGD, and direct practice in the field. The Participants of this activity were 7 people who came from Bimtek, namely the West Kotawaringin Regency Tourism Office. This community service activity was carried out on Saturday and Sunday, 16-17 November 2019. The place for this activity took a place at the College of Tourism Economics in Semarang and the Bandungan area. The result of this dedication is the formation of lecture material which includes the Definition of Tourist Attractions, the Definition of Tourism Destinations, and the Uniqueness of Kalimantan's Tourist Attractions which are worth VRIN.

Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Standard error of estimate are at zero (0) proves that the regression model appropriate was used to predict the dependent variable or the quality of service.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.
