Gaya belajar mahasiswa dapat bervariasi dari visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Beberapa penelitian memperlihatkan adanya perubahan gaya belajar seiring dengan waktu. Namun, pada beberapa penelitian lainnya hal ini tidak tergambarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan gaya belajar mahasiswa selama mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar. Desain penelitian kohort digunakan pada penelitian ini. Sebanyak 63 responden mengikuti penelitian ini. Pengukuran dilakukan dua kali, yaitu pada saat responden berada ditahun pertama dan tahun ketiga saat mengikuti program pendidikan dokter. Data yang didapat akan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analitik. Uji analitik yang digunakan adalah uji alternatif Chi-Square yaitu uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z. Hasil pengukuran didapatkan mayoritas gaya belajar mahasiswa baik ditahun pertama atau tahun ketiga dalam kategori unimodal. Gaya belajar unimodal terbanyak adalah visual, diikuti dengan auditori dan kinestetik. Gaya belajar bimodal terbanyak adalah visual kinestetik. Uji komparasi gaya belajar tahun pertama dengan tahun ketiga didapatkan nilai p=0,832 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara gaya belajar mahasiswa ditahun pertama dengan tahun ketiga. Namun, terdapat perubahan gaya belajar mahasiswa seiring dengan waktu. Karakteristik institusi dapat menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya belajar mahasiswa. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menganalisis hal tersebut.

Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

In the use of e-commerce, buying and selling and marketing activities will be easier and more efficient where consumers will find it easier to buy and sell the desired goods without having to leave the house so as to show the ease of transactions, reduce costs and speed up the transaction process. This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

Indonesia is an earthquake-prone zone country. Many victims of life and material due to the earthquake that occurred in Indonesia. One of them is the result of the collapse of the building. Buildings in Indonesia should be designed to withstand earthquakes. The resistance of buildings to earthquakes is highly dependent on their geometric configuration which is closely related to form and space. With the development of the era, it also affects the architectural 'trend' favored by architects and clients. But without realizing this trend can affect the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes. Design trends carried out by architects that can affect the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes are: 1). Architectural styles that are developing in the world, 2). Transformation of the geometric form of the building, 3). Selection of building materials, 4). Placement of swimming pools on the roofs of high-rise buildings, and 5). Use of building modules. 

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

  Perkembangan merupakan perubahan yang terjadi pada diri individu dengan bertambahnya kemampuan dan fungsi tubuh dari yang sederhana ke yang lebih kompleks, sebagai hasil dari proses pematangan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pijat Bayi Terhadap Peningkatan Motorik Kasar Pada Bayi Usia 3-6 Bulan di BPM Suriyanti, S.ST Makassar. Desain Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen metode Pre Test-Post Test Control Group Design, populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 100 bayi di BPM Suriyanti, S.ST Makassar dan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 orang (50%) yang mendapatkan pijat bayi, terdapat 14 bayi (93,3%) yang motorik kasanya meningkat dan 1 bayi (6,7 %) yang tidak meningkat. Sedangkan yang tidak di lakukan pijat bayi sebanyak 15 bayi (50%), terdapat 2 orang motorik kasarnya meningkat (13,3%) dan 13 bayi (86,7%) yang tidak meningkat. Dengan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan wilcokxon, menunjukkan bahwa setelah diuji wilcoxon nilai ? Value pretest-posttest dari kelompok perlakuan adalah 0,000 (<0,05), sedangkan nilai ? Value pretes-posttest pada kelompok kontrol 0.039 (<0,05). Sedangkan setelah diuji Mann whitney didapatkan hasil ? = 0,000 (<0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ?<?, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. yang artinya ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan motoric kasar pada bayi usia 3-6 bulan

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

Salah satu penyebab kematian ibu antara lain masih rendahnya pemahaman tentang kontrasepsi dan kesehatan reproduksi, rendahnya akses terhadap pelayanan kontrasepsi dan banyaknya pasangan usia subur (PUS) tidak mendapat pelayanan kontrasepsi, pada hal itu beresiko meningkatkan jumlah kematian ibu karena aborsi yang tidak aman (Budijanto, 2013).      Berdasarkan data wilayah kerja puskesmas Kombos pada tahun 2017 diketahui bahwa Jumlah peserta KB aktif berjumlah 3.711 (68,6%) dari total 5.408 Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS). Ini berarti masih ada 1.697 (31,4 %) PUS yang bukan merupakan peserta KB aktif. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan masih tingginya PUS yang tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kombos tahun 2017.       Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kombos Kota Manado pada  bulan Mei 2019. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah mono variable yaitu Faktor PUS tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Populasi dalam hal ini adalah semua PUS yang bukan peserta KB aktif di puskesmas Kombos yaitu berjumlah 1697 peserta. Sampel dalam hal ini adalah sebagian PUS yang bukan peserta KB aktif di puskesmas Kombos yaitu berjumlah 94 peserta. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan aksidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data ada penelitian ini menggunakan tabel distribusi frekwensi. Faktor penyebab Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kombos Kota Manado menunjukkan 19,1% ingin punya anak, 16,4 % takut efek samping, 15,3% tidak nyaman, 14,5% fertilitas (ingin banyak anak0, 14,5% tidak ingin, 9,2% masalah akses alat KB, 6,5% masalah kepercayaan/agama..    

Asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the airways. This disease is diagnosed based on a history of respiratory symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, a feeling of heaviness in the chest and coughing that varies in time and intensity, accompanied by limited expiratory air flow. The aim of this activity is to be able to understand asthma and administer simple steam inhalation to determine the effectiveness of airway clearance after administering inhalation therapy (UAP) to asthma patients. Health education about asthma and simple steam inhalation can increase the knowledge of  Kampung Baru village residents to do their best to treat asthma using traditional medicine. Health education to residents can increase their knowledge and skills in using traditional drugs in a simple way.

The standard of living of the fishermen in Bandengan Village in general still lives below the poverty line. The condition of the houses which are semi-permanent as permanent residences even though the houses are close to each other accompanied by an environment that is still dirty and the unpleasant smell of fish waste whose drainage is not smooth adds to the poor environment. Healthy . Due to the slum and unhealthy environmental conditions, the fishermen of Bandengan Village are still able to survive in order to make a living even though they only fish to meet their daily needs.Regarding the position of deeper sea depths, generally fishermen have not been able to determine the exact position of fishing areas or have not mapped out exactly which areas have deeper depths and are thought to have lots of fish. From the data obtained, most of the overall fish catches have not increased. From the results of the analysis, this is because half of the fishing groups' fish catches have increased and half of the fishing groups' fish catches have experienced a decrease.Therefore, AMNI Maritime University has made the fishing community in Bandengan Kendal Village a Development Partner in order to improve the economy of the fishing community through optimizing fishing.

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) upaya pustakawan dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak di Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat; (2) kendala yang dihadapi pustakawan dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak di Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan petugas Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ada beberapa ringkasan. Diantaranya: (1) upaya pustakawan untuk meningkatkan minat baca anak di Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah, menyediakan sarana dan prasarana, memperbarui koleksi buku secara berkala, memberikan layanan khusus untuk anak, desain ruangan yang nyaman, kerjasama dengan sekolah, menambah pustakawan yang bekerja di bidang pelayanan anak; (2) Kendala yang dihadapi pustakawan untuk meningkatkan minat baca anak di Badan Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah, meja dan kursi terbatas, tempat bermain anak belum tersedia, kurangnya minat baca anak, ruang kegiatan anak kurang memadai, warna cat kamar kurang menarik, kurangnya petugas perpustakaan pada pelayanan anak.

Pengembangan kemampuan dan pemberian motivasi sebagai bentuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada destinasi wisata kampoeng djowo sekatul Kendal, skripsi progam strata 1 (S1) dengan peminatan manajemen sumber daya manusia di Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI).rumah makan kampoeng djowo sekatul selain dikenal dengan berbagai menunya yang komplit dan harganya yang tidak begitu mahal, tempat ini tergolong nyaman untuk makan sambil beristirahat dengan udara yang sejuk dan di kelilingi berbagai bangunan rumah joglo yang ber nuansa jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelatihan dan Pemberian motivasi karyawan pada Desa wisataKampoeng Djowo Sekatu Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi.Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah purposive sampling.Manager, divisi umum, serta para staff karyawan merupakan informan dalam penelitian ini.Penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi sebagai teknik untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian menujukkan metode yang digunakan terbukti efektif, seperti proses pelatihan calon karyawan yang menggunakan metode pelatihan sambil bekerja, sedangkan dalam proses pengembangan karyawan, metode yang digunakan oleh Desa wisataKampoeng Djowo Sekatul adalah metode rotasi pekerjaan, persiapan untuk pengganti dan juga memakai kembali metode pelatihan (pelatihan sambil bekerja).

Profil Budaya Organisasi Indomart Genuk Demak saat ini (current) dan yang diharapkan (preferred) masih didominasi oleh tipe budaya hierarchy dan market dengan gap sebesar 3%, maka tidak dibutuhkan perubahan budaya organisasi yang signifikan. Namun jika dilihat lebih detail terhadap keenam dimensi, ada lima dimensi yang menunjukan gap lebih dari 5% sehingga memerlukan perubahan budaya organisasi sebagai strategi peningkatan SDM pada perusahaan tersebut. Kelima dimensi tersebut adalah Kepemimpinan Organisasi, Pengelolaan Karyawan, Perekat Organisasi, Penekanan Strategis dan Kriteria Sukses.Strategi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia pada Indomart Genuk Demak berdasarkan pada enam dimensi utama, yaitu : a). Kepemimpinan Organisasi : Menerapkan kepemimpinan organisasi yang lebih fleksible namun tidak juga melanggar aturan b). Pengelolaan Karyawan : melakukan pengelolaan karyawan yang lebih mengutamakan kerja sama tim, kesepakatan, partisipasi semua karyawan, lebih fokus pada pengelolaan intern perusahaan. c). Perekat Organisasi : mengurangi formalitas aturan aturan yang mendasari perekat organisasi. d. Penekanan Strategis : fokus pada internal perusahaan dan mengurangi fokus pada persaingan pasar e). Kriteria Sukses : menekankan kriteria sukses pada pengembangan SDM, kondisi internal perusahaan, kerja tim dan komitmen serta kepedulian akan sesama karyawan.Kata kunci: dampak, ritel modern, Indomart.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around           population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is  undeniable  that tourism  contributes  a large amount  of  income  so  that  this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. The results of this activity are expected to make Sikasur Tourism Village begin to adapt and develop in this new normal era

Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi sudah menggunakan metode E-Voting sebagai sarana demokrasi,  walaupun  baru  diterapkan  di  tingkat  pemilihan  kepala  dusun  dan  kepala  desa. Sistem pemungutan suara elektronik (e-voting) harus diseriusi dan menjamin transparansi, kepastian, keamanan akuntabilitas, dan akurasi. Selain kesiapan teknologi, tentunya harus didukung dengan kesiapan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan sistem e-voting ini ke depannya. Ketidaksiapan  dan  kurangnya  sosialisasi  pemerintah  terhadap  e-voting  juga  dapat  menjadi faktor pemicu kegagalan dalam penerapan sistem ini. Sejak pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebar diseluruh  dunia,  melumpuhkan  kegiatan  manusia  khusus  di  Indonesia.  Pemilihan  Kepala Daerah  di  Indonesia  yang  diselenggarakan  pada  9  Desember  2020  mengalami  polemik physical  distancing  ditengah pandemi Covid-19.  Penerapan sistem E-Voting telah dilakukan oleh beberapa negara misalkan di Brajil, India, Swiss dan Australia mendapatkan respon positif dalam masyarakat, namun juga terdapat kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian diskriptif kwalitatif  dengan pendekatan perbandingan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini, sistem E-Voting dalam Pemilihan Umum dapat meningkatkan nilai demokrasi khusus peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dan memberikan keefektivan serta keefesienan dalam proses pemilihan berlangsung.  Namun,  penerapan  sistem  E-Voting  masih  terkendala  dengan  adanya  hacker yang bisa membobol sistem serta kesiapan pemerintah dalam penggunaan E-Voting.

This study aims to explain the views of Islamic economic law on the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Kopontre Al Mubarok, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in the Al Mubarok Kopontren, Pringgondani Village, Kec. Sumberjambe. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. While the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling with fluctuations in consumer prices first made transactions between the kopontren managers and consumers for the goods being traded and the payment was using DP. In terms of sharia economic law, the practice of buying and selling with price fluctuations in the DP payment system at Al Mubarok Kopontren Pringgondani Village is permissible (legal), because according to the theory of compilation of sharia economic law (KHES) the pillars and conditions in articles 56-57 are fulfilled.    

Seiring era adaptasi kebiasaan baru (new normal) akibat pandemi Covid-19. pelaku industri kecil menengah (IKM) selain mengedepankan fungsi pada umumnya juga harus dapat memperhatikan desain produknya agar dapat mendukung penerapan protokol kesehatan. Sebab, dengan desain yang menarik, daya saing dan nilai jual produk diyakini akan meningkat karena itu desain produk IKM mulai dituntut untuk bisa mendukung implementasi protokol kesehatan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah merancang model desain kemasan untuk para IKM kerupuk mie Karadenan Bogor di era new normal. metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian berbasis praktik (Practice Based Research) dalam upaya mencari informasi, menganalisa data dan memecahkan permasalahan. Dengan komposisi elemen grafis, tipografi, ilustrasi yang epiks sehingga menghasilkan model desain kemasan kerupuk mie yang menarik dan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.
