The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

Alpen Food Industry, the most renowned ice cream manufacturer in Indonesia, boasts a widespread presence with 80,000 outlets across the nation. However, beneath the surface of PT. Alpen Food Industry's success, having once been honored with the Excellent Brand Award, allegations of labor law violations have emerged, leading to protests by its employees. In an effort to fight for their rights, the workers staged a two-week strike. The strike was initiated to advocate for their entitlements. Additionally, PT. Alpen Food Industry is accused of unilaterally implementing Termination of Employment (PHK) procedures. Nonetheless, the company refutes these allegations, asserting that they conducted the PHK in accordance with existing protocols and guidelines. They claim to have sent two separate Call Letters to the workers, which went unanswered, and argue that this inaction is tantamount to resignation based on the prevailing guidelines. This research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through literature review methods involving various sources such as journals, news articles, and websites. The author then drew conclusions based on the obtained data. The research findings suggest that the dispute arose primarily from a lack of communication between the workers and the employer.  

The purpose of this research is to find out the form of code switching in the film “Horrible horrors” and to find out the factors that cause code switching to occur. The film “Horrible Horrible” consists of one episode with a duration of about 114 minutes. This film was released on June 2, 2022 and aired on Netflix on April 26, 2022. This film has been successfully watched around 2,812,606 times. Researchers collected data with the method of observing and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the research and the results of the interviews, the researchers found that the factors causing code switching were caused by several things. This research was conducted to determine how much organizational culture of an educational organization. One of the factors supporting the success of an Educational Management is the existence of a balanced organizational culture that is applied in an educational institution itself. Quality educational institutions must be able to determine the balance influences the quality of an educational management within the scope of educational institutions. The dynamics of the success of Education Management in Indonesia determine the quality in community satisfaction as consumers. Educational Institutions must be built from an Organizational Culture that provides strength in the process of carrying out Education Management. Data collection methods used in this study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by developing relevant data and theories from various journals, theses, articles and theses. The research results are obtained if there are still many educational institutions in Indonesia that still do not implement organizational culture which results in a lack of educational management that has an impact on the community itself.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

This study aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of potential inhibiting factors. The literature review method was employed to gather information related to identified inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program. Searches were conducted in educational literature, academic journals, and publications related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the P5 Program. Based on the literature analysis, the identified inhibiting factors include resource readiness, teacher understanding, and preparedness, as well as time and space limitations. To address these factors, proposed efforts encompass increasing educational investment, teacher training, and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the community. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and decision-makers in identifying and overcoming inhibiting factors in the implementation of the P5 Program, thus enhancing the effectiveness and success of the program in achieving the desired educational goals.

However, investing in Indonesia comes with unique risks and challenges, considering the country's dynamic context. To ensure successful investments, it is crucial for investors to understand Indonesian culture and the preferences of local consumers. This understanding can help tailor products and services to suit the local market, thus enhancing the chances of success. Additionally, the Indonesian government has implemented strategies to diversify the economy, focusing on priority sectors that can further stimulate economic growth. Foreign and domestic investments play a vital role in contributing to Indonesia's economic growth. These investments not only infuse capital into the country but also bring in technological advancements, job opportunities, and knowledge transfer. To attract investments, the Indonesian government has been implementing policies to improve the ease of doing business and create a favorable investment climate.

Good media and audience support good strategy, in general. From among the many different media that can be used as an Islamic propaganda tool, mass media is currently the most effective and efficient. The two largest organizations in the Pacific region are Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The success of this Islamic organization in promoting dakwah is directly related to the application of sound and reliable dakwah strategies. The current study analyzes the tactics used by the two largest organizations, Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, in Kabupaten Pacitan, to spread Islam through public media. The current study makes use of techniques for collecting data up to and including data analysis that are appropriate for qualitative research methodologies to uncover data-data that shed light on a problem that has already been raised, specifically the comparison of media mass media use strategies across two study objectives. After conducting research with the available data, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the most effective method of mass media use for organizations like the Muslim Brotherhood's Nahdlatul Ulama is through online media, while organizations like the Muhammadiyah are also effective when using online media. Similar and different. The collaboration between the two organizations in this regard is focused on using the media mass as it is, as well as on working together with other media mass. The opposite is also true, as evidenced by the widespread use of media by nahdatul ulama and the Muslim community. Because Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah are predominately Nahdatul Ulama in Pacitan as a whole, Nahdatul Ulama use the media more frequently than Muhammadiyah does.

One of the advantages of growing pakcoy plants hydroponically is that they are very resistant to pests and diseases, so there is no need to control pests and diseases. The development of pakcoy hydroponic cultivation is used as an appropriate technology that is applied at SDN Wonosalam 1. The hydroponic system at SDN Wonosalam 1 is implemented as an alternative to supporting cultivation for adiwiyata classes and also as an introduction to students about hydroponic cultivation. By going through several stages of implementation, such as the initial seeding stage to the final harvesting stage, the hydroponic system involving Wonosalam 1 Elementary School students can be said to be successful in harvesting. It is hoped that this activity will provide knowledge and experience to all students of SDN Wonosalam 1

Batch 1 Literacy Class is a program that aims to increase children's learning motivation and literacy through the use of online literacy platforms. In this program, various methods and strategies are used to create a fun, interactive learning environment and motivate children to be more actively involved in literacy activities. The method of implementing this program involves interactive stories, discussions, practical activities, and presentations of the participants' work. Each program session is focused on a different topic, such as organic farming, the role of farmers, the impact of climate change, and the challenges faced by farmers in dealing with locusts that attack crops.agriculture and climate change. Through stories and true stories, participants are invited to understand the importance of literacy in the context of agriculture and the environment. The results of this program show an increase in learning motivation and understanding of children's literacy. Participants showed high involvement in online literacy classes and were able to apply their knowledge and creativity in finding solutions to problems encountered in agriculture. In addition, the output of the study worksheet program and positive feedback from participants and parents are indicators of the program's success in increasing children's learning motivation and literacy. This program provides significant benefits for children's literacy development, increases their motivation to learn, and helps them develop essential literacy skills.

Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The focus of this study discusses learning difficulties in terms of children who are lazy to learn. Teachers as educators must be able to analyze the problems of students who are lazy to learn and find solutions to overcome them. The role of the teacher is not only as teaching lessons that have been compiled in the curriculum, but also as a guide, class manager, motivator, facilitator, inspiration, and many other teacher tasks. The cause of students who are lazy to learn is caused by two factors, internal factors (within students) and external factors (outside of students). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by making observations and interviews and looking from other articles to support statements that have been found in the field.

The application of responsibility accounting has a very important role, with the aim of evaluating work results and generating feedback so that future cooperative operations can be better. Accountability accounting can help assess financial performance so that the proper use and use of financial resources can be identified. With performance appraisal it can be known the condition of the cooperative in evaluating the results of activities so that it can be used to measure success in KUD Tani Wilis. This study aims to determine the application of profit center responsibility accounting in assessing financial performance. In this study the data used are primary data in the form of an overview, vision and mission, as well as cooperative organizational structure, and secondary data in the form of profit center accountability reports. Sources of data collection in the form of interviews and documentation with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of responsibility accounting in KUD Tani Wilis is inadequate because it is not fully in accordance with the requirements of responsibility accounting. The results of financial performance in terms of profit center based on the analysis of Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin show unfavorable financial performance results. Cooperatives need to implement responsibility accounting in accordance with responsibility accounting requirements by separating controllable and uncontrollable costs, as well as providing account codes for these accounts in the accountability report so that it makes it easier for cooperative managers to control costs and see who is responsible if irregularities occur. Cooperatives must also pay more attention to the increase in cost of goods sold, and minimize production costs and operational costs as well as optimize sales/revenues and evaluate business costs or operational costs, so as to increase profits. By evaluating business costs or operational costs carried out by cooperatives in an effort to increase efficiency where economic resources can be used effectively so that costs are not wasted so that the profits obtained are more optimal and can improve the financial performance of cooperatives.

This research uses descriptivequalitative method.This accomplishment cannot be separated from the duties of a da'i and a taklim assembly supervisor. In Karanggayam Village Srengat District, Blitar Regency, he is Agus Muhammad Iqdam, a youthful preacher and NU leader. Gus Iqdam does more than just preach; he also pays attention to certain elements that are necessary for a da'i to succeed, such as the rhetorical elements of ethos (hikmah), pathos (al-mau'idah hasanah), and logos ('al-Jidal billati hiya ahsan). The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah, North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The research subjects for this study were randomly selected using a sampling technique called purposive sampling. Observations, interviews and documentation all contribute to the data collection methodology. School administration, school boards, special education teachers and students, and parents of students are important members of any special education project. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah was successful. This is supported by data verification using standard scoring rubrics, empirical evidence obtained from observations, interviews, and written documentation showing that education administration at SLB Melati Asyiyah in West Sulawesi is divided into the areas of curriculum management, student administration, and finance. management. It is the teacher's responsibility to adapt teaching and student evaluation strategies to the needs of individual students. In addition, faculty management starts with the help of a faculty needs database, recruitment resources, and selection criteria. The international faculty's responsibilities emphasize cooperation and coordination. The management of resources and facilities is carried out through strategic planning which is informed by supply and demand analysis.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price and the location of the success of the Akang Squeeze Orange Ice business in JIn.Cendrawasih, Pasir Putih Village, South Jambi District, Jambi City. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were 98 customers from Akang Peras Jeruk Peras and then an analysis was carried out on the data obtained using quantitative and qualitative data. Methods of data collection by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and observation. Testing the hypothesis using the t test shows that the three independent variables studied proved to have a significant partial effect on the dependent variable of business success.
